I always have problems with this location. The people who work here really dont like to do their jobs. Told me that they arent an office so they arent supposed to print labels for customers even though their website says otherwise. The woman made me go to OfficeMax instead of taking 2 minutes to make a label. Ridiculous. Ive never called corporate for any reason but I will now. I ship things for my company so I need Fedex to be more reliable.
On Thursday 6-17-21 driver dropped off a box that was WIDE OPEN !!! Clearly had been opened up cause it had packaging tape on it !!He wedged in front of my door and it took me several minutes to even be able to open up the door. Otherwise I probably would have been able to catch the driver that was RUNNING TO HIS TRUCK !!
I have has packages sit in town for days only to be sent to Chicago then back to lima and sit for a few more days before being left on THE SIDEWALK not even on my porch. My school sends my lab tools through them an I hate it. Late delivery has almost cost me my financial aid twice
I paid for an iPhone it was going to be shipped through FedEx. The tracking options online, the text and phone was exemplary package arrived in my area very fast. My issue appears to have been from the shipping center to my house. I called to let them know that nobody would be at my house before 3 so I had my delivery setup for after 3 the customer service guy told me that would be no problem. Thursday on the day of delivery a customer service person from FedEx called me after 4 to see if I did receive my package. I had not but he assured me that the driver still has it and I should have it before 8 p.m. that night. Which I did not. So the following day I got off work at 1 to make sure I received my iPhone. After receiving no delivery I called FedEx. I was told that the package was delivered a little after 9 a.m. Friday morning. I did remind the customer service person about me asking for after 3 p.m. delivery and I was told that that was only a suggestion for consideration thats all. So Ill let him know that I myself was not home so I did not receive the phone could he tell me where it was? He suggested that I go up and down my street ask all my neighbors if they have received my iPhone. So I asked him could he just not tell me where they decided to deliver my phone to. He could not tell me where my phone was dropped off. They will give me a call tomorrow to see if they can find that out. I well update this review at that time.It is now 4 days later. FedEx customer service open up an investigation Monday I did not hear back from them. I also talked to my phone service and they were going to look into the matter also. 5 days later My next door neighbor said a man walk behind his house and threw a box in his back yard.It was my phone. I dont know who to thank. I still want to know who did the driver let sign for my phone since it was not any of my neighbors 😒.
I have been trying to get a package for almost a week. Somehow even when someone is home ALL day they say no one is here to sign. I find that hard to believe since my dog barks at everything. Only 2 out of the 4 days they supposedly tried, have I been given a door tag, I called to talk to them only to be told its out for delivery. How the hell do I get my package when they arent even really knocking? I have tried to get updates about it but is out for delivery literally ALL day. Guy at the office couldnt help me.
Very unprofessional front desk clerk on Christmas Eve. Very unhappy with her service and I had to call corporate escalations to get a resolution after she lied to me saying my package wasnt there...FOR 4 HOURS!!! When corporate forced her to find the package... she reluctantly handed me the package and had the nerve to get smart... telling me with a very nasty tone... that the package wasnt due for delivery until Wednesday anyway. What?! Yep... making another complaint today... the day after Christmas.
I had a package to be delivered and they sent it FedEx 1st they posted it as insufficient address 2nd I called the hotline and had it put on hold and to text me when it was ready to pick up3rd never got a text message4th called and was told I could pick it up and that they had text me didnt happen5th went to pick up and they sent it back6th will never use FedEx again

2022-05-28Spent half the morning looking for our packages that were confirmed by the driver to have been delivered to our YMCA. Finally, after checking every outdoor camera, we see that your genius driver delivered the package to a house behind us with the same number on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STREET!Cmon, I know the world is taking anyone they can to fill shifts but your drivers should be able to READ and COMPREHEND.Do better...

2022-02-01The rude smart a.. kid working feb 1 2022 at 4 pm is a complete door knob. This kid shouldnt be in front. Should be working for the garbage disposal business away from customers. I wouldnt have this low life deadbeat anywhere near people.. like he said before I left I dont care its not my business all because this place doesnt accept cash. No cash at all.. what business doesnt accept cash. Went to usps and they accept cash.. wow

2022-03-01Terrible service!! Manager couldnt locate my package that was lost during transport. Told me to get lost and use UPS?? What manager says that and refuses to help the customer? What a tool! A screwdriver couldnt even fix those loose screws!

2022-04-12I own a coffeeshop and we were expecting a delivery of coffee cup lids. Received an email saying they could not be delivered because no one was here. We were here! We eventually ran out of lids and couldnt sell our product. Today a worker and I saw the FedEx truck at the business next door. I received another email saying could not deliver because we werent there. The driver never made an attempt to even come to our business! We physically saw him drive off without stopping. I called and was told they would reroute the driver. After several hours of waiting I received a phone call saying it was too late!! Everyday we dont have our product is money out the door! What on earth FedEx? You were literally right there. This company is horrible!

2021-12-07We are a business in downtown Lima, Ohio. Deliveries are being left outside on our front sidewalk or outside our back door (which opens to an alley) on evenings and on weekends! We are not open in the evening or on weekends. We also cant see when something is being left at the backdoor or on our front sidewalk when we are here. This is crazy. It already takes forever to get a delivery because of the supply shortage but now to get it stolen once it gets here. Great customer service, Fed Ex.

2021-11-21They have hours that are great for what I do. Since I work until 6pm. I still have a couple hours to send out products and not worry about closing up early to get a package shipped. Wish there was. Shipment out after 6pm, but some things just cant be rushed.

2021-10-28I get maybe one, possibly two packages shipped through FedEx a year and EVERY SINGLE ONE is messed up in some way when it comes through Limas facility. Smashed and destroyed boxes? Check. Late deliveries? Check. Refusing to deliver? Check. Most recent, I signed for online over 24 hours in advance, I called to make sure it would be delivered, was told everything was in order... and the driver still refused to deliver it. Im done. Cant order through a company that ships through FedEx anymore. Its not worth it.
