Sarah at the front counter was great,, she was upfront and honest about the cost of repairs on my truck and kept me up to date on the diagnosis. David the mechanic who was working on my truck answered all my questions in detail of what the issue was and exactly what he had to do to correct the problem. Also some other issues I need to have fixed, then he told me to bring it back and hed run a check on it to make sure it was running right. Its hard and sometimes not cheap to find a mechanic you can trust.... I will be bringing my other vehicle to them for service.
Went there to get a inspection for veteran services. They found some nuts loose on my front end they tightened them up which fixed the problem and did it for free. I love those guys
Ive gone twice now. Once for an oil change and once for a tire issue. Both times, I had my brother check the car over before and after and he said everything was done correctly. I didnt feel pressured into anything and the costs were comparable to other places.
Wonderful customer service. Quote was spot on for tires and labor. Reset our oil indicator light, printed out all our vehicle recalls and sent us home with can of spray to oil tires because it was raining to hard to do at the time. Thats the small things that keep customers coming back. All employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning soon.
Absolutely love bringing all of my vehicles to Brookwood Firestone. The manager RJ always gives exceptional service and they have a very friendly staff. Keep up the good work guys.
I have gone here to get the last few oil changes and they have always been prompt and honest with how long things will take. They have provide good customer service and the work done is as expected. If you wait for your car they will try to upsell some services but they have never been pushy about it. I will keep going back as long as this continues.
If I could give them zero stars i would. 96 Mercury old car but right around 90000 miles only. Was leaking forever but drove great. Take it to firstone to repair leak and gaskets. 2 months later i still dont have a safe running vehicle. It randomly stops or misfires. It never did. Before taking it to them. They ranked up a company card and when they couldnt figure out finally sent it for a dealership to fix. 2 days after pick up check engine light is flashing again. When your willing to pay for honest work assuming they will fix the problem to be left completely screwed in the end, and be given the go around for 2 months, and still have an unsafe car it leaves a great impression of the company ... Still waiting to hear from corporate office.
I would give negative stars if there was an option. I booked and confirmed an appointment for new tires days before. I drove an hour to the store to find out that they not only did not have the tires that I had requested, but they werent even able to order them. The tires were listed on the website, but they found that they did not have them available and forgot to call me. To top it off, the saleswoman attempted to selll me tires that were 2x the cost of the ones I wanted and she suggested I open a firestone credit card in order to recieve discounts. Will never be going back.
I called to see what time they close and to see if they had time to help with my flat tire. They said yes so I drove over on the flat just for the guy behind the counter to say he cant help me cuz they were too busy. They didnt even make an effort to see if they had time to help, but al they did was just push me away on my flat. Plus they want to charge me 250 to fix my tire. All it needed was a tire sensor. Will never go back and will tell people to avoid this place.

Took my car tire for a tire change. Everyone is so friendly and honest. Manager took his time explaining everything what was wrong with the car. All the employees are friend. Car runs great

Tried three times to get my tires rotated and they canceled on me all three times. This was over a few months. Each time they told me its because they are short staffed.

2022-04-20Had an unfortunate experience. Nice to talk to, but, I went in for an oil change and brake inspection/ change. Had to return 3 visits for the brakes which are still making noise. Once i opened my hood because of the new issues that arose there was oil EVERYWHERE pooling on my engine and poured over my air intake. Now having to replace a multitude of new parts. Needless to say, I feel taken advantage of.-- I have received a phone call from the new store manager, Joe, regarding the issues at hand. He was very understanding and courteous as i explained the inconveniences/ problems i experienced at their store. After reciew and discussionsl he was able to provide great customer service and compensation fornthe issues.

2021-12-30Terribly disappointed and never again... Made an appointment for an oil change and after standing in lobby for 12 minutes as the manager talked to another in lobby I was informed not going to happen today... The manager did acknowledge I was standing there previously with a thanks for your patience but then he immediately went back to the other and didnt ask for the slightest details. The manager should have been aware of other appointments and knowing one was was upcoming a simple hang on 1 second to the other in the lobby and addressing the upcoming appointment, which was not going to happen today would have been much better practice. The manager had all the contact information to reach out and try and reschedule the appointment in advance, like another location did - but apparently he feels his customers time is meaningless and isnt worth his effort. By the way, all he was discussing with the other was organizing her past receipts for past services and asking her to come back at a later date to continue. Appointments mean nothing to this business and the manager feels you arent worth his effort other than a not going to happen today...

2021-01-14This establishment exceeds any standard business. The level of professionality I have encountered the few times I have visited is exceedingly pleasant. I would highly recommend for a routine oil change. I would suggest scheduling a time, Firestone usually most always respects and values their consumers time.

2020-09-30They kept the lock for my locking lug nuts and when I asked them about it they said it had been to long and it was my problem to get another one. Not theyre fault. Of course it had been awhile, I dont need to take my tires off every week. How would I know you kept it until I need to remove my tires, months if not a year or two later? I have been a valued customer for years and have spent thousands at firestone. I sure wont in the future.

2020-08-12I wont accuse anyone..but be careful here. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told that one tire had small buldge and another was showing wear. It was recommended that I purchase 2 new tires. I wanted to wait. Well, two days after service, Ive got TWO FLAT tires. Maybe this was just my bad luck..but really..2 flat tires within 48 hours?? Be wary.
