Was delicious, reasonable price and even in a rush our waitor was kind, patient and swift with our orders.
Never again! Placed take out order today. Paid 23.00 for 2 meals. I ordered the pollo loco. I have ordered this several times and usually it is plenty of food and Im given a side of tortilla shells. This time the meal was so skimpy, it didnt even cover the bottom of the to go container. I also didnt get any tortilla shells. I called them as soon as I got home and told them I was bringing it back because it is not worth the 10.00 plus dollars I paid for this meal. I was told I had to wait one hour and call back when a manager was in. I live outside of town so not happy that I got all the way home with this and then am told I have to wait one hour to ask if I can return. I told them I would just keep it, but I will never order from there again. To add to all of this, after I hung up with them, I found 2 pieces of plastic in my food!!! Never again will we order from them again. Dont waste your money! Drive to Liberty and get food from that Mexican restaurant. They give nice portions and the food is always good!
Food is typically fairly good, but not great. Most dishes appear to be prepared in advance and heated up from cold or frozen, with the fresh condiments being added right before serving. Often times, the plates are very hot, but the middle of the enchiladas or chile poblanos is still cold. The servers are friendly and the food is served in record time. This is the reason Im giving 4 rather than only 3 stars. The reason Fiesta Charra does so well in Eaton is the total lack of competition, and the fact that it is centrally located with plenty of parking and a family friendly restaurant.

I go often. The amount of food and the price is awesome! Never had a bad meal and The margaritas are good.The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because service is hit or miss sometimes you get a refill on your drink or chips sometimes you dont. If you ask for queso dip or something extra after your foods been delivered sometimes you get it sometimes you dont. sometimes service is great sometimes its not.But we keep going back because the food is good.

Everyone is really friendly but one of our meals we found a hair in our rice so they replaced it. And i was making my steak fajita and I found hair again. It was warm at that Definetly not worth it.
My go to for Mexican food. Hard to beat the place.
Very slow serves. Took 5 minutes for the guy to come up and seat us. The food was okay. Tasted fresh but maybe it sit out to long. Its usually good serves.
Brought out chips but didnt ask of what we were drinking. 10 minutes later took our order with drinks. Served us bigger than usual proportions, but never offered drink refills. My husbands plate of beans and rice was only warm, not served hot.

Wonderful place with great service and amazing food. Our waiters are always on point and the food is hot and delicious every time. Food is very good as stated and the drinks are very tasty and effective for the price. We are happy to see the restaurant opened again after quarantine and wish them the best! We will be back again soon.
The salsa and cheese dip was extremely delicious. I had the fajitas Chipotle and it was very bland. I hate to say it but I would go back just for the cheese dip and chips.
Watch the carry out orders seems lately they are missing half the items when you get it. Used to be a great place but not so much anymore. Theyre failing in accuracy quality & quantity.
Seen a decline in quality of service and food over time. Stopped by today March 19th at 5:00 p.m. our server to say the least was a little short on hospitality, he was not very friendly. After being seated took10 minutes to get menus. Quesadillas were just thrown in the microwave to heat them up, Rice was old with crunchy bits. Got a tamale I think it bent the fork it was so dry and hard. When I told him our server I wanted it removed from my bill and the reason his reply was, seriously? No apology nothing.Such a shame because this was our go-to spot
VERY satisfied THIS time...I think leaving a $20 TIP 1ST TIME..DUE to getting a bill 20 minutes into service and feeling rushed out an hour and a half before closing...I Say if You are going to Open the Border then Open the Mexican Restaurants...MASK FREE!!!Let them make Family money making Families food....Just stop holding back the small businesses...FILL THE TABLES AND THE ECONOMY!!!THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!

Great food, good enough service, pretty good price for the quality.Edit: After traveling all around the US and visiting many Mexican restaurants with my ex girlfriend (she was Mexican), Ive come to realize this is one of the best Mexican restraints I have ever been to, strictly speaking in terms of the quality of the food. One of the best if not the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to out of maybe 20 or so restraints.

We just ate here last night which was a Saturday. We were very worried that we would have to wait a while. They actually were able to seat us right away and we were a rather large group. I ordered a frozen margarita and it was the most delicious margarita I have had in a very long time. I ended up drinking three of them because my husband continued to drink out of my glass. I ordered the Camerones supremos and it was absolutely delicious! I Could not believe the amount of shrimp we got in that order!! Our waiter was very good.... he didn’t even need to write anything down and he remembered everything that we ordered! If you are passing through Eaton or are new to Eaton this is definitely a must try!

Food here is awesome and comparable to other restaurants in the area. This place has excellent wait staff who are professional and have their jobs down to a science. The food comes out quickly and in decent time when they are busy. Their portions are excellent and prices are great. They have definitely improved a lot here.
For ohio mexican food its really good and the staff is very nice and hospitable. I love the fajita taco salad. And talking to the waiters is always nice. Like i said everyone is friendly their. I go very often.
So upset! I get that times are hard during this epidemic that’s why I decided to order out to help keep business afloat. My order was missing 5 tacos and when I went back in to get my correct order I was told that the kitchen is closed and that they would not be fixing it. I have eaten here many times with my check being almost a $100 each time. Not to mention the $15/$20 tip I always leave. As much as it pains me to say I will miss your margaritas because you have lost a loyal customer fiesta charrra!
Fantastic establishment! The staff is fast and friendly. The food is ¡delicioso! Its a great atmosphere too. The drinks are generous. The bathrooms are always clean. My family and I visit frequently which is a party if 12 to 15. They are always more than happy to accommodate us. If you love Mexican food definitely give it a try. I think youll be pleased. Texas fajitas for two feeds four of us with the addition of tortillas and rice and beans... Always hot and still cooking when we get them.. the waiters are friendly and courteous. We really enjoy our meal.

This 4 star rating is bull. The place was dirty, the menues are drity, host didnt even smile, all the waiters stood around talking as the cook rang the bell for 5 mins without anyone getting the food. We drove 30mins to eat at this place because it was good 2 years ago but I wouldnt step foot into that place again we ended up walking out after we sat for 15mins without even drinks.
Great service. Excellent food. We came for a large (40 people) birthday party on a Friday night. The place was packed!!! The service was still fast. The waiter got everything right on the first try too! Hard to believe with si many people there. Will come again for sure!
My husband and I just ate here on 10/27 and we both ordered the same thing off the menu for dinner (chicken burritos). We woke up in the middle of the night due to salmonella poisoning. Needless to say we will not be back.
Food was horrible, chile relleno was nothing but two strips of a pepper in very soupy cheese and meat blob. The refried beans were very pale and watery. The only thing that was good was the chips and salsa. Not sure what happened, but this place used to be phenomenal, not so much now.
Food was decent, but staff was extremely rude. They were not very busy, but waiter couldnt be bothered to take time to take our order, skipped people at our table (there was only 4 of us) and had to ask several times for napkins, refills, etc. They never came back to check on us, and to top it off they over charged me. Not a good experience.
Good amount of food for the price, seems authentic Mexican, good service, baths rooms are acceptable, usually little if any waiting time to be seated, deceit amount of parking and lot is fairly well lit, easy in and out, US Bank with ATM same parking lot, Dollar store, super clean laundry, pizza and wings in same mall. Food is tasty, separate bar from dining area, overall a good place for family dining.
The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive. The food was okay. It wasnt bad. But not as flavorful as other Mexican restaurants. The meats were kind of bland.
It was excellent. Got there about 5:15PM,FRI. Got seated, right away. Carlos took our drink order, another fella brought our chips abd salsa. Yum! Drinks came and Carlos took our order for Pollo Fiesta Charra. Delicious and hot off the grill. Most excellence. All staff was great and the place was clean and inviting. It was amost full, when we left at 6:25. A great meal, with friendly and great service🖒

Hands down the worst Mexican dinner and service in my entire life. The food was old and dry and too salty and over seasoned form hanging out on a steam table for weeks, it was inedible. Staff was much more concerned about the soccer game than serving customers. Wanted to take my wife to a good dinner and failed miserably.

The staff is RUDE!!! Had extra charges on my bill that was not explained to me. When I went to get an explanation I was told that it was in the menu and I needed to read it better. The Caucasian lady at the checkout counter stated that if I didnt like it I shouldve went to Taco Bell. I will never give this place my business again!

Im always amazed that some people review a restaurant based on the quality of a complimentary salsa.Complimentary salsa and chips are a nice plus to hold you over while youre waiting on your food, it is NOT the reason I frequent a mexican restaurant. Having said that, I really like Fiestas salsa, they put just the right amount of cilantro in it.The wait staff have their service down to a science. They are used to serving in a busy restaurant, and seem to do it quickly and efficiently. I have never had bad service here. They are friendly, fast and know exactly how to handle the busy hour. They arent very chatty, but who cares about conversation, these guys have customers to serve and they make every moment productive.The food is always fresh and good. I am amazed at how much meat they give you with each entree, I really dont know how they can afford that. The prices are great too. Whoever said they skimp on their portions has to have been that 1 in a million who was slighted somehow. We have eaten there a hundred times, and never have we been served skimpy portions.we do love the place, we can count on quick service and when the place is packed, we can count on great service with a reasonable wait time.I really like these guys, they are focused and take their jobs seriously.If I had to criticize this place, it would be that I wish they had some unusual menu items to try, something that isnt typical of American mexican menus but is typical of a mexican restaurant in mexico.
Hands down best Mexican restaurant around! We traveled 40 minutes to come here and it didnt disappoint! Huge servings sizes which was great today as leftovers.
Large group ..called in x 2 to let them know we were coming......had to wait on margaritas, Chips, no water, nothing on table. Very short staffed. Margaritas were watery when served. Set orders on unused tables about 10 min. until served, just all messed up. All locals very unhappy......
Came to visit family and friends. The service was rude, the server was snappy and short. The food was less than impressive and they didn’t offer tortillas with their meals. They also forgot a meal and when they realized it they said “we ran out of that”.

First time I went there years ago I got a tostada it was great! Tostada shell was crispy meat was warm and it was piled high with cold lettuce tomatoes and cheese just like when I lived in Texas. While later my mom and I ordered a bunch of take out, get it home and everything was stone cold and soggy it ended up in the trash. Last time I went in to eat about a year ago or so I ordered another tostada dinner it was i think two tostadas on a plate. This thing was not a tostada Idk who made them but they were gross! It was two tostada shells with huge piles of greasy taco meat thrown on them with completely melted cheese and hot lettuce on top... the cheese had literally melted them to the plate....i am positive some genius put it under the broiler or something with all the toppings on it...i tried to pry them off the plate and of coarse the shells were soaked in grease and soggy so I tried to eat them with a fork... nothing on a tostada should be hot except for the meat lol everything was hot. I have not eaten there since. After eating real Mexican food in Texas I KNOW how good it is and this is NOT good Mexican food!

Food is always good and usually the service is. Just like anyplace they have their off moments. If I could give a 4.5 I would. Sometimes the service is slow to refill drinks and check on you.
Word of warning if you go here do not order any of the specials. They cut corners with them however possible. If you order the enchiladas they only stuff one of the three tortillas. If you order anything with the chilli rellano they give you a quarter (seriously a freaking quarter not even a half) of a pablano pepper with some sauce on top. The waiter told me if I wanted a full pepper I needed to order a chilli pablano. I guess food descriptions change when it goes from authentic to Tex-Mex. A chilli rellano is a stuffed pablano pepper and I would know this considering I was taught to cook from first generation Mexicans. Giving three stars because I have gone here in the past and the fajitas are decent if a little skimpy.

They were not as good they usually are. We had to ask if someone was going to take our order because they didnt come back after they brought our drinks. Then we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Then they put things on my son and grandsons order that we specifically ask to leave off. My son says he will not eat there again because they do it to often.

Good food and lunch options. Can be rather busy at times. During busy times you can sit and go unserved for a decent amount of time. However once you do get served food is good and priced reasonably.
The food was very bland tasting in my opinion, they stacked the food full of meat which was good. Rice was good as well and the dip but the meals themselves were VERY bland!

Ive had authentic Mexican food and tex mex in the southern us and in Mexico. This place is every bit as good as anywhere Ive had Mexican food in Ohio or anywhere else north of the border and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great meal.

2022-04-13Ive went here plenty of times and have loved it for the most part, I get the same thing everytime. The people are nice, the food is great, but the service is just sad. I love this place personally, but again, the service is just sad. If that were fixed? Itd for sure be a five star.

2022-03-06Ordered take out, wanted 2 dinners but got one (I should have known by the total) glad I ended up with one, it was very little in the bowl, the food was dry and burnt tasting. Definitely not worth $14. After reading reviews this seems to be a common thing there. I wont go back.

2022-05-18I ate dinner here on 5/9/22. I was just passing through town on a road-trip, and I decided to give it a try. Im glad I did because the food, the service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The restaurant looks small from the outside, but the dining room is quite large.

2022-06-15I went here to get some lunch I was waiting T the door for about 5mins and no one says anything to me then another family comes in they are greeted and sat right away. I waited another 5-10mins still wasn’t greeted i did notice every now and then an employee would peek head from the back and look my direction but still no one says anything I decided to leave not sure what was going on.

2022-04-08Walked in. Nobody in front. Stood and waited. Sat down and waited. Two people came out from the back, never said one word to me, returned to the back. Not just bad service: NO service. Left angry. Idiots.
