Fresh Thyme Market in other cities:
Usually one of my favorite stores. They have all the healing products, vitamins, organic .. poison free things. They just discontinued this nut, seed and fruit granola that I bought almost on A 3 day basis 😔 why discontinued a product that is selling out. They replaced it with a granola that is NOT better. I feel discriminated against. 😔
A bit pricey. They did have a couple things Ive been wanting to try. My local store carries them for $5 cheaper but their always out so I traveled 18 extra miles and paid the higher price, I just hope it was worth it. The store was clean, the womens restroom was not ( the toilet and stahl anyway) and the people were very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to right off i270. Great selection of organics. It was my 1st time there. Found it interest that they carry elk & bison, $$$$. Over all I had a nice time exploring.
The Worthington store is FAR better than this store!I only have come to this location because its right by my new place but I wont be coming here anymore - I have never been pleased with what Ive experienced here.A) Understaffed - typically only 1 or 2 lanes are ever open, usually just 1 at busy times such as 5 - 7 PMB) Ive seen the same customer on 2 different occasions - she goes through open produce bags (apples / green beans) with her bare hands, literally up to her elbows and picks what she wants then throws what she doesnt want back into another bag for someone else to take!!!Both times, there was an employee right there who never even noticed.I had to notify one employee the first time & tried to find a manager the next time but couldnt. The store employees need to be aware of her & they need to keep her from doing this!I know I may sound like such a Karen but this behavior is incredibly bad during a pandemic.(Even the staff here wears gloves when handling produce *A+)Its just about being mindful of others - I always throw a bag over my hand when getting produce. This customer either doesnt know any better or she just doesnt care. That would never fly in the Worthington location as management (who is almost always on the floor interacting with customers) or another employee would notice in a heartbeat.C) Items are often poorly stocked & close to the expiration dateD) Staff is not very friendly, with the exception of 1 guy - a shorter gentleman with short, reddish blonde hair - hes very nice & always says hello but no one else there seems to care one bit about customer service.Going to the Worthington location is a pleasure, its a bit out of my way now but it beats going here!
Excellent !! My visits there are usually pretty focused. I like their produce, specifically the citrus. I went in today hoping that they would still have the Mineolas I found last weekend. I was not disappointed!! The folks there are very welcoming. I really enjoy going there!!
Usually go here for fresh produce. My daughter and I stopped here the other day to get supplies to make a giant sub sandwich. The lady in the deli was super helpful and patient with us. Especially since we got a variety of things in small amounts. The fresh loaf of Italian bread was perfect as well.
The produce here is amazing. They always have a really nice selection. I would say that 98 percent of their employees are very nice and very friendly. We love coming here. They are always so nice to our kids ect. Love the bulk food and the produce and they usually have really great deals on meat
Very clean and bright. Beautiful produce. Great meat department with hand made sausage. Deli and bakery always full of great selections. Fresh salad and olive bar. Plenty of gluten free products Ive noticed even though Im not gluten free. Great helpful friendly staff. Easy parking.
Loved all of the unique items that are hard to find in other health and specialty type grocery stores/markets. Very well priced and their specials are great! I will add this to my regular stores I visit at least monthly list!! My only gripe is the checkout people and other employees hanging by the registers pretty much ignored me and talked amongst themselves making me feel like a third wheel and no have a good day, thank you for shopping here, or anything.
This was my second visit, different location. I absolutely love this place. Great location in Worthington, its my fave so far. The selection of meats, seafood, fruits and veggies are impeccable. Wholesome, organic, no gmo, no preservatives. They offer a wide variety of goods. The staff are exceptional, treating everyone with respect, they offer activities for the kids plus prizes. Store is well lit, parking lot is immaculate. I have made this my go to grocery for my families needs.
There are so many natural and whole foods options here! I felt like a kid in a candy store. I like to shop as organic as possible and this place is great for it. They even have a bakery section with breads and sweets that are all natural. Ive never been to Whole Foods so I cant compare the two. This place is similar in size to Raisin Rack except has more options. Its arranged better as well, like any other grocery store.
Went out of our way to go to Fresh Thyme to buy strawberries that were advertised for $1.25 lb. Very disappointed. They had zero strawberries. Im sorry, but you shouldnt advertise something and then not have it. Thats poor planning by management. The store was clean, but very cluttered. Lots of carts loaded with products to be put on shelves, just sitting in the aisles. Made it hard to get around and some things were impossible to get to, especially in produce and the bulk (nuts, dried fruits) areas. Finally, we encountered 4 employees and only one was friendly and helpful. (In natural health and beauty area.) Doubt we will be back. Trader Joes is down the street and so much better.
Amazing store, great products, some a bit overprice.A bag of organic gummies was 7.99??Staff is a bit condescending and not very customer service orientated. This heavy set cashier lady ran my purchase and told me to take my recipe From the machine, she seemed upset that I asked for a paper bag.takes away from the experience.
I love this store!!!! I cant tell you the last time I shopped at a big name chain. The produce is phenomenal, the prices are incomparable, the meat is awesome....to top it off, the customer service cannot be beat. My first experience in this store, I picked up a whole roasting chicken that still had little pieces of feathers on it...this absolutely grosses me out. As I was picking through them and talking to my friend that had introduced me to the store, the clerk overheard me speaking about the feathers. He approached and said I can take that to the back and pull those off for you. WHAT?!!?! I couldnt believe it. I said You can???? He happily took it to the back, pulled the feathers, re-wrapped and re-weighed it, decreasing the price (by a few cents...but still). I was sold...Im a sucker for great customer service. Loyal customer for life!!!
I love this store. Better prices than whole foods, and better produce than luckys. Its a good mix between the two. My only complaint is that some of the sale items do not ring up properly and they try to charge me $10 for a melon or something. Unfortunately, this happens often enough for me to knock off a star.
Very Disappointing- My first and only experience started out great. The store appeared to be very Clean. I quickly realized that the appearance was merely false advertising. All of the items that I ended up purchasing were returned, because they were nearly half a year out of date. The staff in the deli were rude, making it clear to me and other customers that they didnt want to make fresh sandwiches with the ridiculous wait times and condensing tones. I Aside from most things in the store being overpriced and out of date, I see no reason to ever come back.
Keep an eye out for shrimp on sale at Fresh Thyme. When on sale, it is a better price than anywhere else around. Veggies are a good deal, too, when on sale. New sales start on Wednesdays, but they extend the previous weeks sales through Wednesday, so that you get double sales available that one day.
Fresh thyme is a great alternative to whole foods. Similar concert but with much more affordable options. Absolutely love the meat counter options boasting fresh made sausages that are absolutely delicious! Additionally the pizzas are a hidden gem of deliciousness! Trust me, go in and order one - you wont regret it.
Only been there twice recently over the holidays to get some meat. In both cases beef for Christmas & pork for New Years the prices were fantastic, cuts of meat were excellent & the staff was very helpful & cordial. Great customer service & folks @ check out counter were friendly too.
I adore this store. We live in Pickerington but every time we are up this way, we stop at fresh thyme. The employees are so enjoyable (one even has a fresh thyme tattoo!! - loves his job!) the prices are low and the small store setting makes me feel so happy to be able to shop there! They have great deals that you just cant get anywhere else. Love it.
I really liked shopping here because everyone is very welcoming and vegetables and fruit are fresh. However lately I buy something and it gets bad real quick. In addition I had a really nasty cashier last week. His name is Keagan, did not say not one word to me and just had the nastiest attitude towards me and the person that was in front of me. Not a hi how are you or even thank you have a nice day. Yet every other time I come, everyone is usually nice and has a great attitude. I dont know what his deal was but if you dont like your job then you need to figure it out. Dont take it out of people.
Not really a farmers market as touted but a Whole Foods wannabe without the escalated prices. Unique offerings like roasted duck in the frozen section and Tennesse spicy chicken in the fresh meat section differentiate it from chain groceries. And the large blue cans of Fosters Oz beer are a welcome thirst quencher. Also some non-conventional ethnic Asian packaged food. Must also comment on the produce display - very colorful and wonderful eye candy
My wife and I have always avoided this place, thinking it was another overpriced scam like Whole Foods. That was back when we had some extra money; since then, my wife lost her job and were back to living paycheck to paycheck. We really didnt think a place like this had anything to offer broke-asses like us. But after taking the time to peruse through one of their ads, our ideas quickly changed. Fifty cents for an avocado? Cilantro for under a buck? Maybe theyre worth checking out after all!The produce here is really affordable, in most cases either on par, or maybe even slightly cheaper than, traditional supermarkets. They have fresh meats, which also seemed pretty inexpensive ($5 for a large pre-made bacon and bleu cheese burger that looked out of this world), and tons of premade foods, which were expensive to me, but about in line with what you would pay at, say, The Andersons. They have a lot of organic offerings, which of course are pricier, but they also seem to have some good weekly sales...we got a 32 oz. glass jar of organic juice for a little over $1.Overall, Im very surprised with this place (in a good way). We do most of our shopping at a discount grocer, and that especially wont change any time soon, but were seriously considering doing our produce shopping here. The quality seems just as good as the traditional supermarkets, if not better, and the prices are largely comparable. Its about fifteen minutes away from us, so not a place to run to if we just need a couple things, but for larger meals where lots of produce is required, this place is definitely worth the trip.
Farmes market is very nice place for fresh fruits. I visited at 9.20 pm today . I didnt like there customers service when I ask for more packs of carrots they said it may not be there come tomorrow. By seeing them I understand that they are lazy to check inside. Also check ur bill before leaving 2 times they did wrong billing for me
I like this store, but they charged me twice the other day. When I called the front manager and told her she said there was nothing they could do. She told me I would have to go to my bank and dispute the charges. Thank goodness I have the extra $111.90 dollars in my account, but why would they not just give me a credit back if I brought in the proof. Also they should have been over this amount for the day so I would think they would want to take care of it to balance. Now I have to wait up to 6 weeks to be credited the money back to my account. Not sure if I will ever shop here again unless I pay with cash.
Lots of good stuff here, but this is the second time ive bought produce that was expired....4 months old. Refunded, but pretty much brushed off in terms of the inconvenience. Should have issued a $10 store credit or something. Ironic for a place called fresh thyme...back to whole foods for me.
830PM October 11, 2017. Drove all the way from Grove City. 16-20 shrimp was advertised on sale in the ad. It was out of stock. Manager unapologetically refused to honor with raincheck. Wasted 25 mile drive plus time and gas... Bad experience. I thought I was going to buy (lots) more stuff. They lost at least one customer today. I guess the manager is oblivious to the grocery hypercompetition in the columbus area.

2022-05-27They have a lot of good stuff here. This store is similar to Whole Foods and is just as good. They have some mainstream brands and some brands that I never heard of but all of them are superior quality. There were some things that werent to my taste but my family members that did like them assured me that those were also high quality. Their pricing is competitive and their quality is high. I will shop here again and have added them to my shopping rotation.

2022-02-12Small selection, but mostly good choices. Clean, quiet, not overly expensive. Friendly employees. Some hard to find things. Worth a stop of you want something between whole foods and Kroger.

2022-02-25Someone seriously needs to regulate the seafood/meat department immediately . A man was mopping didnt change his gloves and went in to get my fish. For the past 2 months the salmon and the cod when I get home to cook it, its been really bad. The quality and the smell as if they keep putting the same stuff in the freezer then put it in their coolers and not checking dates of freshness. Please change this. Doesnt make sense when your store is called Fresh Thyme cause now its starting to be Disgusting Thyme.
