The service was excellent! My car looks great! The staff, especially Terrance and Emily, were friendly, efficient and professional. They took care of everything with my insurance and even rental car. My life was able to go on without interruption. I was kept informed of the progress and notified immediately when my car was ready to be picked up. Just wanted to thank fineline for saving my dad 15 000 thats how much he was gonna be charged for his repairs when it was costing more than the price of the vehicle but fine line was ho rst with him instead of wanting money and I am just truly grateful so thank you fineline
Fine Line Auto Body is the absolute worst!! Dealing with manager Brian on Morse road, manager Terrance on Alum creek and then Aaron the regional manager and nobody is on the same page. I was told my vehicle should have been done this past friday or saturday by the regional manager. Come the weekend I didnt hear from them. Monday came I didnt hear from them. Then bright and early today Brian text me saying it should be done by the end of the week and asked about payment! 😑😑😑😑 payment has been an issue for the last few weeks as I have the money but they are unable to do a card transaction that big cause they dont want to pay 5% to the card company. Ive been contacting them on and off for the past 2 weeks trying to get this solved and they have not resolved this issue. Im so over this whole experience and will never take my vehicle back there again!
Does NOT pay attention to detail. Called said car was ready....but did not do a final inspection before hand.The heat did NOT work and pass side mirror was not replaced/repaired. (Work was not complete).Took it back and some guy (not a mechanic) filled radiator and said hows that? after opening the radiator cap and spraying fluid everywhere..Heat still does NOT work .I refuse to go back , I would rather pay the dealership.
I highly recommend Fine Line! Vanessa is amazing she saved me a tremendous amount of time, stress, and hundreds if not thousands of dollars. They done an amazing job on the body work, you cant even tell it was ever damaged. I VERY HIGHLY recommend calling Fine Line before you go anywhere else. I couldnt be happier with the service overall.

I got rear ended, but at a very slow speed so there was little damage to my car. Or so I thought. The techs at Fine Line looked beyond the surface of my bumper and found other damage that amounted to double the insurance companys estimate. It wasnt a cash grab, it was thorough. And they wanted to ensure that my Nissan Murano was back to factory standards. The insurance company approved their estimate immediately, which let me know they low balled it in the first place. Fine Line was helpful, kept in constant contact about where we were in the process, and even arranged it with the rental car company to get us an SUV when the insurance company wanted to give us a tiny sedan. They told us two weeks for the work and we had the car back in 9 days. It looks brand new and was given back to us perfectly clean, inside and out. They let us leave the rental with them and arranged for it to be picked up so we were on our way. I cant recommend this place enough - they made the entire process so easy and convenient. The work has a lifetime warranty, and weve been impressed from start to finish.
I was advised by a friend that John and his guys do a great job and they do it fast. My car was ready in two days and it looks great. I am very pleased with the service I received. Cost, quality and in a timely manner exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend dealing with Fine Line Auto.
I am going to post before and after pictures and boy can I tell you I feel like I got a whole brand new vehicle so the only problem throughout this whole transaction was my insurance the general Terrence was amazing as soon as I called him within an hour they was able to tow my vehicle to the shop Emily gave me updates I was very impatient and they still work with me I called just about every day and text if I could. I had never went through the process and they was very understanding yes it took my car a month to get fixed but it was so worth it once I saw my vehicle I would recommend them indefinitely if I needed more work done go back to them thank you guys are awesome 🥰
From start to finish Fine Line did a great job. They towed my car to there shop the same day I called and immediately started working on it even though it was around the holidays. I got a call every other day or so updating me with the progress. When the car was finished it looked better than before both inside and out. They cleaned the interior and exterior. They even paid my deductible which was a huge weight off my chest. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever need any other car work I will definitely go to them. Thanks so much!
Dropped my car off on Tuesday it was finished by Saturday. Simple easy process. They even washed and swept my car. No other body shop I have used has went to that detail. I highly recommend using them over other shops who claim to be on the consumers side instead of the insurance side. FineLine is awesome!!!!

Fine Line did an awesome job helping me deal with insurance and get my car repaired after a fender bender. It took just about as long as they said it would and the work done looks great - I’m super meticulous and I’d have noticed if the repair had looked even a little bit off. Fine Line Auto Body on Alum Creek Dr. did an excellent job with my car. They went above and beyond by not only fixing the outer, but cleaning the inside also. I was super surprised and very happy to see that. Paul was very nice and his customer service was wonderful! Having a small dent and scratches on my new 2020 CRV after hitting a post I was upset about this situation. John at Front Line immediately assured me that this could be repaired. He ordered parts needed, had a new paint job and within 2 days my car looked brand new again. Chop Shop, has had to buy back cars from customers for obvious insurance fraud (getting paid from the insurance for work you dont perform) Fraudulent charges to customers as well. Fine Line is known to cater to a certain demographic of low income and vulnerable people who have no other option. They cover your $1000.00 deductible because you cant afford it and your doing your best to stay insured and safe. Fine Line exploits this. People dont really choose Fine Line Body Shop, they just have no other option.
My experience with fine line was wonderful. They kept me abreast of everything that was going on from the time I drop my car off until I picked it backup. The customer service rep that reached out to me they kept me in full detail the situation was more than professional and polite and I extremely enjoyed our professional conversations. She provided excellent customer service as well as fine line as a whole. I will recommend fine line to anyone says in need of collision repairs.
The team at Fine Line were fantastic from end to end. Estimation process was super quick, the price was a great deal, the customer service and communication were spot on, the body work was done spotlessly and they even added little touches like deep cleaning the interior of the car as a cherry on top. There’s not a single thing I could have asked to be improved about my experience. If I ever need any auto body work, I’ll be coming back to Fine Line in a heartbeat.

Unbelievable customer service... I had a comprehensive incident and the Fine Line members especially Victoria in my case took care more than what i was expecting. They set up the call & spoke to the insurance agents for the claim, arranged rental vehicle and took care of my vehicle completely. The great part is i had nothing to pay from my pocket as well!! Everyone at the shop was very personable and professional, they got my car in right away and had the rental car already set up and there for me. This was a huge help for me because I am limited on time most days. They kept in contact with me during the process and handled my insurance claim efficiently. Not by reading any reviews or suggestions just because I was familiar with the location, I chose to take a chance and take my vehicle to Fine Line after my vehicle was damage in a rear end accident, and what an excellent choice! The entire staff was very friendly, kept me informed of all updates and was very straight forward with the assessment of damages to my vehicle. Going forward, if I am ever in need of an auto body repair shop, Fine Line will now be my CHOICE!
These guys were great! My little brother ran over a traffic cone and these guys were the closest auto body shop in the area so we just brought his car there. Seriously within 48 hours they had his car as good as new! Unbelievable. We’ve gone to other auto body repair shops in the past and we will have to schedule an appointment two weeks out just to get an inspection. Paul and Alisha we’re friendly, personable, and super helpful. My mother later commented that she couldn’t believe I did so well finding such a good auto body repair shop. Guess it was good luck! 😊
Fine line did quality work on my vehicle, the paint matching was very good especially for a tricky Audi paint code.Emily and Paul were very responsive, we had to back and forth a bit more than I would have liked, but most of that fell on the insurance company and other underlying issues. Props to Emily and Paul.
Prescott and his team at Fineline were incredible. They were empathetic, helpful, and worked hard to negotiate and work with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do anything on my end. I am so thankful I chose them to fix my car. When I picked up my car they had even detailed it, it was so shiny and clean inside and out! Great job FineLine! Before the covid19 ordeal my sons car got hit. While waiting on insurance companies to decide what was going on. My son got furloughed from his job. I told him sense he wasn’t working he should get his car fixed. I’ve heard Fineline’s radio adds on the radio. I told him to call them and see if they could get him in to repair his car. They were able to and got him a rental to use. Never dealing with them I didn’t know what to expect. After the repairs they delivered his car and picked up the rental. After inspecting the vehicle there were some issues and my wife was fit to be tied. The next day they took it back to see what would be done about the quality of work that was done. After a conflict with a manager it didn’t go well. She is persistent and got ahold of someone else with this company. Set up an appointment to look the car over and figure what was next. We men with a gentleman named Art I figured maybe an owner I don’t know. He was very apologetic about how everything was handled and promised it would be taken care of. We picked up the car today and was very pleased with the out come of the work. They went above and beyond to make my wife happy and satisfied with the service and outcome of everything. We do appreciate all they did. To bad my insurance company is the ones dropping the ball. I would recommend Fineline to work on your car.

After a very bad experience with the other person’s insurance company, I was elated when I encountered the great customer service at Fine Line. Laura was extremely helpful. Fine Line did a great job with the repair as well as the detailing of my vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of such service.

I have sent my car to fine line auto body on alum creek in the past to get body work done to my car. They really stick to there word about Covering you deductible. My neighbor couple of weeks ago side swiped my Honda civic on the driver door. So I have any choice to send my car to any body shop. So I sent it back to fine line on alum creek dr to get it work on. They did a really great job fixing it. Since I have been there before they did something extra to my car which I really appreciate. I had a scratch on my rear bumper as long a dollar bill. And they repainted the whole bumper for me no extra cost. The only reason I give a 4 star rating is. Everytime I got home from picking my car up. I had really bad orange peel from wear they painted. I remember walking through there shop. And was dark but not enough light in the shop.
Alicia was very nice and kept great contact, keeping me updated on every step of the process to get my car back on the road. Upon dropping my car off, i received a rose which definitely made my day better. This is my 2nd time using fine line and this is my preferred shop for accident repairs, and they even covered my deductible, keep being great at what you do . Thank you
Great service! The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They even drove me to pick up my rental.The work they did on my car was phenomenal. I crushed my bumper and it looked brand new. They even spruced up the inside of my car! I would definitely recommend this shop if you need repairs done on your car!

Both times I took it to Fine Line Autobody and they gave great customer service and both times fixed my car problem. Their excellent quality of work and great customer service is so rare in companies this day in age. I got my car back looking brand new. I was even given a rose by Victoria when I walked into the body shop, still shakin up from the accident. she was awesome and went above and beyond to Make sure we were satisfied and taken care of, she didnt give up until we were good. Great company! Been going to them 3 times now. Each time No issues no hassles, and high quality work. Very professional personable office staff and manager. Helping cover the deductible is highly Appreciated as well. Hopefully I won’t have to but if I ever need to- I won’t think twice having work done here again.
I was very upset when i rear ended someone a few weeks ago and needed repairs, but after searching for body shops i stumbled upon fineline whom i saw had good reviews and recognized from the radio ads. The process with insurance was tough, but the people at fineline were very thorough in their estimate for the damage and did a really good job at pushing back against the insurance companys wildly inaccurate preliminary estimates. When i picked it up today i thought wow, the car looks brand new! (from the front atleast). Fineline had used quality VW parts and put everything back together perfectly. A+ work, would recommend.
I had great experience with Fine Line Autobody on Alum Creek. Great service, the staff are very welcoming. They called to keep me posted on the progress of my car, stayed in contact with my insurance company. Overall I would definitley be back for any service needed in the future.
I could not have been happier with the service they provided or the work they did. Aaron is true pro. He arranged the rental for me and I dropped my car off at Enterprise and drove away in a rental. The staff at Fineline kept in touch and when it was ready i showed up at their facility to pick up my car and left the rental with them. Zero work or money out of my pocket - they handled everything and the car looks great.BONUS: they noticed that my serpentine belt looked beat up and they replaced it for free. This service had nothing to do with the accident or their original quote, the insurance company didnt cover it at all and they didnt charge me. I rarely give reviews (this is my first Google review) but they deserve to have people know the great work that they do. Thank you Aaron and everyone at Fineline for making this such an easy and great experience.
They did not communicate well, and they benefitted from those miscommunications at my expense. They got me to sign a paper by verbally saying something different from the fine print, towed my car/started repairs without communicating, dishonored a checkbox I checked on the paper requesting a written estimate before starting repairs, and finally, threatened to charge me for holding my car for 3 days when repairs were finished after previously telling me Id have 3 days to pick up my car.Being in an accident is stressful enough, but I felt duped by the things Fine Line neglected to mention/ask, and they never tried to make things right when I expressed concern over the things they failed to communicate clearly. I never feel strongly enough about a company to write a review, but I am writing this with the hope that it will spare someone from the experiences I had.
From start to finish, I had a very good experience. When I walked in, they were more than happy to give me a quote which I felt was pretty reasonable. When I decided to get the work done at Fine Line, they took over and worked with the insurance company on my behalf, and helped my get a rental car. I feel that they really make the process as stress-free as possible.With my insurance policy, I have a $1000 deductible and was told by my claims adjustor that I would owe my deductible plus an additional $366 for a few parts. However, when I mentioned this to the people at Fine Line, I was told that they would be able to cover some of that cost for me. I walked away only having to pay the $366. I was very pleased with this!I was also very pleased with the quality of the work! I went in with damage to the front left bumper and drivers side door, and cannot tell there was any damage to the area. I was also very impressed by how well the ENTIRE car was cleaned both inside and out.The only thing that I wasnt pleased with, and why Im leaving 4 stars instead of 5, is the time quote I was given. I was quoted around 2 weeks, and when the 2 weeks was up, I called to check in, and was told it would be ready the next day and they would call me when it was ready. The next day came, and it was an hour until close, and I still hadnt heard from them, so I called to check in and was told it would be another day. This process went on for a WEEK. I would call to check in and they would tell me another day. I didnt have a problem with it taking longer, but I didnt appreciate being told every day that it would be ready the next day, and then it not be ready. If its going to take another week, just be upfront with it.At the end of the day though, I think the quality of the work done was excellent and the process was very smooth and stress-free. I would say I recommend this shop with the caveat that you keep on them to provide a (reasonably) accurate date of completion.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the auto shop. I called before dropping my car off just so we could all be on the same page regarding the repairs for my vehicle. The agent Prescott is a liar, I told him there was suctural damage to my vehicle that was increased from the auto accident. These people assessed 2000$ in damages for a bumper replacement on a 10 year old car. That has rust on the bottom . They started repairs without my consent, when in the contract it states the car wouldn’t be repaired without my verbal consent. I will never go to them again or send any business there way!!
The guys who did the work did a great job in a very timely manner They had it done days before I had expected. The women that handled the scheduling of my service were also exceptional. I wish there was a higher rating I could give them. I would recommend Fine Line to any friend or family member
I am in love with this place! I was referred here by a friend. I really didnt expect much because Ive been shafted by auto body shops before.Man was I surprised! I was created by Mike and offered coffee and a fresh flower, while I explained what I needed done to my vehicle!At the time I didnt have the money to rent a vehicle while my car was being repaired. So they gave me a free rental and I was on my way.They have a lifetlifetime warranty which also sweetened the pot for me.I received my vehicle and she looked amazing. You couldnt see that she was damaged before.Wouldnt you know weeks later, I was involved in an automobile accident and the first place I thought of going was Fineline. As usually the customer service was outstanding and I was treated with the same amount of care as before.Ive been here so many times that I receive hugs and they know me by name. I would have given 10 stars if it were available.
Fine line did a great job of going above and beyond my expectations. Not only were they super helpful and was with me through the entire process but they were a whole week ahead of schedule and really cared about me as I had to have my car back to get to work. BEST BODY SHOP EVER!! I will forever come here if Im ever in a accident again. I went in scared because Ive taken previous cars to other body shops around Columbus and they screwed me over completely, but Fineline literally took care of EVERYTHING! I was greeted with a big smile and a rose, and Shaun the manager went over my car with me told me what to expect and how much it would come to for the insurance. I dropped off my car and they set me up in a rental with their rental car company Speedy, and they gave me a brand new Buick. They updated me the entire time with texts and calls, and covered my deductable, AND they even cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up!!! My car looks better than it did before. Highly recommend this place if you ever are in an accident.
They did well with the body work. I had to have two doors replaced. But they gave me my car back filthy. Really frustrating because I had just paid $100 to have my car detailed. There was glue residue still on the outside of the doors. What i assume to be paint splatters on my interior. The manager asked me to bring it back when his detailer was working so they could clean it. I brought it back and the guy only spent 20 mins on it. Still dust all in the vents and the clothe part of the doors. Dust still all over the edges of my front and rear seats. I had to ask him to wipe out the door compartments when i checked it. He broke my vents off of there hooks so i had to go back in and have them fix that as well. Still glue on my rearview mirrors and doors. If you like a clean car I wouldn’t recommend this place. They take care of your deductible but you get what you pay for for sure...
Do not use them for your repairs (at least the Alum Creek Dr location) unless you like being lied to & your vehicle taking longer than they will keep telling you and not done properly. I realize things will come up & youll find more but keep the customer informed. Tell them at the beginning that it could be x amount of time due to the damage. Paul told me at the beginning 5-7 business days if I all ready have an estimate from insurance. We did. It took 19 business days if you count Saturdays as 1/2 a business day since theyre open 9-12. Thats ONLY because I threw a fit about it. Then he says Im lucky because standard is 1 week for every $1k in damage. Well my estimate at first was $2700 so shouldnt he have quoted me almost 3 weeks to start? Then it went to $9k in damage. When we finally got it, we looked over it & Paul said nothing. We see that there was a piece of the bumper strip that was not snapped in place. Like wth? He said they just noticed it 30 mins prior & have to order the part. I asked why he wouldnt have said anything before we looked over it, like he was hoping we wouldnt notice & why he would give it to us unfinished. His response was well you wanted it back. Um yeah...but I want it back done right. Now Im curious what else he didnt do that we cant see. I honestly feel like I need to have another body shop take it apart & make sure nothing else is still broken. He says he will have someone come to my house to do it when they install the sunroof glass that was on back order but well see. They say they treat customers like family. Well if thats so then I think they need family counseling. Fine Line Auto needs to make better customer service as a new years resolution! We borrowed a family members car because we dont have rental car on our insurance. The family member reluctantly agreed since we said itd be 1.5 week max; not fighting to get it back almost a month later. I informed them of this when they kept pushing my date out. Good customer service would have been giving us a rental car for the remaining time. Dont say its not done yet because you found something else or a part isnt in yet. First, they had it in tear down mode looking for repairs needed for 2 weeks, plenty of time & eyes for noticing new things. Second, if I ask you multiple times in multiple conversations if you have all the parts, then answer honestly. Having them ordered IS NOT the same thing as HAVING THEM!! I would not recommend this location at all.
Fantastic service and work. I have a difficult pearl finish that is difficult to match. In fact, with an accident a few years back, a well known local shop that advertises extensively all over Columbus could not match which required multiple trips back and forth. Fine Line got it right the first time! I highly recommend.
So this will be a evolving review. We chose Fine Line because they were rated one of the top 18 shops in Columbus. Now they have several shops so some shops could be better then others and the 18 best ranking a combination of data from all the shops in their network with the ranking factoring overall satisfaction and not per shop data. A business is only as good as it’s leadership and each shop has a different manager.So we got our 2015 Traverse back and at first glance it looked great, however upon further inspection the bumper color was off and a little misaligned. Now in regard to the bumper alignment; they may not be symmetrical from the factory a point the shop tried to express. I don’t know but they also own Twins GMC so maybe he was right. The color being off was an issue for me though especially for a top 18 shop. Furthermore we found out the back ac wasn’t working properly to which I called the shop and my adjuster. This is were it gets fishy or where I start to become skeptical. I took it back in to be looked at and was told everything was fine after 10 minutes. I was told to take it to Twins to be looked at. I expressed that it was working before the accident and if its not working now it was caused by the accident. Here’s were they question my integrity which is something I hold in high regard. Not willing to leave until we have a resolution I called the adjuster and was told per their manager they were supposed to evacuate and refill the unit. I asked if they had done that and was told no by the tech. The tech said the manager just instructed him to check the Freon level. So now someone isn’t being truthful, and now their integrity is in question. A gentle came in who either owns or is family of the owner, information I summarized by looking up the owner and recognizing the gentleman’s accent. He expressed to me that if the evac and recharge didn’t work he would send me to Twins GMC which they own and have them diagnose the issue and if it was accident related will have it fixed, and again I expressed to him it worked fine before the accident. So now I’m at Twins GMC waiting to outcome.Full disclosure top 18 could be a hit or miss list however in a city the size of Columbus, I would surmise that a shop that makes the list is good to use if the data gathered and presented was obtained by an independent source with nothing to gain. A fact I could not verify.Also I don’t like to use Insurance company preferred shops because I feel like they cut corners to cut cost. Furthermore all of he shops my insurance company preferred had terrible reviews.Lastly I believe in presenting honest and truthful reviews so folks can make decision on a companies character.Hope this helps more to come after all the wait so far 6 hours in, updates will be presented as they come. I stopped in to Fine Line on Alum Creek where I was very fortunate to meet Paul, my door had been bent badly and was letting the snow/rain and cold in. I needed a quote for the repair and Paul took a look and was able to quickly and efficiently tweak the door so no more snow/rain get in and more importantly I stay warm!! I almost cried. He was so kind and polite and made the experience completely painless!
Had 2014 Volkswagen Passat repaired here. Fine Line had my car for weeks, then one day spontaneously calls and says your car will be ready tomorrow. ( Target date)Advised I have to be out of town for military business; nonetheless Fine Line insisted I come in sometime the next day and my car would be ready. I came in the next day and waited patiently, and received my car back in a ridiculous condition and fashion. My car is not working properly; the paint is way off; the car is replete with overspray; door trim damaged; the auto insurance adjuster advised me that Fine Line doesn’t disclose to customers that the 10% they promise back or to pay your deductible comes at the cost off poor repairs or potentially like with my car- no repairs done at all. Now looking for HIDDEN DAMAGE. Will have vehicle independently inspected; as I can’t rule out anything with Fine Line. Buyer Be Aware.
I have to say, for being in a car accident, I had no clue what to do afterwards, and not did I know where I wanted to take my car, by far this was the BEST decision I ever made. They, A) got my rental car, B) made sure I got to the shop safely, C) made sure they took their time in getting all damages repaired, and at that, DETAILED MY CAR! I couldn’t of been any happier! I would do anything possible to avoid this entire chain of body shops.Their work is incomplete and subpar. I was billed for things they told me they would cover. Trying to talk to management was harder than getting an audience with the pope.Their first run at fixing body damage was 3 weeks, car was barely put together, clips were not attached and body parts didnt even line up. Second time was another 3 weeks, attempting to fix what they didnt get right the first time. Could even find out what all work they did.SHADY! Shady as the day is long!
I will always take my car to Fineline for future reference. I usually go to Three-C but wanted to go somewhere else after they screwed me over, but Fineline had such a helpful friendly staff and made me feel comfortable leaving my car there for repairs. They covered my whole deductible, which was a HUGE weight off my shoulders since my car was near totaled from the accident. I didnt pay a thing out of pocket, and my car looks better than it did before the accident!
5 stars on customer service alone! From the minute my daughter walked in, the staff was amazing! I was contacted immediately to let me know they would give me updates several times a week (which they did!) and the whole ordeal of the situation was made so much easier because of them! I cannot say enough positive things. Every single staff member there - fabulous!
I dont know what quality of work this company provides, but ANY company that relies on subterfuge and misrepresentation as part of their business model is one who will NEVER earn my business! Much like other reviewers I was in an accident that was not my fault. The next day I received a call from a gentleman who asserted that he was a claims specialist and they were ready to get my car taken care of, but needed its location so they could bring it to the shop. This was confusing to say the least since I had already made all those arrangements and it took 10 minutes into the call before he admitted he was from Fine Line and NOT affiliated with my insurance at all. Compounding the issue was the fact that Ive recently relocated from states where accident reports can only be obtained by paying for them with access limited to insurance companies or the parties involved, typically two to three weeks after the accident so I had NO CLUE Ohio made them public or that they were available so quickly! While this wasnt technically lying, it was disingenuous and purposefully misleading. Two hours later I received ANOTHER phone call from a female— again purporting to be a claims specialist and politely declined. I wont ever be a customer and will make sure everyone I know is aware of their deceitful marketing practices. The only conclusion I can reach after dealing with them is that if they cant get new customers based on the caliber of their work and quality of their customer service, then both must be pretty poor.
Car looked good when I picked it up and second time Ive been back. The staff was always courteous and friendly. Only complaint was the length of time it took to repair the vehicle. Hopefully I never have to take any vehicles back but if I do I will take it back to Fine Line.
These guys really want Above & Beyond on their Call of Duty on this one at the time that my car got hit I was also dealing with a close relatives death seeing as how Im busy man to begin with added stress left me with even less time than I normally have I was assured that this process be quick easy and painless and it was just that they knew when I was coming so when I showed up they already had a rental car there waiting in the paperwork waiting for me to sign I think in the initial visit because they knew how busy I was I spent maybe 10 minutes there which was a big help I got my car back it looks great Prescott and Paul really were a couple All-Stars about this and I cannot thank them enough for making this an easy ordealUpdate: I was very pleased the first time I dealt with this place the second time around fast forward a few years later there was a large lack of communication they had my vehicle two weeks before I had to call them to find out what was going on after I had called them it still took some time and I ended up calling in several more times to find out what was happening when I went to pick my vehicle up it was damaged on the other side and scrapes all the way down my passenger side and somebody had hit the rear bumper needless to say I was less than happy I have been assured they will take care of it for your charge but they have yet to contact me and theyve been done with it for some time now so I guess well see what happens and if they stay true to their word
They are not part of your insurance company!!!!!!! I received a call from a Diana who stated she was a insurance claim specialist with Grange and she needed me to have my van towed to the shop to be assessed and now Grange is telling me they are not even apart of them!! They are very misleading!!! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
Took forever to fix my vehicle (almost 3 months.) My vehicle was left unlocked while on property,and items were stolen.They said they didnt want to have to pay for a broken window. There was also a hole in the seam of the driver seat that they said they would have to contact my insurance company again (not taking into the fact my rate would go up, and the hole was not there at the time they retrieved it.) Got me once shame on you, but never again.
My car was hit by a neighbor of mine while it was parked i was recommended to fine line auto body by an employee name victoria she took good care of me got me a free rental my car was dented pretty bad on the left side and i have to say after seeing the results after the repairs i have no complaints they did an excellent job I know exactly where to go when my car needs repairs

2022-05-27I took my vehicle for estimate of a lower panel replacement. They were cordial and professional all the way through. They advised me they would order the part, paint it, and have it ready for installation when they contacted me. They were true to their word. They called, I brought my vehicle, and 45 minutes later, I was on the road again with my new panel in great order. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Fine Line to everyone. They are the absolute best!!

2022-01-05After being in an accident. I was referred to Fine Line. After speaking to Terrence. He had my car towed to the shop and proceedings were started then on getting my car repaired. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Always kept me in the loop on my car, the insurance payment the whole nine. From what my car looked like after the accident to now……I’m loving it. They worked with the insurance company and handled everything for me. I hope I never need another body shop, but if I do it will be Fine Line without question.

2022-05-19I’ve had a number of experiences over the years with auto body shops- and this was really the most professional easy no hassle experience-The biggest issue I’ve run into is the shop being accurate with the time estimate to actually do the work- mostly because the body work is complicated and usually needs to be integrated with any mechanical amd or suspension work that needs to be done—so that can be difficult to coordinate and get everything done in the time that’s been promised—my work was of this nature—I was promised the work to be done in 2 weeks—and when I dropped it off I commented that It would likely be 3 weeks-Lo and behold my vehicle was finished exactly 14 days from drop off—-what a pleasure! It was professional all the way around-Thank you Kathie and Fine line!

2022-01-25I dropped my car off it needed a new front bumper, hood, and 2 fenders. Terrance said he found 3 of the parts used in silver so I hurried up and put a 400 dip it down to get the parts ordered but they didn’t even order them. This is after receiving a $1,500 estimate. My car sat there for a month and a half and no work got done. Everytime I called they were looking for parts. I got fed up they gave me a fender for 60 and now I have to wait for a check in mail for the other 340 of my deposit. I’m glad to finally have my car back fixed or not. But now I have to take it someone else and wait on them. fine line is the worst body shop in town, and I would never go back. Period. Thanks for wasting my time.

2021-11-29I brought my 1993 Ford f150 to the Fine Line Auto Body shop after a front end collision. The job was an absolute nightmare due to twisted bumper brackets, frozen/rusty bolts, and parts that did not fit (which I had ordered prior to bringing them the truck, big mistake on my end). Despite all these challenges, the people at Fine Line managed to deliver the truck to me in a very timely manner and for an extremely fair price. I will certainly be recommending their services in the future. Terrance is very professional, helpful, generous, and knowledgeable.

2022-01-05I have had cars repaired before from having an accident at other shops in the past. None compare to how well Fineline handled my accident. There’s always that fear that creeps up that you will not get your car back the way it was before. Fortunately I didn’t have to worry about that at Fineline. Even down to the smallest of detail, my car was returned to me good as new. They took great care of all my worries and the communication was stellar. I was completely satisfied along the whole process. I hope to never be in another accident, but if I am I’m happy to know such a great shop exists in my area.

2021-02-20I came in for an estimate on the front end of my vehicle and was given a couple options. I was able to make a deposit on my account for the parts and paint so that I wouldnt be without my vehicle for the duration of the repairing. They called me a couple days later letting me know I could have the part installed whenever I had time. I took them my car the next morning and got it back the same day after paying the rest of my balance. Service was great, quality was good, and the experience was gratifying. Thank you to all the Fine Line employees that participated in my repair.
