My experience here in the company of my friend to print on a quick and urgent basis was great.
Friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgable about services and products offerred.
I had given 4 stars a couple of years ago and had used this location earlier this year. Ive changed my mind. I stopped by yesterday to get some info on a future print job, another woman pulled up and got out of her vehicle, while I was getting my paperwork together. There were other cars parked as well. I finally got to their door, OPEN sign was on, but the door didnt open . The other woman had gotten back in her car and was pulling away. The store was CLOSED. This location used to be 24 hours. Why not turn the damn OPEN sign off? I will not be using this location ever again. Also, no one can read the now available HOURS sign unless you can get out of the car to take a closer look.
This is the best FedEx location in Central Ohio. The staff are helpful and actually go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They never make you feel like you are frustrating them if you have issues while using the self printing center. Before the COVID - they were the one location open 24 hours and I was quite the regular. I actually drive out of my way just to go to this location. Kudos to the manager here!!
Anthony made the process of getting my prints perfect!!! Clean place very hospitable.In and out within 15min with 50 double sided prints. Give this guy a raise. Easiest part of my day was coming to fedex.
The front desk representative spoke to me loudly as if I was incompetent awhile he pointed at the envelope as he giggled because I mistakenly went to FedEX instead of the post office. That was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

I considered driving to another location because of the negative reviews, but Im so thankful I decided to try it for myself. Both times Ive gone in, Ive been impressed with the level of efficiency and effectiveness.
The girl that worked the shift for elderly hour was rude she didnt want to help she also didnt let me no they could do for a little extra i basically needed alittle help and her tone and actions made me feel she didnt want me to ask her any questions. So at the end once i payed she didnt even say thankyou some people should not work with the public and i was the only one there another customer came in i explained houw rude she was and he said the same thing please ask her is she there for customer service and just stand there or is she just there for a job hateful
TERRIBLE FEDEX SERVICE. THEY OFFERED US INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO CANADA IN A WEEK FOR WHICH WE PAID A HIGH AMOUNT BUT THE PACKAGE HAS REACHED FLORIDA FROM OHIO INSTEAD OF CANADA.. THIS STORE FROM WHERE I SHIPPED IS NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY, NOT IS THE CUSTOMER CARE, IN THE BLAME GAME, MY URGENT PACKAGE IS RESTING DOWN SOUTH IN FLORIDA EVEN AFTER A WEEK INSTEAD OF UP NORTH IN CANADA. IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS THAT NEEDED TO BE DELIVERED URGENTLY ARE STUCK FOREVER, THEY ARE NOT EVEN TELLING US WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE NEXT, FORGET COMPENSATION OR REFUND. DID NOT EXPECT SUCH CRAZINESS FROM FEDEX. I WILL NEVER SHIP USING FEDEX AGAIN.
Open 24 hours 7 days a week. Great for shipping and in-house printing. They will also create banners and yard signs. Computers for rent at 49 cents a min. You can also have your FedEx shipments rerouted here instead of home, great for after hours pick up and more secure than sitting on a porch!
Highly irresponsible. Sent my document, a very important one, to a wrong address. Did not offer any sort of help at all to sort it out. Dont trust this facility for the important documents.
Super expensive place. They charge $2 per page to fax something. Kroger charges $2 for the first page and a $1 for each additional page. I hit cancel yet they still charged me dispite the fact that nothing was faxed.
In September 2017, I wanted to ship something to my son in Florida, on the eve of Hurricane Irma. Per the web site, they were still doing overnight to Daytona Beach. I verified with the clerk that it would be delivered overnight. That would be sometime Saturday. I paid ~$100 for overnight delivery. He received it Wednesday or Thursday, AFTER the hurricane. I think FedEx had already set their stop deliveries time based upon the *predicted* arrival of Irma in Daytona Beach when they accepted my money, and my package wasnt going to be delivered that Saturday.
I went to ship an item and the lady behind the counter was more worried about telling her co worker about her vacation instead helping me. When talking to me she was very short and seemed like she had an attitude, Her customer service was awful.
Volunteer with community theater. I routinely have them put in a new spiral binding in my scripts because they typically have poor glue and having to constantly flip pages and make notes caused them to fall apart before the show opens. Easy and takes only a couple minutes and costs less than 10 bucks.
Dismissive, diminishing and frankly a bit arrogant. More interested in getting rid of me than in helping with my printing request for some reason. I truly felt insignificant upon leaving this place. Actually, not very nice people work here.
Asst. Manager Edna guided me in picking the best options for international shipping , was very helpful . Thankful for her thoughtfulness in saving me time and money .
Called asking a question about the website, simple question. Do they get the file saved, so if something goes wrong on the website, they have it backed up. They proceeded to insult me by saying: Well we obviously dont have it if you didnt send it. Easy win for their competitors.
Here to copy one ☝️ item and was here at 5:58 and they close at 6 but the store worker said they were closed. Last time I will ever come here.
Theres an elderly man who is always available to help as the office is opened 24/7. He is very patient indeed and very polite. God bless you Sir.
This is the only FedEx Kinkos location worth going to in Columbus. Trust me Ive tried them all numerous times and they just dont have the skills, knowledge and service that this location has.
Very quite and clean. The attendant there is very helpful, my only complaint is that the card machine at the computers doesnt always work with my visa card and people do sometime video chat very loudly.
I’ve been here 3x and each time the service has been great. They’re kind, patient and quite helpful on helping you save money too.
The staff took ten minutes to help or talk to me (there was one person ahead of me in line) and the woman that was supposed to be helping me was no help at all and too busy to pay attention to me so I went to ups and got helped away. away
Took my friend to this place and I always do my printing here.
The lady who was supposed to attend me was in rush very frustrated because i was there and she had to order her lunch she was talking to her coworker and she didnt put my information correctly.
Finally found a good FedEx! The employees here seem to actually care about doing a good job!!

Talked to Ken. Extremely unhelpful. Wont go out of his way to to do anything for you. Asked him to literally type 5 words on a word doc and told me he cant. Worst Fedex Ive ever been to.

Just met a Stupid Fedex front table staff, poor face and attitude. Any words really mean to me and I was really unconformably to talk to him.
Photo printer computer kept crashing, stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one came to assist me, manager was zero help

2022-06-04Ive had to have things laminated and have used this location twice. And both times, Ive gotten an email that my order is complete and both times when I arrived to pick up my order- nearly two hours after the email letting me know I can pick up- my order has not been finished because they didnt know it needed to be laminated. The first time I was told to come back in an hour and the second time the woman working said I can have it for you tomorrow. We close in an hour, I cant make any guarantees itll be finished today. Except that you emailed me over 90 minutes ago that my order was finished. And this has happened TWICE now.Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Directly after that statement she gives me another address for shipping.( funny thing the website for that store makes no mention of what can OR cannot be shipped)) SO. Yes. I went and dropped the package at the other location.As mentioned before fedex is not even close to being good at what they do.HATS OFF TO UPS. HAVENT HAD 1 ISSUE IN 10 YEARS !!!!

2021-07-07This has been the best experience I have ever had with a printing company. And looking through the reviews, I am unsure if some of these people reviewed the wrong one, or if it was just a bad day. I didnt even mean to order from them specifically, they were the ones that handled my printing order, and I am so glad that they did. I got a call on July 3rd from a woman working there, I cant remember what her name is, but she was checking in because she thought that my order may have been submitted incorrectly, and boy was she right. She made sure that my planner would print out perfectly. It had to be split up due to the size, but she had the front cover printed for each, and also split them up perfectly. I am so impressed and will only use them for printing anything that I cant or dont want to do at home. You cant beat that type of customer service

2021-10-07I had a major issue with a FedEx shipment & was told to call Kinkos from another store (that just didnt want to help). I spoke to Kay & the level of service that he provided was EXCELLENT. After a terrible week & multiple issues, Kay graciously stepped in & resolved the problem with my shipment & I was able to pick up the next morning. Thank you, Kay!
