Well after standing at the counter attempting to get help with printing, the lady standing behind the counter never acknowledged me as if I wasnt standing in front of her. Instead of greeting me or asking for a minute to finish what she was doing she just ignored me. Thats poor customer service and Im sure FedEx preaches customers come first.

2022-04-09Alex and Zach were very friendly and professional. I was dreading having to go in and print invites but they made the process so easy. I truly appreciate their hard work ethic and friendly customer service!

2021-09-24Shipped a package to Canada, $103 for it to be there in 2 days. The clerk did not tell me that shipping out of country would have the person receiving the package would have to pay Duties and taxes on their end. The person could of been prepared to pay for it or i could of paid for it, but to be honest neither of us should have to pay for something that cost that much in shipping. FedEx is ripping people off and I will never use them again

2021-05-26At this facility I was supposed to pick up a package. But they mistakenly gave it to somebody else, assume no ID check has done. I got a delivery confirmation from the sender in the meantime for the package I never picked up (the sender IKEA made sure to send me another shipment for my inconvenience). Once they realized they gave it to someone else (I overheard the conversation) told me they don’t have it yet and asked me to come back when they give me a call. I made sure to file a dispute with FedEx customer service. so again I confirmed that the package has been given to a different customer during the investigation. Today I got a call from this FedEx Ship Center and said they found my package inside a truck (lied again). Because of all the time I had to wast for a single package I’m not planning to use this FedEx location for my future shipments and pickups. I wanted to share my experience if this helps anyone else.

2021-03-11My experience at the FedEx Monroe Street location has been great each time I’ve gone. Melony has delivered great customer experience each time. As a former retail sales manager These are things that I can’t help but notice When it comes to Customer Service and my last experience Melony was clearly not feeling 100% a still managed to completing a massive print order during a busy hour and keep a smile on her face. She was able to come through for me in a rushed moment with little information given to help me out with my labels. Go see Melony and store #1238 I appreciate you!

2021-09-08Fine facility but as a business you have to post accurate hours in this day and age. Both Google and your website show that you open at 9:00am yet the sign on your door shows 10:00am.

2020-01-31I needed something sent to the Bahamas and it was very time sensitive. I went to this location based on the good reviews I read. The registrar in the Bahamas only deals with fed ex. I was greeted and Jessica was very friendly. However, no one seemed to have any knowledge on shipping something to the Bahamas with a return shipper label back to the U.S. this made me nervous because I was sending a money order and documents in the fed ex envelope. She got her boss (?) Involved but again, was struggling to complete the necessary paperwork. The store became quite busy while I was there. Needless to say, all of my important documents and money order is STILL sitting in CUSTOMS in THE BAHAMAS because an original copy of the signed invoice was not sent! I have started a case with international fed ex, still nothing is changing the delayed status of my paperwork in customs! This could have been avoided if she would have sent the Original copy of the invoice vs a copy. Its been over 2 1/2 weeks and I paid over $70 to get this info shipped. I have no way of speeding up this process because now my fed ex Case worker tells me they cant do anything about it since its the Bahamas. Train your employees!!!!

2021-04-15Went to two office max locations to be told plastic ring bindings on a couple of 80 page documents would take 24 hours. (first guy rolled his eyes and sighed when I asked if they could be done tonight.) Stopped here as an afterthought and the woman was super professional and had me done and out in five minutes. Will stop here first next time.

2021-06-03Didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting with a “Hi, we will be with you as soon as possible”. Just left everyone standing in a long waiting line. There were 3 people working.
