One of the best Game Stops I ever visited because everyone there the gamer you have conversations for hours and enjoy yourself for hours. The two guys that run the store are just so knowledgeable and know what theyre talking about

Bought a game from there that DIDNT work. I cant exchange it because I didnt get the warranty. Its a $5 game I dont understand the logic of it. And arent you all supposed to test out games before you take them? Youve lost a customer
Everyone is very sociable, polite and knowledgeable. they usually have what you need in stock. Ive been going to this gamestop for about 3 years for all my ps4 and xbox one needs. Id recommend it to anyone!
Its sad when a store like walmart is a better choice than a specialty game store Have decided ill completely stay away from every gamestop location even online usually friendly employees but generally bad pricing when it comes to used stuff but retail pricing is normal so i buy new there now i will not ever again was already close before a bad experience so this just put it over the top refusing a customer service with a snotty attitude for no reason besides youre having a bad day at your oh so hard gamestop job anyways heres the deal Was looking to buy some pop figures also a ps4 and some accesories for kids birthday but an Extremely disrespectful associate ( which seriously just ruined a little boys birthday over nothing something the associate wont give a care about in the next 20 minutes it was a toy this associate didnt want to sell ) rude to customer before me asking do you even want it in a malicious tone forcing the man to rush a decision to buy also denied me service so i left

Son Paid for a game system online, only to get to the store to find out the store associate cancelled the order, of course the cancellation couldnt be reversed and my sons card could not be credited immediately, had to leave the store without a game and hes still waiting on his money to be credited to his card. Its been 3 days!!!

I shouldnt have to be carded with my id when i want to get litreally anything. also everyone needs to get the stick out of their butt cuz it seems like everyone here hates you, i feel unsafe in this store.
Store was clean and organize. I went looking for a cable I didnt think they would carry. They didnt have it, But the Store Associate gave directions to place that would have it and at a good price.

2022-02-13Never had a problem at this location. The people here are great, especially Jason! Hes well informed on whats happening with both the gaming community and even with trading cards as well. Dont hesitate in stopping by if youre looking for goodies.

2021-12-31Im speaking in general on this part. They may seem slow at times, but its not their fault! Its only 1 to 2 of them and customers be coming with all their discount strategies and gift cards 😆 and staff have to check their products to see if it works! This location had what I needed so not bad! 👍🏾

2020-12-22I ordered a collectible item online and this GameStop was 1 of the only 2 places within 50 miles that had it in stock, and it wasnt available for delivery. This location was about 40 minutes from my house, but I had a friend who works nearby who couldve stopped in to pick it up for me.While placing the online order, I looked for a way to list someone else as the pickup person, but the website didnt give an option to do so. (I understand this isnt this stores fault.) I called the store to see if they would allow for someone else to pick up the item for me, but the employee told me the person who ordered the item has to be the one to pick it up. I asked if he could make an exception, but he told me, I would have no way of making sure you got your item. Overall, he was pretty short with me. Either way, I understand the policy and can respect that rule.However, when I get to the store, the same guy attends me. I let him know Im picking up an online order. All he asked me was my name. He went to grab it and gives it to me. No ID. No verifying order number. Didnt ask for anything. So basically what he told me on the phone was not true. Anyone who would have given him my name could have picked up the item. I would have saved a 1 hour 20 minute round trip.With this being a collectors item, its preferred the box is in good condition, but the item I received had a crease on the top side of the box and it had tape keeping it closed, most likely because someone opened it already.Definitely left there disappointed.TLDR:Ordered item online. Called store to see if someone could pick up for me. Employee says no. When I get there to pick up item, employee just gives me item without asking for any verification. Wasted my time driving there to pick up item since anyone could have gone to get it for me.

2020-07-09Its a hit or miss here. I had a pre-order for two items. And on the day they were supposed to be released they didnt have them. They could not give me a time frame for what it was going to come in. However their 48-hour hold still applied to my purchase. So I guess I have to call every day to see if my item arrived and if I miss it then I lose it.
