I wouldnt waste your time trying to call because I had 2 other gamestop call and had no luck and I called and just got put on hold and they didnt pick back up and I was on hold for 15 minutes and tried calling back and got put right back on hold again without answering any questions when I was trying to see if they had something in stock
Went in there thinking I was going to play a certain version of Persona. The kind worker politely informed it was the fighting version. Thanks to his knowledge, I was able to get the game I was looking for. Having a great time playing Persona 5. Thank you!
I have never had any problems shopping at this location. The store is clean and well organized. Staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. This is a very large store compared to Vista Way store. I have been able to find most things here if they were not available elsewhere. The Used/Previously Owned selection of games and accessories is huge. Store is often busy and sometimes even crowded. You may need to wait for assistance or stand in queue at checkout even when the store is staffed fully. During the holiday shopping rush this store is packed, likely due to its central location in Cleveland.
Fantastic staff!! Went above and beyond to help me when 2 other Gamestop locations couldnt have cared less about my problem. Friendly, helpful service will keep me coming back to this specific location for sure!!
I have a gamestop credit card and I know for a fact I have $800 left on it to spend but everytime I use it to purchase something online thru gamestop it denies it. So I go up there to see if they can help me because calling the gamestop holiness is useless they do not know how to fix problems its the same thing in the stores. So I had to use cash elsewhere to buy my kids Christmas gifts and thanks to gamestop my kid lost on a ps5. Thanks for nothing gamestop u guys really know what ur doing over there smh
Very helpful got everything I was looking for in the store. The parking lot did not feel very safe. Never seen security or any police. So the 5 is for the store but the shopping center is at a 2 because its hard to feel safe
As I opened the door, I was given a palm forward hand and told no....No entrance. With my 7 yr old son.Sign on door says 5 people max as the two associates are standing shoulder to shoulder .Guess you dont want our business.
With more collectables, games and everything else in stock than ANY other GS in the area, this place can just TAKE my money. Its a geeks dream store. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff was the cherry on the cake.

Justin, Heather, and 2 other employees over the course of the past few days have been spectacular despite roadblocks. If you want a story look below. Otherwise - Justin, the manager, is immensely helpful. Heather and the other 2 employees I worked with were generous and informative as well.I purchased a brand new copy of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice for Xbox One. Upon getting home and installing, the disc did not read. I get on the phone with Microsoft and they say to try other discs - everything else still worked. I take the disc back to GamestopThey issued another copy, brand new, as an exchange - that disc did not work either.Another trip back for Disc 3, again brand new, and that didnt work either! It was an incredible situation with Microsoft and Gamestop had little idea as to how this was happening.Trip 4 resulted in exchanging the disc for a digital download code.This was not the fault of Gamestop or Microsoft and I was helped the whole way through.A wonderful bunch of employees works here - thank you all for your help again.
Clean place with friendly helpful people but could be all around cheaper. Even the pro members should get a better price and I feel that you should get way more pro points.i am a pro member and have spent over 1100 dollars since being a pro member and I only have a Lil more the 14,000 points and about the best thing I can get with those points is a $15 of a used game
Terrible service, was not greeted at all... then I had to find someone to ask about a memory card I needed and the rep said they didnt have it, but didnt offer to order one either... I said thank you to leave and she scoffed at me.. not a happy camper...
Scam place!! Brought them back new unopened item that i bought within 30 days of the return policy, however they did not want to take it back and tried to buy it out from me for the third of the price that I paid for it, even though I had receipt with me. I dont understand those ashore that work there, they act like they are paying out of their pocket.
Convenient but small location.. call before visiting to see if they have the merch you want.

2020-11-11I took my special needs brother in here on his birthday and all the staff members were very helpful, professional and treated him like a fully functioning human being as opposed to a special needs adult. They made him feel important, helped him find what he wanted and were sure to sign him up for his rewards card so that he could take full advantage of his birthday discount. I would most definitely recommend this store and its staff members to others.

She told me she didnt know anything about it and I told her the guy name I talked to. She told me he most of been a Corporate mole. Im like FTF? and just had to walkout.

2018-12-10Great staff always willing to help. The store is never packed which makes it great going in getting a game and getting out. They have a great selection of games controllers and system from old to knew. Another cool part is the wall section that has all the tee shirts, toys, board games, and collectibles. Its fully stocked and has some amazing stuff.
