We just stop by to check some RX we don’t have plans to upgrade that day but decided to go ahead . Joshua S. went to see us outside and help us browse some RX , test drive and let us see those RX. He was very helpful, ,and knows what we really looking for an RX. If we have any questions Josh was there to answer them all and still help us after our purchase .We had always a great experience , very professional and a very smooth transaction with our purchase. Everyone is so friendly and let us feel at home. That is what I really want from a car dealer they welcome us . I am a Lexus owner for years and just love the Germain Lexus ambiance that they show to their customers. We are thrilled with our RX 350 .

Germain Lexus of Dublin offers premier service. I recently worked with Marvin Carter to purchase an NX200T. The customer service was excellent. At this time, pre-owned cars are scarce. Marvin listened to what I was looking for and my price range. He found a car that was coming available that met all my guidelines. He kept in touch with me throughout the Lexus certification process, keeping me up to date. My new car is beautiful and drives like a … Lexus. This is the fifth Lexus I have owned and the third I have purchased from Germain Lexus of Dublin. Would not go anywhere else.
Happy with my experience in purchasing a new car during the current vehicle shortage. Waited about 2 months for the vehicle to arrive from the time of reservation. They kept me updated on its status during the waiting period. Pick up day was also not painfully long as they had the car ready and prepared most of the paperwork ahead of time. Overall, great experience in purchasing a new car from them and would recommend!
Between my wife and myself, this is the 3rd Lexus weve purchased at Germain. We live in Northern Ky and have made the 2hr drive each time because of the customer service and outstanding selection. The sales person, Marvin Carter was awesome. His responsiveness and courtesy was outstanding. I even had an issue withe the car, and he has made arrangements to have it taken care of. The finance and tech people also handled my transaction with professionalism.If any other Lexus automobiles are purchased by us, we will continue to make the trip to Dublin.

I am very satisfied with the buying experience at Germain Lexus of Dublin. Alain Bennett is knowledgeable and helpful and made buying my new Lexus ES 350 easy. He came and picked me up from my home 2 hours away the same day I purchased so I wouldn’t have to have my sister drive to Columbus and back to Fairfield. Thats 5 star service without a doubt. Love the new car. If your in the market, definitely call them for a test drive before you buy anything else. So far so good with Germain Lexus. Started earlier in the week and Matti was attentatice and respectful of how I wanted to be contacted. They didnt have the car I want yet, but had something similar to test drive and loved it. Hopefully we can find what I want soon! No pressure from their staff, and very helpful. Just bought my Lexus here tonight and couldnt wait to share my experience. They were genuine, friendly and I felt respected and valued as a customer. Clay is amazing, Gia is patient, and the finance manager is so incredibly fantastic at his job, he ended up saving me even more money! Straight shooters, refreshingly honest, I got almost exactly what the blue book value was online for my trade. They dont BS you and throw you low ball trade values and over inflated prices. They dont mess around and haggle. They treat you like your time is as important as theirs. A lot of dealerships could learn from this model. Every person in there was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. My entire experience was under 3 hours to sign and drive away with this beautiful car that is smarter than me!! Not impressed, especially with Dennis the sales guy there. Just went on and on about how many awards their dealership has gotten, just offered to put me on a waiting list for a new car, didnt go out of his way at all for any incentives, unless you were a recent college grad or military. I dont recommend Germain, already being offered better deals elsewhere, best of luck to you too buddy ;)

We have been looking for an RX 350 F Sport with specific options (very hard to find with limited inventory in Ohio). Our salesperson called right when one came off the truck - we test drove the same day - and took delivery next day. Process was quick and seamless. We received a very fair offer for our trade-in. My husband and I visited this Lexus dealership several months ago. We took our two small children, both under the age of two, with us into the dealership. Despite being empty, the salesman did not take the time to talk to us in any detail about the vehicle(s) we were hoping to look at and drive, only asking us, almost immediately if the SUV(s) we inquired about were within our budget...no he did not ask our budget, as in what would we like to spend, he directly said, is that in your budget? (Was it because we werent all dressed up and drove a Subaru onto the lot?) My husband then verbalized it was within our means and stated the exact model that he would like for me to drive. The salesman had the car pulled around and showed me nothing more than how to start the car and a few other small details. The gentleman who was the manager in that day, did take time to talk to us, asked us questions and was very friendly/personable, however, it wasnt enough to take the bad taste out of my mouth from the interaction and judgment I felt was placed upon us from the initial salesman. We ended up purchasing a BMW and whenever I see a Lexis, I am reminded of my one and only interaction with the Lexus brand and am turned off. At no point in the future will my family be purchasing a Lexus.

For someone that is definitely not in the market for a Lexus, I am from rural Knox county ( wranglers and camo type lol) David and the rest of the guys treated me like family ( not like the family you have to meet once a year and are forced to say hi to either). This place is very clean and the costumers service are best to none. I bought a limited addition hybrids Lexus for my wife. Since they only had four of the models in Columbus, I got lucky and found one at Carmax. The price of the car was perfect and the condition was brand new. But Carmax was unable to verify all the features of the Lexus limited addition packages. This little car is just fully loaded with special colors and technology beyond Carmax technology support teams. So they referred us to Germain Lexus. I am so glad they did, because the amazing services they gave us, shows that Gamien Lexus staffs are one of the best costumers service I had ever encountered.

I’m from Cincinnati and there are several closer dealerships that refused to deal on their inflated ‘daily market value’ prices. I found a car online and was able to work a fair deal with Germain. They were very professional and accommodating, even though they were busy when I arrived at the dealership. They had the car ready for me to check out, it was exactly as described and they did not add any unexpected fees to the deal they agreed to. The dealership was clean and inviting, the staff were friendly. Exactly what you would expect from a top notch Lexus dealership. I dealt with BJ through the sales process. He made the sale as quick and efficient as possible while making sure all my needs were met and questions were answered. I left the car and picked it up the next day. He called the day after I picked it up to make sure the trip home went smoothly and everything was in order. Next time I will save my time and go to Germain first. I highly recommend this dealership all the way around.

Great buying experience! The follow up prior to and after the purchase was perfect! My salesman, Jimmy McDuffie has a fantastic attitude to compliment his great hospitality and customer service skills. If he doesnt know an answer to a question he will get you the right answer, and that inquiry moves to the top of his priority list. From walk in, to test drive, to completing the buying application, straight into finalizing financing contracts, I was only there a couple of hours. While you are waiting they check in with you to make sure you dont need anything else, or have any questions, and they keep you updated on about how much longer the current process will take. This dealership is very clean and everyone followed recommended safety procedures. The staff was friendly and well-informed. They have great recommendations and experience to assist you and your needs.

It started with a simple question via the Online Chat. Marc answered my question which lead to several more questions. He shared some interesting LEXUS facts, briefly discussed the specials and gave me his information…he only asked my name. This lead to a phone call from me to Marc, more questions from me and I identified the vehicles that peeked my interest. Overall, a great experience working with Eric and Phil of Germain Lexus of Dublin. Eric made the whole buying process easy via email and text. Eric and Phil delivered the rx450h to me here in Perrysburg, Ohio. Phil spent close to 2 hours walking us through setting up and operating the vehicle. Where do I start....my experience started by turning in my F-150 lease at Germain Ford. I asked what vehicles they had there for a specific price range. We walked the lot and Scott showed me everything they had that might fit the bill. When he realized there wasnt anything on their lot that fit my wants he put me in contact with Marc at Germain Lexus. From the minute I walked into the dealership I got the red carpet treatment. They gave me all the details for a recent trade in a I put a deposit sight-unseen. I picked up the vehicle....it was even better than promised....and was out within about 30 minutes. The honesty and professionalism I was shown was unmatched. Also, for context, I was only spending $10K on my vehicle and still received that level of treatment. What they didnt know, was I could have bought anything there brand new. Customer service is not dead and I found my new go-to dealership for the foreseeable future

I located a used vehicle at Germain Lexus of Dublin. I was looking for a very specific model and in excellent condition (2017 Ford C Max Hybrid Titanium) and with a specific options package. I drove from Washington DC area to Dublin, Ohio to purchase and drive the vehicle home to Maryland. Kevin Campbell was the best salesman Ive ever experienced for an automobile purchase. I asked countless questions prior to me traveling to purchase the car because it was so far away. Kevin provided all the details I needed that assured me that it was worth the drive to purchase this vehicle. I felt confident that he understood exactly what I was looking for. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen. So far, I am extremely happy with the car . I believe that I would do the same thing again the next time Im in the market for a used vehicle.

The people at the service department of Germain Lexus of Dublin are so friendly and helpful. Yesterday I arrived for a 10,000 mile oil change at the appointed time. I didnt realize all the things they were also going to do during this service call including tire rotation, wash the car, etc. Patrick told me it would take 1.5 hours. I had another appointment in 45 minutes so I was trying to figure out what to do and Patrick said: Well give you a loaner! and as quick as that, Jeff Passa filled out the paperwork and I was on my way. Ironically I received a telephone call just as my other appointment was ending. And it was indeed exactly 1.5 hours later. On the phone message, the service department brought me up to date with the status of the service call and I needed a part which was under warranty and theyll call me when it is in to schedule another service. And of course I was provided also with a written report. I feel very well taken care of by the good people of Germain Lexus of Dublin. Im very happy to be a customer! Bought a used Audi Q5 from them. The car had an inspection and oil change performed by the dealer and the car was ready for me right when I got there. If looking at the used selection I definitely recommend our salesman Jon Aponte, he was very knowledgeable and was able to get us financed. Their customer care was great, I do recommend filling out a credit pre-approval beforehand as it will speed up the process. We are satisfied with our purchase and bet you will be too.

The purchase process was seamless, the delivery of my vehicles was thorough, and my RXL itself is a lot of fun to drive. So much so, that when my husbands lease was up, I recommended he get one too! I recently went in for my first Service Appointment (complimentary, of course) and they take excellent care of their customers. I was in and out of there, in a loaner, within 10 minutes of my arrival. I also live in Dublin, and I am here to tell you, the free car washes is a BONUS! I go a couple of times a week, my car is never dirty! If you have never driven a Lexus, especially from Germain Lexus, you owe it to yourself to experience their professionalism.

There used cars where clean an good shape before placed on the lot unlike other lot that theow junk out before inspection an detailed. I have come to expect nothing less for my Lexus than the ultimate best with the Germain Family of Dealerships. And I dont mean just in auto sales, maintenance and service, but the best treatment in any area of customer care. My service this week was spur of the moment and at the Dublin Service Center for the first time. I found the same immediate attention and care to every detail as found at the Easton Lexus location. I was not scheduled for service but was received as if I was the only customer being served that day. An intermittent problem was definitively solved and my routine service completed. I really dont have any idea or expectations of how the Germain Family of Dealership could improve upon the excellent record I have experienced. I am grateful.

Weve had both routine maintenance and warranty work performed and each time, they are friendly, transparent, honest, and extremely helpful. Also, the use of technology to electronically inform on the progress of the car, request/recommend service & approval of work, notification when the car is ready, and ability to view the invoice is extremely helpful. This is especially beneficial as a working person who is often not available for calls during the day. Highly recommend!
This is my eighth or ninth visit to service for car maintenance since I owned my Lexus. Every service visit has been outstanding, including this one. I am always treated with friendliness and respect. My questions are always answered, the car is always ready when they say it will be (usually sooner), they always have a loaner if I need it, and the quality of the mechanical work is excellent. I had a air-conditioning problem with my car when I brought it in for service. The service manager put me into a loaner vehicle and let me keep it until my car was completely repaired, which took several days due the parts. Ive been a Lexus customer since mid 90s, and one of the best things about Lexus is their customer service. Mike S. has been an excellent adviser on my car issues, even when I was out of state....called him about an air conditioner issue, and he talked me through it after making certain Id pulled off the highway. If service is an hour or so long, and you choose to stay, the waiting room is always well appointed, designed for customers comfort.
Germain Lexus runs a service department like no other I’ve experienced—they’ve clearly set remarkably high standards for themselves and this translates to a customer experience that could be described as downright enjoyable. Clean, friendly and most of all, customer-focused. I was especially impressed by being told at the outset how long the service would take, as well as being notified at several times during the visit that the work was progressing. I’ve never experienced car care like this and I like it. A lot.

Had my RX350 in for routine maintenance last week and was extremely pleased with my service. During the maintenance, a couple other issues were discovered that required repair. Nonetheless, my car was repaired quickly and was soon back in my possession running smoothly and perfectly despite being 7 years old and having over 140,000 miles on it! I highly recommend Lexus and especially the wonderful service I have always received from the nice people at Germain Lexus of Dublin.

Sales and Service departments are awesome! Just purchased my second used Lexus from them. In both cases the whole process was not only painless, but a real pleasure. In neither instance was I buying late model but the attention and care I got made me feel like I was a guy buying his annual brand new LS. This most recent purchase there turned out to be an issue with the car that didnt show up til the papers were signed and I was off the lot. That didnt matter--the service team went to work and solved the issue while the sales team took care of the bill. While Im hoping not to be in the market for another car for some years to come, I will definitely be back to Germain Lexus of Dublin.
We really enjoy our new car. All of the people that we had contact with were very helpful and courteous. In particular, the technical representatives were very knowledgible and helpful in explaining the various old and new features of the car. This car seems to have a little softer ride.
If I could give this dealership a 10/10 I would. I purchased a used LS460 from their pre-own department. They gave me a great price on the car and gave me what i was looking for as a trade-in for my previous vehicle. My sales consultant, Marvin was great. He was honest with me and straight forward about the vehicle. The finance guy, Clint, was straight forward as well in helping me understand and choosing my payment options. I left with a beautiful LS460. The vehicle was used with 80K miles, which I had no problem purchasing with the amount of HIGH miles on it. I had an issue with the vehicle a few days later where a light came on for the 1st time. i took it back for them to look at. I was given a loaner. Come to find out, which neither myself or dealer would have known it would have gone out at the time of sale. But a sensor went out. i worked with the pre-own Sales Manager, John, who is great; was able to be fair with me and explained they would take care of the sensor. John wanted me to have a great experience with the car as they want me to be happy with the vehicle that was purchased from Germain Lexus of Dublin. If you are ever looking into purchasing a used or new Lexus, youve got to get to The Germain Lexus of Dublin. 10/10
This dealership has been on my mind lately and I finally feel compelled to write a review of my experience with Germain Lexus of Dublin. I saw a car that I was interested in. I reached out to the dealership and spoke with a Sales Representative. I advised him of my credit issues and that I am currently reestablishing credit. I submitted my credit application on line etc. The next day I get a call to tell me that my scores were too low. That I knew but Im not sure why the Sales Representative advised that he could help me? The issue I have is that the finance people didnt even try to get me approved for a loan. My situation was good as a I had late model car that had value as a trade plus cash down. This deal would of been a slam dunk provided that Germain would of tried to help me. Feeling discouraged and disappointed, I reached out to Lindsay Acura for assistance. They were eager to help me and I was approved for a pre-owned Acura in which I took delivery of. I am so pleased that they took the time to assist me. I ended up with a really good rate with the bank with wonderful terms and payment. I just wish that I could of had the same experience here at Germain. My situation is only going to get better and I will probably be buying another car in the future. Should I bring my business to Germain?

Whether its something as minor as an oil change, to several $K of repair - the attention to detail, respective for the vehicle and customer, and overall level of service is greatly appreciated. The service at Germain Lexus of Dublin is superb. When I drive my car into the garage, I am greeted immediately and escorted to my Service Coordinators desk. He is waiting for me, explains what will happen, and has paperwork ready for me to sign; then he escorts me to my loaner car to make sure all is OK with it. He communicates with me throughout the day about the repair, and calls as soon as my car is ready. When I come to pick up my car and return the loaner, they magically have my paperwork ready without me having to even give my name. My Service Coordinator is Josh Welch and he is outstanding. This is my third Lexus and the service experience is the #1 reason why I keep buying this car.
Just had both my Lexus ES and my wifes IS in for service and a recall on the airbag. Josh and Mike were both very professional. Not always happy about the cost and the items that needed fixed but cant do much about that. Also the gentleman that greats you (cant remember his name) is always happy, knows your name, and is very polite and pleasant. Coffee is great also!
I purchased my Lexus GX a couple month ago and the agent was very friendly and helpful. However there were few things I was unhappy with, one that the car was advertised as having DVD but that was not the case and I had to pay $750 to install one. Second, when the car was delivered I asked for a spare key and the agent said that’s not a problem they can have a generic one made. However, a week later I contacted the agent asking for a spare key and I received a long text saying that the previous owner didn’t turn in a spare key and it’s not like we have Lexus key laying around here so you can order one if you would like but it will cost $189. The same agent but different condescending tone after spending $30,000 to purchase a vehicle I did not expect to get that kind of response. So, learn from me if you are purchasing a car make sure you get a spare key before finalizing your deal. I have purchased cars from Cadillac of Easton and Toyota dealership and they always provided a spare key at no cost. It’s just the right thing to do.
The entire experience was great. Earl the salesman was very nice, not pushy, answered our questions. The Finance guy was very friendly and when the numbers were not exactly as we expected, he investigated and corrected them. The delivery went great as well, Brenton took time and explained the features , some twice , and never made us feel rushed. I would also like to give the used car department a review for their fair trade in pricing on our Acura trade which made the deal happen. Germain Lexus has put together a great team.
Germain Lexus of Dublin has been my favorite car dealership/maintenance since 2001. All personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and Lexus is my pick of all vehicles I have owned. The Maintenance Department goes beyond being super. When my Lexus needs mileage check ups or some sort of maintenance, I am always satisfied! I love Cassie. She is very astute and knows customer satisfaction.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I worked with Clint and he actually did a great job in helping me to finance my car with a lower rate compared to banks from outside. He followed up with me regularly and made sure to get me the right car with the price range I was looking for. He was not pushy at all. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

This is by far the best service department I have ever been to. We bought a new 2018 IS 350 F Sport and the service is always impeccable. From the moment we bought it (they let us take it home for the weekend to try) to this last service, it is always phenomenal. Its easy to book, easy to find, and they gave me a loaner car for overnight and it was a brand new 2019 ES 350. Highly recommend Germain Lexus!
The service department are always welcoming with a smile and kind gestures as you step inside. I recently got my oil and brake/rotors done by them and they took care of me and my car. They expedited my loaner and the same day I drop my car off and got my car back within a couple of days. Fast and efficient in a friendly manner plus help me unload/load my kids car seats.One thing from a 5 star this time is my loaner was a bit dusty from the snow/salt when picking up (other times loaner were always clean). I know sometimes it may get busy so its understandable but overall my experience with them is well received.Price wise for repairs, when owning a lexus expect a bit higher than normal view of the bills, but the quality, refinement and top notched team of lexus does match the price overall, so dont be scared. They will take care of you and your car. My bill came out lower than i expected at the price estimate which is good news! save money is what everyone wants. Thank you Germain Lexus of Dublin.

I did most of the work via telephone and when I got there from Indianapolis the car was ready and all I had to do was sign a few papers. My wife had a problem with an aftermarket headrest DVD player in her car purchased at Germain. It was installed elsewhere, but Todd went out of his way to help us with the repair. I believe Todd is the sales manager. He offered superb and professional service for a problem that was not his responsibility. We will continue to buy here.

I called ahead and booked an appointment to view and purchase a certified Lexus RX 350 F sport vehicle. I arrived within my time frame as I was coming from 3 hours away. I received two emails and a voicemail confirming my appointment from the dealership. One of the contacts was made by the used car manager who informed me that he would be handling my visit for the day.Upon my arrival, I was told I had to wait as there was a couple test driving the vehicle I just drove 3 hours to drive myself. I was made to wait 30 minutes and the couple bought the car!To make matters worse, my salesman did not show up as he was home installing Christmas lights. It would seem my patronage was not valued at this dealership.I called Lexus and reported this ( this was to be my 6th Lexus and I own 3 Toyota’s ). An offer was made good if I would purchase another vehicle which I reluctantly did. I never received follow up calls to apologize for the wrong that was done or a call thanking me for my purchase.I would not recommend this dealership.
My cars first check-up went great! I also used my complimentary detailing coupon, so Lexi was there all day! But never fear, we were given a beautiful loaner so in no time we were Polaris bound! Ive never enjoyed dealing with car dealers before. However, my experience with Germain Lexus and Kyle was totally different. My husband and I were treated with dignity. I had done my research before going to Germain Lexus, so I knew what my trade-in should be worth. Germain offered me an amount that was within $200 of both Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds. I knew then that haggling would not be necessary. I purchased my second RX350, and Im very satisfied with the vehicle. Before leaving the dealership my vehicle had been cleaned thoroughly, and I was given instruction by Kyle on how to use many of the controls. I would definitely buy from Germain again.
Melissa introduced me to my new Lexus RX 350, and it was an enjoyable experience. She was calm and reassuring as I asked questions and tried not to be overwhelmed by all the amenities. Clint finalized the paperwork, and Christina patiently gave me my first crash course in how to navigate the cockpit. Everyone was cordial and welcoming, so now I am looking forward to many happy future visits.
I had the chance to visit Germain Lexus of Dublin yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised by the sales group. I was immmediately greeted by the receptionist and a salesman came within a few minutes to assist me. The showroom is very nice, clean, and not cluttered with cars. The salesman, Brad C., was friendly and very helpful without being pushy about the various vehicles. Also, I was given the opportunity to test drive the new IS350 F-Sport that I was interested in within a few mintues. When I came back I had a short discussion about Lexus incentives and financing options, but I never felt pressured by the sales group. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning in the future to this particular dealership, and I will make sure to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again.Edit (Summer of 2014):I ended leasing a Lexus IS350 F-Sport from another Lexus dealer as Germain was unable to meet my price expectations during our negotiations. The other dealer was very willing to negotiate price from the very start which I greatly appreciated, and their customer service matched and/or exceeded Germains. I would recommend potential buyers to do their own research, and shop around if possible. However, I would still recommend buyers visit Germain if feasible.
Mike went out of his way to ensure the service work on my Lexus was taken care of and covered by warranty. The great thing was that he offered to do this for me without my even asking. My strong allegiance to Lexus is based as much on the quality of the service as it on the vehicles. The service department is extremely professional. One is informed immediately what will be done and how much it will cost - there are no surprises.
Sal and the staff did a great job. They had the car I wanted, had it ready for me, walked me through all the great features. Gave a great finance rate. All in all, a great experience. I found the service team at Germain Lexus of Dublin to be very professional. From the time you pull into the garage until the time you check out everyone makes you feel welcome. Bought a certified pre owned from Lexus Dublin a week ago. Without a doubt the best car buying experience Ive had. Marc Honick in sales was very professional and easy to work with. Clinton Boyd, their finance guy, was the same. Good customer service is hard to find these days and Lexus of Dublin does it right and then some.
Very dissatisfied; I will not return to this dealership. I made an appointment for a very specific reason (warning lights on the dashboard) but what I received was a ridiculous proposal outlining more than $8500 in service recommendations for a 13 year old vehicle that is not worth $8500. At least two of the recommendations were redundant, doubling the cost of those items. Most had absolutely nothing to do with the issue that I made the appointment for (new tires, brakes, cabin air filters) at stupid high prices that I would never have done at a dealership.The only reason that this review is not one-star is that the Technician took the time to explain to me why the report was written as it was, and to zero in on the one or two items that he would have done if it was his vehicle. That was at least useful, although the prices quoted were still far too high (and duplicated). The inside service advisor was completely useless.Employees may be just following procedure, but the procedures need to be changed. They wasted their time and mine inspecting and recommending many things that I did not request and would not go to them to have done. If they had simply asked me at the outset, Do you want us to check your tires, brakes and filters? I would have said No, saving us both time and aggravation.
This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I came in with only an idea of what I wanted and Mark helped bring it all together. He was very attentive and funny which made him easy to talk to. We built a great rapport with him right away. In fact Every associate we spoke with was extremely welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and he spent many hours with me as I test drove a few SUVs. He worked with me until I found the perfect truck for my tall family and me. I am in Love with my Mercedes ML350! Thank you Germain! I will definitely continue doing business here as I have teenage sons that will soon need a vehicle.

I took my GX 470 for issues with airbag light. The service guys did a great job taking care of the issue in a timely fashion. I bought the car for the brand, but the service at Germain Lexus is above and beyond. I am ready to update my car and will definitely go back because of the brand and service.

My husband, Roy owns a beautiful 2008 Lexus 460 sedan. A gorgeous driving machine! Over the years, I have accompanied Roy on service appointments and have been impressed with the consistently great attitude and follow-up. Wed spoken of getting a new hybrid SUV to drive around country, but after my beloved sister unexpectedly died a few weeks ago, Roy bought me the new hybrid 450RX. While nothing will ever replace my sister, this is an amazing gift that brings a smile to me. I absolutely love my second RX 350 and after 16 years I am absolutely IN LOVE with your service department!!!! It is a 140 mile round trip every time I drive to Columbus to get it serviced! I purchased an L/Certified RX350 about six months ago and the experience was stellar. The sales team was patient, professional, and thorough. They even arranged dinner reservations for my wife and I after the papers were signed. The post-sales support has been exemplary. I receive regular service reminders and email from my salesman, every call answered and/or promptly returned, and even the smallest nits Ive chosen to pick have been satisfied. This has been particularly pleasing since we drove down from Michigan (6+ hours round trip) to get this car (internet find). At no time have I felt seconded as an out of state or first time buyer. There are two local Lexus dealerships that Ive had fine experiences with but I can honestly that the trip to Germian in Dublin was worth it.
We bought a used car here last weekend and the service was wonderful. We called ahead and BJ took care of us. He had the car waiting for us when we arrived. The way they worked with us with our two children was great. This was by far the best car buying experience we had.On our way home the front headlamp bulb burned out. We live a ways from the dealership, so they said to buy a bulb and send them a receipt, and they would reimburse us! They really take care of you.Thanks again BJ!!!

One of the best dealerships I have had experience with. I worked with BJ in the used car department. He sold me an Audi A5, and while I was test driving it the check engine light came on. He said they will get it fixed so I went ahead and bought the car. Turned out to be a turbo issue, and a little bit of a long process to get the new one installed and everything...but they got it done, hassle-free. They provided a car for me to drive in the meantime, and then a few months after gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was working smooth with the Audi. Really appreciate BJ and the crew for taking care of me.
Mike had a loaner ready when I arrived. Listened to all my concerns and told me to go enjoy my day while they looked at the car. Sent me a text detailing their thoughts and informed me that one of the new tires I had just had installed was outside of specs. I returned and took the car back to the tire dealer and had the one tire replaced. Mike at Germain told me that when I got the tire replaced, he wanted to see it again as there appeared to be some serious balancing issues from the tire dealers equipment. I was able to get the tire replaced and returned to Germain the same day. Mike took it right in and had the balance checked. He even took me back to the shop and showed me how far off the balance was on the brand new tire that was just installed. Germain balanced it up and now the car rides like new again. Mike and the Germain team are great and have won my business going forward. Kudos to all.
Flawless service once again. I had my 10K check-in and I requested a loaner so that I could leave it over night. Nicely greeted when I arrived in the evening with a warm clean loaner car and met again upon my return with my own car - warm and clean. The cherry on the top was that Germain had even topped off my gas tank. I wish all service experiences were that awesome.

2022-06-17I was looking for a Lexus IS300 with low miles in a specific color and found it online 2 hours away at Germain Lexus. I made the 4 hour round trip to check out the car and immediately loved it. I was very impressed with Jimmy, the salesperson we worked with. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The sale and total experience overall in person and talking to him on the phone beforehand was comfortable and we felt no pressure. The car was in mint condition and drives like a dream. I am very happy with my purchase. So grateful to have met Jimmy…such a genuinely caring and good person, he is my family’s “go to car guy” from now on. When a car is needed we will make the drive back to see him!

Jose helped us from the moment we walked in until after our purchase was completed the next evening. Everyone we encounter was pleasant and professional. 2022-07-20My husband and I had the best car buying experience at the Germain Pre Owned Lexus Complex. First, the process began with an email. I inquired about a car and received a very nice response within minutes. The communication continued throughout the day as my plans kept changing as I was working on scheduling my visit. At 10 o’clock at night I was able to schedule my visit and sent a late email thinking I would hear from my contact in the morning (Dennis). But again I had a quick response!The next morning, upon arrival we were welcomed by our salesperson, Marvin, and the car I had inquired about was ready at the door. The rest of the car buying experience was positive! From the sales to the technology to the finance departments everyone involved was friendly, patient, and helpful! It was a great experience. I paired with Marvin Carter who was phenomenal throughout the process, very engaged, and respectful throughout the entire transaction.Germain Lexus actually had something that I had no intentions on buying because they are hard to come by and ended up spending more money to meet my needs on what I was looking for in a daily driver.
