Not safe
Its ok,the middle building is the best out of all three buildings. Its very clean,quiet and there are no bugs.
This use to be a beautiful set of buildings not sure of the apartments the location is next to the high school
Passed by here. It was.not memorable. I know people who have lived here. Heard both negative and positive opinions from others.
My brother lives here. He loves his apartment. The area is depressing due to the many neglected properties. He is close to the busline.

2022-06-17Thats one of my part-time jobs W/ my client its fair, Im not going to say its the bom!! cause its not,,its a low income building, I believe. & When I arrived there in the morning it is a small amount of people that hang out in the parking lot & outside of the building. When you park in the parking lot it is uneven its like a downhill extremely wopsided ground,, so if youre visiting someone there be ready to climb a hill be ready to pull up or down the hill exercising your legs will really be tired, if youre not used to walking.

2022-05-04My mother in law lives here and her unit itself is clean the building itself and the other two wouldnt recommend it and for it to be so many elderly people in the building with wheelchairs elevators always go down

2021-03-21This is very old and run down apartment complex that has not been updated in a number of years. I hope once the remodeling is complete particularly in the common areas, it should be very nice. The apartments that have been remolded are nice.

2021-06-28This place is in need of repairs. The access box to be buzzed in by the tenants is broken. It has been for about three months. They are doing some remodeling and equipment is in the lobby area. It is under new management and I am waiting to see improvement.

2020-10-08I have a friend who lives their! It a pretty nice place! More on the oldier crowd that stays their, lot of parking on the quiet side!

2019-12-01Used to drive Lyft and pick up people from this location and every time East Cleveland police department would pull me over saying my car fit the description of any crime they could think of. Would ultimately run my tags, license and insurance; then let me go. So it’s a no for me Bob.!!
