Extremely Poor Service. Made my mother of 87 years old cry twice on what was supposed to be a surprise for mothers day. All they did was complain that they were to busy and would try to take care of it. It took two times to get the delivery corrected.All I got in return was an offer of 10 % off the next purchase from FOWERSHOPPING>COM for our horrible and disappointing service.
Had flowers, chocolate, and what not delivered to my girlfriends work for her birthday, everything appeared great and looks wonderful but they didnt deliver them on her birthday. They were not delivered on the day my confirmation email stated. When i contacted them they offered $10 refund on $70 flowers. Lady at the front desk was very nice, but i will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.
First time ordering from Flowers of the Good Earth. They did deliver on time and the card read just as I had written it. My issue is with the flower selection chosen by the florist for the Mother’s Day “Deal of the Day”. The color scheme was mostly red including the vase. Definitely more of a Valentine’s Day vibe rather than a spring/Mother’s Day one. Also for the price, looks like something I could have picked up at Kroger and paid $19.99. A bit disappointed.
I ordered a peace lily to be delivered to a local funeral home. The peace lily was beautiful!! It was full, very healthy looking and bigger than I was expecting. The leaves on it was so shiny. The lady I spoke to was a huge help and super friendly. This was my first time doing business here and I most definitely will be back. Thank You!
My parents had ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving. We werent home and due to the weather they didnt want to leave on our front porch. This florist left his family on Thanksgiving day to make sure we had our centerpiece for our table. Many many thanks Flowers of Good Earth!!
Jeff did a fabulous job on the flowers for my daughters wedding. He designed her bouquet exactly how she wanted. It was absolutely beautiful. He has done flowers for 2 of my daughters and everything was perfect. He really helped make each brides day perfect! Thank you Jeff!
I just left this shop and cant say enough good things about them! Im from out of town, and flew in for my Sisters wedding at Hocking Hills. Its an intimate celebration, so Im in charge of the floral arrangements. On a budget, and in a time crunch I was able to find the exact things I wanted! I had ordered my GF flowers days ago for Valentines Day from another florist but I never found the charge on my card. I called them and they had lost the order and they were so packed Valentines Day morning they couldnt confirm she would get them before she left work... So while I worked Valentines Day morning I called Flowers of the Good Earth and explained my issue. They were very pleasant and professional and said no problem. As busy as they were they made a bouquet of flowers for the love of my life and delivered them. She was thrilled and loved them. Apparently her coworkers were jealos including the ones who had flowers delivered because the ones my babe got looked so much better. I am very happy with the Flowers of the Good Earth . Thank you.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and asked if they could be delivered on the same day. They told me it would be difficult and didn’t think they could deliver bc of a big rush of orders that day. So I agreed to deliver the next day. I received a call mid day saying they could in fact deliver on the day of my mothers birthday. Was delighted and impressed they went out of their way to make it happen.
When I need to send flowers in the Lancaster area, I always use them. They do very good quality work and always deliver on time. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. If you need a local florist in the area, this would be the one to call. And this review is coming from someone who owns flower shops.

One star is too many. Ordered prom corsage from this florist. Paid 38.00. Very disappointed in the quality. The flowers were hot-glued on and excess glue and glue strings were all over the flowers and visible. The flowers were not secured and were hanging and flopping. Flowers fell off within minutes of putting it on. They used fake leaves for greenery. unbelievable. The corsage was very small. Half the size of others who paid less. Don’t waste your money.

Today is Valentines day and my wifes bithday. Needed something very special, so I went big an arrangement with 50 roses. It come out Absoulty Stunning! Super nice people who work there. Make sure your delivery time is not important because they can’t deliver on time especially early morning they delivered late and the recipient was not there to receive till the next day what good is receiving flowers for your anniversary on the next day

2021-06-07This is 100% the best experience I have had in ordering flowers, with the best outcome I could ask for.I ordered a same day arrangement with no direction. The courteous and helpful staff walked me through their capabilities and nailed it. They went above and beyond on the end result. Not only was it beautiful beyond words that a review could ever describe, it was enormous. The amount you get for your money, and the unique design made my niece’s day, maybe year. I am grateful for their artistry and kindness while doing an amazing job.This was for my niece who had just graduated from high school that day (LHS) ... but my sister-in-law was OBSESSED. I think I got 20+ pictures that night, and countless texts of how much she loved them with different views.(Yes, she even put them next to the coffee maker so that I could understand the scale.)I live in Chicago, or else I would order for everyone, and with the scale of a city like Chicago, there is no florist here that could come close to this piece.)I cannot recommend Flowers of the Good Earth enough. You will be blown away by what you receive or send. Top Notch!

2022-05-11I see these flowers in planet fitness so I decided to use them for my sons prom. They made it the wrong color but fixed it right away. They recommended ordering in person and I would recommend that too, however they have wonderful customer service as they fixed it a half hour before the closed! Saved the day. Thank you! ❤️

2022-01-25It was easy to order, and the pricing was reasonable. However, I live 600 miles away and asked for a picture of what was sent but never received it after having asked twice . I saw a small portion of it in a picture from the funeral. Otherwise, I may use them again.
