The bus driver sometimes does not even bother to show up. Does anyone know where I can find the mask policy on the busses? My childs school has already made it clear to everyone including the bus driver that masks are not mandated but because my child has allergies and sinus issues she has a slight cough and the bus driver is being very aggressive with my child to wear a mask. I know that my child isnt contagious of anything. It is sinus/allergy issues. Yet the bus driver is being really aggressive with my child.

They make me feel like Im family, and I would go out of my way to ensure the children get home safely. Their safety is my #1 priority above all else.

First student transportation is by far the worse transportation service I have ever had deal with. I get there are driver shortages but these people wont even return your phone calls. They ignore you which is a huge risk when transporting peoples children. They set a pick up/drop off and they are always 20 min or more on their own set times! They have people who dont live in Dayton create their bus routes and make no absolute sense. They pass my street on their routes but still keep my sons bus stop next to a busy street 3 blocks away. Terrible.

The bus do not come to my child stop at all. Dispatcher lies an claim gps says been at my child stop an thats a lie because i stands at the stop with my child. Dispatch is very unprofessional unproductive no RESPECT. Then the bus wants to come all early before the actual bus time for my child. Your best best if your kids ride First Student you better off talen them to school. To be honest they dont deserve any stars. Where can i put a ZERO. Thats what they are.

Bus route cards were sent for my 3 kids 2 of my kids had different route numbers and pickup times. They first week of school for pickups the bus didnt show up. Second week of school the bus was extremely late by 30 minutes the first 3 days. And the last 2 days it didnt show up. This week I find out they changed the pickup time from 7:10 to 6:30am which makes absolutely no sense at all when they are to be at school at 7:30am and the school is 6 minutes down the street. The first day of school on the return route home they put my kindergartener off the bus and said she wasnt a bus rider even though she is. And luckily I had a talk with my kids before school and my youngest son got off with her. Yesterday they were made to wait on the bus for almost 30 minutes to verify my youngest daughter is my sons sister and was supposed to be getting off with them. Its is the SAME BUS DRIVER whi was dropping them off before so I dont understand whats going on. Then when you call first student they dont answer calls nor do they return them. Its extremely frustrating.

This bus service is horrible and some of the bus drivers have no concerns for the students that ride their bus. I think this company bit off more than they could handle when agreeing to bus all of these schools without enough staff!!
