Called in at 9:20 am, I spoke with Blane, I had a question about a shipment; when I asked the question, Blane took a deep irritated breath and said to me, you know you can do this online right? So I proceeded to continue asking questions, Blane then responded, it has nothing to do with me! He gave me the 1800 number, but how rude, I hope this isnt what the company stands for, I actually work for the Fairfield Inn in Medina and couldnt see myself ever calling and or conducting business at this location again.
Wish I can rate 0 ! I ship staff for living and as much as I avoid using FedEx due to this medina office , I still end up going here every week , somehow they managed to hire rudest people without any customer service experience! They alway makeup rules , they make you wait , when there is no one even there ! From now on Ill drive extra 8 miles and go to Berea location ...
It is alleged that said employees of this location violate FedEx policy & procedure regarding package pick-up identification, pursuant to established policy as confirmed by corporate. John Doe of said establishment creates his own policy & procedure and has created public record of HIS FedEx policy procedure. Wherefore, it is alleged that corporate will NOT correct and or reprimand the private creation of John Doe. I suggest that the C Suite of FedEx institute an investigation of said location forthwith and with expediency. However, if the C Suite refuses to engage an investigation, then said corporation and individually accept and adhere to the decisions made by John Doe for the corporation.
Will never ship out of this location. I called and had a very simple question that I needed answered, the employee who answered was extremely rude and told me that he was to busy to help me. Afterwards he hung up on me. Never had I ever had such poor service and such terrible attitude.

2022-04-01Had someone drop something off for me & they were forced into buying a $13 box I didn’t need? I don’t need fed ex to tell me how to ship my items thanks. That’s exactly why I don’t dealWith you guys very often, terrible store, terrible service. Shut this store down like the rest of them in the plaza

2020-02-17First of all, the lady who gave 1 star & said Barry was rude is lying. I was there and she was complaining the moment she came in because she was already late for work and there was a line. Barry is the manager. He & his assistant continuously apologized to everyone for the wait as they helped each person as fast as they could while still being polite. I have never had a bad experience at this location and the lines go pretty quick. They also just hired another associate so the wait times should be even shorter now. This location and staff are great. This is my preferred FedEx.

2020-01-13I have been using this Fedex location, for the past couple of years. Everyone who works here is very eager to help and willing to go the extra mile. Last night I showed up 45 min before closing. I had a bunch of fliers that needed to be printed off. Barry was super helpful and I was out of there in no time. Christina is always nice! I bring in multiple large boxes that need to be shipped all over the country. So multiple shipping labels need to be created, she never complains or seems irritated. I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location.

2018-08-07This is from almost a year ago, but, they helped me out with some printing jobs for posters and cards and they did a great job, decent turn around time and it was exactly what i wanted. Great price on the suction cup holders for the posters and they gave me a coupon. It was great!

2021-06-04Walked in and was the only person in the store and was berated about not wearing a mask. Corporations need to stop subjecting their employees and customers to this obscene psychological warfare.

2016-11-03Dealt with two employees today (christina and anita) One who transfered my shipping quote to an 800 number instead of helping me, then when I got to the store to ship based on my shipping quote, not only did I need 11 dollar shipping paper (that I didnt need) they told me they wouldnt ship without it and my new quote tripled in the 20 minutes it took me to drive there. Only after they ignored my presence for 5 minutes. Bait and switch mixed with bad customer service. Go to UPS. Much better service and prices.

2016-06-16Dealt with a lady named Ellen. Nicest and most helpful employee I think Ive encountered in a long time, anywhere. Usually these types of stores have workers that suck the life out of everything and are brash. This lady felt like an aunt to me, or something. Ill try to go to this store more often!

2016-05-24Super job by Christina today! I had made an error with the tabs on a HUGE bound document. She got the order late- she noticed and FIXED my mistake and had the job ready for me EARLY! Love these guys. They make me look like a pro!

2021-06-08Terrible customer service! Tried to force me to wear a mask well after the state of Ohio dropped the mask mandate someone should tell FedEx they don’t make laws!
