We’ve spent a lot of money there recently on a huge diy project, but they’ve been really great. A month of so ago my boyfriend dragged me there to pick out stone for our project. We were there for hours (boyfriend’s fault, not at all theirs) and they were nice enough to let us borrow a golf cart (my distress at still being there was becoming visible, I think) to drive back and forth while we agonized over our decision. They were very patient and we’ve been very happy with our purchases. The deliveries were timely and professional. Will be posting pictures when the project is complete.
I recently bought mulch from Frank Brothers. I placed the order with Scott, he was courteous and fast. The mulch arrived within the window provided, the delivery driver was professional. The mulch is beautiful, it is clean and the price was better than most in the area. I would absolutely buy from here again.

Local gravel/speciality rock seller. Customer service lacks some with some of the brothers and delivery charges vary. Drivers make up for it though.

Staff is helpful and clean place, but when it comes to doing a large project and need multiple tons of stone....BEWARE, they do not discount for bulk and there are LOWER prices out there!!

This is sum $400 of mud rock that frank brothers sent me ! Looks nothing like there pictures on there web site. This stuff is of absolutely no use for me. I talked to the owner and I’m stuck with it. I can jump on this pile of mud rock and it’s like a huge blob of MUD ROCK ! So disappointing! Everyone is great till there’s a problem. Trend cautiously my friends.

2020-05-04Its a drive from Tallmadge to Lodi, but it was worth every mile. We found the rocks we wanted. There is a huge selection compared to other places we checked out. The pricing was very reasonable and came in weigh under what I budgeted...sorry, couldnt resist. The customer service was fabulous, helpful, and super friendly. Delivery was same day! Next time this would be our first and only choice.

2021-04-18Extremely disappointed with the composted top soil even on the day we picked it up there were seeds which had germinated and were sprouting INSIDE the pile! This continued as we dug through the pile, we kept finding sprouts. My father has been adding this product to his garden for several years and has been plagued with weeds in the garden. The compost is obviously not getting hot enough to properly kill seeds. Gravel and rocks are hard to screw up, and they do well enough with those products, but that soil is just garbage, adding hours of extra weeding work to your garden. Id rather pay inflated prices for bagged topsoil from the big box stores. Needless to say, well be finding a new landscape supplier for our soil needs moving forward.

2021-04-11Friendly staff and large selection. They were able to easily load my 5.5 foot bed truck with plenty of stone. I was apprehensive about the idea at first but they clearly know what they’re doing and I had no issues with both my trips.

2021-06-02Not a pleasant experience purchasing material here as a contractor. Was sold black lava gravel at public pricing Even though its clear I am a business. When I called to correct the problem, they told me they could not give me the contractor pricing as the sale was completed. Not a good way to gain more business in my opinion. 100% was my fault for not mentioning it ahead of time but still not a pleasant experience.

2020-07-14Excellent experience in ordering fine woodchips for mulching around asparagus. They delivered the same day, within a couple hours of calling, and the material was of top notch quality. Also, pricing was excellent. Not sure what more a person could ask for. Keep up the good work!

2020-06-13This place is amazing if youre looking for stone, pavers, landscaping rocks, and mulch. I had no idea of the variety of landscaping rock on offer. And, if they dont have the rock youre looking for, they know where to source it.You can drive up and haul materials away in your vehicle, or get materials delivered.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time researching rock types for me, and provided me a lot of options.Im certain to be a repeat customer.

2019-10-21Love this place! Great selection and the stone I purchased was exactly what I needed. Do a little research and youll find that Frank Brothers has top notch products and pricing, especially for small to medium DIY projects involving stone. I will definitely be back (probably tomorrow) to buy more stone!
