Very good club around Cincinnati area. Staff are friendly and prompt. The club runs almost all day independent of cold snowy weather around.

I have to disagree with the negative reviews about the staff. Honestly, the people are the best thing about Five Seasons! The front desk staff, personal trainers, and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome at the club. Theyve made various improvements to the club over the last few months and there are many more planned. I love the Group Ex classes and there is something for everyone. In the summer the pool is a great place to relax! I cant say enough good things about this club and the amazing staff!

This has been a favorite place of mine for years! The employees and trainers are always friendly, welcoming, and there to help. The members are like a second family to me. This Sports Club is always kept clean, and I see active improvements when needed. I utilize the Salon and spa as well. Fun activities planned monthly such as Cooking with the Chef. Very reasonable membership costs. Im extremely pleased to be a member here and will be for many years to come! Holly Ringer

The sports club is excellent. The ACE tennis lessons are fun for beginners to learn the basic moves and swings in tennis, and coach Tony is very professional and super friendly. The directors of community engagement and club membership, Nikki and Mary Lou, are very knowledgeable and very patient. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves playing tennis.

This place can be great for tennis but you must find the right coach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these pros:1. Tony Fanning2. Devon Ross3. Eric MaclinIm not saying the other pros are bad but these pros were highly productive and they teach a lot!

Just want to echo a previous comment Place is nice but staff is rude. There are lot of hidden policies which they do not tell in advance. This is so true with my own experience. We have been member for 2 years because of the better timing of a tennis program. Just to give you some ideas about the tennis program in case you choose this club. Once your kid made through the starter class, $100/month (no membership fee) which they try to move your kids quickly to their earn your x program which costs $300/month on top of the membership ($50 for just the tennis membership, do not have access to swimming pool or anything else at the facility). This $50 dollar junior membership does have walk-on time, but only when both players have walk-on for free, otherwise you need to pay the other half of the court.Once your kid is moved to earn your x program, you should be thinking about at least $700/month commitment. For this program, your kids will have 3 group lessons/week, each ~1.5 hours, and extra private class highly recommended by the coach (~$85/hour, weekly), and extra tournaments recommended by the coach (apart from USTA tournaments which is ~1 time/month of 15 dollars charge per tournament and dont forget USTA membership fee). You need to collect enough points through USTA tournaments before they move you to the EX program. No make-up class is truly for this program. The reason is the price is charged for 2 classes, and you get the 3rd class for free. If you do the math, you will find the average/class is $36/class (end of Dec no class), only when you count the 3rd class, then the average/class becomes $24/class.So be aware of what you commit to. Also, be aware of the cancellation of the membership after 1 year of contract, you still need to cancel 1 month in advance for your desired termination date.

The hot tub is old it’s like sitting in a square with hot water with slight debris floating on top like hair, the jets don’t work hardly any bubbles. The cafe is expensive a 12oz drink with a turkey sandwich was 10.05, high if you ask me. The carpet is old and needs changed. The whole facility is old and they sell clothing which is rather expensive as well name brand but expensive! They painted the floor near inside pool but don’t put up caution tape they just surround the areas with towels. Great calendar of events.

I hate to leave negative reviews but this is unacceptable. To make things short we decided to join this gym a few months ago to see how things would go having our first child and picking a decent club with babysitting optional. We decided we wanted to go elsewhere and after being assured verbally that it was a month to month membership we gave it a shot. Now they say we didnt read the back of one of the last pages. In fine print it does in fact say 1 year membership. Its a terrible thing when you cant even trust a gym membership documents. Ultimately this is my fault for trusting the staff. They must be trying to lock as many people down to the below par gym. Must be a retention strategy as Lifetime takes all their clients.
