We store our travel trailer here. Very convenient to I-77. Have not had a security problem. Price is competitive. A bit tight backing the trailer in but doable. Manager is easy to work with. We would prefer an assigned site but at the present time there is open area.
Darla has helped me over many years, as once I had to move storage units and is always pleased to help in any way she can. I really like that she can answer my questions and always returns my calls. It is especially wonderful to be able to count on her.
Darla is very helpful and easy to work with. I wasnt sure what size unit I needed so she allowed me to check them all out and decide for myself. She didnt want me to rent something unless I was sure! I would recommend to others!
Our experience going into the office was the friendly service. Was impressed there was someone to actually be there to speak to , she was very nice explained every detail about the leases and such. This is the second time my family has used their services. The units are clean and ready to use. I was very impressed by the easy atmosphere and the professionalism of the establishment. I would tell anyone looking to move and needed storage place to go here. The price per unit was comparable to any other business around, but those other places did not have an office person on hand which is a huge turn off. Thank you very much for your services, :)

We rented a 5x13 unit at Fohl Street Storage where we were assisted by Darla. Darla was very knowledgeable and very friendly and walked us through the paperwork to rent the unit. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to Fohl Street Storage.

2022-04-29When the semi showed up with our whole house belongings, he could not maneuver to our units. Dave the site manager saved the day by providing 2 units that were accessible. Very clean units and easy 24hr access. Cannot say enough about Dave and how easy he is to work with. Highly recommend this storage facility.

2021-09-01Had a great experience with Dave the site manager when closing my account and moving out of the facility. He was polite, personable, and very helpful. I mentioned that I would sweep out the unit before leaving and he offered to do it for me. I would still be using the site but, thankfully, just no longer need a storage unit.

2021-10-18Very rude, disrespectful and in my opinion heartless. I had just started renting a unit, only had it for about 2wks and one night after unloading stuff from my truck into my unit my truck wouldnt start. I had been using my headlights so I could see and it killed my battery. I had my jumper box with me however unfortunately it wasnt charged enough and it was after hours so the gate was locked. I had no choice but to wait it out until morning to either charge my jumper box, get a jump or both. I ended up falling asleep and woke up a couple hours after they opened and although I was able to get a jump from them and some charge to my jumper box I was advised that I needed to be out by the first due to me having stayed there all night.

2021-08-31Been renting a space there for some years, good staff, mostly clean and weather proof unit. Fairly cheap or reasonable prices. They have worked with me all along having a unit there. David is the main man Monday - Friday

2020-10-06I cannot give this business enough stars. The facility manager Dave, stayed open an extra 45 minutes b/c I was coming from Cleveland and needed to drop off the U-haul rental to avoid Xtra charges. He then went above and beyond to get me in 2 units since there were none available in the size I needed. Super friendly and professional.
