Funeral flowers received 9/30 are just as beautiful today 10/6 flowers from another florist started dropping in two days.
They do a beautiful arrangement no matter what the occasion!
Absolutely horrible experience just now with “Paula”. Been a customer for years and she rudely inquired as to whether my order was for delivery or pick up. It went downhill from there. Certainly understand the struggles that businesses face as they emerge from the pandemic, but I would think they would welcome all the business they could get. Being so overwhelmed that you share that with the customer and allow it to reflect in your tone, is simply unacceptable! Just an overall poor customer experience. I’ll never order from here again!! I would urge you to consider giving your flower business to a florist that appreciates their customers and treats them accordingly.
I spent a lot for a special item, was told it was because of 25 mums, they used 10. It was smaller then requested.
I called my mom to ask what type of flowers I should send for Grandmas funeral today. She told me that Flowers By Dick & Son were doing the casket spray, and I should call them. I made the call, I am so pleased! I explained the situation, and whos funeral it was. I asked for a coordinating bouquet from her great grand daughters, and my price range was $50-$60. I walked into the funeral today to find the most outstandingly beautiful creation, perfectly matched to the gorgeous spray, without being redundant to the spray. You have a new, dedicated customer. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this florist! Aimee worked with me to plan out the perfect wedding flowers! She was able to take my vague descriptions and turn them into exactly what I had envisioned in my head. Everyone was professional and courteous every step of the way. Highly recommend this florist!
Love their shop and their staff. I make a lot of crafts including centerpieces with classy stilleto shoe or boots with silk flowers. Although silk flowers are available at a lot of discpunt stores, the flowers at Dicks are mucj higher quà quality. They look and feel réal. They have also given my advice on things. Like bowmakimg.They a re an asset to tje comunity.

Instead wasting money on the Powerball, buy your wife some flowers from Dick & Son! Your odds are much better than 1 in 292million going this route... Dont wait for a birthday, hallmark holiday, or a need to get out of the dog house event. No vase required and roses unnecessary, these guys nail the arrangement every time I stop in. I have even been invited into the one of the coolers where the flowers are kept to help choose what to put together. A++

Wonderful local florist. They always go out of their way to help you, whether you are buying the $10 cash & carry special or a $75 arrangement, they never make you feel like youre an inconvenience.

2022-03-16Stellar Job! Beautiful arrangements and on time delivery, the flowers are fresh and the blooms are in perfect shape all these days later. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The shop itself could take you days to see all the wonderful products they have for sale. You can order online but why would you? Take a few minutes and browse the shop for just the right gift for your someone special.

2022-03-10A relative suggested this florist, and said to not order from the pre-designed arrangements on the website, but to tell them what I wanted in terms of color, design, types of flowers, and let them come up with the design. I asked for bold color flowers and a dense, short-stemmed arrangement with no fillers. They did exactly as I wanted and created a beautiful arrangement. And they delivered it in the first half of the day I had requested so my sister got to enjoy her birthday gift!

2022-05-08Im flabbergasted by all these great reviews. I was part of a group that recently spent over a $100 on a funeral arrangement and it was AWFUL. We were embarrassed by it. It was the smallest, drabbest looking thing Ive ever seen. It looked like an old centerpiece someone dragged out of their attic. I wish had a picture.

2021-02-18I received an Orchid for my Birthday; it was very skimpy but I tried to love it followed all the rules of care...each day I became more disappointed... I am 73 years old, my daughter took me to TARGET and I saw beautiful blooming orchids for $29,99; I know this was more expensive than that... so, for the first time today I looked at the card... I called realizing it had been a while, the website said I should have complained within 10 days.I called and they said it was placed by a Florist out of D.C.; I explained that I understood that, however, they wrapped and delivered this skimpy plant to my door. She had me call Lee’s Flower and card in D.C. they will handle it from here.Very disappointed, I would never have delivered this plant to anyone!
