The location is in Walmart and near the grocery entrance. I waited to do a review until I used this location twice. The first visit was great the lady that helped me took care of all my needs, was courteous and pleasant. The second visit, today, the person semi rude and not very helpful. I did not receive a receipt or a tracking number. The employee working made me feel rushed, like, as if he had something else better to do. Unfortunately this is the closest FedEx location to me so I will need to continue using them.

Went to this store on 07/05/2022 around 5:05 pm and the male staff there was super rude and racist. I agree with the other reviewer who also felt that he was rushed by the staff. He didnt ask if I wanted a receipt and when I did ask for one at the end, he told me that I shouldve requested one at the beginning or Id have to wait for 10 minutes for the system to look it up. It was a RIDICULOUS answer as no customer asks for a receipt at the beginning and he cannot just assume that customers dont want a receipt without asking first. He even turned down a customer after me because the system was busy looking up my transaction. When the next customer came, he phrased his response like I was the bad guy. It just didnt feel right to hold other customers for 10 freaking minutes so I just asked him to forget about it. I will try to avoid this or any other Fedex location in the future.

This guy came in Lewis center to bring my order and never knock on the door turned and left …… 11/30/21 !!!!!! What a what
