After trying several different lawn care providers, I was left unsatisfied and unsure what to do about the health of my lawn. I called free spray lawn care, After the first treatment , the results were extremely noticeable. Ive used them for one season so far and my lawn has NEVER looked better than it does now! I will continue using them and its nice having the piece of mind knowing that free spray cares as much about my lawn as I do!

Very unhappy about service . Didnt spray all weeds and now I have thistles growing in my yard along with dandelions very allergic. Im going back to trugreen

They have burnt my yard unbelievably. If I could post pics on here I definitely would. Two days after my fourth treatment I noticed burn spots all over my yard. Then they sent me a text about “Army Worms”… I had never heard of them before. So I thought that was what was wrong with my yard… they came out and the tech said yup you have Army worms…. Funny how none of my neighbors had them… it’s probably been about a month or so since they have been here and my yard still has very bad burn spots… If you use this business just know you have been warned !!!!

They treated half my yard the side they treated has large spots with zero grass,the lawn untreated looks much better with no dead areas. I have lived here 36 years and this is the first time I have ever had Japanese beetles.

First treatment was for crab grass. Second treatment was for more weeds species. They also applied lime to the yard. Reassured the grubs wouldnt be an issue this year. The yard looks like a dirt track, Ive never seen my families grass look so sad. In a couple days they are coming back to rectify this situation. If they succeed we will give credit, if it gets worse.....we will inform. September 2020.

Im only 2 service calls into my yearly lawn care. After the first service my lawn looked better than other lawns in my area. They had weeds and my lawn was free and clear. My lawn looked dark green and theirs looked more yellow. My utility companies cannot seem to lock my gate and I worry about my dogs getting out. Free Spray locked it up each time. I will update this later in the year.

I personally would not recommend Free Spray. We signed up for a 6 month spray treatment, by August 2018, we had only had 3 treatments done and we prepaid in February 2018. We ended up moving, therefore, needed a refund. I called in August to let them know and gave them our new address to send a refund check to. It is now the end of December and after many calls to them to find out where our check was, we finally received it, and short. When I spoke to Kyle, he told me the amount to be refunded, which was correct. There was no explanation with the check or any other invoice showing any amounts...it was also difficult to get John to call me back, thats why I was always having to call them! I do not personally think that is a professional way to do business, it was almost like they didnt want to refund us our money.

Grass growing very sparse.Lots of weeds.I Complained to Free Spray several times about the condition of my yard with all the weeds and crabgrass.I requested several times that the technician talk to me about my lawn problems, but this was not done.After research about this company I found several complaints about poor service and over billing.13 complaints with the Ohio Attorney General5 complaints with the Better Business Bureau

Have not had actual delivery of services but their interactions with me so far have been very questionable. Cold call phone sales promised special discounted price which turned out to be their standard discount. The number of applications the sales rep and I agreed to changed to a larger number of apps (and ultimately higher expense). When directly questioned, the sales response was, I talk to hundreds of people per week. I cannot recall everything I said. Sounds like poor record keeping at best. Seems to be consistent with previous evals. When I spoke to Bob about cancelling, he offered to sweeten the deal with an external pest treatment which supposedly had been included in the original cold call. Based on other reviews I am cancelling services before this escalates.
