I just left the store and had to write a review. I had a 30 minute appointment scheduled, but Ed spent over an hour with me. He was so kind and helped me find the right shoes for my feet— walking me through what he observed before he even took a scan, which the scan then backed up. I tried on multiple pairs of shoes, but the first pair he brought me were right on the money. He also gave me tips on how to better ice my knees and let me try on multiple accessories to help eliminate chronic pain. Cannot recommend this store and Ed enough!
Went in to grab Buff’s and try some electrolyte drinks. The whole 30 minutes we were in there, neither associate greeted or asked if we needed anything. We waited to check out for 20 minutes and ended up leaving.Another customer was waiting and asked us if we knew how to check in. Apparently she had asked about some shoes and when she did the associate told her if she wanted help she needed to check in and wait. I walked over to the IPad stand and figured it out for her because it was on the Home Screen and as an older customer she couldn’t figure out which to click on. After clicking on 3 or 4 apps I checked her into the waiting list in less than 2 minutes.I work in customer service so I’m normally very patient when I see a place is busy. I understand we’re all understaffed. However there were only two other guests. If they’d stepped away for 2 minutes we would have been in and out and the guests they were helping would have still been ok.
Awesome experience! They really do all they can to get you the perfect shoes. Before coming here i had never had hands on help with sizing and fitting, and after the wonderful help from the staff i walked out of the store with the most comfortable shoes+insert combination i have ever worn. I will be coming back to this store from now on for all my athletic shoes/ athletic clothing needs! The staff are knowledgeable and patient, and i ended up having meaningful conversation with the staff. Great job!
Best shoe shopping experience ever!! They take so much time to measure and map your feet so you can get the right shoe! Bought a pair of Escalante tennis shoes and Ill never buy anything but these again!!! Will definitely shop for shoes there again!!
The staff is extremely helpful and many are also runners that can give insights and advice for running. The return policy for this store is great and allows you to decide if a shoe is just right for you. Overall this is the best running store Ive been to and I am always buying things online and Im always exciting seeing the fleet feet tents at race expos such as the flying pig.
I love that they had all of my previous purchases recorded in their system already, and when I couldnt remember my shoe type I had last visit, they were able to look it up, as well as the type of socks I had purchased, too. They were able to provide better products this time around based on my feedback on my previous purchases. Each staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was in the market for. The woman who helped me was able to fit me quickly and comfortably, and was very focused on my specific shoe needs. I would recommend Fleet Feet to any runner I know.

I had a great experience buying shoes at Fleet Feet. The sales person spent at least twenty minutes with me, measuring my feet digitally, selecting three shoes appropriate for my foot structure, and suggesting an insole for better fit. Service was friendly and informative and shoe selection extensive. Ill be a returning customer!
Karen was super helpful! Im new to running, but hoping to achieve my first mile soon. The scan taught me so much about my feet and what type of shoe would be ideal for me to run in. Karen though took the time to listen my concerns and helped me select the best shoe. She watched my walk, felt the shoe, felt for my toe distance, and then even let me run outside on the side walk when we were doing a comparison. I ran yesterday for the first time in my shoes. It felt like I was gliding and I truly appreciate the difference in terms of support for my feet. Today, I had zero soreness or pain! You will not regret your decision to come to Fleet feet. They are awesome!

I also thought the foot scan was a nice addition to the expertise offered by Emily. I had a great experience buying my running shoes from Fleet Feet. I had to return a running shoe after a month because it hurt my feet. They were extremely understanding and very helpful in determining why the shoe was causing a problem and allowed me to exchange it with no questions asked. The new shoe they helped me choose has been great! I will definitely continue to buy my running shoes from Fleet Feet.
The service at Fleet Feet was absolutely phenomenal! My sister and I had our feet examined and shoes properly fitted by an extremely knowledgable attendant. He offered great insight.Before the fitting- I had been having some knee issues, and my sister was struggling with arch pain. After the fitting- both problems completely resolved. Amazing! I would recommend to any runner!
Emily was wonderful to work with! She took the time to watch me walk, look at my arches, ask pertinent questions about my running habits and any pains I might have during or after a run. The 3D imaging was awesome too! She made recommendations based on what she saw and the information she gathered from me. I love my shoes and was happy to support a local running store!
I had to wait to get my shoes, but now I understand why. My salesperson sat me down, asked questions about what I wanted to get out of my running shoe, and then proceeded with the foot measurement. Then, with literally no sales pressure, they began trying on shoes just to feel what was right. The ones I chose were a lower priced model but there was no sales pressure to go with the higher priced shoe. They stayed within my budget and Im really happy! They have a repeat customer in me.
First time running in 32 years, big concern was having the right shoe! From the moment I entered the store I was made to feel special and the goal of finding the right shoe was on! Fleet Feet Oakely is my go-to when it comes to purchasing a new pair of running shoes. I can always depend on them to not only help me pick out a shoe that fits my needs, but to be incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to finding the perfect fit. The associates always explain the differences between shoes and the reasoning behind certain shoe selections which I always find helpful!
I have wide feet with a narrow heel and need special insoles. the person who helped me today spent an hour with me to make sure that I found a good fit. Great experience and I cant wait to run in my new shoes.
Second fitting in one day - this one for my husband. Went just as well as the first. We’ll never shop for running shoes anywhere else. We tested our shoes out as soon as we got home. I haven’t seen him run that fats, that easy in a long time. Comfortable and without pain - so happy we made a second trip in for him to get fitted too!
The customer service was superb. I had never been to a specialized shoe store like this and it was a phenomenal experience. I learned exactly what I need from my shoes and Ive been wearing them ever since. They are the most comfortable pair Ive ever had and I couldnt be more pleased.
Great people, wide variety of running shoe, apparel and gears. This is my go-to place as a runner and fitness enthusiast. Their 3D foot imaging is very helpful in finding the right fit and employees will answer all of your little questions about products or running in general.The only reason Im giving them a 4 star rating is lack of Gait Analysis which is a service I expect any store like this to have. Yes, prices are bit higher compared to online stores but here theyll find a perfect fit for you which makes a huge difference.
I went to Fleet Feet to get fitted for orthotics. They also have athletic attire. I was helped by Carmen. She explained my results well and helped me to make my decision on which orthotic to choose. It’s too early to tell if the orthotic is going to help but they feel fine so far. They have a nice selection of shoes as well. I plan to go back soon. If you spend $150, I think you get a $15 or $20 off your next purchase, something like that.
Liz at the Oakley Fleet Feet store provided fantastic customer service during the 30-45 minutes I was in the store. Its obvious shes quite knowledgeable and passionate about finding the right fit for the folks that walk into the store looking for a pair of running shoes to purchase.Additionally, she utilized Fleet Feets new Fit ID application via an iPad which provided me with a whole host of statistics and information about my feet that educated me in making the right purchase - my ON Cloudflow shoes!Lastly, the entire staff at Fleet Feet during my visit were accommodating, friendly, and made my shopping experience feel without pressure and comfortable. I will definitely be going back!
It’s been a while since I purchased running shoes in person- typically I ordered them offline. I realized that I probably needed to getFitted and make sure I was in the right shoe. The staff at Fleet Feet oakley were awesome. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and reassured that even though they were both busy they would see me soon.Andrew helped me find a pair of shoes and insoles that worked for my feet and helped with comforting my plantar facititis.Also, training for the Flyinf Pig Half Marathon with the FF Group has been a wonderful experience. Great routes, coaching, support and opportunities to meet people and learn about great products. I highly recommended you seek them out for training or help meeting your running needs!
I went in with terrible pain in my feet and ankles, and I know its because I had been wearing shoes that were wrong for me (basing what I buy purely on how they look). As a nurse on my feet all day, I had to make a change. They really go above and beyond to help you find shoes that are best for your foot length, width, how you stand, and how your feet hit the ground when you walk. They found me the perfect pair of shoes (and worked out well that I liked the colors too). After just one shift at work, and I noticed a huge difference! Their knowledge and willingness to help you find the best shoes will save you so much pain. I highly recommend buying from Fleet Feet!

Great customer service! I have plantar fasciitis and one gentleman helped me get new insoles for my running shoes. He even put up with me jogging around the store to try them out!
Very nice and personable people. Took a 3D model of my foot and watched me run and walk to help them figure out what shoes I needed. Checked out 4 different types of shoes starting with 3 that Ive never used before. Very helpful and knowledgeable people.
Service was okay when they visited my workplace with a pop-up shop and reflected the same at the Oakley location.Took almost 20 minutes just to return a pair of shoes. The sales team uses a whiteboard to keep track of which customer is in line, but it is kind of useless if youre skipping all over the list to help someone.As a local business I wouldnt mind supporting them, but customer service needs some fine tuning. Maybe invest in another cash register.
I was treated very nicely and had 1 on 1 attention the entire time I was there. He didnt make me feel like I had to buy any thing but was good about suggesting what might be helpful for me. I walked out wearing my new shoes and during my first run I feel like I made the right decision working with Feet Fleet.
Great experience. Both my wife and I bought shoes. Fleet Feet is for the experienced and new runner (and everyone in between). The team of fitters are professional - and are runners who are passionate about the sport and helping others.
The one thing I have learned over the years is that running shoes change and one company may change the design and fit from year to year. Same model, same company, same style, and they dont fit the same.So, these people have it all. Decent stock, privately owned, easy to deal with if you think you bought the wrong shoe. And, theyll let you try ten pairs to make the right decision.Its worth the trip
The only place to get the correct fit. Knowledgeable sales people who have been through extensive training to help you get the right shoes. They even have computer modeling of your feet to help determine what type of shoes would be best for you.

Loved the positive energies of the Oakley store. The first shoe I bought turned out to be a little long when I got it home and walked around the house to double check fit. Took back into the store, found a superb fit on a second shoe. Didnt have the color I wanted in my size. Placed the order direct with Adidas after checking the other FF stores and online. I went to this location looking for a pair of running shoes with my wife. The staff was very attentive in hearing our concerns and what we were looking for. Our feet were measured and we were provided with options. The staff was not pushy and it was a comfortable experience for us.

Very customized shoe fitting experience. I love my Karhu shoes! A brand I had never heard of. The shoe inserts are a bit expensive in my opinion but they do last around 18 months - 2 years.
I really felt like the associates wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the shoes I purchased. They didnt rush any of the customers that were there, yet they made sure I knew someone would help me as soon as possible. I also like the fact that they take the time to explain everything to the customers.

She connected with me very easily and paid close attention to my needs as well as what was going on with my feet physiologically. She was very attentive and patient during this process, and I felt very assured that I was in good hands. The atmosphere was very inviting.

Professional - they know their stuff and you will get a REALLY good fit. They ARE expensive, but you are getting what you pay for. After getting shoes and inserts there, I never got another blister or had another moment of shinsplint pain! They even told me about a pain (and corrected it), that I hadnt mentioned I was having! I wont go anywhere else.
Everyone is always nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The shoes and inserts I bought have been great and keep my feet from hurting. And I love the training program.
I have never been a runner by definition. I was an athlete, I lifted weights, I always scoffed at those group runners who I could hear at all hours of the morning running past my apartment. But then I challenged myself with the Flying Pig and was encouraged by a friend to join Fleet Feets training program. Within just a few weeks a past time that used to intimidate me has become my passion. Running allowed me to challenge my body, feel strong again, all while surrounded by the most supportive and generous group of people Ive ever met. I realized that pushing your body requires care and concern for the muscles and bones that work the hardest and so I purchased new shoes and some gear from an incredibly kind, understanding, and intelligent salesperson and I am SO happy with my purchase. The shoes have changed the way I run completely! I would recommend Fleet Feet Oakley to anyone and everyone that will listen to me preach about how wonderful you all are!!!
Get o in there and get you some east side shoes they got everything. They got blue shoes, they got red shoes, they got trail running shoes, they got weird foamy aandls they got pants shoes, they got shoes that go on your hands. Better be ready for your run today champ.

Products are pretty standard everywhere. What makes you guys/Fleet Feet different is your people. You talk to me;you ask me questions; you find out about my interests, challenges, likes and dislikes. Your not just trying to sell me stuff, youre aiding in my excitement of the challenge I want. Youre my partner - thats what differentiates Fleet Feet!
I went to the store about a month ago during my lunch break. They had the shoes I wanted in stock, and friendly and quick service. The prices are comparable to other running shoe stores. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

My husband and I were less than impressed with the service at the Oakley location today. It took a salesperson at least 5 minutes to even acknowledge me and assist me with checking out. Once this was completed, he walked away, totally ignoring the 3 others that stood in line behind me, one of whom was my husband. My husband waited for another 5 minutes during which time a sales associate asked if I needed anything. I responded “no, but they’re waiting to check out”. This was blatantly ignored. All 3 put their items back/set them down on the counter and walked out. After having had such an amazing experience at the Blue Ash location, I was a bit let down with the service today at Oakley. We definitely won’t be returning.

2022-09-03Highly knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. I went into the store as a first time potential marathon runner. The employees were super helpful. Matt took the time to explain the various types of running shoes and even offered a few tips for beginners like myself. The shoes I tried on were high quality, comfortable and stylish. I will definitely visit this store again-once I conquer my first marathon ; )

2022-05-05If I could give them 12 stars I would. Andrew listened to my concerns, helped me get set up with an account, provided me several options of shoes, helped me understand what I should be feeling and looking for for my specific foot type and measurements (there were like 10 different measurements) and he put me in a shoe that’s gonna change the way I work and run. Super thankful for him and his expertise. He also helped me with other resources and products to reduce my pain and increase my comfort. 10/10 I will be back and he is absolutely the only guy I wanna work with!!

2022-01-26I stopped in here one morning, coming directly from the gym because I was frustrated with my feet and ankles hurting during my workouts. I shared my concerns and typical workouts I do with the worker, and she did the free 3d analysis on my feet/ankles/gait. Based on all the information, she pulled several shoes for me to try on and walk around the store. I ended up with a pair of shoes and a pair of insoles, which at $200+ I was a little nervous to commit to such an expensive pair of shoes, because Ive never really bought shoes for such a specific purpose. She told me about their full return policy so I could try them out for several workouts and return them if I didnt love them! That eased my concern a bit, and Im happy it did, because I love my shoes and feel much more stable in my workouts! Thanks, Fleet Feet.

2021-06-06Scheduled a fitting online. Great experience. They were prompt in helping me. They have a machine that measures your foot. Tells you size, arch, heel size, width etc to help with the shoe reco. The person that helped me used that in combination with what I told him my issues were to make shoe recommendations. Walked out of there with a new pair of shoes and insoles to help. Great experience. Looks like they also had a selection of Garmin watches, socks, running clothes and nutrition.

2021-09-21Great experience here, highly recommend it. The person who assisted me was an experienced runner and helped me get the running shoes I needed to replace the ones I had that didnt fit well. They have a high tech evaluation that well get you the best fit.

2020-10-31I just had my first experience at Fleet Feet Cincinnati in Oakley and it was awesome! I made an appointment to be fitted for running shoes and Heather helped me. She was kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about running. She took time to answer my questions, gave me her honest opinions, and helped me find the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet Oakley, and Heather, to anyone who is looking for an excellent pair of running shoes and great customer service!

2021-10-15This place is fantastic. They have a wide variety of products and the service literally could not be better. I worked with Mark and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient- walked me through the entire fit process and helped me understand exactly what it was I needed to improve my running experience as well as showed me better lacing techniques!

2020-08-13Good place to get custom fit running shoes. Their technology feels like it could be a bit of a dog and pony show to me, but it is fun and they sell good shoes. Ive had my share of running injuries so I like getting assistance and recommendations when I get a new pair. Youll pay a little extra for the service though, these arent bargain shoes.
