This was a great experience at this store. I’am a contractor and was in the process of remodeling a bathroom. Ask for some help and Rick was right there. You don’t get that kind of assistance vert often he went above and beyond. Will shop this store again!
Overwhelming - in a good way. So much to see and so many choices to make, but there are great displays to give you all the ideas you need to get creative in whatever room youre looking to floor!
Theyre the best for ceramic, but tons of laminate and wood. Also good for marble or stone. Tons of options.

We looked everywhere for new bathroom tile and found everything we needed at Floor and Decor. We decided to change one tile choice because we changed our mind on color. Had no problem returning the tile. If you cant find what you want here, you didnt look hard enough. Prices were better than other places too. I highly recommend this business.
We have bought a lot from the Hillard location and were excited to have a location closer to us. Floor and Decor has a great selection of all sorts of flooring and tile which weve enjoyed. We arrived just before closing as did not realize they close at 7pm. We entered and the two people at the door greeted us nicely. Then the man said over his walkie talkie do a sweep and let all the customers know we close in 9 minutes.We were then followed as I began to look around. I knew what I wanted so I asked to be directed to it. She did and then she kept talking. And talking. I wanted to be able to look without distraction. She kept saying I dont want you to feel rushed. I finally said, Well, when you walk through the door and they tell your people to sweep the floor of all your customers and then were followed, Im going to feel rushed.This location is in a shady part of town and hard to enter. We probably will not be coming back here. Its sad because they do have a great selection, but the treatment of customers at this location needs addressed.
If you cant find your flooring needs here then stop looking. Best description for this place is WOW. Very friendly staff to help you find what you want.😉
Our contractor recommended Floor & Decor for tile and we could not be happier. Selection & display are amazing; prices outstanding & designer/sales associate [Morgan] was very helpful & well informed - we found everything we needed, including vanities @ great prices with expert help. I highly recommend Floor & Decor.

Great service! Very helpful. Dont go to Lowes or Home Depot if you need any help with any tile work or flooring, you wont get any assistance or if you do find someone that dont work in that department. GO TO FLOOR & DECOR! I had 3 different workers ask if I needed help as we walked around. At the other places, you may get 3 workers in a YEAR ask you.
Jaqueline and Heather are the Bomb!! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and patient. We didnt know exactly what we wanted or needed. They got me and my wife quality stylish backsplash tile grout trim and more!!!
My boss ordered a pallet of tile and we were tasked to pick it up. I arrived at floor and decor , went inside,there was no wait and the person be hind the counter tended to me right away after we exchanged info and proved my ID. We were instructed to back in to their clean and roomy loading area where they brought our tile out on a small pallet that fit right in the back of the truck. We signed off and left for the job. The women who helped us were very friendly and fast ,who got us loaded up and out of there. Will use their services again.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. The staff are friendly and willing to help you make selections. They helped me with the look I was trying to accomplish. Very patient in helping. I love all of the options and PRICES! I recommend this store. 😀
This is my favorite tile and flooring store in Columbus. Their prices are not the cheapest, but they are competitive with most other products of similar quality at other retail chain stores. This store has way more selection though, and most of the product is perfect for mid-range Home Building. Besides the great selection, and awesome prices on discontinued products and clearance items, they also have the absolute best selection of tiling and flooring accessory products. They carry specialty mortars, glues, tools and other accessories that you would normally have to go online to order. Customer service is always great too. Great products and helpful employees, you cant expect much more from a retail store.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. We drove over 2 hours to this location (the closest to our home) for a vanity countertop. I searched on the site prior to driving to make sure they had it in stock. When we arrived there where none in stock at all. The employees checked their system and confirmed that they should’ve had at least two in stock. It took about 5 employees to search in the back for about 30 mins for them to tell us that they were out and their stock amounts were off. I settled for what they did have in stock. Drove home, and noticed when we went to install that there was a crack in the bowl through and through. I called the same store 3 days later after being hung up on about 3 times prior to speaking with an associate. I told her that I would like to have one shipped to me and I return the broken one instead of driving that ways again. She declined, was very rude about it and said I could come back to the store exchange it. I get to the store 1 week later from the original purchase date and decided to return completely instead of exchanging because of the poor customer service. I get to the store and had to go back and forth with the same associate from the phone on accepting the broken vanity countertop. She mentioned that I “Waited too long to report the defect” and that “A week after purchasing is a long time to return the product.” I explained to her that I live two plus hours away and referred to their 60 return policy. She was very reluctant on accepting the return even with my original receipt but finally did after going back and forth for about 30 mins. Her final statement was that she “Shouldn’t take the return because the box showed no exterior damage.” The statement that took me over the edge was when she stated “The only reason I’m taking this back is because she was quitting in a week.” I couldn’t believe my ears. This was my first time doing business with Floor&Decor especially as a Pro Business Card owner and I will not be using this credit card ever again. I’m sure all stores aren’t like this but I definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be doing business here again.

Love looking for tile here. We found some tile on clearance at Home Depot and Floor and Decor had the same tile there to finish out what we needed.at the same price as the clearance price at Home Depot! There are soo many options it can be a sensory overload. 🙂

We went to the store in Reynoldsburg and it was one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They were all extremely condescending and took over an hour and a half to load the truck. We had a little less than two pallets so they assumed the truck couldn’t handle it. A waiver was signed prior to the loading even starting, and yet there were multiple employees who continued to ask if it was done during the loading process. When a couple people from our group of 4 got frustrated with the extremely unnecessarily long loading process, they decided to walk around the store and could hear at least 5 people up front talking about us while walking around waiting for the truck to be loaded. They were talking about how we wouldn’t make it home and how we didn’t know what we were doing. Also, Someone took a picture while the truck was being loaded without our consent (I’m assuming to make fun of us). We did end up making it home with no damage to the truck. Just genuinely rude people. Would not recommend to anyone. There was ONE person who was very kind and helpful with picking out the flooring. His name is Corey.
Love the Floor & Decor in Reynoldsburg! Staff is friendly, the store is huge, with plenty of selections! And I love the fact that they have a garage for customers to pull into for a pickup. This way the weather wont be an issue. Wish they would open up one like this in Springboro, OH!!
In November I purchased shower tile and floor tile for my bathroom rehab. As my contractor was working on installing the shower tile he brought it to my attention that 3/4 of the boxes of the shower tile were off by 1/16 of an inch. So, I called the store manager today Chrisha Meyer, at the Reynoldsburg location and made her aware of this. Because my contractor is such a professional and a perfectionist and he already had some of the work done he told me that he was able to make it work, but he wanted to make me aware that I was sold a product that was not consistent. I basically told her to give me a reason why I should continue to do business with her in the future and she could not do that. It’s a shame, myself, being in management for several years, and giving her an opportunity to sell herself and her company, and she failed to do so. Not sure if I’m going to do business at that store in the future. Very disappointed. However the designer, Lisa Wilson that I worked with was absolutely fabulous. One would think if they wanted to retain a customer they would do whatever they could to do so. But apparently that’s not important to floor and decor.
It was great. Haley took care of us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. If/when we return, we will definitely ask for her.
We had a great experience with Haley she knew her stuff and went out of her way to assist us in our purchase of flooring.
I have enjoyed shopping at Floor and Decor. Online orders are easily and quickly picked up with COVID-safe procedures in practice. I will continue to shop here.
One employee began showing off vinyl plank flooring tiles. He went on to tall me they were $20 a box. I was originally just in the store to get an idea of what I wanted to do, but thought for $20 a box I couldn’t pass it up. I grabbed 6 boxes of flooring. They were actually $40 a box. I explained that I was told they were on clearance, the guy said “$20 over the intercom...” and then went on to have another employee tell him he was reading “it” wrong. Aside from this; I asked where specific things were and would have people point and say “back there.” I just cannot express how awful this store was and I will never be back.
Very unorganized store! I bought flooring yesterday and had to leave the store while the associates tried to locate the pallet of flooring purchased. I came back an hour later and the lady I was working with went home and my purchased flooring was no where to be found! I stood in the front of the store for 30 minutes before anyone started looking for my flooring! Finally an associate Ben that had nothing to do with my purchase began searching for me and the final result he couldnt find it! I had to go back and get a refund but had to wait in line another 15 minutes! I spent over an hour in this store just standing around! This store needs more employees like Ben instead of young people that need a job for the holidays! I will never shop here again!
Dan the manager was super rude. Tried to shut us out of the store at 5 till 7pm. Ryan was super helpful though. Offered to get us a better cart.

Went and picked up some tiles that we are going to use as a backsplash, wife called ahead and they had them ready for me when I got there. Paid for them and out the door, less then 10 minutes in the store.
My daughter purchase stair treads on November 15, 2020 from floor & decor on Brice road and the salesman and store manager told her they had to order them from Michigan and theyll get it in 2 week. They had my daughter pay for the full order, everytime she calls them theyre giving her the run around no update as of today December 21, 2020 bad business!!!

Staff is great but there product is damaged and you cant tell that until you dig into the boxes. We bought maple hardwood floors at $4.69 a square foot. Our installer is very particular and found damagd pieces in every single box and would not use them.Brought them back to Floor and Devor and was told they cant take back open boxes, because pieces were missing. So I had to buy 3 more boxes on order to finish the project.I will never buy anything from them again!!
Had an online order to be picked up next day. Supposedly had plenty when I ordered. The next day I call before driving 0.5 hrs there. They supposedly had 48 of my 54 picked and was waiting on other store to bring 6 more. So next day call and now they only had 24. Go there to pick them up and asked why they had 48 the day before and only 24 now. The person just shrugged his shoulder.

I went to Floor and Decor today because my husband and I decided on 2 different backsplash tiles. I was wanting to figure out a way to make them work together in our kitchen. Thankfully Elizabeth Dahlen , Design Assistant Department Manager, was available to help. She told me different ways to merge my husband and my styles together. I will definitely be back to buy other tile for other rooms.

The staff are rude and inconsiderate! Was getting a pallet of tiles put on my trailer asked her to put it in a certain place on my trailer and she shoved it forward way to far and drove off with the forklift with an attitude and left the pallets weight on the tung of my trailer not happy

With the many struggles of getting products, Floor and Decor went above and beyond helping us with issues we were having getting flooring quickly to get our forever home completed! Heather, Ben, Hayley, and Chez went together as a team for us! They went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this store! 2022-05-10I went to buy new flooring for my bathroom remodel. There were not enough staff to go around and the person I did find was not able to answer my question with confidence. Also, it was very difficult to figure out the matching trim so we gave up and just went with a white trim at Lowes.I will say that the quality of the floor that we purchased has been great. They have a lot of great options for any budget. You will just need to go in knowing what type of floor/tile you need in case there is no one available to assist you.

2021-09-21I bought 233 boxes of vinyl plank flooring spend $7,133 for around total 4500 sqf on 8/24/21. I went to returned only 25 boxes out of 233 boxes on 9/21/21 which I was not able to use and it was in box. They refused to return 25 boxes even though it was under 90 days returning policy. Manager Dan and another lady staff said that product was on sale at the time of purchase and can not return after purchase. He said it was posted by item where it says none returnable. I saw them a picture of item description that There wasn’t any sign anywhere says that you can not return it even if it is on sale or clearance. I have posted a picture in here when I bought. When I bought this vinyl plank cashier Ryan ( Associate No 68048) told me that I can return in 30 days since I was getting 233 boxes. Then they gave me customer service number which was never answered when I called from the store.I would not recommend to purchase anything from floor and decor specially from reynoldsburg, oh location or get better information about refund or return policy before you pay specially for big purchase.I am still looking for more flooring to buy for my basement tiles but now I am not going to purchase from floor and decor.

2022-07-09My wife and I went there this evening to look at potential tile for a kitchen backsplash. While searching, we had the pleasure of Sebastian helping us. We told him neither of us knew anything about tiling and he was more than willing to assist us. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and the best way to install our backsplash. Sebastian left a great impression with us and we will be back.

2020-06-16We did out main bathroom from the hillard location. We are very happy they put one in on Brice rd. now.Huge selection.Only reason not a 5 star is I dont think of all the times we have been in there anyone has offered assistance.But if you have an idea of what you want, Im certain you will find it here. Floor, tile and shampoo cutout things all bought from them.

2020-02-01Wow, if you want a spectacular selection for tile or flooring then this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The quality and colors of their products are spot on. Check them out before you build or remodel. You will not be sorry.
