After submitting an order for 250 copies, the store realized I was creating a half-fold program and called me to say they could fold them all for an additional $9. That saved me so much time! Then they called me again in less than an hour to say the work was completed. Exceptional customer service!

Dont waste your money shipping Fed EX.I needed to have something arrive in 3 days to KY from Dayton, so to our local FedEx on Poe Avenue I went, where it was suggested that if I need it there in 3 days, Id be better off paying for a 2day shipping. Quite a bit more then ground, which is 3 to 4 days but due to the necessity in having it arrive on a Sat. I paid the price. 4 days later, the package arrived. So, I went down to see about an adjustment to the charged price. Where, it was pointed out a sign that says basically, during this holiday season, there is no money back guarantees. So I questioned why they recommended the 2 day shipping if they were not going to back it???So beware, this is false advertising. Dont pay a ridiculous price liked I did for a 2 day service that took 4 days to a location 4 1/2 hrs by car.

It’s not what you say it’s how you say it! The managers approach to what they messed up is 😮. They messed up my business cards and instead of being apologetic his response was DID YOU NOT LOOK AT THE CARDS!!!! Wow! Anyone and everyone that has gotten prints know to look at the work! Which I of course did! I was offered a refund or reprint by why do business again when the attitude is jacked up? I’m not hard up for the refund. Customer service has definitely went out the window!

In the 7 minutes I spent there Daisy was.1. Rude the entire time2. Constantly sassing me3. Told me to, “stand in the designated place.” (Covid). But I was standing back. I was standing to the right of 6ft pad. So I had to take a step towards her to stand on the pad. So I was really confused by that. And it was also done in a rude manner4. Acted like I was reading the address to fast and kept saying, “I’m not ready for that information yet. I will let you know when I’m ready for for that.” I’m just trying to give you the address.5. Walked away from helping at one point. I had to look at my phone for 20 seconds and she walked away to tape up a box. I told her I got the information. She said, “okay I have to finish this first.” Another employee said he could tape the box. And in the sweetest voice she said, “oh no. It’s no trouble. I have this under control.” (Or something close to that. I was so upset at this point I was trying to get out as fast as I could)6. Finally, I’ve told her everything and all the info is entered. And she says, “ okay please review the information on the pad (credit card machine). (Before I make a singe move) DO NOT TOUCH THE PAD (the same one that I’m 6ft from).”7. God help us when I had to tell her she entered the address wrong. She said I told her wrong.None of this is a reflection on FedEx. My only problem is that one single employee. I’ll never go back to that location. I should have just left and went to another. I know they are nice at the Troy location. Never had an problems there.

This store is very clean and spacious too. Its very comforting to have them on your team! Close to I-75 on Poe Ave. Relax, they got you💗

That corpulent young man at the front was the most condescending individual I have ever dealt with in my entire life. However, the biggest annoyance was after attempting to spell out my contact information to make an account he told me he had it under control and now fedex has no record of my account ever being created. I have been on the phone for hours and nobody can seem to find this account. After calling the Poe office nobody could help me and basically told me to call back in to their headquarter phone. Complete incompetence.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is almost Tuesday and I have not received my package and my tracking has changed to say that no delivery date is available. This is ridiculous as I had another package that got delivered that day and it was the same exact item except a different color. This is literally a joke.
