Ordered a bike for my grandson graduation From Walmart. they had FedEx ship it to us when it got 2 me the box is all messed up Like a forklift ran over itThey busted The Box open repaired it with a FedEx box the rim is bent the brakes are missing so my grandson graduation Present is messed up now we got problèmes returning it this is crazy
Two employees helped me. Both seemed to be in bad moods before I even asked for anything. When they helped me, you could easily tell they didn’t want to be there or deal with customers. I was so relieved to walk out the door. I will not be back anytime soon.
Incompetent and Rude are being generous. FedEx “guarantee” to have them pack a product is worthless. My products were completely destroyed by these people’s incompetence. Thanks a lot
If you want a migraine, trying calling fedex. Im just waiting on a different company to compete against them. Should be easy to win us over. Fedex has taken a nose dive!!!!! What happened? New CEO? They use artificial intelligence phones which keeps giving the same wrong ànswer. Please someone open a competitive delivery service. I cannot with FedEx anymore!!!! I will try my best to avoid using them for anything!
Got a notification that my package would be delivered today 5/16/2021 by the end of the day which is supposed to be no later then 8pm. Been sitting here waiting all day and at 8 pm I get a notification that there is no scheduled delivery date for my package....what is this.......?
The employees have always been very helpful whenever Ive gone in. The only complaint I have is that theres only a single checkout line if you have to ship something (the other lines are only for printing or purchasing something). So if someone in front of you has a bunch of items to ship, you may be waiting awhile. Other than that, nothing but positive experiences here.
Poor service.I send packages wrapped in paper to protect the information on the box. I wrap all 12 edges with tape to protect it from breaking open. But their stores policy does not let them accept wrapped packages. Poorly handles by their people too.
FedEx employees are very nice and friendly and so helpful with a package that I had to return. They explained how and why they were doing it THE it was done and gave me paper work to track to and from, also paper work of proctoring my product. I had a very nice and friendly time at FedEx!! And I Will go back again
I am not computer savy at all, so i called to see if i could have something printed off of my phone and the guy said yes, but you have to send it in an email. I aaked him, how do you do that? and he said that you have to send it in an email and again I said how do you do that? He said, you need to go to a phone store and they will show you how to do that. We are not a phone store. Very helpful
Great Service. The staff were great. I went to have some programs printed for my grandmothers funeral and Daisy was very patient and helpful. I thanked her for helping me in such a pressured time.
This review was for downtown Dayton Fed Ex thats now closed. Staff is always pleasant & helpful. A wide range of services are available such as shipping, fax and internet use. I dont like the parking or lack of free parking. I often have to circle the block twice to find a spot to pay a meter. Ive visited Fed Ex on Poe one time and it does have convenient parking lot.
Very expensive for color copies, especially since I was providing my own paper. I found out later I couldve done the same thing at the library for half the cost. Lesson learned.Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Wow! This office certainly over-delivered. Josh made me feel like a business owner, not just another customer. Helpful, courteous, and an outstanding print production output - even better than I expected.

I went into this FedEx location to send a package back for a refund and the fat ass that was taking care of me was a PRICK. I’m not sure what his name was but he was rude to me the whole time I was in there and when I was saying something about getting my package at it’s destination faster he didn’t even say anything about faster shipping and how to get it or anything smh

Employees were nice but i was charged almost $60.00 to shop a 12×12×12 package that weighed 14 pounds. This was there cheapest option

2022-04-11After submitting an order for 250 copies, the store realized I was creating a half-fold program and called me to say they could fold them all for an additional $9. That saved me so much time! Then they called me again in less than an hour to say the work was completed. Exceptional customer service!

2021-11-23Dont waste your money shipping Fed EX.I needed to have something arrive in 3 days to KY from Dayton, so to our local FedEx on Poe Avenue I went, where it was suggested that if I need it there in 3 days, Id be better off paying for a 2day shipping. Quite a bit more then ground, which is 3 to 4 days but due to the necessity in having it arrive on a Sat. I paid the price. 4 days later, the package arrived. So, I went down to see about an adjustment to the charged price. Where, it was pointed out a sign that says basically, during this holiday season, there is no money back guarantees. So I questioned why they recommended the 2 day shipping if they were not going to back it???So beware, this is false advertising. Dont pay a ridiculous price liked I did for a 2 day service that took 4 days to a location 4 1/2 hrs by car.

2021-06-04It’s not what you say it’s how you say it! The managers approach to what they messed up is 😮. They messed up my business cards and instead of being apologetic his response was DID YOU NOT LOOK AT THE CARDS!!!! Wow! Anyone and everyone that has gotten prints know to look at the work! Which I of course did! I was offered a refund or reprint by why do business again when the attitude is jacked up? I’m not hard up for the refund. Customer service has definitely went out the window!

2021-01-28In the 7 minutes I spent there Daisy was.1. Rude the entire time2. Constantly sassing me3. Told me to, “stand in the designated place.” (Covid). But I was standing back. I was standing to the right of 6ft pad. So I had to take a step towards her to stand on the pad. So I was really confused by that. And it was also done in a rude manner4. Acted like I was reading the address to fast and kept saying, “I’m not ready for that information yet. I will let you know when I’m ready for for that.” I’m just trying to give you the address.5. Walked away from helping at one point. I had to look at my phone for 20 seconds and she walked away to tape up a box. I told her I got the information. She said, “okay I have to finish this first.” Another employee said he could tape the box. And in the sweetest voice she said, “oh no. It’s no trouble. I have this under control.” (Or something close to that. I was so upset at this point I was trying to get out as fast as I could)6. Finally, I’ve told her everything and all the info is entered. And she says, “ okay please review the information on the pad (credit card machine). (Before I make a singe move) DO NOT TOUCH THE PAD (the same one that I’m 6ft from).”7. God help us when I had to tell her she entered the address wrong. She said I told her wrong.None of this is a reflection on FedEx. My only problem is that one single employee. I’ll never go back to that location. I should have just left and went to another. I know they are nice at the Troy location. Never had an problems there.

2021-07-13That corpulent young man at the front was the most condescending individual I have ever dealt with in my entire life. However, the biggest annoyance was after attempting to spell out my contact information to make an account he told me he had it under control and now fedex has no record of my account ever being created. I have been on the phone for hours and nobody can seem to find this account. After calling the Poe office nobody could help me and basically told me to call back in to their headquarter phone. Complete incompetence.

2021-04-27My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is almost Tuesday and I have not received my package and my tracking has changed to say that no delivery date is available. This is ridiculous as I had another package that got delivered that day and it was the same exact item except a different color. This is literally a joke.
