When I moved here in 2018, my sister turned me on to this place. I have always had good service. 10 mins ago, I called about my online order, the lady was really rude about my concern and order and hung up on me.I deal with customers all day and have never acted like that toward a customer.I may have to go to Donatos from now on.
Our food was delivered fast. The delivery driver was very polite. The food tasted really good, but then I found a dark hair in our chips. Now I’m grossed out and probably won’t order from there again. The kitchen staff should definitely have to wear hairnets. And no it’s not mine, I have long blonde hair. 🤮🤮🤮
Decided to try it since we got a lot of recommendations from friends that live in the area and we were definitely impressed. My kids are usually picky even with pizza because they don’t like salty sauce but theirs was sweet enough! Wish there was one a little closer to home but will definitely make the effort to order again when in town!
We have ordered from Flyers for years, but lately the quality has gone down a lot. $30 for a pizza, you would think they will try to get it right but sadly, they dont. Its a hit and miss. Either its really good, or really bad. Somewhere in between burned or not done. It never tastes the same, even though we order our own pizza and never change a thing.Finally today I called and let them know that they lost our business.
Normally we absolutely love Flyers! Typically get the old world pepperoni, their boneless wings or breaded mushrooms and philly subs. Our most recent order was just last night... Subs werent really toasted...not a big deal. The mushrooms were a bit soggy... Also not a deal breaker. But when we found a long black hair embedded in the middle of our pizza...mid bite... Everything went into the trash. We wont be ordering again until we can get that image out of our heads.
Ordered 3 pizzas and garlic bread for pickup. After getting our food home, we opened the boxes to discover a piece of pepperoni pizza missing from our large Old World Pepperoni. My husband called the store and spoke with manager, Greg, to basically be assured that the manager on duty wasn’t sure what happened but it was ok to eat. Sure, ok Greg... that pizza ended up in the garbage as we weren’t comfortable serving it to our family. We were not offered credit for that pizza and will not be back to Flyers.
We order from Flyers almost weekly. (Its my end of the week, mom cant cook another meal, meal lol). My kids all love it, even the picky one (middle child 🙄). Their salads are yummy, pizza is always cooked well. Subs are great. Im not a fan of their chicken, but its a pizza place, so who needs it. Also, their cheddar bacon fries....Best. Munchies. Ever.👌
This is probably the best pizza Ive had in America. The prices are a bit higher, but the reason shows in their ingredients. Ive never gotten a pizza I was unhappy with from here.Update: Am moving and didnt have plates or cups. They were super sweet to provide me with enough for everyone. Thanks so much!
Had a postcard coupon for a free sub with full price large pizza. Expires 30 days from postmark but they paid for the stamp digitally so of course there was no postmark.Called and asked if I could redeem it and after a 2 minute hold was informed I could, so I did.Upon arrival I handed over my credit card along with the coupon. Was told they wont take the coupon. Strongly regret handing over my credit card right away so I couldnt just leave without paying for an order after it had been altered into a deal I no longer agreed with.
Usually I call and order but figured I’d try it out online. I ordered a sub and a half pep and half cheese large pizza.. or so I thought. I got home to realize there was no cheese just half pep and all sauce! I called and they said it was ordered with No Cheese... and it was I checked my order. But the manager said it was fine and they would make me what I originally intended... I went to pick it up and not only got my half cheese and half pep pizza but they also gave me an extra one! Wow what great service!! But def with double check my orders in the future.. 5 stars from me plus food is always great! Thanks flyers!
We order from this place all the time. Well they sent us the wrong order and when I called they said they gave us credit. So two days later I called to collect our sandwich and added an order of cheddar fries and was told they wouldnt deliver because I wasnt spending enough. I paid delivery for the first order THEY messed up. This place is a joke on making good on their mistake. Well, theyve lost our business.
Great pizza friendly and attentive staff and the pretty young lady and the counter was as sweet as could be. The pizza is not quite as good as Sapranos pizza on Hubbard rd but a very close contender. I will definitely be ordering from here again soon. Keep up the great work and youll definitely keep people coming back.
Me and my boyfriend LOVE any pizza place. Today we decided to order from here because I had a coupon. Lady on the phone was so nice(only reason it’s getting two stars)! Told us our food would be here in 45 minutes. We started wrapping presents and was thinking I’m starving where is the pizza. We look at when I called and it was at 1 hour. Decided to give it 15 more minutes and then we called. They told us it sent out 30 minutes ago. I told them well it hasn’t arrived (I live 7 minutes away). Long story short I had to put it in the oven and heat up my pizza wings and bread sticks.
Ordered $55 dollars of food for my department at work, everything was great except they messed up MY sub. I left a complaint, they called me back two weeks later and offered to make it right. I call in to take advantage of making it right, he offers me another nightmare sub. I tell him what I don’t want on it, no tomato no onion, add pickle, and there’s still onion and no pickle on the sub that got delivered. So they screwed up the sub that they were supposed to make right. Probably not going to be getting lunch or food at all from here again
I am eating based on the Meditereanean Diet , so I ordered the Garden Pizza with Anchovies. The best veggie pizza I have ever had. So balanced with the veggies, sauce and anchovies and the pizza crust was crispy and perfect. I will definitely order again. Oh, and the natural cut chips were awesome. Real food.
I am very disappointed in the service I received from Flyers in Galloway, Ohio. Went to visit family that live close to Galloway on 3/14/20. Decided to order a pizza for me and the family. When the pizza arrived it was cold and burnt and the toppings was dried out. I ate a slice and it was not right. So I called the store to try and get a refund or another pizza to replace the burnt dry pizza that was delivered to me. Called the store and they were very rude. Manager name GARRET was very unprofessional as well as a staff by the name of Fatima. They told me it was nothing they could do. And for me to call Corporate, when I ask for the number they hung up on me. I called the store 17 times total and each time they would hung up on me. Then I called from my daughters phone they picked up but didnt say a word but heard them in the background laughing, whistling, and talking. All I wanted was a replacement or a refund. But that didnt happen so first thing Monday morning Im calling corporate because they have very poor customer service. You just dont treat people that way who spend money thats what keep your company going people like me. I always order from Flyers the one in Grove City never gave me a problem. Pizza always right. But Galloway experience was not a good one. VERY DISAPPIONTENT something needs to be done.....smh!!! The nerve of people.
Staff was friendly and checked back several times. They made sure drinks stayed filled and that food was good. Food was amazing. I got the thick crust pizza and my guest got chef salad plus Italian sub. Everything was correct first time. Will definitely be going back. Also for carryout they have a drive thru window for pick up.
The best Pizzas & Subs, plus delicious salads to choose from - they offer sit down and order, delivery, or pickup. Always friendly service and great quality so the food can be a bit expensive sometimes (truly worth it for a once in a while treat for the family). You can also join the Flyers Club which allows you access to special deals and coupons, to soften the costs for regular customers - if interested!!
Flyers has always been one of our favorite places to order from. Never have issues with our food and they are fast and friendly. This time was a MAJOR disappointment. I ordered extra meat (as I always do) for my husbands sub. Got the sub and it clearly did NOT have extra meat. Called and spoke to a manager and he claimed to have watched them make the sub. Funny that I ordered another sub that had the EXACT same amount of meat and it was not extra. Cannot believe the manager was not willing to make it right. Sadly it will be a long time if ever that we order from here again. No customer service, not even an apology!!!
Flyers pizza in Galloway is definitely one of, if not my favorite pizza place. The prices arent the lowest, but the value is still there. The food is delicious, waiting times pretty average, and the staff are friendly. Theres plenty to choose from, from nothing really beats a classic pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. 5/5
I live about 2 miles from this store. I called in about 5pm to place an order for delivery. The girl on the phone accepted the order and said it would be about an hour. Cool. An hour goes by and I get a call saying they cant deliver to us, wouldve been nice to know that when I placed my order. So I go up to the store pay for my order and get home and sit down and realize they forgot my husbands sub. This is great. So I call the store the manager says we can remake the food since we forgot one and the rest was cold. Send my husband up there he comes back with his sub. They didnt do what they told me they would to make the order right. I am extremely disappointed in the product and customer service and I will never return.
Ive been going here for years when Flyers was next to Dairy Mart an tonight Ive never been treated so bad in my life as a customer as I was tonight at Flyers Pizza in Galloway Mr. Wayne is probably turning over in his grave? I usually order every other night or at least every week and I spend a lot of money with them and they know who I am and I went to use my debit card and they asked me for my ID never been asked for ID since Ive been going there for all the years that Ive been ordering there never again will I eat flyers pizza and I will tell everybody about it and post it all over social media and I even have a video of how I was treated if anybody would like to see it and it will be posted on YouTube if someone from corporate would like to contact me and fix this I was a lifelong customer but not anymore until I get an apology for how I was treated i found me a new pizza place Bari Pizzaria just down the street from them with excellent customer service the pizza is actually better and half the cost and by the way they wanted me to go all the way back to my house to get my id and i ask if they would make me a new pizza since mine was done already and they told me NO!!! time i would have got back my pizza would have been cold and nasty
Awesome food, pretty fast delivery.However: I wouldnt recommend anything with bacon. Their bacon is so salty, I could practically feel my heart struggling with the sodium. I couldnt finish my BLT and my husband couldnt finish his bacon cheddar fries. I didnt think it was possible to dislike bacon, but here we are...
My wife and I moved to South Carolina three years ago and always try to visit Flyers of Galloway on each trip back to Columbus. Had dinner there this evening and it was great. Pizza, hot wings, homemade chips and Italian sub. Food was great and our server Donna was all 5 star!!
Ordered pizza online for delivery, manager calls me says they dont deliver to my address because of safety concerns I live on Hall Rd less than one minute from the shop. So apparently years ago their driver got robbed at one of the apartment complexes over here so a snotty rude manager tells me pick up my pizza I dont live in a safe enough neighborhood to deliver. Pizza Hut, Donatos, Dominos, every other pizza place delivers here but apparently they are too good to deliver a pizza literally around the corner from their store. Thirty dollar order lost due to them being afraid to send a driver to my town home complex at the end of the road. I will never order food from these people again and we will be contacting the owner. Never been so insulted on my life.
So I will start off saying the experience I had tonight was not typical.That being said, I arrived to pick up my online order a few minutes early, and was asked to pull forward from the pickup window. Thats fine, Ive had that happen before.Unfortunately almost 20 minutes later I still didnt have my food. I ended up parking and going inside. I did receive a sincere apology for the situation, but it was still very frustrating.As I said, this was not typical and has never happened before. But I might hesitate using the pickup window in the future as this was not a great reflection on Flyers.
Everything is made fresh, is delivered on time or early, and the service is 5star imo. I use to order from Donatos because they are closer but last year (2016) they took away an item I like from the menu & I started noticing that the service dropped. My pizza would be lukewarm and mistakes were being made. So I switched because Flyers had the cheesy garlic bread the way I like it and they have always had fresh toppings and make the BEST salads fresh daily👍👍❤❤
Even though I arrived 5-10 minutes before closing time, I was told that I would have to go to the drive through window for my sub. 20 minutes later, I was told that a driver must have taken my sub and I would have to wait. No apology and absolutely no remorse or caring. I got a refund and called the manager Courtney. She said “you will have to call corporate - have a nice night”. No apology and she wanted to make clear that she did not care. You can have great food but if your employees and service are terrible then you still deserve one star. Have seen many similar complaints
Worst experience I have had with the Galloway shopMy pizza was approximately 30 minutes late, for pick up,tasted like someone threw the salami, ham and green olives on top of an already cooked pepperoni and cheese pizza mushrooms only on about a 1/3 of it, green olives over the whole pizza instead of 1/2! Buy the time I got it home(5-8) minutes it was virtually cold, crust was burnt terribly ( thus the comment about throwing toppings on and already cooked pizza. I would upload pictures but not sure if I can do it here. It will be a while before Galloway Flyers gets a weekly or sometimes twice a week order from our house.
Ive been ordering from FLYERS PIZZA - Galloway for years now, I dont remember getting anything that wasnt AMAZING!! Not sure why their subs are soooo good, it must be magic. If you want the most delicious cheeseburger SUB ever, just call Flyers. Be sure to get their chips (homemade!!) Or waffle fries.... Did I mention they have garlic chicken stromboli? Can I give more than 5 stars???
Ordered 2 philly subs and fries for $25.87. The subs were so burnt we couldnt even eat them. Theyre usually pretty good but evidently someone forgot to watch the meat while cooking it. There was no piece of meat on the subs that could be salvaged. So basically we paid $25.87 for fries. I just cant believe they actually sold it to us the way it was. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
The food is okay. Sometimes. Had a pizza delivered today and the driver aaron decided he was just going to tip himself instead of letting me decide what he should get. Very rude. Definitely wont order for them to deliver again. On top of the asshat driver it took over 40 minutes to arrive, This location fails.
ILLEGALLY CHARGED 3$ Extra on our card because we didnt have a paper coupon on us, will never go to this one again, shouldnt have online coupons if online coupons arent accepted. Manager wouldnt even come to the window to talk, the poor window girl was so embarrassed she told us she was quitting because of it. Only one older female manager seems to be the problem, but that is THEFT and if it wasnt for the fact that its just 20$ and I believe its not worth it, Chase was ready to sue them for unlawful charges on a debit card (that we didnt sign!) and wasnt given the option to get a full refund, though we asked for it (once again manager wouldnt come to the window) LAUGHABLE business. Food itself is amazing, the younger staff seem to have it better put together than that crazy lady. GET RID OF THE MANAGER. Youre going to get sued one day with her on your staff.
This place is horrible. I order my nephew a sub and a drink and they said it would take 45 minuses to arrive. It took an hour and half for the food to get here and it was cold. I called after the 45 minutes and was told that the food had already left and should be there soon. It didnt show. I had to call back and they kept me on hold. Finally the sub got here but it was cold and when I called to say something I was told that a Manger wasnt available and I would have to call back tomorrow. This place has horrible customer service and is extremely slow! Do not order from them if you expect your food to arrive hot.
After 14 years and loads of pizza/subs consumed Im done with Flyers.Used to be good but service has tanked.The last straw was a few weeks ago they got the order wrong so I called them back and the manager essentially yelled at me and told me it was my fault that they got the order wrong, excuse me?!?Never, again.
Used to be our favorite now the owners are getting cheap and changing the menu and ordering cheaper products, for example they used to have amazing plain bread sticks and now they have what seem to be reconstituted frozen bread sticks left that expired from the freezer section of the local grocery store, give it a couple more months and theyll replace the pizza sauce with Hunts canned sauce and the pizza will remain the same price just like the bread sticks I wouldnt pay .99 cents for
Ordered online and someone called rudely telling us they will not deliver to our address even though it’s only a couple miles down the road and have delivered to us multiple times before because of safety concerns and one of their drivings being robbed in the area. You are in the same area so why even deliver?
Night manager Jim from the Galloway location was just AWFUL! He was Loud, Rude, and Belligerent.Our last order from the end of May was messed up and we were promised a credit on our account. The young lady said that all we had to do was call or come in and we would be taken care of.Little did I know that being taken care of meant being yelled at and called liars by Jim. He said that the error was ours and that he couldnt help us. REFUSED to help us. Jim showed that he would rather be right than to focus on customer satisfaction and retention.He lost 2 long time customers (13 years) over an $8 salad. SHAME ON YOU Flyers for setting your customer service standards so low.
I usually have nothing but great things to say about this flyers but I just got the worse pizza ever so i called to complain they gave me another it was just as bad it was very burnt sauce everywhere just bad i didnt expect this from them but 2 tries and still cant get it right i wont be back whuch is a shame was one of my favorite pizzas i dont know whats changed but its for the worse

2022-02-23I frequent this location often and the last two times Ive order their Bomber pizza its presentation has been amazing but as you take a bite, the dough is so doughy and not cooked through that I can not eat it and Im very disappointed. I tried calling the location when I received my food but did not get through and for the price of the large Bomber pizza, you would think that it would be fully cooked. Well, needless to say, I will be going elsewhere but other than that, the food is great

2022-02-18One of my favorite pizza places in this area. They have the crumble sausage which is so good imo. The last time I ordered from this location my pizza was under cooked and lacking toppings which really sucked for the price i paid. But I will say thats not a common problem here

2022-03-23This place is not the best pizza place I have ordered from. We ordered online after 25 minutes went by I called the store and behold they didnt have our order. Mind you, this is the second time this has happened. So I reordered it, when going through the steps of reordering it they were ready to hang up without verifying the address.. I ended speaking with the manager, Sam and explained the situation.My husband got his pizza and it wasnt cooked long enough. On the upside the delivery driver was great! Very polite and courteous. After tip that was $24.xx down the drain. Its sad the pizzas went from burnt in the past to raw tonight..I guess Ill get in my car and drive to Massies next time. Flyers Galloway you have really went downhill in 7 years. So disappointed.

2018-10-19This location is great. The staff and managers are so friendly. We ordered an old world pepperoni and they sent a plain cheese. We called them and they sent out the right one no questions asked. The Bacon cheese fries are so good and of course their pizza is definitely the best in town. Even the plain cheese they let us keep was good. Everything was so fresh and good. It might be a little expensive but its so worth it.

2022-03-03Just disappointed in my experience I work right down the street so we order lunch here all the time, my order was incorrect and I was told over the phone they would replace it since we were already closed. I ask specifically if I need a manager or name to reference and was assured no. But now they’re refusing to replace my order. Very inconsiderate seeing as how they are convenient for my company to order. They are always nice and usually fast but I’m not spending money to get the wrong food and have nothing done about it.

2022-05-07Food is good but the thing i don’t like about Flyers is they charge you a $4 delivery fee then ask for a tip. It makes you feel like you have to tip on top of the fee or there mess wit your food.

Who want to work all week and have someone not know what they are doing or hey how about this... DONT APPLY FOR A JOB WHEN YOU CANT TALK because of anxiety.

2020-06-11Food is descent. Menu is odd but ok. They have a lot of the ingredients to make traditional pizzas that would be on most pizza places menus but for some reason theyre left out.Prices are pretty ridiculous. God forbid you add an ingredient. Theyll charge you the cost of the bottle or jar of the ingredient while only putting a handful of it on the order. Seriously, almost $2.00 for an added item on any pizza or sub.Delivery guys are pretty good but also depends on the shift you get.Make sure to select a lite bake, theyve changed something recently and now every pizza I get is burnt. Photo added to show what I mean by burnt. Crust comes out crispy and like concrete now.

2022-01-17Mess up orders, you send back the stuff they messed up, I ordered a double boneless wing, large pizza and get my food its cold and instead of wings i got battered SOGGY cold deep fried mushrooms. Call to tell them and they are sending out my wings but gotta gice the mushrooma back to delivery driver. This 2xs they messed up my order ans I will just go to joesspis pizza from now on.
