Customer service!customer service!customer service!5 starsAMANDA got 5 today for all around good customer service.Every place has room for improvement.The lot use to be pot holed so bad I hated to drive through it.Most of It has been paved.Showers and bathrooms were cleaned that I dont feel like I have to wear a hazmat suit to use it.Like all big lots the back has piles of human fecis from lazy drivers. I mean really use bag and deposit in the garbage cans that are maybe 25 feet away from you I know thats probably the furthest some of you have walked in a long time but be considerate and do it for the rest of us, I wont hold my breath. Theres almost always parking no matter what time you come in he may have to wait for someone to pull out but Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes thanks againFlying J / Pilot for being an outstanding truck stop keep up the good work.
One of my favorite flying Js and I never have any issues here. Theres always food, the staff pay attention, and Im waiting on as quickly as manpower allows. Ive never been made to feel like an inconvenience, and every time Im there someone is always cleaning something.
Lots of parking for trucks. Well over 100 parking spaces. Plenty of showers as well. They have a Dennys on site.
I ordered online, so I can save some time, came to pick up the food, no one even saw the order receipt. So just waste of time.
I was passing through wanted to place an order by the time I get there the food is ready and I dont have to wait but I called and called their line stayed busy for 40m straight. Whatever the reason its very bad for a restaurant business. Dont recommend.
Sad that us long haul drivers dont get a shower each & every day get to stay at these so-called truck stops (our home away from home) & cant get a stupid shower. Especially after we paid for reserve parking. Such sad & BS
Good amount of parking. Staff is always very courteous and welcoming. Has a good number of showers, so you usually dont have to wait. Store is clean and well stocked. Dennys restaurant in house, ate breakfast there, food was good and staff was very polite. Also Blue Beacon truck wash across the street. Always a good stop here, will continue to patronize this location
Dirty and not very inviting. I realize theres a worker shortage but a broom and a cleaning rag do wonders!
The dennys really was not all that good.cant even get my food all at once .and the waitress never brought me syrup for my pancakes. The bacon was from this morning. Or last night maybe. Not sure when they cooked that.only thing that was half way good was the pancakes.
This place really treats you like family. Very clean. Well kept shower rooms and bathrooms. A lot of parking spaces. The manager Betty and caisher Tasha really went over and Beyond. They were so helpful. It has truly been a blessing to meet these too ladys. I hope they get a raise in pay for doing such a great and wonderful job.
You know, I left a thumbs down review for the Dennys restaurant at this place. Todays one star pertains to the shower facilities. Besides being on the small side. There is no water pressure and its pathetic to try to find a bearable temperature to try clean oneself. The ventilation is poor enough that everything in the shower room is wet.I could add how the fuel island needs some attention as well. But why waste my time....Save yourself some grief and just stop at the Pilot for your fuel needs and shower. Then if you need a place to park that is about the Flying J is good for anymore.
This is the Best Travel Center. The cashier (cannot recall his name) had a Christmas shirt on and was in the Holiday spirit. The coffee and food are always fresh and the lovely lady (with the short hair) keeps it that way. Always a pleasant experience when we stop here.My thanks to the employees working today.A Very Merry Christmas.!
A great place to fill up and use the restrooms while on the road. Also great place to be necessities that may be needed. Friendly employees who are willing to help
Very spacious Flying J lots of parking spots..good showers and a Denny’s with pretty good food..blue beacon right across the street if need a truck wash
This truck stops has plenty of parking and a ton of fuel islands. This one also keeps up with having good squeegees to clean that windshield. The Dennys inside is also nice, and it doesnt suit your fancy you can always grab a slice of pizza instead on the cheap. Very clean facility with clean bathrooms and roomy showers. Highly recommend parking at this place anytime you get the chance.
Surprising. Much better than I thought it would be. The Dennys here is clean and friendly and has great service. I am not sure why I thought it would be bad, but I was wrong. The rest of the place was pretty much like a lot of truck stop convenience stores but the rest room was clean and well maintained and everyone was super friendly.
2 weeks in a row they have signs up saying showers are temporarily unavailable. When they dont feel like cleaning them that is what they do. Meanwhile 3 employees are outside smoking. Half the DEF pumps havent worked in a couple months. Trash all over the place. Bathrooms havent been cleaned properly in ages. Poor management.
A lot and a lot of spots for parking. It’s a large clean spacious truck stop with awesome and courteous people work in there. They help adequately and service is quick. The bathroom is well clean and showers are excellent. Cool lovely place

2022-05-13Lots of parking for trucks, beer, food, clean showers. The Second Chance Chaple guys are cool too. Not much of a church goer but they looked like they needed to talk to someone so I stopped in. Nice place.

2022-05-31This is the cleanest Pilot / Flying J you can stop at from Toronto to Nashville. Coffee is really good,Staff is nice, and they have everything you might need for traveling. We need more truck stops like this!

2022-04-02Stopped in for breakfast just before 1:30am... Sat down and waited for at least ten minutes before I walked into the C-Store only to be told that although the restaurant is lit up and the sign is on that NO ONE is working and Dennys is closed. No signage to this. I had to give up, walk over and asked. and yet they were amazed I was upset. Nevermind

2022-06-11This is the most carefree store including Dennys.1 coffee maker broken the other one empty of coffee grain, the already make coffee were empty. You have to ask in order for them move to do it.At Dennys I ordered pancakes with strawberries, They didn’t have fruit, no utensils no syrup and i even have to asked for a bag to carry the pancakes!!🤦🏻♀️A lot of space 👍

2022-06-08Denny’s visit. One menu item (bacon tots) removed by corporate, several other menu items like t-bone and chicken tenders out of stock, ordered sirloin, mashed potatoes and gravy & fries, steak was over cooked a little (asked for medium rare, steak came with a minimal bit of pink in the center) mashed potatoes were heavily watered down, whoever is preparing them needs to cut back on water usage and cold, fries were ok, waitress seemed nice enough, brought out a separate order of mashed potatoes that were heated, still soupy though.

2018-05-26Pretty decent Flying J location. Lots of parking, including separate RV spot. That was greatly appreciated. Mens room could have used a little attention, but nothing too bad.Did laundry and took a shower here.This place has all the amenities youve come to expect from a modern truck stop.

2021-02-01I am here often and usually it is a pleasant experience, however this is not acceptable. Whether its the staff that left it in here or previous driver or whether it was just missed when cleaning. As always the fan is always on when you walk in the shower room.

2022-01-30As much as I cant stand the whole Flying Pilot company. I give the management of the Beaverdam facility 5 stars for a job well done on their snow and ice removal during the inclement weather, (unlike the cheapskate management at the Perrysburg facility.)...This is a rarity amongst most Flying Pilots, as they would rather skimp, save money on snow and ice control, disrespecting the safety and well being of their paying customers, risking a possible slipping, falling injury lawsuit. I have called corporate several times, only to fall on deaf ears. Amazing how Loves, Pertro, and the T/A have no problem maintaining their facilities in every way, but the Flying Pilots do.Thank you, Beaverdam management, fir a job well done!

2022-02-27Where are the hot grill items? :( if your “thungry” … grab your self a cold salad and potato chips. Until the hunger blows over…. Hot food is not allowed here after 7pm :(
