Warning dont go at afternoon on the weekends as with birthday parties it can be crowded. We went at 10 in the morning and it wasnt too crowded until well after 11. It cost $3-6 for kids depending on age to play in the gym. You can also buy tokens for games. The game area has seen its better days. This is perfect place for 3-8 year olds.
FOR THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN:my daughter has autism and doesnt like socks either. She made plenty of suggestions. We went and bought a 99cent pair of flip flops and since they were brand new she allowed my daughter to play in the jungle gym with the new flops. She made plenty of accommodations for our daughter and was very very friendly. The place is amazing and the prices cant be beat.Only complaint is the arcade. A lot of the games are broken or eat our coins. But for the price I cant complain too much. They are great people. The golf is super fun. The jungle gym is HUGE. The kids always leave very very happy. This is our go to place. ♡
My husband and I took my 2 yo and 6 month old on a Saturday. We purchased a pizza and the play gym ticket for our 2 yo. It was very busy but we were able to get a table and eat surprisingly quick. We had our 6 mo old in the stroller and had to stick it back in the car after eating as there just was t a lot of room to lug him around. Their rule is you have to get up and leave the table as soon as you’re done eating so the next family can sit down and eat. You can’t leave your stuff at a table while everyone goes and plays. Adults are allowed to follow and play in the gym with their kids!! We had a blast. Tons for our 2 yo to do! One of the best parts is the price. It’s an inexpensive way to keep a 2 yo entertained burn off a ton of energy!
Is beginning to age but all around great place!!!Friendly staff, great prices compared to Magic Mountain, and generally clean as can be expected with kids running everywhere.Birthday parties are very fun and good value but they force you to buy their food.Have 5 kids and have been going here for 18+ years. By far our go to fun place...
Ive been bringing my daughter here since her 1st birthday. She loves it! In the past few months since then Ive brought my younger siblings, cousins and nieces/nephews. They all have left happy and very tired 😎👍 Great place to take kids. I also came with friends to play mini golf and they all enjoyed it too especially the outdoor scenery with the waterfall/ponds and nature. I plan on scheduling my daughters 2nd birthday party here. Cant beat the prices and the staff is very welcoming and helpful whenever you need something. Cant recommend this place enough!
As a play area I highly recommend it, especially for younger kids...5 and below. Didnt go to game area so not sure about that experience. As for a birthday party...would not recommend it. The room they reserved for us was way too small. People standing in hallway, everyone tripping over one another. I would certainly expect to not be treated like a sardine for $300.
We went here for a birthday party over the weekend. The staff was very friendly! surprisingly enough the pizza was pretty good! The kids enjoyed the game room and absolutely loved running through their gym area. They offered a cart for the party host to help take things to and from the vehicle. Im considering doing our parties here going forward.
Bring your hand sanitizer, it was crowded but the kids had a blast and definitely a place to come back to - inexpensive fun. If you eat there tables are limited and space was tight - not great for strollers - but the tables turn quickly. Parking lot is tight, it can get crazy in there but despite it all this place is great!
We took my nephew here for a fun night out. We ordered the special that came with a one topping pizza, pitcher of pop, two wrist bands, and so many game tokens. The pizza was okay but not as great as Chuck E. Cheese. The play area was dirty. The games did not always work and it was disappointing that some games needed as many as 4 tokens to play.
Firstly the price is not bad at all! I paid $4.99 for my 3 year old to be able to get in. I do think they need to update some of the toys one of the rocking horses my daughter was on had the handles missing, they seemed to have the same toys each time I go there. No biggie but it would be nice to have more toys and variety for smaller children. Another thing is the gaming area is very compact not alot of room to move around, and alot of games were broken which is understandable but a bummer. Overall the experience is good, kids have alot of fun seems like, you get what you pay for and its a good place to let your kids wear themselves out at..
I went there only once with my almost-1-year-old, and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience! Quite a value, other parents there are even pretty positive & courteous, & the staff was still a summertime employee base (A.K.A. mostly kids & students themselves!!) but so knowledgeable, helpful, & handling the weekend business like pros. Thanks guys and keep doing an awesome job 😃 Truly impressed.
Games, Golf & Fun Gym are all reasonably priced. Food is a bit pricey. They have started making sure kids keep their socks on :) Always clean. Great place for kids parties. They can be hard to contact because it gets loud so expect to leave a Vmail and wait for a callback.
Love this place, kids love the place, SUPER affordable for any size family. Only complaint is not even against them. Its against the parents who let their snotty nosed kids run around leaking snot everywhere. WIPE YOUR KIDS NOSES. Thanks for giving us a cheaper option and less crowded option than Magic Mountain :)
Galaxy is a fun place to take small children early in the day during the week. On weekends it’s unbearably crowded. The maximum age for the fun gym is 10. There are arcade games to earn tickets for prizes. You can purchase pizza and soda. The fun gym has an area for kids 4 and under but I wish a staff person would enforce it. We have had two birthday parties there and were satisfied with the room and food.
We love Galaxy. Its small, which can be annoying when theyre packed, but its nice too because Im able to keep track of my little one easier. Hes almost 2 and very independant but he has a blast. My 13 year old can enjoy it just as much, hell usually play games or golf. I recently went out on miniature golf course for the first time and it is amazing, absolutely beautiful! Its way better than Magic Mountain, in my opinion, they have a huge waterfall with a cave behind it that you can walk through, the grounds are very clean and beautifully landscaped and they have a nice deck with picnic tables.
Very affordable fun place. Decent food. Staff is nice. It can be rather busy but the staff manages it well. It’s a very clean place. Conveniently located right off the freeway. Plenty of fun and activities. I definitely don’t mind taking my kids here for an hour or two just so they can enjoy themselves. Great place to have a birthday party.
This place is really cool to take your young ones too especially during the weekdays when everyones at work. They have a gigantic indoor jungle gym thats pretty cool during the winter months. They also have a smaller arcade section thats decent. I havent eaten any of their food but it doesnt look anything to write home about. Most of the groups I see eating their Pizza seemed to enjoy. Im knocking off 1 star due to some of the maintenance issues of the arcade section. Id say 1/4 of their games are generally down for maintenance issues and then some of them that are even up will do things like steal your tokens or something to that effect. If this place was just turned into one gigantic jungle gym I would say its the best place to take your kid in Columbus
We met for a playdate and had never been. We only did the playground area and it was fine. My biggest issue was that they are very specific that there are no outside food or drink allowed inside. Their website lists food and the prices are reasonable however they literally have no ready serve food available so if you want a hot dog or pretzel you literally have to wait 20-40 minutes in the line behind everyone elses order to get it. I can understand a small wait to have a pizza made but a hot dog in 40 minutes? Really? My kid was starving because it just to wait until we left and go to the McDonalds 100 yards down the street. Poor planning on the part of Management and quite honestly a huge missed opportunity in revenue for a place thats a little run down and could use the boost in operating costs. My kids still had fun and I recommend it for play but go on a very full stomach.
The kids LOVE this place. Its affordable and fun for the kids to run off some energy in the fun gym, and perfect for the pre-teens/teens to play in the arcade. The mini golf is fantastic and there is a beautiful Brie over the coarse from the top of the small mountain. Plus one hole is inside of it which is so cool. This is a great and affordable place and I suggest bringing kids here!
We had my daughter’s bday party here and 10/10 would recommend it to anyone. The price was more than fair and the kids had an amazing time. The staff went above and beyond for our group and the entire experience was exactly what you want from a kids party!!! Thanks so much Galaxy Games and Golf 🥰🥰
Nice inexpensive place to bring little ones to run off some of that extra energy. I liked that there is a big kids area and one more centered towards smaller children. And there was two ball pits which was really nice. Didnt get any food or play in the arcade part so no comments on those.
Love this place. The toddler toys needs a little attention. If I wasnt watching grandbabies could have been hurt on a couple of them. 1 not together 3 pieces leaning up. Two ride ons with missing handles. And a shopping kart that is broken plastic. I have been bring my kids and grandkids here for years. Great staff. Reasonably priced. Fun day adventure for the kids.
Kids were having fun. Me not so much. I understand having a clean establishment but starting the vacuuming 45mins before closing was a bit much. It made us feel like they were trying to kick us out. Gave me really high anxiety. I asked the worker to please wait until it was actually closed an she said the boss wants it done now. She was rude about it and kept on sweeping around a bunch of kids who were still playing.
This is a great place for kids! There is miniature golf, a game room and a large indoor play gym. The game room and the play gym can be enjoyed any time of year. They offer simple food options and pizza as well as hosting birthday parties. This place tries harder than larger, similar chains and that shows in better service and maintenance to their facility.
Best place indoors for my grandchildren. Enough space to run off energy. Games with prizes is another fun activity for them. Went when it was NOT super crowded so easier to navigate. Convenient location, inexpensive, friendly & attentive staff. My grandchildren love it!
Ive only ever been to the play gym and it was great! $3 per child and they can run and play as they wish. They also had a 5 and under area for my Lil boy and he (18 months old) had a blast. The only thing is that it gets quite busy and hectic. A lot of kids running everywhere.
This was always one of my favorite places to take the kids when they were little. ***SO*** much better than Chuck E Cheese in my opinion because your kids are not just occupied by video games, theyre wearing themselves out in the GIGANTIC 2-story indoor playground with ball pit(s) and slides and punching bags. Pizza is pretty good. Games are geared more towards kids who are 6 and under. its NEVER packed and theres a mini golf course outside! I dont understand why more parents dont bring their kids here because this is truly an awesome place to go, especially when the snow is on and cabin fever has set in!
Lets be honest: Galaxy isnt Disney World. Its dingy, its dated. Its a little run down, and could definitely use a weekly deep cleaning. That said, in the spirit of you get what you pay for, we love Galaxy Games and Golf. Its a cheap place to bring the kids on a dreary day to burn off some energy. Everyone in the family from babies to grandparents can have fun here, and not break the bank doing so.
Won’t ever come this place again! Reserved a room for my son, had a party literally two months before everything was fine! Also had a few different parties here never had a problem! But after today never again! we wanted to do a small little party under five kids, Also the place was empty!!!! but the guy refused to allow me! To have cupcakes nothing more and one box! in the small commons area out front! Which I thought was okay because I’ve been here plenty of times and seen people doing it! Also on my son birthday they had a reserves sign on the two tables against the divider, where a family had cake and ice cream???? BUT the guy came off really rude af about a box of cupcakes, and said we don’t allow any type of outside food in the commons area! And I told him that’s not true because I’ve seen so many people having cake and ice cream here! He was like oh they probably left the party rooms had just moved it! I was like no on my sons birthday when we had the party’s rooms! Y’all had a reserved sign on those two tables and them people had there entire party! And I’ve been coming here and this has never been a problem! But won’t come back will never rent out another room and PS yalls pizza is nasty af and y’all need to clean better!
Great place to take your children for a game of putt putt, or video games, or even better a large play area with tubes and tunnels and 3 ball pits. They offer party rooms for birthdays. Our family of 4 goes for unlimited time in the gym/play area - adults are free with children and each child is $4.99. Very inexpensive with money left over for pizza too
Its okay. The price for the gymnasium was a little steep in my opinion considering its almost 5 bucks a kid for a large version of a fast food play zone .The arcade is average but you can win tickets and the prize prices are not extremely high. The game prices were absolutely excellent being almost one token per game. Some of the arcade games are broken so watch out. The bathroom, at least the boys room was a little grimey but they had the right idea with little stools the kids can stand on to use the adult sized toilets and sink.Overall the place seemed like it needed a deep cleaning but was not so filthy that you would not want to take your kids back. The staff seemed friendly enough not rude but not overly friendly either.
Our kids love going here. Gave it four stars because the game machines always eat our coins. Seems like the gym gets played on hard because we noticed things have been looking worn out or falling apart since we first started going there. But the gym is still our kids favorite part of the place.
3/18 Fun for kids. Its really small for an arcade, but has a big indoor play area. Its in a really bad place with homeless people everywhere. Staff were nice, we didnt have any issues. But like I said, homeless everywhere, and its back in a bunch of trucking warehouses.
My grandchildren and I spent an evening there. The 7 and 9 year old played for 2 hours in the climbing jungle then we had pizza and played the arcade games. They won tickets which they used to buy cheap little toys (but they were excited and pleased). The next day we played miniature golf there.
Horrible and dirty place. My son was punched by another kid and the staff seemed to think that was okay. Offered us a gift card to return. Hahaha I would never go back there and put my children in such great danger. Was threatened by another adult and the mall cop who patrols the parking lot was worthless. I am disgusted by the way we were treated by the people there and the staff. I would not take your kids there, policy is never followed and the place is filthy dirty. Run by a bunch of kids and the management is horrible.
Has an indoor jungle gym/play place with several ball pits, slides, monkey bars for kids, and their adults- Its fun as a grown-up to get to play with your little in a big play structure. This large play area is attached to a smaller play space for kids 5 and under, secluded from the older more rambunctious kids. Socks are required, and offered for sale for $1 (adult or child) if you forget.Galaxy also has a small arcade area that rewards tickets to trade in for the usual prizes at the counter. It also has a miniature golf course Ive not explored, but looks fun. There are private rooms that can be rented, and quite decent and affordable food (of the ususal kids ilk )They also offer very affordable birthday party packages
Parking was a nightmare, I had to park in a mud pit. And people were toking up in the parking lot. The staff seemed friendly, and the laughing and screaming children brought a smile out. I feel overall a cheap way to entertain if you dont mind the crazy antics of the Westside.
I used to work at a place like this many many many years ago. Shortly after I left the place went under. I get that same vibe from here. The mini golf course needs some serious work, the inside is much like nasty chuck e cheese and then theres the play area. Its located in the weirdest spot which is a pain in the butt to drive through because of all the trucks in the business park. Dont expect much but its an alright alternative for the kids to run around and play in the play area.
My daughter and I attended a birthday party for one of her classmates. Galaxy Games and Golf was easy to find and had a reasonable amount of parking, but it didnt seem to be very clean or maintained. Several of the games were out of order, and at least one of the main exits of the play land area, with a small slide, went directly into wooden benches. It seemed like it could be an easy way for a speedy little one to lose a couple of milk teeth through collision. The ticket counter machine seemed like it would make claiming gaming prizes more efficient, but asking the individual at the counter for a few little stickers and items took a very long time and definitely needs improved through automation.
It was okay had lots of play area my only complaint is that some of the stuff was broken and had sharp edges that couldve hurt my baby in the smaller kid area. Not enough selection of games either. It was fun and wasnt packed and the staff was friendly on a positive note
When you work for a place that specifically caters to children, caring about kids matters. Watched 2 employees witness a child run out from the play space and out the front door crying looking for his parents. The little boy ran out the front door of the building, into the same parking lot with no coat and shoes on, while the employees at the desk did nothing. The manager did come up and bring the kid to his Mom finally, while the counter workers continued to stand there doing nothing. I understand it is not the employees responsibility to watch the children using the facility, but to watch a child walk out of the building unaccompanied, while patrons stopped him, was unacceptable.
They either need to turn their air conditioning up or have it fixed. It was SO hot that the entire party was wet from sweat. It was miserable! There were several broken or ragged games that needed to be fixed. Overall, it was just a hot mess. The party room was way smaller than I expected and definitely wont be back.
This place is a mess. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you leave a bad review on Facebook they will remove it. Ive seen kids with no socks and no one has ever had a problem with it. But you wanna prevent a special needs child from playing cause he CANT wear socks is complete bullcrap. Ive seen kids climbing on the outside of the gym all the way to the top and when I reported it to staff the employees did nothing. But socks is a issue. As a mother of a beautiful autistic boy I will not come here again.
The kids had fun, its a tickets for toys place with a big indoor obstacle course/jungle gym for the kids. They have putt putt golf out back looked like a good little course. The place was kind of dirty and the day we were there it was full of Muslims refugees and they were all very rude even their children.
Tucked away in the distribution section of West Columbus, this well done putt-putt golf course and game center is family fun and a necessity for competitive adults. The course isnt Congo River Florida equivalent but challenging just the same.Very well maintained, friendly, and has a snack bar too.
Love this place.. great prices.. No matter the weather.. Huge Indoor kids playground with seperate areas for big kids & toddlers.. Mommy rooms, Outdoor Mini golf.. Arcade, earn tickets to get prizes.. Party rooms .. Food & drinks.. All activities are pay as you go.. So you dont have to pay for things your not gonna do.. Fantastic place to spend the day with family!!! Located off 270 .. Easy to access from all sides of town
As the proud aunt of 3 children on the autism spectrum, I find it disgusting that you would take away an accommodation that was already being granted to this child, for no reason. You say that it breaks a rule, but hes been coming there for over a year. Is this a new rule? You offering to open early so he could play alone is cruel. These children get excluded from things so often. This is a way for him to play with other children. Youve taken that away from him, and its inexcusable. I will never spend money at your establishment, and will share this story far and wide.
My grandfather took my kids here last Sunday and the kids had a man tell them he had a gun and was going to kill them and showed them his gun. my grandfather told the nearest worker and she said they had 3 other kids tell them the same thing so he asked what they was going to do about it and the lady said the manager just told her to look for him. my grandfather and kids got there things and left, he seen the manager on the way out and asked what she was going to do about it. she then said that 3 other kids had said that so I have a worker looking for him now. My grandfather then asked the manager what is going to happen if they see him and her reply was ask him to leave . I no longer feel safe letting my kids play here, the cops were never called..
Owner Elizabeth Bland denied access for a 5 year old with Autism simply because he couldn’t tolerate socks and shoes. ADA says reasonable accommodation should be made for people with a qualifying disability. Autism is covered under ADA Guidelines. This family has been going here for quite sometime and the staff had always been friendly and accommodating to her sons needs until today when the owner turned them away.I too am a mother of 2 special needs kids and to send a child away for something they can not control is ridiculous.Elizabeth the world we live in are full of “grey” moments, but your mind is stuck on black and white. You have to be willing to bend in those Grey moments or your business will sink along with you reputation as a human being!~Review written by a ticked off Special needs Mom~
I am now 25 and have spent my entire life going here for putt putt as well as playing in the inside play area as a kid. My husband and I still enjoy going here to go putt putting. My only complaint is the stairs to one of the holes are falling apart which caused me to almost fall down the whole flight of stairs.
Smells like cat piss in the back, the pizza is extremely overpriced for being obviously freezer pizza, someone stole 100 tokens from us the second we turned around, basically everyone in here looked like they couldnt afford to be here, they dont pay attention to kids so watch out for child abduction. Basically if Chucky Cheese had a dollar tree brand arcade this would be it.
Not the most elegant of locations, think of the games and ticket area as a low end Chuck E Cheese area, whereas the play space on the other side is a massive climbing playset for various kid ages from toddler space separated in the right corner, to younger kids on the first couple levels to more advanced for the bigger kids on the upper 2 levels.Imagine a McDonalds or Chick-Fil-A play space, multiply that by like 6 or 7 while tossing in a couple of ball pits, yah its like that. The kids love it and will wear themselves out.Theres also a large putt putt course outside, but it was 90 degrees the day we went. No golf for us.
Nice place to take the kids for a day away all kinds of games they can play putt putt golf and a huge recreational area for the kids with a four-story playground prices are great and they also have some nice bundles they host parties and do very well with them very friendly staff very good pizza check it out
I paid for a party room awesome room they decorated it well i was super late for my reserve time and they were great and didnt start my party time till we was there witch i was 30 mins late they was fair about the price u get alot for ur money with their party room pack then most places i will be doing my daughters birthday here this year
I was very upset with the service provided by the staff and the attitude of the male manager... My room wasnt ready on time i had to help decorate after the fact that i brought my own decorations in 24 hours prior as requested... My pizza wasnt on time... My balloons didnt arrive in my room until a half hour before the party was over... I felt rushed out of a room that wasmt even ready when i arrived earlier than the time in the first place... Nobody seemed to know anything and all i kept receiving was a bunch of Im sorrys... Never again and i spoke highly of this place... I also paid in advance which i will nw er do again...
Do not come here to play games in the arcade its the biggest waste of money. I have come here MULTIPLE TIMES. And there ALWAYS IS A BUNCH OF BROKEN GAMES. USUALLY AT LEAST ONE OF MY TWO FAVORITE GAMES IS NEVER WORKING HOWEVER THIS TIME NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN FIXED AND LITERALLY OUT OF 20 GAMES THERES PROBABLY 5 OR 6 WORKING. AND OUT OF THE 5 OR 6 2 OF THEM ARE THE LITTLE KID RIDES. I JUST SPENT 50$ HERE AND IM PUSHED THERES NO GAMES TO PLAY LIKE AT ALL. I WONT BE COMING BACK THIS IS RIDICULOUS. MONTHS LATER AND NONE OF THE GAMES HAVE BEEN FIXED. AND LITERALLY OUT OF 6 WORKING GAMES 2 OF THEM ARE BROKEN JUST TAKES YOUR COIN AND STARTS MESSING UP LIKE A GLITCH OR SOMETHING. I ALWAYS LIKED THERES PRIZES AND THOUGHT THERE ARCADE WAS SEMI DECENT. BUT ITS POINTLESS TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AT BROKEN GAMES AND BROKEN TICKET EATERS. NO WAY TO REDEEM YOUR TICKETS. DEF. WONT BE BACK AND PLEASE IF YOU DECIDE TO COME HERE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU WALK AROUND TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT FIRST. AFTER CHECKING FOR WORKING GAMES, ASK that after purchasing tokens if games are broken and unmarked and take your coins, that they will happily give you a full refund. But learn from my experience dont waste your time and money. I videotaped for proof.
Very unprofessional. I called and left a message and I didnt get a call back for 2 days. Another attempt to call and the girl who answered just said hello when answering. Not the cleanest place and staff is not very friendly. I felt as if I was bothering the girl working.

2019-10-24Reasonably priced place for kids. It’s not super clean but was okay. They have 9 and 18 hole Golf, Arcade games and Gym play area. But you need to observe your kid in gym play area as no worker pay attention there. Couple of games were broken. Overall kids have a good time and enjoyed 9 hole golf and arcade games.

2017-07-06A cheap place to let the kids run off some energy indoors! Could use some updating and the presence of a security guard raises questions about the area, but my kids of varying ages love their 3 story play gym! Play area is contained and has a separate toddler area. Socks are required in play gym. Miniature golf course is fun and clean. Bathrooms are updated. Very nice deck area in the back!

2021-04-09The roof is literally collapsing a bit right now, over the play area. We had a lot of fun until we heard some cracking and saw some plaster falling. Shocking! The employees gave us a nice prize :)No one is hurt and the handful of other guests all left too. Two employees are still inside. Theyre concerned I think but choosing to stay....

2018-11-28I took my daughter there for her best friends birthday party. We got 1 party room and there was a bunch of others going on at the same time. So the place was packed. The pizza was pretty good for a place like this. They played in the indoor play area and it was packed full of kids who were running around pushing and shoving to go down slides and climb through tunnels. I thought it was ridiculous and there was no authority to keep these kids in check.

2021-12-28The kids really enjoyed it. There were a lot of good age appropriate activities. However, my son peed in the ball pit. We told the employees and all they did was spray it down with Lysol. If thats how they are going to handle something like that, I dont want to bring my kids back there again. Well find a different place next time.

2019-12-12The Fun Gym is a good, cheap place for les bebes to blow off some steam on a rainy day. Sitting on the porch by the waterfall on the putt putt course is the most relaxing place on the west side.

2021-03-01My number one place to take the kids, the jungle gym is great for them to run around and play. The arcade is fun for my eldest kids, while some are closed for social distancing still plenty of fun. The food is my only knock, not that good and limited menus for covid reasoning. During the summer the mini golf is great for the whole family.

2019-06-21Had a birthday party here for my six year old. She had a blast and the room was decorated and clean. They provided plates, pizzas, drinks, and such. The place overall wasnt the cleanest... And the toys are right next to where they cook food. They could do more to build a wall and make a kitchen area. The staff were very friendly and treated her like a princess. The games were fun but some werent working well. Two of the three tickets muncher machines were out of order. It had rained forever so the putt putt was rough but the kids had fun. Overall Id do it again. The inside play area was cool and very large. Kids enjoyed it.
