Great buying experience overall. Jonathon B quickly contacted me following an inquiry of a vehicles availability and sent me photos of the vehicle prior to traveling 45 minutes to the dealership. I have purchased many cars over the years and when I returned to the dealership to pick up the car and complete the purchase paperwork, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Jonathon worked hard to assure everything I asked for happened. Overall a great buying experience and a very happy customer!
I came here on a recommendation from family for how they were treated and felt while here and I had a great experience through the whole process. Tim duff was great and spent a lot of time talking with me and answering questions I had and very friendly. No pressure on anything in my time there which is what I look for as I dont want to be pushed into it just very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated how Travis was who was also very friendly and helpful. Even during the process of going through additional warranty options there was no pressure just explanations of my options and what it all entailed. I will definitely recommend others come here based on my experience
Couldn’t be happier with buying process. After hearing so many horror stories about dealers taking advantage of custom ordered cars with surprise markups it was great that Germain didn’t play those games. Picked up my Maverick and got the promised pricing and financing rate I was offered when I ordered it. Tim Duff was friendly, helpful and got right to the point with no nonsense or pressure. I drove away with exactly what I wanted and no regrets, would happily send anyone their way in the future.
Absolutely incredible experience at this dealership! Jonathan Barbee was the best sales people I have worked with on any car purchase. He went out of his way to work around my schedule (for purchase and service) and was extremely polite and professional. Landen and Travis were also huge helps in this process and extremely professional and kind.
We ordered a new Ford Transit on line and on the phone---super friendly process, great price, and they have arranged to deliver it to our home in Baltimore. Could not have been any better. Bought a Toyota Sequoia last year at Columbus Ohio Germain Toyota and had the same experience. the Germain culture is amazing.

We shared our bad experience that we had with the previous people. And they bend over backwards for us . Very professional and made you feel confident that you are in good hands. Great Experience with Germain Ford and more specifically, Sarah Gentry! We had arrived on Saturday to ask about a recall on my 2013 Ford Escape that we had just found out about, but we had mentioned that we were also looking to possibly get a different used vehicle. New cars were not even on our mind. Sarah walked us through the process, and said that new cars might be a better deal in the long term, due to APRs and such. We actually walked out with a 2022 Ford Escape, and Sarah and the team took care of us very well. She treated the entire family well! Thanks Sarah!

As a consumer shopping online for vehicles, I was pleased to find that Germain Ford of Beavercreek had a Ford Mustang Mach-e model available to test drive. I requested an overnight experience with the vehicle for which Germain could not accomodate at this time. Colin Martin was excellent to work with and he did his best to ensure the overall experience of the test drive went well. This was definitely one of the best overall experiences I have had. We weren’t really looking to buy a new car and just stopped by to see if they had a used car for my husband’s daily driver. We met Tim Duff and spoke with him. Even though he knew we weren’t in the market for anything new and they didn’t have the used car we were looking for, he still talked to us like we were old friends. We were talking about my current edge that has 230k miles on it (my daily driver) and he mentioned that they had a sweet Ford Edge ST on the show room floor. We went in to look and I fell in love with how it looked! They let me test drive it off of the show room floor and that made me love it even more. I was not an easy sale I am sure because I took 3 hours to make up my mind. Tim wasn’t pushy, no high pressure sales. He listened to our thoughts and showed us the different features on the car. We closed the place down on Saturday and picked it up on Monday. If you want a great, friendly salesperson go see Tim! Everyone has been so nice at Germain! I went back today to get some accessories and ran into Tim. He talked to me and even helped me carry a box to my car. The only semi-negative thing I have to say about Germain is when I went in to sign papers I felt a lot of pressure to buy add on maintenance plans and things like that. I didn’t care for that piece at all. Hands down, we will go see Tim again though!!
Ok so this is my second review on this dealership and I have a feeling there’s going to be many more to come in the future.So I got online Monday morning I do believe to schedule an appointment for an oil change there at the dealership. Not only was it easy to schedule, but I actually had to go in ON THE DAY OF and change my time for a half hour later then I originally schedule for. The online schedule service was so easy and pretty much self explanatory.When I arrived at the dealership I pulled into the garage that was very clean and nice and warm as it was cold outside. I walked in side the doors to get checked in and everyone was very pleasant and friendly.Throughout my entire exchange Alex High was the gentleman who helped me. When I got checked in, I mentioned I thought my breaks were squeaking and he insured me it would not be no issue at all to take a look at them while I was there. I was then directed to the waiting room where there was snacks and refreshments. Also in the waiting room was a tv, magazines, outlets for charging up, and they also offered guest Wi-Fi.I was pleased with my wait time of 30-45 minutes and I was sent home with paperwork of everything check on my car and I am absolutely stunned. I will be returning for all my future repairs.Extremely impressed with my entire experience!!Thank You GermainThank You Mr. High
What I thought was a great experience at a different Ford other than my home Ford turned into one of the worst experiences ever. I am not from Beavercreek, actually from Cleveland and I’m out here for school and I needed my car to be serviced. I went in for a recall on a part for my car, the car got checked and needed the replacement part. The person I was working with, Bailey, told me that the part would be ordered that same day and it should be here the following Monday. A full week went by, and I hadn’t heard from the dealership. I called and spoke to someone at the service desk and the parts department, to which they informed me that either of them don’t see the order and that they would speak with Bailey and call me back….Never heard from them again. TWO WEEKS have gone by and I still hadn’t heard anything, I call again just to find out that Bailey didn’t follow the correct procedures of the recall and also NEVER even order the part. How ridiculous, and such bad service and experience.
I took my car for an oil change and multipoint inspection.BMD, the service advisor, informed me the vehicle was ready for pickup. I paid for the oil change, tire rotation, and inspection and left the shop.I was surprised as I read invoice#: 583449 that the tire has a hole and requires immediate attention.Ms. D failed to alert me of the critical safety finding that requires tire replacement.
Beware of the VIP test drive....scheduled an home test drive, waited for hours for a salesperson and an 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier to show up, but no one and nothing showed up. No attempts were made to schedule another one (because it might have been another no show), or to come the next day. Then just a few days ago, was notified the car was sold!
Updated 15 June 2022Raised from 1 to 3 stars. Took the truck in for service and warranty work. Josh and Stevee were helpful and my truck was ready on time with all of my maintenance requests. Subsequent good visits will garner more stars. I am pleased with this visit.2021 Ford F-250.I would rate 0 if I could. TJ (Service Manager) is aware of my plethora of issues.Truck was gone 12 days. It took 5 days to diagnose the problems, 2 of which were declined until I insisted on them taking a second look and they subsequently found and ordered parts to fix the problems. 1 of the problems (windshield wiper arm striking the truck) was denied until I picked up the truck and demonstrated the very obvious banging noise, even having the service rep tell me to get other wipers, which absolutely would not have solved the problem. I paid for the full diesel service, and was charged nearly $25 for 3 units of DEF, which they did not put into the truck. Finally, I learned that at a previous visit I was told erroneous information regarding and inability for them to warranty a replacement of my headlight assembly, thus I have dealt with a fogged up light for months, which now they finally addressed.I repeatedly corrected my phone number with them (3x) which they failed to verify was updated in the system so they were unable to contact me when the truck was finally finished.The only positive I can say is that they recommend I hold off on the recall work until it was actually time to change my fuel filter, thus saving some $.At this time, I have little confidence it Germain of Beavercreek. From the service rep, to the incompetent service technician who could not find fairly obvious issues, multitude of problems that were repeated, to the fraud of charging me for something that wasn’t done. I am terribly disappointed and it will be very difficult to trust them in the future. I’m not sure why I should even give them another chance…
Bought my first truck from Sarah Gentry here. Sarah was truly amazing I couldnt have ask for a easier process. I have never ordered a new vehicle and Sarah is very knowledgeable about the whole process and communication between us was amazing as well. I built my own 2021 Ford F-150 online and sent the build to Germain Ford of Beavercreek. Sarah Gentry contacted me within minutes and from that second on has been absolutely amazing to work with. She got me the best deal and kept me updated as my truck was going through the build process. I cant say enough about how awesome and professional she was. Collin with was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to make sure I paid what we agreed upon during a tumultuous time regarding car prices and values. I had a good experience with Germain Ford here in beavercreek. Troy was really helpful from the moment I had an appointment booked with him. Being under a time crunch to select and finalize a car, he understood what I needed and advised how to go about it as this was my first time going through the process myself. Troy was available to help out whenever needed, and made the process easy with the test drives and keeping everything transparent! Would definitely recommend Germain and working with Troy.
Do not buy a vehicle at this dealership! After agreeing to buy a vehicle at the dealerships price, they told us they would not sell us the vehicle without using their financing. Very unethical, as this was not presented until the price was agreed up. A poor example of representation of Ford.
My husband and I recently bought a new 2022 Ford Maverick from Germain Ford of Beavercreek. Sarah Gentry has sold us cars in the past at a dealership closer to where we live. Shes always given us amazing service and treats us like one of the family. When Sarah moved to this location it was a no brainer for us to drive the extra time to see her. As always she gave us top notch service, but so did everyone else within the dealership. We cant recommend Sarah and the Germain Ford family enough. If you want to be treated like family, Sarah is the person to see and Germain is the place to go.

I purchased a new vehicle with trade in yesterday and it was a super painless and easy process. Drake was quick to respond to my carfax request to test drive the vehicle. He was honest about every aspect and very willing to get the answers for all questions I had and needed. I did not anticipate walking off the lot with a new vehicle but between loving the vehicle itself, proce point, and the thoroughness of Drake and the staff present; there was not way I couldnt say no!Customer service is phenomenal here!! Told me one price for a oil change on the phone but changed after it was done. I even told them on the phone what the make and model was!! Shawn made it right,it was not his fault. The sales people are really nice who work there.Would go back for a new car. Took one star off for the oil thing and had hand prints all on one side of my car from oil change =(. My wife arrived first and unfortunately was in a very poor mood, having recalled her previous experience in Toledo. Found a 09 F150 online and was driving it home that night! We worked with Justin Jones and he got us the price we wanted and could afford. Scott Cassidy in finance was great! I recently purchased a 2017 F-150 from the Germain Sawmill dealership in May? When I purchased this vehicle I added as many service upgrades as were available which was supposed to include routine maintenance. Anyway, I made an appointment for what I understood was routine maintenance with this Beavercreek location (they are closer to me than Sawmill but the same franchise). I brought the truck in and I advised them that the Center display was STILL not working as designed from when I first purchased the truck. The GPS only worked part time and the radio part of the unit was seemed a bit slow? The process took a bit longer than I expected so they took me home in their shuttle (about 30 min away). I had not heard back yet so I called the dealership about an hour prior to close for status and was told that they changed the spark plugs in my truck and it was ready for pickup. Upon arriving I found out that they changed out a set of 100,000 mile spark plugs and that I owed just under $400 for that? The truck had less than 70K miles...They also ordered a center display as mine was defective. My interaction with the staff member when I picked up the truck was less than pleasant as they argued with me about the bill on the plugs. I called the service manager and left a message for further assistance and didnt get a call back. My experience with the dealerships to my beloved Ford has not been pleasant to say the least! I will not be back to this location.
We were thinking of buying a car at Germain FORD in Beavercreek, Ohio. We had occasion to engage Sarah Gentry. She is a ver knowledgeable sales person. Very personable and a very hard worker. She has a great smile and makes you feel comfortable. She is not overbearing or pushy. She is also very straightforward and seems honest.The wife loved her style as well. The car deal did not work out as planned for a lot of reasons but it was not for lack of Sarah trying to put it together. I would reccomend her to anyperson looking for a good car salesperson. She is great to work with and I would go back to her again when I am in the market.
We walked into the Germain Ford dealership and met Sarah Gentry, our sales agent. She was very friendly, energetic, and did her best to find us a used truck we liked with the features we wanted and in a budget we wanted. Within hours wed had our trade-in appraised; credit lined up; and a truck to drive home. Sarah was good to work with; and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle!
After dealing with a lot of dealerships over the past several months in looking for the best fit, our experience at Germain Ford completely surpassed them all. I worked with Collin but when we got there he was tied up so the entire team helped get us taken care of, and they all stayed late in order to do so as we had to travel to the dealership 45 minutes away with an infant. The entire buying process was extremely easy and we are so, so happy with our new 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum.

Just bought a new Bronco Sport today and I totally love it. Sarah Gentry was my salesperson and her no pressure technique was awesome. Went only to look that day but left with the Bronco. During some of the wait time she even checked to see if she if she could get her in a brand new truck.Sarah is one of those people you meet and feel like youve known her for years. Sales associates were friendly but Sales Manager is an insulting Man. Offering 30% of what KBB says our trade in was worth and less than half we had been offered elsewhere. They play the classic game of the sales guy is good cop, manager is bad cop. After refusing to honor the Ford X plan pricing, he went on telling us no one is honoring that, which was a complete lie. Just dont bother shopping there. Go somewhere that they management is more honest with you.
Review:When I have car trouble, its a very stressful experience because I dont speak car language. Let me tell you, I will ALWAYS return to the Germain Ford Beavercreek for any car problems all because of Sierra and Laura.Sierra is an absolute gem, she has answered any dumb questions of mine, kept me well informed of whats going on with my car AND even talked with my dad whos back home in Maryland over the phone anytime he called as well. She made a terrifying experience so stress free, smooth and translated car language for me to better understand what the problems are. She really is one of a kind, and because of her I will always be returning to Germain Ford of Beavercreek just to do business with her. The exact same statement goes for Laura as well. This experience for me was 1 of the worst times my car really broke down, needed fixed, which means a lot of money involved. For someone living paycheck to paycheck and multiple jobs, car trouble really stresses me out. Laura was incredibly easy to work with in cash, helped me understand their credit card, how it works and what to expect as well. Again, a truly nerve-wrecking experience made very simple for me. Laura is also a reason why I will be coming back to Germain Ford of Beavercreek.Both of these ladies are fantastic at their jobs because they take it more personally than a job title. We bought our newest car (2020 Explorer ST) at Germain Ford because of their Service Department. The fact that we were going to buy the car was a forgone conclusion...just where. My belief is when you buy a new vehicle, you are buying into a dealership as well. Germain had a very fair deal on the lot. and Germains service department folks have taken very good care of us over the years...in particular our service writer Kelly.To me, Kelly is the shining star in the Service Department and is my preferred service writer. When I had some warranty work done on my F150, Kelly was kind enough to ask the technician that performed the work to come out and explain to me what the issue was with the truck and how he repaired it. The technicians I have had work on my vehicles have all been great and seem to really know their stuff. Bottom line...there are some great folks in Germains service department. And for the record, Germain is the only dealer I allow to perform annual fluid exchanges on my collector quality 2007 GT500 which has less than 5K miles on the odometer..No regrets shopping at and getting service at Germain.
People are nice but when it comes to getting things fixed it’s a challenge. They needed to keep car to find issue with no heat. I asked for a loaner car as this is my wife’s transportation and they could not provide one. We bought a brand new car and have no heat. So I let them do the scheduled oil change to have the car start leaking oil all over my driveway about a month after service. I called and they could not even get me in till the next day with a one year old car now leaking everywhere. I took to my local quick lane and found oil filter was lose. Oil all over bottom of car and engine cover soaked in oil. This engine could have been damaged but they didn’t seem to care. I think I have a reason to say how disappointed I am.
I went to purchase a vehicle after my truck was totaled. We all know that finding a new vehicle is a pain. well Germain Ford made my experience pleasant. There was no BS my sales person Drake was a strait shooter and thats exactly what I prefer. We were able to get everything done I asked for. I can not recommend Germain ford of Beavercreek enough. I wish all the sales people I have dealt with throughout the years were like Drake.
I cannot recommend Germain Ford in Beavercreek enough! We worked with Troy Clouse and I’ve never experienced such a stress free and easy car buying experience. Incredibly friendly staff, clean facility and great Covid safety precautions in place. For me, and many others I’m sure, buying a car has always been something to dread due to multiple bad experiences at other dealerships. I can say with one hundred percent honesty that Troy and the staff at Germain Ford is changing the experience of buying a car! Even if you’re not in the market for a Ford, check them out. They carry tons of quality used cars (I bought a Kia, actually) and they can probably find any car you would want. I would 100% recommend!
Best experience I have ever had at a dealership ever! I have never spent such a short time in one. Spencer was my sales guy and he was the best. I was expecting the worst as with other dealerships and the experience was quite the opposite. He knew the answers to every question I had about my vehicle. He went above and beyond any expectation I could have ever had. I hope he is still there when I decide to get a different vehicle. Travis was the finance person I dealt with and he was great. I never felt pressured by either one of them. They listened to me, understood my expectations and I left there in my slightly used Jeep Compass in record breaking time. Spencer followed up a couple weeks later just to make sure I was still happy! The other associates that I came into contact with were very friendly and went out of their way to acknowledge my presence. Germain is my go to place for sure!! Great customer service guys!! This is the third vehicle I have bought from Germain Ford. My first vehicle from them was a 2011 Mustang GT in which I bought from drake. I loved that car. However we found out we had a baby on the way. So, I traded in my mustang and got a Subaru Legacy from their used lot from Troy Clouse. The legacy was awesome. I just recently totaled the legacy though. That make and model was super safe. I was travelling through the Dayton area on 8/29. I noticed my Ford Fusion was leaving an oil stain wherever I parked. Since I had just had an oil change at a Quick Lane in Colorado on 8/17, I guessed that something wasnt tightened correctly and that it would be a quick fix. I got on the web, found Germain Ford and called. I got routed to a voice mail box and left a message. I waited an hour for a call back and then drove to Germain since I wanted to get this resolved quickly. In the service area, the young lady said she would come take my VIN and they could get me scheduled in a week. I said no. She said that was the best she could do. I left and went to a local independent auto tech who took a car off his lift so he could have a quick look at mine. He found the filter was loose. He tightened the filter, added oil, washed out the felt on the under-panel, and had me on my my in 30 minutes. Im not sure why the Ford dealer didnt have the same sense of urgency or customer service. I never did get a call back for the voice message I left.

It was a pure spontaneous drive thru to this dealership. No premeditation. I’ve already been to at least “12” others looking for the vehicle that was right for me. Very pleased with the service There was some issues with the Van but the sales manager was quick to take care of it and the young man who sold me the Van was very courteous and very polite I would recommend this dealership I would like to add there was a problem with the CD player/radio they agreed do I place it at no charge to me you cant beat that thanks guys

Its has been almost 2 weeks since my husband and I went to Germain Ford just to look at vehicles. Because of the wonderful selection and the best staff imaginable, we drove away with our new vehicle. We were the last customers of the day and because of their wonderful customer service, the staff stayed past the hours of operation to put us in our new vehicle. However, they were unaware that the vehicle had a completely dead battery. We tried to start our car and nothing. Jesus must have been looking down on us that day as he sent a wrecker directly to us who in turn, gave us the jump we needed to leave. We had to immediately buy a new battery. When I returned to Germain Ford on Monday to grab the tags from my husbands old car and to give them the title to the old car, I told our wonderful sales lady Jordan what we went through. Jordan then went to Alex and told him and he said he will refund us the amount of the new battery we had purchased. The only thing he needed was the receipt from the auto parts store. I sent Jordan a picture of the receipt. A few days later we hadnt heard anything or received anything from them so I contacted Jordan to ask for an update. Jordan then went to Alex and Alex told her to tell us that he is refunding the entire bill from the auto parts store. My husband and I had purchased other items besides the batter. This was not necessary for them to do. This made us very happy and are currently awaiting for the check to arrive. The staff at Germain Ford in Beavercreek are so wonderful. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, please check them out. Ask for Jordan or Alex and tell them Chris and Cari with the 2017 ford explorer recommended you to them. Mark Lee was amazing!Two weeks ago I contacted Germain Ford about an F-150 I was interested in. Mark was awesome to work with! Very professional and courteous. I did not want to drive 2 & 1/2 hours one way and not get a fair deal done. We exchanged some trade info and such over the phone, and I said to Mark I wasnt willing to drive over for nothing. Mark worked out the deal, and my family and I drove over. In less than 90 minutes we test drove the truck, they evaluated our trade, and we signed all the paperwork. I would highly recommend this place!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Germain Ford. We took our Fusion in for a routine oil change and several maintenance items were recommended in addition to the oil change. We agreed to them to make sure our Fusion is being properly cared for. After agreeing, the techs “found” a rodents nest and when they returned the car to us, the car now rattles so loud it’s intolerable to ride in. We called them back upon discovering this and their solution is for us to bring the car back to them for 2-15 hours of additional work. With the attached price tag to fix, of course. My problem is that we brought a car in with no noises and no rattles and now we have a vehicle that sounds like it’s on its last legs that we need to fix.We went to Germain Ford after wonderful experiences with Germain Honda next door. I’m extremely disappointed that the Germain name doesn’t carry across dealerships. We will not be going back and we will not be recommending to anyone that they go to Germain.

If I could give Laura, Stevie and the Service Department a million stars, I would! Our crew was in Ohio working on a project when our diesel engine F250s radiator decided to start giving us problems. Being from out of state, we were not hopeful at getting the truck repaired but didnt want to take the chance of driving the 8+ hours home and breaking down on the way. Laura was amazing! She was able to get our truck in for diagnostics the very next day and Stevie was able to get us repaired and in running shape in less than a week. The customer service here is incredible, much more efficient, reliable and honest than I have ever seen before at a dealership. They even offered to pick our guys up at the airport on a Sunday evening when we flew back to Ohio - way above and beyond what is expected. We cannot thank you all enough for having gone over and above for our crew and our Company. Thank you - thank you - thank you!!!

Within 2 days of looking at theyre inventory I made my decision, Mark Lee went above and beyond to ensure that I was confident in my purchase. 2 weeks later Mr. Lee made a follow up call to see if I was satisfied with my purchase. I really can appreciate a business that cares enough to call its customers.
Im 58 years old (soon to be 59) and have been to many, many dealerships in my lifetime, but no dealership has come close to the level of customer service I experienced at Germain Ford. Ryan, at the online desk, Johnathan, my salesman and even Emily at the front desk, were simply outstanding. They listened to my terms and needs and made every effort in their power to ensure they were not only met, but exceeded. My husband and I bought a used Ford Explorer a little under 3 months ago. The sales process was great and we left feeling we bought the car at a fair price.Last week, the car completely died. When my husband checked the battery it was leaking. We needed to replace the battery and terminal. The car we bought had around 35000 miles and we were told the dearship went through the car before the sale. I am a little disappointed that this was not resolved before they sold the car.Update: The dealership contacted me after posting this. They were wonderful and helped me. I would recommend both their sales and service department! I did not expect the kindness they showed and customer service provided. Wonderful people to work with!

Terrible dealership and poor attention to customer service! Went in to purchase vehicle. Salesperson came back with a payment estimate near $1,000 a month for a F-150. After discussion, we explained to the sales person that we were going to go to Germain Ford in Columbus as they had a better inventory and could probably do better on price. The salesperson treated me like a peon and didnt want to negotiate anything better. We went to the Columbus location. We found what we wanted and JayDee was able to order the truck in from the Beavercreek location. After leaving the dealership, the salesperson at the Beavercreek location called and wanted to deal. He tried to strong arm me into going back to the Beavercreek location in order to get the truck. He explained that he was not going to release this truck to the Columbus location. I told him that I already signed paperwork with the Columbus location and if he was unwilling to release the truck then we would find another one. After speaking with the sales manager in Beavercreek, the truck was released and we purchased from Columbus. Stay away from the Beavercreek location! They have the same name as the one in Columbus but they are not the same dealership! If you want a good deal and to be treated with respect, go to the Columbus location and ask for JayDee! I was not impressed at all by the sales manager or the salesperson at the Beavercreek location. You will probably end up paying more for your vehicle if you go there!
We visited Germain Ford looking to lease a F150. We were greeted in the lot by Jordan Baker and went inside for her to help us. We were looking for certain things in the truck and she went out in the lot and brought up the perfect truck for us. She was very easy and fun to deal with and listened to what we wanted/needed! I don’t think it was very professional for your sales associate Collin to string me along after all that negotiating with a price and a deal, when we came to an agreement I did my part and he did not do his, and it was probably you to tell him to forget about me the customer, when I was ready to go and finalize the deal I call and he plays dumb. That just showed your true colors as a professional and car salesman. You said you would help me out but you did nothing but waste my time. Would never buy a car here.
My experience was great! After a really bad experience at another make delarship, Germain Ford truly did give me VIP treatment. The Internet sales manager stayed an extra hour to be sure I was well taken care of. The car I wanted to test drive was out front ready to go! Landon took me for a test drive and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Since I wanted to have my wife drive it, he let me take it home overnight. We really liked the car, but it had a feature we didnt need or want to pay for. Landon worked with me trying to meet my needs and stay within my budget. He worked with me through texting late into the night to be sure he knew just what my requirements were. The next day he had found the car I wanted and saved me $2000! Now that is VIP treatment. Overall everyone at Germain was very helpful and I got the car I wanted for a good price!

I first took my car to a transmission shop who wanted to replace my entire transmission, costing me $3500 and 6 calendar days. Germain Ford was able to do a proper diagnostic, pinpointing the problem to the clutch assembly. They were able to repair it in only one day for $2000, while also performing a recall repair. They also provided me with a ride home after I dropped off my car to be repaired and were very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process.
Recently purchased a vehicle here and couldnt be happier with the service! Our salesman Brandon was the best! Brandon, Justin and the entire staff were so helpful and kind. My 2 yr old daughter actually wanted to go back the next day (I think every staff member at some point did something sweet for her...coloring pages, lollipop, water, snacks, stickers, stamps etc.). I rarely leave reviews but wanted to say thanks to Brandon and everyone at GFB for making it such an easy and enjoyable process!

They did great!!!Update ***** 4-20-2020My 2013 Ford Fusion now has 62k miles and it needs a new engine!!!.I took it to my local Ford dealer to have a check engine and low oil pressure light fixed. I had it towed due to the fact of the low oil pressure light. They informed me today that it needs a new engine. The #3 cylinder is dead. The inside walls are completely grooved and chewed up. When they drained the oil, it is was full of metal shavings. I then called Germain Ford of Beavercreek and told them what was going on. He informed me that I didnt buy the extended warranty. For the record I drove over 3 hours to buy the car. He said he would talk to the sales manager and get back with me. He called me back a few hours later. He told me the sales manager went through the maintance logs of when they got it in and nothing was notated about any issues. They wont help and dont feel they did anything wrong. I havent even put enough miles on it to require the first oil change. Keep in mind the last person to change the oil and look for metal shaving that I have been guaranteed were there by a certified Ford Technician were the technician at Germain Ford of Beavercreek.Local ford dealer quoted me $6200 to replace the engine for parts and labor. So DO Not Buy from Germain in Beavercreek. They obviously have 0 morals. And wont take responsibility of something of either they missed or covered up. But hey they got my $10,000 dollars for the purchase price. Guess thats all that matters. Will NEVER go back and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. Crooks!!!!!

The website advertises a $50 gift card for coming in and test driving a vehicle. Not only did we test drive a vehicle but we purchased a vehicle.We completely forgot to mention the $50 gift card, because well we were purchasing a vehicle. You would think a customer service representative would mention it. When we did bring it up it was our fault for not showing it to you before we signed the contract. Are you kidding me? I find it funny that Germain Ford will not honor a $50 gift card when we just purchased a vehicle. Is it really time to squabble Germain Ford? Time to get the staff some education on customer satisfaction.
I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer from Josh and it was a great car buying experience from beginning to end. They found exactly what I wanted and it only took a few days to get it from another dealership. Everyone I talked with was knowledgeable about the vehicle, especially Travis who delt with my many finance questions. The customer service was above and beyond and I will continue to get all my maintenance done at that location for that reason! This is a great dealership even if you have to drive a little bit for this kind of service!

We drove 3 hours after talking with Jared Jones about our new Flex. He was very helpful in answering our questions and making sure the vehicle was there when we arrived. I purchased a used explorer from germain ford one week ago. The buying process was great! The service after the sale was amazing. The car had a few wear and tear issues of no falt to the dealership but they stuck by there vehicle and me as a customer and made it right. I realize they didnt have too, but they did and im so happy i bought my new car from them! My salesmans name is Troy. And i also delt with Landon. Edit: After a year, I wouldnt even go back here for an oil change. Ive felt like nothing but a hassle, over them selling me a bad car and a truck that didnt have things done to it that they said it did.Had my car for maybe 2 months, and the engine blew up! The car burned up all the oil and never showed a low oil pressure warning. Although I didnt have a warranty, I did have lemon law on my side. They had my car for 4 months, and rebuilt the engine. When I finally got it back, it smoked and you could smell exhaust or burning oil. I had to drive my kid around in that.Finally decided to try to trade it in. Thought they might work with me because of all the trouble Ive had.No!Flat out said that the odds of a used vehicle carrying over the negative equity were slim, so they only offered brand new cars. Never told me the prices. I had to look them up myself and told them the payments wouldnt work for us.Told them Id rather just get the car fixed, if brand new was my only option. They said theyd see what they could do. Havent heard from them since.Went to another dealer a couple days later. They gave me $5,000 more for my car than Germain offered, and got me in the exact car I wanted with payments I could afford! And that includes an all around warranty! Inside and out!False: ⬇️This is by far the BEST dealership Ive ever worked with! Everyone in the building, including lot techs that came in, were super friendly and accommodating. They engaged with my bored three year old, and went above and beyond in every way!Will definitely be back to purchase again, and will recommend yall to everyone I know!We worked with Drake, and do not let his looks fool you! He did a great job, got us great deals on two vehicles and made the experience wonderful!

I have had my vehicle serviced here for 4 years, but today I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I went to check on it and saw that it was still sitting in the drop off bay and the service advisor advised that it had not been started yet. I left immediately and will be looking for a new dealer. Very disappointing! Their experienced advisers Shawn and Ron have moved on and the new staff appears to be still learning the meaning of service.Update: The General Manager and the Service Manager both reached out to me within hours of this review. They both apologized and sent their Mobile Service Unit to my house the next morning to perform the service free of charge. It was a great recovery and in return I agreed to give them another chance at keeping my business. I understand that mistakes happen, and hope that this was an anomaly that does not repeat. Brandon Horsley, a sales consultant at Germain, helped me find the car i wanted easily. Brandon was very helpful and listened to everything i said i wanted within the car. He came up with the perfect car for me, a black 2017 Ford Fusion SE. I had a great experience at Germain and i will recommend the place to all of my family and friends!
I just have no idea where to begin! Everything from beginning to end has been the best experience I have EVER had when buying a car or truck. I bought an F-350 from Joe (the best salesman). A couple days later I was entering the highway and hit a small hole and the front tires began to shake violently.I called and Joe put me through to the service dept. TJ called me back instantly. I set an appt with Tiffany in service. When I went in they gave me an F150 with 8 miles on it to drive while they worked on my truck.Turns out that it was tie rod ends and a steering dampener that were all bad. Over $2500 in repairs! I did not purchase a warranty on the vehicle and they had NO obligation to fix anything.They covered everything! Tiffany was exceptional!! I cant say enough about the whole experience! I will be purchasing all my vehicles in the future with this dealership, even though it is an hour away.
I recently purchased a used Toyota pick up from Germain Ford, and was given a fair trade-in value on my previous vehicle. Sales Rep Josh is a good fella! Shortly after my purchase a steering issue came up, which resulted in some replacement part, that was covered by the warranty. **** I give four out of five stars because it took three business days (not counting weekend) to get my vehicle repaired. Its now steering perfectly, except it does seem to need a front-end wheel alignment. A (slightly) crooked steering wheel.
I bought a truck from the Germain Ford team last week and I just want to say they knocked it out of the park. Several days ago I posted a one star review about my experience with Germain Ford. I was angry, upset and frustrated by some issues with a used car I purchased and a lack of follow up to messages I left on voicemail trying to reach them.I am chagrined and want to make a public apology. My review turned out to be wrong and unfair and I have deleted my comments. As soon as the management team was made aware of the problems I was having they called me and made arrangements to resolve the concerns I had. There were no questions or excuses on their part. Only action. The management staff, specifically John Martin and Joe Collins wanted nothing more than to make everything right with my purchase. Their dedication to Customer Satisfaction is beyond anything I have experienced in a car buying situation. I seldom post reviews but when a company goes out of their way to make certain the customer is taken care of, no matter what the cost, they deserve to be recognized. If you are in the market for a car/truck and Germain has what youre looking for ... give them a try. They are honest and fair and will work to not only earn your business but your loyalty as well.
Not your typical car buying experience here! I was blown away by Germain Ford. From my product specialist to the new car sales manager and all the way through the finance guy. Each one treated my wife and I with respect and care. Even the finance manager came up to us and introduced himself to us and was asking questions to make sure we were taken care of.New car sales manager stuck out the most. By the end of the purchase process we had shared more with each other than I ever have with a stranger. We almost felt like we were treated like family. Truly great buying experience.I recommend them whole heartedly and without reservation! Great organization!

Bought a car from Mike Mathews and am very pleased with the process. Not a high pressure salesman. Was very willing to work with me and find the right truck for me. When it came time to finalize the deal, everything was well prepared for a quick closing. The whole sales process was very efficient.
I had a pretty good experience with Germain Ford when my 2015 Edge broke down. Their service side of the house has kind and friendly representatives. The down side is that I did have to wait over a week before my car could be worked on. But I cant dock points because every body shop in Dayton is booked as well. I had the pleasure of working with Johnathan Barbee for looking for a replacement car. I would highly suggest looking for him as yhe sales representative as he takes the time to find the right car for you. He doesnt make it feel rushed as thats one of the most annoying part of going to a dealership. He is pretty knowledgeable as well. If they dont have the vehicle, he will look for one around the area to meet my needs. Overall, I would highly recommend Germain Ford to my family and friends.
Recently I described what I felt was a horrible experience with Germain Ford service department. While, the experience I described was very real for me. I do want to acknowledge the Germain Ford team - service department and general manager for valuing me as a loyal customer, by exhibited a proactive attitude in resolving my issues in a manually satisfactory manner. I do appreciate their willingness to work with me and I believe at the end of the day, that is the most we can ask or expect any business to do, to be proactive in resolving loyal customers concerns.
Awesome experience. Jonathon Barbee provided excellent service and gave me all of the information I needed. Went in to test drive a Honda Accord and loved it. Will definitely buy when the time is right, and definitely will request Jonathon to assist me. He wasnt pushy and was very kind and understanding, super easy to talk to!

Drake was very helpful throughout the process and when the day came, had everything ready to get me in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle quickly. 2022-01-17I ordered a new car with Sarah at this dealership and she was great. Sarah is very friendly and gets everything done quickly. I was able to do most of the process without stepping in the dealership and once I was able to pick up my car, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this dealership and Sarah. The financing was not pushy and all of the options were explained to me well. I am very happy with my experience and purchase.

She answered all my many random questions through the process without hesitation. When my vehicle finally arrived Sarah made it so I was able to do most of the paperwork online and over the phone so I was in and out in about 30 minutes.
