Flabbergasted to say the least !!!! Mr. Joe (the owner) and his team was every bit of AMAZING to me and my now fiancé. Everyone was very helpful and attentive to our needs , they listened to understand my concerns and were delighted to answer my questions. Mr. Joe went above and beyond to give me a huge discount and offer same day service. Engagements are memorable valuable time in a persons life and everything that takes place after will never we need forgotten. And we were just so grateful to me at the right place at the right time. We truly were treated like Royalty! I almost cried because of the superior customer service. Any whom please shop here before looking at any other jewelry store!! I recently shopped for an engagement ring here before the holidays. My experience with Joe Geraci and Taylor was absolutely wonderful. They noted every detail of the custom ring I was trying to build and went above and beyond to make it a reality. Joe spent his time and money on me searching for the specific gem I was looking for, and came up with some gorgeous ones. It was hard to choose which one I liked best! And being able to sit right there with Taylor as he created a custom ring in their CAD program was absolutely delightful. I got to be immersed and active in the ring creating process, pointing something out, and watching it come to life before my very eyes.My time spent with them was very tailored. I could not be more thankful for the energy, detail, expertise and effort they put into my ring. Oh, and did I mention the price? It blew many other competitors out of the water. If you are shopping for any jewelry whatsoever, dont you dare go to any big box retailers or online. Youll be paying twice as much, and still wont come anywhere near the custom experience Geraci Fine Jewelry provides. They rock, and you should get your rocks from them.

Went in as a first time customer after coming across some of my grandma’s old memorabilia. Initially came in with just jewelry but returned later because they also deal with Coins.Come to find out Joe the owner also is very knowledgeable and likes old Indian arrowheads so he was able to take a look at that for me and give me a quick history lesson lol. I had been searching for a watch repair shop for weeks. I called several watch repair companies and left messages and never received a return call. I went down the list of repair shops and saw Geraci’s and decided to contact them. To my surprise, someone actually answered the phone. The person that answered was professional confident pleasant and answered all my questions. They gave me the hours of operation and I decided to go right away. I needed several items repaired for a special event and didn’t want to wait too late. I went in, the place was inviting the customer service was great the repairs were complete on the spot at a reasonable cost. My husband went here over 15 years ago to design my engagement ring which I still absolutely adore! I went back to them recently to design graduation gifts for my twins graduation from 6th grade. They took so much time with me to design rings with so much meaning. They turned out incredibly beautiful. I cant thank them enough for their time, professionalism and unmatched skills!
They made a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring, and it was perfect! We bought my husbands wedding band there as well. They are extremely responsive to emails, they work very quickly & their prices are great. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing jewelry.
I went to two different jewelers to repair the loose stone in my wedding ring and no one answered the doorbell at either one so I went to Geracis which was a little out of my way. What a breath of fresh air. They provide excellent customer service. My ring was repaired a week earlier than expected and in time to surprise my husband on Valentines day. When I went to pick up my ring they treated me like a queen and seemed as interested in surprising my husband as I was because they offered to make it even more special by putting it in a ring box, wrapping the box and putting it in a gift bag. The ring looks beautiful and I had a great experience, how do you beat that?

The team at Geraci were a pleasure to work with for my custom wedding band! I had a very uniquely shaped engagement ring that did not work well with most standard band designs. They drew up several design ideas to help me envision and confirm what I wanted. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is one of my bands doesnt fit completely snugly against my engagement ring and leaves a small gap. Otherwise, the quality and experience were better than I could have hoped!

Ive been going here off and on for almost 30 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the owner Joe Geraci always takes time to answer any questions you have, explain things, and really goes the extra mile to make sure you have a positive experience. He even cleans our existing jewelry for free whenever we go in, so its always sparkling and looks brand new again. Highly recommend!
Very nice people. I dont go into stores that sell jewelry often. They could tell i was out of place and helped me find a perfect gift for my wife. Fantastic place to shop. I live 2 hours from this store and I will be making that drive to shop here for any jewelry in the future. 5 stars arent anough.

I went to 10+ jewelers on the west side of Cincinnati and Geraci stood out the most to me. I talked directly to the owner and he gave me a lot of good options and a great deal(My ring appraises for more than I paid). I like how they do all their ring customization in house so its just a great one stop shop. They are very knowledgeable, nice and I didnt feel pressured to buy on the spot like all the other places I went to.
Never experienced customer service as great as theirs. I came in last minute looking for a gift for my girlfriend and told them my ideas and budget, they picked me out perfection. Since then Ive been doing business with them and will always be my go to place. Thanks guys and see you soon.

I went in to help my future son-in-law chose an engagement ring for my daughter with the use of a family diamond and while there I inquired about using the additional stones in a jacket for my engagement ring. I had broken a prong on my wedding ring and instead of repairing it, I decided to switch from a yellow gold setting to white gold. Geraci is the best.We worked with multiple jewelers, local and big box types (Kay, Stafford, Jareds, etc). The engagement ring I bought (from Stafford) had issue after issue, so I didnt want to buy the wedding band there as well. My wife had a very specific image in her mind of what she wanted in her wedding band and many places either didnt have anything close in stock, or if they did, it was way out of our desired price range. Joe Geraci was recommended to us so we decided to give him a visit.He personally showed us around, and didnt even try to push any of his stock rings on us; he immediately knew he would have to do custom work for us. He took pictures of her engagement ring, made some general pencil sketches, and THEN after all the time he took, he gave us an estimate of what he thought it would be, and THEN asked us what our price range was. Needless to say, and to no surprise, his estimate was higher than we were aiming for, but when we told him our range, he simply replied, Ok, I can do that.. Didnt change the design or anything, he met us where we said our max was. Simplest price negotiation ever!As time went on, he stayed in great contact with us through the whole process, up through getting the ring. I thought it looked great, but when I showed my wife, she had a couple issues. It wasnt quite exactly what she pictured in her head. We considered just dealing with it because it was close, but when she was honest with Joe, he had zero hesitation and literally remade a second ring that came out absolutely perfect. No extra charge whatsoever. I assume he plans to just put the first ring in his inventory with intentions to sell it to someone else (it was a beautiful ring, just not what my wife had pictured).Long story short, Geraci was extremely friendly, had great communication, has the best prices weve seen, and puts customer satisfaction above anything else. And the rings they make are quality stuff!Highly, highly recommend. We regret buying from Stafford before checking out Geraci for the engagement ring.

I was first introduced to Geraci Fine Jewelry several years ago by my grandfather, a World War II vet and Purple Heart recipient. Geracis would later introduce me to the perfect way to honor my grandfather when he passed in 2014. Joe Geraci personally worked with me to create a replica of my grandfathers military ID bracelet; one that I could wear. Every detail was considered - from plate size, to to the rather rare sister clips, even the engraving. Joe certainly has an eye for detail. I get asked about my bracelet often, and proudly speak of my grandfather and his service; the perfect way to honor my hero.Joe and his team are creative, personable and friendly. They remain my jeweler of choice.
Bothered to drive a little further to do business here because of its reputation. I noticed the error made on work done that had to be corrected, no apologies. Picked up days later, no apologies just blame on the engraving machine. I won’t bother taking it back for another correction of a still less than stellar job.

I came in to Geraci Fine Jewelry at the beginning of December 2016 looking for an engagement ring to give to my now fiance as her christmas present. As soon as we entered, we were greated by the very friendly staff asking us what we were looking for. After we told them we were looking for engagement rings, they imediately went to go get the owner of the company, Joe Geraci, to help us. I looked at several settings, bands, and diamonds, as well as mutiple different 3D models of rings that Joe had created for me and eventually picked one out that they were going to make for me. The only roadblock we encountered getting the ring was that the company shipping the band didnt get it shipped in time, so Joe offered me a similar looking band that was more expensive at no additional cost and the ring was ready by the time they predicted.The pricing was very reasonable and the service was unmatched, I will definitely be returning to Geraci Fine Jewelry in the future.
This jeweler is faboulouse...There work is remarkable, I had a vintage Tiffany engagement ring that needed custome wedding bands made... Joe hand sketched my engagement ring along with 2 beautiful sketched wedding bands. Its unbelievable the talent this man has....Best jeweler around by far, we make the commute from dayton Ohio to his cincinnati location for the quilt work that he dose...Everything from cleaning of our jewelry, to taking links out of watches, too custome work.. I went to Jareds--- with coupons over 200 dollars on their customer appreciation day. Although I was offered coffee and water, the service was bad...insulting. I tried Geraci today, and I will always use GFJ from this point forward. Great service! Great prices! Bigger selection! Very pleased.

2021-03-27Had an A+ experience at Geraci Fine Jewelry. They made the engagement ring shopping process completely painless. Cindy did a great job finding exactly what I wanted while staying within my budget. Geraci’s was very accommodating and patient, even ordering different diamonds from their vendors to allow me to see different sizes and allowing me time to think on it before making a final decision. There was absolutely no pressure or up selling involved. Joe gave me a great deal on a diamond that was too good to pass up, blowing the big jewelry store chains out of the water. I am absolutely thrilled with the final product! To cap it off we celebrated with bourbon shots in his office. I am happy to support a local fine jewelry shop and will definitely be recommending Geraci Fine Jewelry to my family and friends.
