I have a problem waiting 2.5 hours to be been by the doctor. He is talking to every patient about their personal issues and sports. There is no patient privacy when you are in the patient room waiting. You can see and hear every patient in the office. SAD.

I went in here desperate for help. I was in a lot of pain and was hoping they would work with me to find long term solutions to my foot pain. At first I was hopeful, but I soon realized I was just being given short term, in office treatments with machines that looked like they came from the 90s. Ok, so big deal right...the kicker came with they gave me a set of boots that I was supposed to wear to stretch my calf muscles. When the bill came it turned out that they charged me $325 PER BOOT!!!!!!!! The exact same boots are available online for purchase for under $50. WHAT A RIP OFF. They give them to clients like they are nothing. Ask for a price on everything before you leave the office. Im now stuck with a pair of $650 boots that I cant even walk in. Not helpful.
The staff was so professional during my visit made me feel very comfortable. Any questions that I ask they didn’t hesitate to give me answer. The doctor listen to my concern when he was doing an procedure on my toe. I was cared and the doctors reassured me that it won’t hurt while he was talking to it distracted me I didnt know he was done that fast. Thank you!

I had a sewing needle stuck in my foot for 2 weeks. After going to Mt Carmel er, being referred to surgery, then referred to orthopedics and nobody would do anything for me, I called here. They got me in the very next morning. Dr. Chisnell took such good care of me. She was so thoughtful, thorough, professional, and knew exactly what to do. She was gentle, kind, and caring. She made sure I was in complete comfort before the procedure. It literally took her 2 sec to find and remove the needle! Im so happy with my care and so relieved that it is not in my foot anymore! Thank you to the entire staff!!

I have had pain for so long. The Military doctor told I would just have to deal with for the rest of my life. Dr Stanos took time to listen to me, really listen and has already started to make a difference in my life. The techs are wonderful and have really helped with therapy.
I have been to other podiatry offices and no one ever offered to do a xray until I came here. Which means my feet were still in pain. Gentle foot care informed me of my issue and provided me with inserts for my shoes, padding for my feet and boots to stretch my feet at night. I felt like I hit the lottery with all I was given. I now feel like there is hope.
Gentle foot care is the place to go for your needs with your feet and Wednesday is the best day to go because theres a lovely lady doctor that is the most genuine with your feet. Dr. Tudor is just lovely and she is much better than Step Lively because they cut my feet tooo much and I only have a problem with calluses. I had a good experience. I was Abel to be seen without a long wait the doctor was great. I made an appointment for one issue by the time it came up I had fractured a toe which was taken care of right away.
Dr.Tuder is a great Dr!!! However Ive been coming here since early 2018. I had a surgery she did that went what seemed to be well, until we discovered that I may or may not have needed the surgery. So The Dr scheduled for me to be seen by an neurologist b/c now it may be the issue. Well over a year Ive been waiting for a phone call from grant till this day! Twice theyve been given the wrong information. So Last Thursday I find out my Dr. Is on vacation a Receptionist schedule me in for Monday to see a doctorIt is not till after I arrived Im asked for my insurance card I have never had this issue in the past and if Im not mistaken they asked this information over the telephone that is what I am used to so I get there to be told I cant be seen .Long I have literally hadNo sleep So today I called back in and the receptionist was really smart with meAnd I didnt like it at all so because of thisI am going to be switching doctors because of everything OVERALL most important you dont argue with the any patient especially one you know so little about .. Besides I would really like to know what is the root issue to the problem with all this pain especially now that its traveling!!

I always have a good experience when I see Dr. Fracassa he takes excellent care of my feet the best podiatrist Ive ever had, hes kind, caring and compassionate and that really means a lot and he takes his time with you and listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly
My Doctor is Jeff Wilson it was my first visit. Dr.Wilson was professional and friendley and put me at ease. I would recommend anybody that need a Podiatrist to go to Gentle Foot Care of Columbus.
I called to schedule an appointment because I thought I broke a bone in my foot. The receptionist did not bother to tell me that the X-ray machine was broken until after I arrived at the office. The doctor suggested a sonogram instead. After the sonogram was completed, the doctor said that he could not tell for sure if anything was broken based on the sonogram. The nurse wrapped an ace bandage around my foot and I was charge $600 for nothing. This was a very expensive waste of time and I did not get any relief or a diagnosis. Do not go here
It was somewhat difficult to find the building as well as trying to find the right entrance to get into the building. However, once I got inside I was made to feel comfortable. The staff was very warm and welcoming. My procedure was painless. I will definitely come back for service again.

When I broke my ankle this place got me in right away. Loretta at the front desk was the most understanding and helpful person i think I have ever encountered. I did not have any insurance and they did everything they could to make treatment affordable for me. Its hard to find such a caring staff anymore. I would highly recommend this practice!
They make you put your credit card on file and sign an agreement stating if your bill is less than $250 they will take it from your account on the first day of the month. My bill was over $250 but they still took money from my account. They didn’t say no matter the bill they would take up to $250 on the first of the month. I have been there multiple times and always paid my bill but never again. Do not go to this doctors office.
Great customer service. Each staff member was kind and professional from intake to discharge. The doctor (Dr Tudor) was efficient and informative. I was never kept waiting long between tasks (questionnaire, x-ray, ultra, actual procedure) and was on my way in about an hour. Dont judge the old brick building by its cover; quality people await within.

Great, customer service! Clean office and they are very prompt. Im 10 year old son had to have a procedure and the doctor and his assistant talked him through it, kept him calm and his mind off the procedure by talking about sports 👏. Overall great experience and my sons foot is healing great. I recommend this place 😉.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly and Dr. Santos, who is the physcian I see, is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. This office billed my wife for the same office visit multiple times. I sent in the invoices highlighting the charges that showed some of the visits were rebilled on the following invoice. One of the charges was corrected while one was not and was rebilled again. I again sent in a copy of the invoices along with a check for the $29.00 that was in question because they had sent a nasty letter threatening to turn in the outstanding balance to the credit bureaus. Our insurance along with our copays paid over a $1000 for several months of treatment and they couldnt even take the time to make a phone call to resolve a $29.00 bill.

I was told I needed surgery took the time off work was at the surgeical center only to be told they cant do it due to my breathing issues, issues the doctor was fully aware of. I am thankful now because the Dr is too old to know this I really dont want him cutting on me. My opion is keep looking it might just save your life.
If you are looking for a place for foot care, this is not a good choice. The level of incompetance is so high i would have given it one star if i had the option. My fiancee was scheduled to have double foot surgery on friday and was told the day of surgery after she was already prepped that the doctor couldnt do the surgery at a surgery center because of her breathing issues, the doctor has no hospital clearance. And when confronted about the issue the doctor said in not so many words that it wasnt his problem and blamed everyone but himself for the issue. I along with my fiancee and her parents took the day off of work for this. come on do you really wanna go to a doctor who makes excuses for his short comings and inability to perform surgeries outside of a medical center? Hell he might as well manage a 24 hour mcdonalds,at least he would be of some use. SO THIS PlACE IS A HORRIBLE CHOICE FOR FOOT CARE !!!!!!!!and i would go here at my own risk.Unless of course you like less than poor service
The people are all good here and nice did a lot then i thought today and i love it makes me feel like they really care but doc was really good to me and made me feel better i was a little scared when i came here but they all made me feel better and sent me home with the works thank u guys best appointment i ever had

Had a visit on 11-14-18 still waiting to hear back from them. Floors were dirty in exam room. Measured for orthdotics when asked price thru my co-pay they told me they didnt know because they had not checked with my insurance company, but would check and get back to me asap. 10 days later still have not heard back! Will not go back based on this fieascal!

2022-07-25I love Dr Boone and the staff. I went in for a simple foot problem and just talking to Dr Boone about other issues with my feet and legs, she referred me out for testing and was able to point me in the direction to help more than just my foot issue. She gave me the resources and the push to finally get myself healthy again. Shes the most amazing, caring and professional (and awesome personality) that Ive ever seen in a doctor. I cant speak more highly of her and the whole staff. Just amazing people and care !!

2022-07-09Be very careful when signing your paperwork. This is the ONLY doctor that I know of that has you keep a card on file and on the first of the month they can charge your card for up to $250. My mistake, I did not read the paper. My husband was there twice. Once they billed the insurance,there was a balance left over. We received the first bill for $142. On July 1st they took $247 out of our bank account. We had not even received the second bill yet and I was not prepared for them to take that much.

2022-03-29Care was good/no nonsense. However waiting area was uncomfortable. I realize its an older building...no biggie. No educational decor.....No biggie. Appeared carpet had not been vaccumed since the last snow and there was a dead bug turned over on its back on the coffee table. There were shoes on display that were really dusty. I find it hard to believe anything is being sanitized like door knobs, countertops etc. Probably would have given 5 stars but this tells me something about how patients are valued and the kind of experience the practice is concerned with them having. Please do better.

2022-04-13Dr. Jeffery Lynn was very kind and gentle to me and my feet. He was professional and listened to my concerns and addressed all my issues. The only issue was the office and equipment seemed very outdated and uncomfortable, but other than that the staff was definitely pleasant and kind.

2022-08-20Last doctor visit went well, I was in and out in no time. No long time waiting in the lobby, the nurse were very professional as well as the doctor. He listen to my concerns and and gave good advice on how I should continue to treat my foot well after it had healed.
