I was involved in a car accident a week and a half ago. I called Fine Line and took my car to them the same day. They handled everything for me including helping with my claim, dealing with the insurance company, car rental and just making sure I was ok. In just over a week I had my car back good as new! I won’t take my car anywhere else. The staff is so kind and professional and make you feel like you matter. Great Job Fine Line!!
Fine Line Auto Body is the absolute worst!! Dealing with manager Brian on Morse road, manager Terrance on Alum creek and then Aaron the regional manager and nobody is on the same page. I was told my vehicle should have been done this past friday or saturday by the regional manager. Come the weekend I didnt hear from them. Monday came I didnt hear from them. Then bright and early today Brian text me saying it should be done by the end of the week and asked about payment! 😑😑😑😑 payment has been an issue for the last few weeks as I have the money but they are unable to do a card transaction that big cause they dont want to pay 5% to the card company. Ive been contacting them on and off for the past 2 weeks trying to get this solved and they have not resolved this issue. Im so over this whole experience and will never take my vehicle back there again! They have had my vehicle for almost 2 months and keep making excusez on why the time line is being puahed back.
Got my GMC fixed at Fine Line auto body,the left side of the truck bed was damaged dealing with the staff at fine line was seamless they dealt with the insurance company ,kept me informed about everything,had it ready when they said they would , they did an impressive job my truck looks like I just brought it,it was clean and shining. I want to thank the staff at Fine Line for an amazing job ,outstanding customer service,you are the definition of professionalism I greatly appreciate you. So where do I start. About a month ago my car was said to be done. Great. Im happy. Juan the manager ask me.to pick it up on Saturday. Well I had to work that day until 3. No problem Juan said. I live close Ill meet u up there at 4 pm. Well thats great hes going out of his way to please me. So my wife and I got up there and waited until 445 on a Saturday. But no Juan. No show no call. Wasted time. Monday came around and I called Juan and asked him what happened. He said yea I forgot to call you. But we didnt get your car ready Saturday. Ok but why didnt you call me ? Im sorry I forgot. Then that Tuesday came and Juan called me to tell me finally my car is ready bout 2 pm. Ok great. Juan calls again. About 4 pm to tell me the car isnt ready again. And the headlight is not the right one again. So every week went by no calls from Juan at all. I was told we would get updates every couple of days. We never did. I did every call to get updates. Now a month later. Now Im getting tired of this. Juan said the headlight is backorder and cant find it. So my wife contacted Dennis hyundai and they showed one on their nation wide search in Dayton Ohio and for the price state farm paid fine line for the headlight and cheaper. We contacted Juan and let him know. He called the dealship in Dayton to verify its the right one. He said he ordered it. Luckily for us Juan went on vacation. Because Cody and Justina was on the case. Because they got my car done and ready for me in that week. They were awesome. Also.i found out that the headlight was never ordered nor purchased by Juan as he told us. Why so many lies Juan? Why ? If it wasnt for Justina and Cody I wouldnt have my car back. They ordered my headlight and additional part needed to have my car back. So as in for my one star rating it wasnt for them. But for Juan. By the way. In the last 5 6 yrs my wife , my daughter and I had atleadt 5 cars that ran through fineline. And not the numerous of referals.we sent to you guys. But now I will never send another car there. No way.
They were the first company to call me after my accident. They were able to pay my deductible and got me into a rental the same day. The process was fast and easy. They took care of EVERYTHING! The work they did to my car was top-notch. It looks better than the day I bought it and drove it off the lot. They are transparent, truthful and customer service oriented. I would recommend this company to any and everyone I know.
As part of my ongoing warranty saga with Fine Line Auto Body, I had an appointment at the Morse Rd. location for a paint color scan. When I arrived (15 minutes early) for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the only person who knew how to use the equipment was out to lunch and would be back in about 45 minutes. I opted to wait because Im tired of dealing with Fine Line and just want this issue resolved.After an hour, I was told that the person who knew how to use the equipment had stopped to get a hair cut and the manager was unsure when he would be back to the shop. At this point, because I waited an hour for what was supposed to be a 10-minute appointment, I was already late to another appointment so I had no choice but to leave.The manager of the Morse Rd. location (Brian) blamed the situation on the person who scheduled my warranty appointment (Emily). Apparently, Emily didnt make Brian aware of the appointment as she should. This is immaterial to me - I dont care who screwed up - this just points to the complete lack of empathy and professionalism that has defined my entire experience with Fine Line over the past month.I have yet to find anyone at Fine Line Auto Body who gives a darn about fixing my problem. Everyone is full of apologies and excuses, but no one takes any ownership of my issue. They all seem just too happy to have me continuing to waste my time to fix their screw up.
I would like to thank fine line for making my first experience in an accident clam a pleasant one. They did an excellent job on my Dodge Charger. Brian and his team was professional and friendly. They treating me with the upmost respect, and went out their way to make sure my claim was taken care of; my car and repairs was done in a timely manner, and I was updated every step of the way. They even made getting my rental car very pleasant. I also want to think Sam at Speedy Car Rental for making my first time renting a car very very pleasant. I had a top-of-the-line car; that me and my kids really enjoyed.Thank you guys at Fine Line and Speedy Car Rental for make a bad situation a pleasant one for me. Ms. Banks
EXTREMELY excellent customer service from Tad, Justina, and the whole team at Fine Line. My new vehicle was totaled in an accident and despite the other driver being declared 100% at fault, dealing with the insurance company was still a nightmare. Never having been in an accident like this before, there was so much I did not understand about the process and so much that I would not have known that I could push back on. Tad did an excellent job of ensuring that I got a everything that was owed to me (comparable rental vehicle, etc.) in addition to working with me throughout the entire inspection/totaling process. There was never a time that I called the shop that I didnt speak with someone right away, and that really made a difference in the overall turn-around time.I cannot recommend them enough, if youre dealing with this type of situation and everyone else is treating you like youre another number, give Fine Line a call. You will be glad that you did!
I had a very good experience with them. Justina, Brian and Tad helped me during the process of accident estimate evaluation to getting the car fixed. Once the estimate approved they fixed the car quickly. I appreciate the great work they are doing when a person is in need.
I had my car sideswiped in the middle of the night in September 2016. The scumbag left in note or anything, so I was left dealing with this issue myself. I originally got a quote at Auto Body North and their repairs came out to roughly $6,000, which was too much as I knew my insurance would total the car. I couldnt have this happen because I had just purchased the car in April 2016. I decided to get a second quote from Fine Line and theirs came out to about $4,500, so I decided to choose them and Im very happy with how it went. It took just over a week to fix and they even covered 80% of my deductible, so I only had to pay about $100 for the entire repair. They were even able to complete the job without having to replace the door or panel. They were kind and courteous and made sure to keep me updated on my car. They are also very quick at getting back to you if you have any questions. A year and a half later, everything still looks and works perfectly, I highly recommend them!
From beginning to the end fine line really made me feel confident that they could fix my car inside and out... and when I seen my car come around the corner I just about cried and then when I drove it I felt even better that my car looked and drove as if there was never an accident... and the covered the deductible so they really helped my first accident better by making it an easy process!!! I had a great experience with Fine Line Auto Body. William took it upon himself to book me a rental car and arrange the towing of my vehicle from the tow yard. All I had to do is go pick up my rental car. When I arrived at the shop Brian the manager offered to get everything out of my car for me and put it into my rental. He was super nice and courteous! While my car didn’t get fixed (because it was totaled) the customer service is outstanding and I will go there if I ever need body work.
I would absolutely recommend Fine Line Auto Body for any repair needs. They dealt with the other parties insurance to make sure I had someone in my corner and that I got fixed everything that needed fixed in a timely manner. They were all very professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. Brian was great and answered all my questions. They provided me with a rental car while my car was being worked on. Obviously nobody likes to have to deal with having a car accident. But Fine Line made is super easy. Tad contacted me and helped me get into a rental and get my car picked up, Brian helped me understand what to expect with the estimate and insurance, and Justina called to update me almost daily. They worked very diligently as a team to help me through this process. Great team here 👍🏻
Someone hit my car a couple of weeks ago and left extensive damage. My car is less than a year old, with less than 10,000 miles on it. Once I got the insurance estimate, I took my car to Fine Line after being referred there by my mom. They were immediately helpful and provided me with a rental car on the spot, even though the insurance company wanted me to give them 2 business days notice. I took my car in on Tuesday, it was ready by Saturday before the long weekend. It looked brand new, like nothing had been done it. The thing that will keep me coming back should I ever need them: the insurance wanted to pay for after market parts on my car, instead of factory parts. Because it’s less than a year old, Brian reached out to me to let me know and gave me tips on how to get them to pay for factory parts. I did that and Grange paid for the real parts after a less than 5 minute conversation. I’m not sure any other company would have done that. 2 things that weren’t great: my rental car smelled like weed. Not a hint of it, but like they had a car scent thing that was weed. Since I wasn’t driving much, I didn’t mind it. I know they would’ve replaced it if I called them. And they don’t take credit card charges for over $500. The insurance sent me a check and told me to deposit it. I went to pay for it, but they couldn’t accept it so I had to run to the bank to get cash. It was an inconvenience but now I know for the future.
Just picked up my car from Fine Line Auto Body! I cant thank them enough for the excellent job done on my brand new car (was rear ended somewhere, other driver took off). The work is excellent (they took great care in a job done above and beyond), the team was great to work with, and the process was so easy. Highly recommend this business!! Thanks so much!
The service Fine Line auto Body at Twins Buick GMC was great! I appreciated the personal service and their willingness to work with me on my deductible. My vehicle is a 2020 and my hatch was vandalized. They fixed it and it is like it was when I picked the car up for the first time. I cant thank them enough.
I’d definitely recommend this Fine Line Auto Body location. I had some complications with my insurance that delayed my repairs on my car. Justina was really great about keeping me up to date every step of the way & persistent about trying to get ahold of my insurance , which was not easy at all. After my car was finished Brian was really helpful about trying to work with me on getting things taken care of with the rental. Very friendly staff and my car looks brand new .
Such a great experience from start to end. The staff is amazing, keeping me informed on every detail. Picked my truck up today and it was not only shining on the outside, the inside was immaculate. My experience was not good, for 1 they ran my gas out 2 it wasnt washed good my car was still dirty on the inside, the carpet was dirty my mats was dirty .. the inside was not detail when they fixed it... it was a total mess.. and they had it a month, so u tell me how my experience was.. thank u
The staff was most accommodating in getting my car from West Virginia to their shop in Columbus. They kept me informed all along the way regarding their progress in fixing the damages. To me it felt like they treated it as their own! I would definitely highly recommend using this shop for your auto body needs. They are both professional and personable.
Greatest experience after my 2015 Nissan Altima was hit. I didnt know what to do or where to go. Tad called me and had me stop by for an estimate. He got me into a rental and maintained excellent customer service the entire time. Big thanks to Justin and Brian as well. All around excellent experience, Im a customer for life.

They take all the hassle out of dealing with insurance. The rental car service makes the whole process very convenient as well.Would recommend to all.

The people at this Fine Line Auto Body really know how to take care of their customers. They are courteous and caring. They go above and beyond to always put you first and take the time to make sure your vehicle is repaired the RIGHT way. I tell everyone I know who needs repairs on their cars to not only take it to Fine Line but I make sure they know this location is the best!
Work done was great. Cleaners need more instructions on how to clean a car - still have dirt on my ceiling inside of car. It did take way too much time to get my car back - 1 and 1/2 months because of hold out with insurance. But work was done right - rides better than before. Getting much better gas mileage even....
At the end of my lease of my car, I had some scratches, dings and dents. So I took it to Fine Line for a quote. They told me it would cost $5000 to fix. Instead of fixing it with them, I had a third party business give me an estimate and then just turned in the car to Nissan. I was charged $1500! Fine Line is clearly dishonest and scam artists. It makes me sick to think I almost pissed away $3500. Do not trust them.
The staff are wonderful. I got a single red rose the first 2 times I was in the office. I received another one when the young lady dropped off my car at my home and picked up my rental car because i am a senior and wasnt feeling well when they told me my car was ready. That is going far above and way beyond anyones expectations.
Let me start by saying that then end product was acceptable and it seems like they did good work. But, that is where the compliments end. My wife got into an accident and damaged the R front corner of her car. There was body damage as well as front suspension damage. I explained to the manager that this was going to be cash and not insurance. He gave me an estimate of $2500 and needed half up front before they would start working on the car. $2500 Im thinking thats not too bad. So, yeah lets go ahead. Then I get a call that there was more damage than they thought and it is now going to be $3900. Keep in mind it is a $9500 car. So R front corner damage is now approaching half the cost of the car. I expressed my obvious displeasure with this dramatic increase. THEN....they tried to do the alignment, and I was told that the strut was bent and now its going to be $4200. I feel as though they hooked me with a low estimate and now Im stuck paying a $1700 difference. I asked the manager why he even gave me the $2500 estimate and was told Well we have to start somewhere. If I had known up front it was going to be $4200 I would have looked into getting another opinion and possibly taking it somewhere else. But, the creeping, ever increasing bill had me stuck there. Be wary of their estimates!
My car and the door frame of my garage had a “close encounter,” leaving white paint scuffs along the rear panel. I went to Fine Line Body at Twins Buick, to see if they could buff out the white paint; and then I could bring the car back for body work, when I would be able to leave it for an extended time. They had a technician check it out; and, he was able to remove all the paint. They, graciously, refused to take any payment for this service. I will be going back to have the body work done! I call that 5 star service by a great group of professionals!

These crooks repaired my car a year later the quarter panel that they repaired is rusting the Bondo fell out and cracked the paint the door that they replaced is rusting..Bondo falls out if its put on too thick newly paint steel only rusts if its not prepped correctly..they informed me that they put on a used door and its not warranted being used...even though they prepped the used door and painted it...my bumper pad looks like my unborn grand child painted it..sorriest excuse for a body shop in Ohio do not use the amateurs.
Everyone at Fine Line was absolutely amazing! Justina made an experience that could have been a nightmare, a seamless pleasure. She even dealt with the horrible insurance company, (Grange) that attempted to make every step as difficult as possible. I will return to Fine Line for all my vehicle needs and I will recommend them to everyone!
2017 Hyundai Elantra. This was my very first accident every, so I knew nothing about where to start with getting my car worked on at. A good friend Charles Warren referred me to Fine Line, from start to finish service was Excellent. They helped me get my rental (a real nice Buick Verano) and the the process was quick. My car actually looks brand new. I would Definitely recommend Fine Line to anyone.
Well, walking in to an Auto Body Shop is always the last thing you want to do, but if you have to do it, Fine Line over there at Twins is where you want to go. I walked in and had someone look at my car within 10 minutes. The manager of the location, Iain, was down on his hands and knees with his mechanic taking a look at the damage. I drive a 2010 Lexus IS 250 and it looks brand new now. The paint job they did was impeccable and Ive had zero troubles with any of the repair areas. Fixed both bumpers without replacement, popped out and reshaped my fender, and blended the paint perfectly. I hope to never be a customer again, but if I ever find myself in the predicament again.... Fine Line @ Twins is where Im going.
This place is a total scam. They called me after I had been in a crash. William Allen stated he worked is working with my insurance company (not true). I had my car towed there because of this deception. Then my insurance called to see where my car was and then stated they are not working with Fine line. They then charged me $1200 for the tow bill. They are scammers and should be out of business. After checking BBB I realized I’m not the only one they hurt the information from the police report and then deceive you into thinking they work with your insurance company. Brian the manager was also a prick on the phone.
Had a great experience at Fineline. Justina was prompt and informative. She always answered my calls and got back to me quickly. My vehicle was completed in a timely fashion for the amount of damage being repaired. I would recommend Fineline Morse Road to any of my friends and family
There was a five car accident in front of my house. The responsibility of fault was a Professional Transportation Inc. Vehicle driven by one of there employees. They would not let there insurance co take care of the three vehicles I owned that were accordianed together stating there deductible was high. Fine Line the body shop of my choice was able to fix all three vehicles. A week after they had been towed I was contacted by Barb Henze of PTI who has now done a 360 after finding out the total damages and states that the Mercedes was totaled and they were going to let the insurance co take care of that one. She gave me information of the agent and suggested I call him. The whole situation became way to sketchy for me so I turned it over to an attorney.I now have the two vehicles back from Fineline and they have been fixed beautifully. I have overwhelming Thanks to Fineline and especiallyl Chanel, Justina, and Brian. You all rock!This staff is the most professional group of individuals that I have dealt with in the Auto Collision industry. You all sure do what you say you will accomplish. Thank You All! Fine Line Auto Body at Twins worked on my 2015 GMC Yukon Denali and I have to say, Im really pleased. Color matches perfectly. I didnt think after someone hit me on my side door, that the paint would match so perfectly. Good work guys and Ian took good care of me. Thank you
At first I wasnt sure how well Fine Line would do with my collision repairs but they turned out to be wonderful. These guys were absolutely amazing from dealing with the insurance company to my rental experience to the body work. I had to do absolutely nothing they handled everything for me and i was very pleased when i got my car back she looked like my beauty before the accident!
I would highly recommend them! Every person here has been extremely nice, helpful and I really felt they had my back. When this could have been extremely stressful time they went above and beyond my expectations. I will return anytime I need them but I will also be telling everyone this is where they should go. I had an issue with the Lewis center location I went to the Morse road location after 4 tries with Lewis center location an the district manager personally took it upon himself to make sure my car was done right did an outstanding job and even fixed a couple scratches that I showed him that they done free of charge thank you for doing the right thing and making me a happy

2022-04-29I used fine line on Morse Road to replace my sideview mirror and I was extremely satisfied with the job. I came back to have them fix the trim on my rear bumper that was damaged by snow. I showed up without an appointment and Corey went out to my car to take a look. He determined that the trim didn’t need replacing, just some clips that were missing. He took care of it at no charge and I was on my way in 15 minutes. It is nice to have an honest company with honest employees who aren’t trying to sell you more than you need. I will definitely use them anytime I need bodywork done.

2022-05-11I’ve had 2 vehicles needing worked on. The Infiniti I had no issues with. Months later I had the Honda worked on. Again the repair work on both vehicle was perfect. But I had to take the Honda back as when tire was replace the luggs weren’t tightened. Felt like the car was going to shake apart. But once fixed - not issue.

2022-06-29The Twins Buick location turned my whole experience of Fine Line Auto Body around... I initially dropped my car off at the Bethel road location. After getting a quick and easy quote, they said it would take about 3 days to fix - drop off on a Monday and pick up on a Wednesday. They get the part in, I bring my car in, and upon me asking how long it should take, they tell me 5 days - expect a Friday pick up. Okay, two extra days, a little annoying, but I can work with it. I call them on Friday (no communication from them at all) in the afternoon to check on the car and they tell me, it looks like the part is in painting, so expect it to be done by Wednesday. Wait...what?! Now theres an extra 4-5 days thrown on there with NO communication from them to tell me....I again wait. As I am getting ready to call Tusday afternoon (over a week they have my car now), they leave me a voicemail saying they SENT MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. No notice, no heads up, no communication of any kind. Just, hey, your car is now at a different Fine Line location and call them with questions. I call the Bethel location back and their initial answer was your car will be ready sometime next week. This is now going to be about an extra 10 days with my car than I was expecting, which is completely unacceptable. Long story short, the manager at the Twins Buick location, upon hearing about my predicament, got my car and had it ready less than 24 hours later. I know things go unexpectedly, but the blatant lack of communication to me about my car from the Bethel road location is just unacceptable. Kudos to Mike and his team at Twins Buick for turning things around AND giving me a discount for the headache. All that for a bumper swap out 😑

2021-11-09My vehicle was in an accident, and I chose fine line for my auto body work. I got my car back within about a week, give or take a few days.The car was missing an emblem, which I pointed out and they put it back on, slightly crooked, but nothing really noticeable.A day or so later I realized my daytime running lights did not work, I took it back in and they fixed it.A few days after that I noticed the paint that was done started to bubble, called and got warranty work done, took a week to get back to me, and I was told it would only take 2 days.The detailing of the car was pretty good, and the people were fairly mannered, but I could tell when the manager was frustrated that I kept coming back with problems. My paint is bubbled AGAIN in the same place as before, and now the clear coat on the bumper they painted is failing.Avoid this place. Your car will always have issues.

2022-01-27BEWARE! This Business is the most unprofessional and will take advantage of not only the insurance company but you too. This is what happened to me. They claimed to have changed parts and they did not, They said they did painting and clear coat where they had not, They claimed all kinds of additional labot for things they never even touched. Then when they were called out on it they blamed other employees and claimed to want to make things right but this whole ordeal was never made right. They claimed to have originally chaned one of my headlights but did not so to make it better after they were caught they changed one headlight and left the other looking old, I had to purchase another headlight out of pocket and replace it myself just so my front end would look normal. And its not just me I was getting comments after they repaired it from other people about my bad headlight. Even got herrassed by police accusing me of driving with my hugh beams on, Also they fix my front bumper which is what was damaged and had a big hole in it from an accident but they did not replace the impact bar under the bumper so the bumper would give when pushed on. They charged for a new impact bar but failed to order or put it on until they were cllaed out on it and then they ordered one. This business is BAD BAD BAD. Go elsewhere. They are even still making charges on my bank card I am currently disputing. Nightmare experiance.

2022-04-26Great place, the guy Cody that works there is awesome, very humble and helpful, They were about to totaled out my car and I’m a single mother so what have been the hardest they would have did that and at first I was going to but then Cody call my insurance and got it worked out and was able to approve my car to get fixed it was such a blessing that he took his time out to take an extra mile, justina the lady that answers the phones is also great, very sweet lady, I would definitely recommend this place
