I’ve lived here for 8 months now and have loved every second of it! Between the great views of the river, the social scene, the beautiful apartments, and the pet friendly outdoor terrace this building has it all! The staff have all been amazing and extremely accommodating, and I think my dog is starting to like Kelsie more than me!
Have been enjoying The Flats at East Bank for 2 1/2 years. Amber and the new team at the front desk have been a great job connecting with residents and providing awesome service. Also, great job with the (socially distanced) Wine Tasting yesterday - it was nice to meet a few new neighbors. Cheers.
The staff here are tremendously client focused. Amber and her team of Charlette, Crystal, and Christine made our entire move in experience so pleasant and seamless. They are so professional and friendly. Kelly the facilities manager is extremely responsive and professional. We have been here for a month and love it!
I’m currently in town for a couple weeks staying at the Flats with a colleague of mine. I had gotten a couple of very important packages delivered which I, unfortunately, hadn’t received even though they showed delivered. Before contacting the companies who sent my packages I called the front desk where Dexter answered the phone and took the time to hear my issue. Then, like a young Sherlock Holmes, Dexter asked me to wait on hold and within 2 mins he was back on the line and confirmed w me they had secured my package. I appreciate the quick action of my guy Dexter! A weight is lifted off my shoulders!
I just want to say how excited I am to move into this amazing property! Dexter was my leasing agent and when I say he was phenomenal and made my move in process super easy! He was always available to answer any questions that I had. I loved his energy and his knowledge of the building when he showed me my unit! I can’t wait to get my keys! Thanks Dexter again your the man!!!
Great location - seems to be a lot to do in the area. This apartment complex was among my favorite apartments that I viewed and toured, and making a decision was very tough. The staff is very responsive, professional, and personable. Kayleigh was the consultant I worked most closely with, and she was phenomenal. She will do her very best to find an apartment that meets your needs, and I truly appreciate the time she clearly put into finding the perfect apartment. If youre looking for an apartment, do yourself a favor and make sure Flats at East Bank Apartments is on your list.
Everyone who works here should be fired and replaced immediately. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

A great place to live at. the view is nice, the place is nice, and its close to everything because youre downtown.Kelsie is amazing she is very helpful and friendly, whenever I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone asked me.
I lived here last summer and it was such an amazing experience. With getting a job offer in Cleveland I had to move back! I could not thank Charlette enough for all of the help throughout the leasing process and getting me moved in. Cheers to another year!
Wonderful area for an apartment, close to many restaurants and wonderful views of the surrounding area. Very pleased with the hospitality and kindness of all of the employees at Flats East Bank! I would recommend checking this place out for a great place to live!!

Recently moved in and it has been a great experience! Large clean units with amazing views. Have nothing to complain about! The whole process was extremely smooth and accommodating.
Location, Location, Location, mix in great bars & restaurants! Top it off with a great management staff, Amber, Crystal & Kelsie along with Johnny & Kevin from the maintenance team, they all keep this ship running smooth!
My experience here has been great so far! Charlette, Kelsie, and all of the staff have been incredibly helpful and gone above and beyond to make my move in experience great. It’s in an awesome location close to so many things to do!
Apartments are nice but the place gets loud on friday and saturday nights. Harleys and after market mufflers love to come ride around and rev for whomever theyre trying to impress.

I love living at Flats East Bank Apartments. The staff has been so friendly during these challenging times, and the building is kept exceptionally clean!!
This place may be nice but however have some trashy people that live there. Myself and a group of people were at the rooftop of Punch Bowl Social and some animal from the courtyard of these apartmments swung a big ketchup bottle into the crowd striking my girlfriend in the face and also covering numerous people with ketchup all over them. I will be speaking with an attorney to seek for any security footage from the time of this incident and pressing criminal charges against the person who initiated this act.

The East Bank of the Flats, coming backto life!! Great restaurants and a relaxing environment to enjoy a beautiful view of the river and some of Clevelands historic bridges! Its wonderful to see it coming back with class!

2022-05-01The Flats apartments are the perfect location for anyone who wants that downtown living experience!! Great location - fun and alive! Perfect little grocery store up the street! The restaurant & bars are awesome! The views are super cool! But what makes The Flats really nice- the front door staff! They are always helpful! Jonell is always ready to assist and does it with a smile! Shes so polite! A nice friendly face that welcomes you home!

2022-05-17Hannah, the community manager, has been extremely welcoming and helped the application process go smoothly. As a new tenant, shes gone above and beyond to address any concerns and be helpful when she can. On Hannahs, Tamara is the definition of a rockstar employee who embodies hospitality. She is unbelievably kind and has taken the effort to get to know me and follow up on any questions I have. Another team member, Dexter, is the original reason I came back when deciding to move to the Flats. He guided me through the property and helped me understand the different units, floorplan, and building. It has been refreshing to have a great group of community managers that do their best to make you feel at home! Thank you to the entire team at Flats at East Bank Apartments!

Amber is the new property manager and has done a great job in bringing the community together and serving the residents with world class service.I couldnt be more happier with the new property managers!! :))Some of the things I love about the property:The management team is quick to respond to any helpThe rooftop deck is actually pretty nice. Didn’t realize it until summer hit this year and I was working from home (covid life)I feel safe in this building as you require a fob to get in the building and also for the elevatorBunch of restaurants on the first floor - makes it easy to grab a bite when you don’t want to cookDiscounted price at the local gym next doorPlus the views are awesome. I’ll post some pics here once I figure out how! Haha

2022-05-28I was visiting a friend at this building earlier this week and I am so impressed with the hospitality! Tamara at the front desk was super friendly and so helpful! I have never been treated better. Honestly this experience makes me want to move into this building!

2022-04-04My wife was doing research about nice places to live downtown Cleveland with a pool and we found Flats at East Bank. She emailed them first and no one contacted her. She reached out via phone and her first experience was not a good impression after speaking with Dexter who was very disruptive and wasn’t good at clarifying. So her impression of the customer service automatically made her say no I don’t think this would be a good place. I told her let’s give this place a chance and I regret it tremendously. Dexter was very misleading and kept over talking us during the virtual tour and the phone call. Arianna was more pleasant to speak with but it’s clear she didn’t want to step on Dexters toes. So we were convinced by Dexter to apply and he mentioned as long as we have enough income (i.e. 3 times the rent) then we would be fine. We asked what was the specific criteria that needs to be met including what’s the credit score range that they look for. He emphasized that we shouldn’t worry about that because rarely do they decline people. After we paid the fees, we received an email that we were declined. We called Dexter to find why and he said they don’t know and that we have to call the screening company (Safe Housing). We called the screening company and there were no red flags to prevent us from being accepted. We called Dexter back to explain this and he was disruptive again, not explaining why we were declined or anything. My wife and I make more than 4.5x the rent here, and we don’t have anything negative on our credit that would prevent us from living anywhere. We have lived all over the country for our careers and this is by far the worse experience ever in applying for a place. The professionalism of this place is really last to all places. The manager Hannah, was very aggressive and redundant - she kept talking over me and being rude on the phone, not able to tell us about what they look for on applicants credit. They should be clear and front with applicants and not beat around the bush like Dexter and Hannah did. If we met all of the criteria, then what demographics are they using to determine who lives there? They will only reel you in for their benefit. We don’t know if any property that doesn’t ask more questions after they screen your background and credit. First time ever going through this, and we have lived in the best places across California, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Florida and Ohio. Gets me to wonder if this place looks at color when it comes to renting out to people, because they cant explain the reason why we were declined. Thank you, Dexter for wasting our time and Hannah (Manager) for your lack of unprofessionalism.

2021-10-21We lived here for 6 months and everything from the leasing process, to repairs, to day to day operations and move out was the best experience I have had at any facility I’ve rented from. Dexter is extremely helpful, and the entire staff is great at what they do. Can not say enough good things about this team.

Great place to live, very spacious, gorgeous up to date apartments! The building is always super clean and maintained. Employees are always so kind and helpful! I would Definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in moving downtown!

2021-02-11I’m a new resident and the building is beautiful! Perfect place to live in Cleveland. Wonderful management & the property manager is amazing! You get access to so many cool restaurants in walking distance as well. Plus having your own patio makes it perfect for the warm weather. Definitely recommend moving here!!

2021-02-11I have lived downtown for 6 years and I have the excitement like I’m moving downtown for the first time ever after signing the paperwork to be a soon to be resident at the East Bank Apartments at the Flats. Amber Warner did an incredible job of finding my girlfriend and I the perfect apartment. The hospitality she showed is one of a kind. We can’t wait to enjoy our amazing balcony :))
