My sister in law came here for her wedding flowers, and they turned out absolutely amazing. The staff here is so helpful and they really care about their customers.
Ordered on the website for my son and daughter for their wedding anniversary. It was never delivered. 2 days later and I still cant get any response. Phone..email....nothing.they cant even call me back!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

This company is a scam and fake online. I placed a order for mother’s day and they never delivered or responded to any of my emails asking for status of order.
Staff were SO friendly and accommodating. The flowers we purchased for a wedding were stunning.

2022-03-21My fiance had a bad experience with Kim. Concerning bridal flowers. Kim was rude, condescending and dismissive of her reguests. A total lack of customer service.

2021-10-04Floral originals is the best flower shop in Lancaster! The customer service was excellent when accepting my specific requests for flower selection and timed delivery. Very willing to meet all needs necessary. Have ordered from them for years and have never been disappointed! Also for a tip- don’t order flowers through bloomnet, blooms today, 1-800 flowers, ava’s flowers, etc! It is so much easier on all local flower shops to order directly from their website or to call!! 2020-07-21I needed to order some flowers for a funeral and wanted to use a local company. I called the funeral home and asked for advise they suggested a couple of places I chose Floral Originals spent $113 for the arrangement and it sure doesnt look like it shouldve been so expensive. I was very disappointed. Wont be a returning customer.

2020-02-08Amazing shop. The arangement i ordered for my fiancee came out better than I could have imagined and the girl at the front desk was sooo helpful. I called in with a question and she was able to make the process very easy and painless. I would recommend coming in for every order. The shop is beautiful and very well kept and there are amazing ideas all over the place for different arrangements.

2017-11-13Excellent service here. I sent flowers to a patient who I did not know was discharged the same day the flowers were delivered. They followed up, delivered a fresh bouquet to her home and the arrangement was GORGEOUS! I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Very thankful you went above and beyond in every way.

2021-01-09Tried to go through 1 800 flowers to place an order for flowers for father in law for a friends funeral. Since this is the only florist in the area that would do this arrangement, the lady that answered the phone demanded double the price. Tried to find a replacement and did. AGAIN demanded DOUBLE the price for the arrangement FOR A FUNERAL!!! This is very poor way to treat someone trying to give you money for a product or service. PRICE GOUGING AT ITS BEST/WORST. Also so its known this shop also goes by the name Kortnies Flowers.Customer beware!!I also contacting 1 800 Flowers, ( who were very helpful and got what we needed squared away) and let them know about this florists unprofessional and ridiculous practices.Father in law does not have internet, I am posting for him.

2020-02-15I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentines day. I had a special request and directions. They were beautiful and the customer service I received was excellent!! I definitely will use them again.

2017-02-15Awful experience with Floral Originals. Placed an order a week before Valentines Day through 1-800- Flowers, they use local vendors to service customers and promise delivery by 5:00 to businesses. Floral Originals delivered flowers to my fiancées admin assistant at 7:30 at night after she was already gone. Not only were they late, but they delivered the wrong flowers in a much smaller arrangement than the website advertised.

2021-01-18My grandfather spent hundreds of dollars on flowers for my grandmothers funeral. The day of the funeral they claimed they never received the order, though he had already paid them for it in person. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
