Took over an hour for oil change(one hour and a half). I had a lose piece inside my vehicle that I mentioned to them. And looks like someone pulled it out more. So it looks more out of place. Not very good customer service one in particular he was on a personal call! Which was very unprofessional. And knowing he had a customer with a question. Ridiculous.
Service appointments can be stressful but I can’t say I’ve had a bad one at Fiehrer. No matter if sometimes I get bad news, I still feel as though I can put my trust in the service team and especially in William Simpson to take care of my needs. I have always appreciated their honesty and integrity and for making my life just a little less stressful.
Everything went smoothly. The repair was under warrantee. So far i have seen no activity that says the problem was not fixed. Fingers crossed. Glad this was taken care of quickly. The team did a great job of communicating and getting me back on the road. Thanks and have a great holiday and New Years.
I was in Iowa visiting my parents, when I went to leave the Malfunction Indicator Light came on. I called Fiehrer Motors Service on a Saturday morning. William was very helpful, he told me this was the new check engine light and suggested before driving to far that I have a diagnostic test and told me I could get one at any auto parts store. He said to call him back with the code and he could help me. I called him back with the cooling fan speed too high.....William told me to keep an eye on the temps and if I dropped my truck off on Sunday evening he would take a look at it as soon as possible. He mentioned they were really backed up and when I told him I had a camping trip planned he said he would do the best he could.William and the service guys came through!!! William called me about mid day on Monday, said I needed a new clutch and mentioned he should have the part by Tuesday but would need 4.5 hours to install. My camping trip was to start Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday before lunch he called to say my truck was ready. The part came quicker than expected and it didnt take as long to install as originally thought.I am one happy, grateful and delighted customer. Fiehrer Motors and their service team are the very best!!!!
The service manager is over-bearing and I was so glad I didnt get him when I went in for service. I dont want to be sold services my car doesnt need. It was nice that the service personnel that helped set up the diagnostic test was also the one who greeted me when I came back for the servicing.
Fiehrer Motors sales process is outstanding! Easily the best car buying experience that I have experienced! Zero gimmicks and honesty that is hard to find. Ken Edwards was an absolute pleasure to work with and he made everything run smoothly. I did find cheaper prices, but nothing came close to the service that I experienced from day one! I have some additional accessories that I need and I will absolutely go to Fiehrer when I am able to purchase.
This is the first dealership that was willing to sit down, build an AT4 Sierra and discuss options for when my lease was up on my current vehicle. Every question I asked was answered to the best of their knowledge. Considering the times we are in this was an excellent experience and they have earned a future customer. Keep it up guys 👍
The technicians were ready, explained the process and the estimated time to take care of things. The service tech was professional, courteous and personable. The entire process was completed in less time than estimated (always good) and I was very pleased with his service.
Service has always been great. There is one shinning star that probably doesnt get much credit. It is Steve, the man who shuttles customers home or to work while there vehicle is serviced. The man is very amiable but business like. He remembers my name and address. He is also a very professional driver. I actually enjoy the relaxing drive back home. First time for service car was delivered back without being washed and the glove box on my truck was laying on the floor. After a few minute wait a tech came out and reinstalled the glove box incorrectly and tried to send it on my way. I had to point out that the slow open device was not installed correctly so he half hazardly got it wedged in and working, but very little faith he did it right, the service person who worked with me, acted like it was an inconvenience.Not a great experience.ThanksMike Huddleson
Prices were to high…. Quite to fix trim was $450.00. I fixed it my self for $14 and 30 minutesQuote for purge value $200.00. I fixed it my self for $21.00 and 10 minutesAir bag quote was $1200… seat sensor bad But you want to replace module too….???Module is $500 and there’s nothing that indicates module needs replaced….I paid $400 for what a autozone scan showed me for free…You expect me to recommend you??? I’ve bought car from you b4… think I will again???
I took my new 2020 Acadia in for the first service and oil change and the process was great! I was greeted and thanked for taking my Acadia to Fiehrer! They completed the service in 40 minutes which was fantastic! I really appreciate the experience and the people I met!
I received a call from my service advisor, Adam. He told me their was a seat belt recall and scheduled me for an inspection/repair. (I had not even received a recall notice.)I was a little late to my appointment but the service team got me in and out in 30 minutes.I am very grateful for the awesome service team at Fiehrer!!
Paid for a change of oil, change of engine filter and change of cabin filter for my 2020 GMC Sierra SLE.Before service was started I showed the sales rep a coupon I printed from the Fiehrer email. It was a coupon for 59.95 for an up to 6-quart synthetic oil change and it was good until September 2021. Once I showed this to the rep, the rep informed that this coupon was not valid for my vehicle since my vehicle holds 8 quarts. I said, Ok.Once the job was complete, I received my receipt and low and behold, my vehicle holds 6 quarts of oil. Hmm, that wasnt very nice of the rep. but I held my tongue. I then drove out of the shop and noticed the oil range was at 100% since this was reset on my trucks computer . I then checked the air filter and it was still at 50%. This led me to believe that the filter wasnt even changed.I returned to the shop and the sales rep reset my air filter gauge to 100%. He didnt even question the mechanic on whether it was changed or not. I wasnt happy about this at all.I would feel a little more confident if sales reps accept valid coupons and verify that I am indeed getting what I pay for. Perhaps, if I was shown the parts which were changed, it would make my experience that much better.
We have used the dealership 2x for warranty items. We actually purchased the vehicle elsewhere and chose to come to this dealership for service. The customer service is terrible where we purchased our car & they dont return phone calls when we needed them. Fiehrer has been outstanding with helping us with our warranty items, we are grateful. Its nice to know that some dealerships still have great service people.
Bad service experienceWent for an oil change and tire rotation as usual.Found out I have a recall on the passenger side airbag they said my dash is not cracked at the moment but all but guaranteed it will be cracked when they replace the air bag and made it clear that when they crack the dash they would not be responsible lolSo I was forced to sign a waiver not to have the airbag replaced. And then of course the mechanic did start to remove the dash and luckily I noticed and was able to get them to stop before damage was done.That must have angered them for some reason because after that the rest of the experience went even further down hill. No tire rotation and rude!I probably won’t be back and would not recommend their services.
Fiehrer Motors delivers incredible customer service. Their Service Center is efficient, transparent about potential costs, they never try to upsell unnecessary services, and are incredibly friendly. My car had some unexpected issues that they were able to fix with a quick turn around time and now my car is running 100x smoother, to the point where i can literally feel the difference. I will continue to bring my car to Fiehrer Motors.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE I bought a 2015 mustang gt from here and was promised it had no problems other than a Freon leak little did I know it was all lies they told me to buy it, they had ghetto cheap repairs done to it and it’s been 2-3 months since I’ve gotten the car and I haven’t been able to even put 1000 miles on it yet because it’s been in so many shops to try to get fixed I’m super unhappy with the way they treat their customers when they need help they always just transfer you over the phone to some who never answers and if you leave a message they never call back when I finally got ahold of them and told them about all the problems with the mustang they sold me they laughed and said they couldn’t help me DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
I brought the truck to Fiehrer because it was closer than where I bought it and have been taking it for service at McCluskey Kings Automall. I ended up paying about 65 dollars more for the exact same service previously performed at McCluskey (Diesel Oil Change and Fuel Filter replacement).Furthermore I always get a courtesy wash at McCluskey and one time they even ran it through 3 times when it was really dirty from a long haul.
Members of the Fiehrer staff are always transparent and honest about what should or should not be considered for service. They give the customer the pros and cons of making decisions about maintenance issues. I feel confident about what I decide to do because Ive been given the information I need to make decisions.
Called to have keys programmed for my vehicle. Was able to get an appointment for the same day. Arrived at the dealership. The dealership was very clean, and the service advisor was very nice. They got my vehicle back in the bay and programmed the keys within a half hour. I was very impressed and will return.
I went in for scheded 30,000 mile service (oil and filter change, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection). The service manager suggested they check the status of my battery. While it did take over 2-1/2 hours for the entire service, I was able to get my battery replaced under warranty.
I went to have a recall taken care o on my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. Funny part is I showed up a whole day early for my appointment. They were able to accommodate me and get the change finished that same day. It was a reprogram of brakes and if that didnt do the job, the Vacuum pump would need to be replaced. Well they had to replace the pump to fix the brakes and still got it finished the day I took it in. Personnel were very helpful and nice. I would recommend this dealers service department. I don’t know how is it I’m the first customer to have repeated issues and now that my warranty is out they want to charge way to much on the repairs. Then when they did it they didn’t put the panel back in properly. I’m not happy about this trip to the service center.
I went in on a Friday to get my oil changed and tires rotated and noted that I had a slow leak in the front passenger side tire. They came back and said they couldn’t find a leak and I was good to go. On Monday, my tire pressure was low in the front passenger side tire. Obviously the tires were not rotated if the leak was in the same tire so that makes me question if they even looked into the leak.Also, the past two times I have been there everyone has been rude. We purchased the car from them and continued to go to have maintenance done. I will be finding a new place.
I am always greeted with a friendly smile. I am told what the service is and the cost before they start the service. Service is fast and correct. If something needs attention in future I am told when I check out. Customer service is excellent. Nice waiting area with free coffee. I have been coming here for a while and will continue to drive here from Middletown because of the service I receive.
The car service was fine just got a new key with programming, however, their waiting area has a playroom area which I would typically appreciate having a 2yo. This play area, however, was filthy and that is an understatement. I don’t think it’s been cleaned the entire time they’ve had it. I brought it to Dan’s attention. He said he has a service that is supposed to clean it. I didn’t get the impression that he truly cared either way though. Seemed more disappointed about his wasted money on his cleaning service rather than that actual customer experience
Called to have battery put in on 2018 terrain denali..they told me that the battery was going to be $179.00 and i ask them if bought the battery there would they install it the car, guy said yes. When I got I was told the battery was going to cost 219.00 then they charged me40.00 to install which they did not tell me when I called about the battery. After questioning them about the cost they said they could give me 10.00 off the costbecause I did not have coupon on the battery..my total bill was $ 259.42 i was thinking it would$179.00 plus tax..It was put in on 5/7/1921Wonder if they do this to everbody else ..I personally knew Al Fiehrer my dad bought is farm,I used to go out and help him repair fence line and also put in new and any helpthat he needed done My sister taught his grandsons in school.She is a good customerMary Schopmeyer. These guys did a repair to my vehicle that was not necessary. In addition, they had to pull my steering to do the un-needed repair and when they put the steering wheel back on, they did not plug the electric harness in which means all the lights for all the buttons on my steering wheel no longer work! I will never go back there for anything! I recommend you avoid them if possible.
Had appointment for 10:00 and told would be done 2:00-3:00. I called at 3:30 to check on it and told would not be done until next day but could stop and pick up rental. I needed truck for next morning so I made arrangements elsewhere for transportation. Saw text at 5:45 that truck was ready to pickup which I did. Poor communication: should have let me know before 2:00 of problem. Also do not see how at 3:30 and truck not yet started it could be done before 5:00 when I was told how long each item would take and added to about 3 hours.
Stopped by here to get some keys cut for some cars. Working in cars sales and managing a dealership myself I was very impressed at the cleanliness , professionalism, and design of the dealership. Staff was extremely courteous in helping me out and even went out of their way to do me a favor. Mind you I wasnt even a customer of theirs. Highly recommend them to anyone whose looking to buy a GM product! Or service/parts!
They are like family to me . i have know ron for years . i had a wreck totaled my truck . not my falt. picked out the truck i wanted . they gave me the the truck that i wanted without no money. they said pay them when i get the insurence check. so i did that. no other company by a family would do that. the world is to much about money . its like being a democrat. they dont care about people just money. thank god for fiehrer motors . thanks again guys.
The service was completed in a timely manner which was nice. I also had my wife bring her car in for an oil change and to check a tire that was slowly leaking. The service manager went out of his way to make sure they found the problem and fixed the tire at a minimal charge. Great service!!!
William provided a phenomenal experience during my first visit to Fiehrer Motors service department. During a routine oil change, William made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He showed a wide-range of knowledge, and was able to easily answer questions on the spot. It was a high quality experience.
We have previously brought cars from Fiehrer Motors and as in the past we were very pleased with the attention we received. We bought a Buick Envision and love the car. We drive from Montfort Height (west side of Cincinnati) all the way up to Hamilton, Ohio. We feel it is worth the drive to get the service we receive. The personnel we worked with were extremely pleasant, helpful and knew their products. We would recommend Fiehrer Motors.
We have purchased four vehicles from Fiehrer over many years. I enjoy dealing with Keith Childers because he actually cares about his customers and tries hard to make them happy. I have never had Fiehrer play pricing games or do other typical dealership shenanigans. I can take a vehicle on a decent length test drive without pressure or hassle, and that means a lot to me.
Had service done on my GMC conversion van about a year ago. Took it in for a slow leaking tire and oil change. As soon as I pulled in the service bay William comes out said your tires are about flat and you need new tires. He was looking at the rear tires. I told him nothing wrong with those tires they are low profile tires, with 40lbs of air and tread depth was 7/32 (about half life of tire). They said they couldn’t find the leak on the left front tire. I ended up buying new tires at tire rack. I had Fiehrer put them on and balance them. Went to pick up the van with new tires and left front is flat. I’d had it with this dealer. I put air in the tire drove to car x and had them check it and I had a cracked wheel which I got repaired. Fiehrer couldn’t even find the cracked wheel. Didn’t think balance on the new tires were very good. Took it this Sweeney Chevrolet had them balance tires and it is perfect now. After this experience I will never go back to Fiehrer. I always had my service done there before. Probably didn’t even need tires. Hate to write anything bad about any business but I sure wouldn’t trust William.
Fiehrer had the type of car we were looking for available on their lot and everyone we dealt with was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were willing to work with us to get a deal that we were very happy with. I have bought or leased 6 cars with them over the years and have had nothing but excellent experiences and vehicles. I wont go anywhere else besides Fiehrer when it is time for a new car! We couldnt be happier with our car and with the experience.
Smoothest experience Ive ever had getting my regular service done. Pulled in, the service advisor came out to my car - already had my paperwork for my oil change appt. Let me know there was a service recall they would also be taking care of and would only take an additional 10-15 mins. I went shopping at Hobby Lobby while they did the work. Came back - Enclave was ready early and waiting for me.March 2020 - 2nd review - So impressed with this dealership and the level of service they provide after the sale! They have set the bar very high - other dealerships should aspire to replicate what they do.
We took our car in for recall service. Thinking that a dealer mechanic would provide excellent service we also decided to have a steering issue investigated. We told the service representative that the intermediate steering column had recently been replaced and that it did not resolve the issue. The Fiehrer mechanic reported that the intermediate steering column needed to be replaced and that it was the source of the issue. We spent $400 on the repair and the problem was not addressed.
Would not recommend going here. Having issues with the trailer brake system on my truck which is barely 2 years old, they said it was my trailer that was messed up. The trailer is brand new and works fine on my other trucks, I have tried other trailers and keep having issues, but its funny that no other truck has issues with those trailers. They acted like they didnt even want to look at the truck, or address the issue at all. I will not be going back.
It was the easiest buying experience ever the staff is all incredibly friendly very welcoming and Tom Feiher worked with him he’s awesome and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at buying an automobile will definitely return to his dealership and I highly recommend it for anybody who’s looking for a GMC automobile
Recently bought my 5th vehicle from Fiehrer Motors. I appreciate the personal service I receive every time! Great family business that has been around for a long time. I like to do my own research prior to purchasing and my inquiries and questions were answered by Gary Reed very promptly. I’m old school and appreciate follow ups.
If I could rate Fiehrer Motors at zero stars I would. Ive used Fiehrer Motors for years because they are near my work and I have a Denali and H2. Fiehrer Motors Service center has marginal tech skills. I have nothing good to say about the service reps either. I had to dispute charges on my last failed attempt to get my car fixed there. Of course, I won that dispute. Took my car to Firestone about a quarter mile away. Same work completed at Firestone at half the cost of Fiehrer Motors quote and done correctly the first time, plus guaranteed. Ordering my next Denali at different GMC dealership. Moved all my maintenance to Firestone.
We were there on Sunday when closed looking at new cars. We use them for service however and have gotten good service in the past. My husband had some question about their parts in the past, but I am not aware of any major problems. They give fast friendly service. I recommend!
I was led to believe by William in your service department that he could fix my ball joints on my 2008 GMC Sierra. I only came to this location because William in the service department has had experience with lowered vehicles before. Over the phone he told me the lowering kit on my truck could only be two manufacturers and he could find out who made it. So I was extremely surprised when he called to say they could not figure out the manufacture of the lowing kit and they could not make the repair. I was charged $131 for a service inspection which I was told I signed a paper explaining that. He did say something over the phone about a charge, but was never told an amount. However I wasn’t concerned about that having confidence in their team that they would be able to fix my truck. I am having some doubt now if they ever even looked at my truck or just went off the information I gave them. I emailed the owner Tom fiehere who has never responded. I took my truck to a mechanic in West Chester who has been great and honest. Looked at it for free. I would never buy or take your car to gmc.Sent from my iPhoneSent from my iPhone
I always receive the best service at Fiehrer Motors dealership. I know whatever Im having done to my car, its going to be done correctly and I am always guaranteed to have the best customer service.This most recent visit was to fix a rattling problem in my car. It was due to the suspension not properly being bolted together by another body shop when they were fixing damages from a recent accident. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I dont trust my car to any other place when it comes to servicing issues.
My husband and I worked with Chuck today when my husband purchased his new vehicle. I have never had better customer service when purchasing a vehicle then we did today! We had our two young boys with us, he was so accommodating to us and our children which is hard to come by anymore! It was such a quick and painless process. I cannot have pictured it going any better!! I will recommend chuck and Fiehrer motors to all of our friends and family! Thank you for such a great truck purchasing experience. The little gestures meant so much to us!
Be aware of there warranty packages . After having multiple Serious Issues with our 2014 GMC we purchased another GMC Yukon from this dealership and was told that we had a bumper to bumper warranty for 100,000 . We then got notice of a recall took our Yukon to a dealership in Fairborn Ohio and after a full inspection they noticed we had in rear axle airbag issue. We were then notified that our warranty was up after 10,000 miles not 100,000 miles. We then called this dealership on the spot they told us not to worry about it that we purchased an expensive vehicle from them and that they will take good care of us and bring them the vehicle to them , so they could take a look at it and get it fixed . They then apologize for the mishap and set us up with an appointment. After arriving at the appointment they Wanted to charge us another $150 inspection fee after we’ve already paid $150 inspection fee and they could also not help us with any of the repairs that everything would be full price plus an additional estimate fee. We drove our truck more than an hour south from Tipp City all to get it looked at only to come to find out they wanted to charge us more than the original dealership. Just be aware of their warranties and maintenance packages on purchasing new or used vehicles.
Fiehrer Motors is a great place to purchase your next vehicle. The staff is very friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The staff goes to many lengths to make the transition between vehicles as smooth as possible and goes above what I expected! I will purchase from Fiehrer motors again.
I had a great experience with Keith Childers when buying the 2019 GMC - SLT. He helped me with the selection of options, availability of the vehicle, and answered my questions about short-term financing. Keith was very conscientious in his approach to answering the questions I had pertaining to the new vehicle.He also took care of having splash guards and all-weather rubber floor matts installed in the vehicle.I also want to commend William, in service for his coordination of the items he had installed for me before I took possession of the vehicle.And, Mr. Jim Hill for his help with the financing, and the after market service he helped me with.
They full of lies. Calling on the phone talking bout come in we got great deals. Dont bring nothing just proof of insurance. Zero down guarantee $300 payment range.Now when did a 650 not be good enough to buy a car. You have to have a cosigner .You can buy a house with a 580. But not a used car with a 650. Still doesnt make any bit of sense
If I could give a zero I would. I would like to start off by saying my car was sent to them I did not chose to have it sent to them. To make a long story short my car was not running they ran a $400 plus diagnostic test and determined the problem had something to do with the alternator, according to the gentleman I was dealing with they fixed the issues my car was running. Great. NOT. after getting my car and driving it home the engine light came on, I called them back was told my job was to get it running I got it running, you can bring it back if you want well seeing how the shop is 45 minutes from my house I was not chancing the drive. The next morning I went to start my car and to my surprise I wouldnt even start. Again they was called back and again we was told my job was to get it running I did that, you can bring it in and for 103 more dollars I can look it over again very annoyed at this point we took the car to another shop... Guess whats wrong with it?? Something to do with the alternator.. funny to me thats what I thought they fixed.. apparently not, and I am guess that when a car is not running instead a doing a complete check over to make sure they did fix the problem they do what they can just to get it running and off the lot. so just a warning to those out there if you take your vehicle there dont expect great things. I will never take any vehicle of mine there nor will I recommend them to anyone who may need work done... VERY ANNOYED AND CANT BELIEVE A BUSINESS IS RAN THIS WAY!! sounds like a coarse in customer service and mechanics is need.......
When I first found Fieher Motors in 2013, I used cargurus and they made an unbeatable offer that DIDNT change when I went in to wrap up the deal. Since then, even though they are 40 minutes away, I drive in and have purchased 2 more cars and referred countless people there--not just for the deals--which are unparalleled, its also because of the customer service. Tom and Dan and Jim are all extremely personable, they ask about your life, your family and make offers based on your personal needs. They cannot be beaten in price or service. I cant recommend them enough.
Horrible Service and Sales Staff - Over charge for services, refuse to service vehicle unless other services are done, incorrectly diagnose problems and then double charge you for services, sales insults you for driving a 14 year old truck. Wouldnt trust them with my vehicle again. Highly recommend McCluskey Chevrolet.

I was in dire straits traveling home from Florida. My O2 sensor fried so my Equinox quit on 75 heading to Michigan. Their Service Advisor jumped on the job and got a Tech to start on it. Job was done in an hour. The Service Manager, Service Advisor and the Technician are heroes to my wife and I!!!! Thanks so much!!
Came in for recall 14574 on my Chevrolet Impala...car broke down 20 minutes after leaving the dealership once recall service was completed. Had the car towed back to the dealership and it cost me $447.12 to have a new water pump replaced. We had NO PROBLEMS with fluid leaks UNTIL your dealership touched the car. Your service department said they could not have caused the damage...they were very demeaning, smirking and saying there was nothing they could do. Weve told everyone we know to AVOID your dealership. In fact, after 37 years of buying Chevrolet, we refuse to buy another because of the treatment we received through your dealership.
Hey guys if you actually read these stop and read this. I need to explain first alittle, my family and I was at childrens hospital tending to my son and his needs, got out to my Honda Odyssey and tried to start and battery was dead, security came by and jumped me and got me on the road but I was for sure certain my alternator was the problem, so many things running through my mind especially $$$ you know with the hospital bill coming my way and NOW the cost to fix our family vehicle. Even though the van was running and we were headed home on rt 129 the van still wasnt acting right and all my electronics air conditioner and gages were acting weird, worried so I pulled off the highway and seen this dealership but it was GMC not Honda and I was worried they would turn me away. Well Im here to tell you I pulled into their nice service area where this very professional service advisor met us His name is Pete Revlee I hope I spelled last name right and I explained my situation and he could see I had enough not only did he put my whole family at ease by offering snacks and such he ran some test on my Honda van and fix my problem quickly. JUST A BATTERY..I am a very satisfied customer of this dealership and I would highly recommend this dealership for any type of work. And ask for Pete I trust him And this comes from a destressed impatient person that trust really no one especially when Im at their mercy. I know I will be going there for any services I need and who knows I might be a gmc owner in near future.. thanks again Fiehrer motors for having such a nice place and hiring great people like Pete.
Took my brand new truck in to get the AC repaired. Apparently a rock hit the condenser and wasnt covered under the warranty. Priced it at 1000 dollars to fix. It seemed high to me so I asked for the price breakdown. 400 dollars in parts 600 dollars for repairs.600 dollars for a 4 hr job. What a rip off. Im taking it to a local place thatll do it for 750. They quoted me the same price on parts but 250 dollars less on repairs. If your vehicle is under warranty then you can get your work done here, otherwise go somewhere else that doesnt rip you off on labor.
Fiehrers, Gary Reed contacted me about buying back my 2015 Buick Enclave & 2014 Silverado Truck. Im 77 years old & even though my Enclave had running boards on it I had been having some trouble getting in it. I loved my Enclave but with the offer Gary was making it was an opportunity to get rid of both vehicles & purchase a new one with no payments with some money back. I purchased a 2018 GMC Terrain Denali. I love it & feel it drives & rides just as good as my Enclave. Its smaller but I didnt need a vehicle as large as the Enclave.Gary was very nice & helpful with helping me decide which vehicle to purchase. Also he & Dan Fiehrer were helpful in showing me all the features on the Terrain. I have purchased several automobiles from Fiehrer over the past several years. They have always been very hospitable then & now. I may not be buying another vehicle in my future but I would recommend them to anyone.

Dan Fiehrer has this amazing super power. I bring him little 2-door Honda coupes w 100K miles on them, and he magically turns them into bright, shiny new GM vehicles! Last time I bought a car from Dan was in 2001. A beautiful emerald green Pontiac Grand Am GT 6-cylinder that was a joy to drive and also held up like a faithful soldier over the years. I had that car for 11 years before I eventually donated it to the Goodwill. Great little car, that Grand Am. Lots of good memories. And now today...Im a happy customer once again! Allow me to introduce.... Miss Ruby Jean, my new red 2016 Buick Encore!!! Aint she pretty? And let me just tell you that its worth a trip out to Hamilton to buy your next vehicle. I drove 100 miles from Cbus to visit Fiehrer Motors and see what Dan had available on the lot. Originally I had my mind set on a GMC Terrain (due to the need to haul my products to local craft shows). But I also wondered if that might be too much car for me. Dan asked if Id ever seen the Buick Encore. We took it for a spin, he explained the pros and cons of each vehicle, and let me make the call. Never tried to pressure me or upsell me on the bells and whistles. Instead, he wanted to make sure that I found the car that Id be happy with and that fit my budget. He even took a tape measure to check the storage/hauling space and make sure my portable table would fit! Who takes the time to do that?!? People with great customer service skills do, thats who. Im absolutely confident that Ive found exactly what I want & need in the Buick Encore. And Im sure Ill love it just as much 10 years from now. So, friends....if you are in the greater Cincy area (or the Cbus area) and want to buy a car from a family-owned dealership without the high pressure, I would HIGHLY recommend you take a quick trip out to Hamilton, Ohio to visit Fiehrer Buick GMC. Trust me, you will have a great experience! And extra bonus....this dealership supports the local county fairs 4-H livestock auction--and that right there gets 2 thumbs up from this country girl!! Fiehrer Motors is the ONLY dealership Ive purchased a vehicle from more than once. Although his dealership is more than 30 minutes from my home, and I have numerous dealers to choose from within a couple miles from my home on Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati Ohio, Tom Fiehrer exceeds my expectations, his firm goes above and beyond to ensure he has what I want, need, and at the price Im looking for and with the service I have been searching for since becoming a car buyer a decade ago. He has earned a repeat customer, and because of him GMC has also earned a repeat buyer as well.

He was easy to deal with when we purchased our new car and gave us a very nice price on our used car. We we impressed that this is a 3rd generation dealership. They know what is takes to make a customer feel valued.

2022-03-11I had a coupon for an oil change but it was not accepted because it had expired a few days before my appointment (I had just returned from a long trip and could not get in earlier, so I was pleased to be fitted in). The next day after service, there was a new coupon that would have saved me money. I thought my having to pay the price without a coupon was a bit nit-picky.

2022-06-24Ive always shopped and supported local Hamilton businesses. I purchased a vehicle from here and was super impressed with the salesman, all the staff how friendly they was, all the way down to the process of buying the vehicle was wonderful. I always took my vehicle back here for maintenance, oil changes - even though they are more expensive than doing it myself... This is the car they specialize in so money well spent in my opinion. I was going to even buy my next vehicle here ( a truck finally ) told everyone I knew to buy from Fieher. My only complaint I have is that I had a GM recall on my car for something...and after they fixed it.... My car alignment was off bad. So took it in and they had no problem to resolve my issue...again this is why I support this establishment.... So I thought it was resolved....after driving it awhile my steering wheel was at a 2 O clock position...and vehicle was pulling to the drivers side. So I called they said bing it in.. top notch service.. so I take it in and still cant get it right even though their machine was telling them it was perfect. I know I didnt bring my vehicle in there with the wheel like that. They said they did all they could do. So after three attempts my vehicle was in worse shape than before the fixed recall. So now Im stuck having to buy new tires because this alignment they gave me has worn my tires out. So after spending $1000 on new tires @ tire discounters they had no problem getting my alignment fixed. A place that specializes in tires fixed it. Very disappointed in this and very upsetting that I had to spend $1000 on tires to resolve the recall that started this issue. I was getting ready to take my vehicle in for service of all flushes on fluids, tune up, and 3rd brake light replaced here...after this Im not sure if I would trust them to fix anything else. Ive bought new cars from Rose Chevrolet and always had them serviced there too since I. Bought the vehicle from there. Thats just how I am with supporting local Hamilton businesses. Overall I was extremely impressed with This dealership till this incident.

2022-01-12With a lot of inflated pricing due to the vehicle shortages it was very refreshing to find a dealer that has continued to control costs and mark ups. We drove over 3 hours to get to the dealership and were met by numerous very friendly and helpful Team members including the Owner that completed the sale we had started on the phone. We cannot say enough good things about Fiehrer Motors and the staff! Thank you all.
