FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in other cities:
Ive used the Kenny Road location several times for color prints. I upload my artwork to their website to be picked up later—usually just an hour or so later—they are fast. Im a professional, so I dont need a whole lot of hand-holding, but the staff is competent and knowledgable and they answer all my questions patiently.Full color prints from FedEx are gorgeous. They may cost a few pennies more than Staples, but the difference in quality is very noticeable—even to an untrained eye. The store is new, clean well-stocked and well-run.
Returned a package to sender that was dropped off for a second time at my residence. Took it back to tell them it needed to be returned to the sender and not re-delivered to the recipient and clerk was dismissive, unwilling to help me, and logged into a computer in order to avoid having to actually look at me. She was insistent there was nothing she could do and that Id have to obtain a return label from the sender and then bring the package back to FedEx for a THIRD time despite the fact that FedEx was the one who removed the initial label.I took the package to a different FedEx location, and they accepted it with no issues and prepared the package to be sent back to the sender. I will never use, nor recommend, this location. When there are practically no customers, maybe your staff should be a little more helpful.
I should have read the reviews. I give it 2 stars to be fair, as Ive been here 3 times and the cheerful lady that works here is actually very helpful. If you see one of the guys working, just leave.For the last year, I have sent hundreds of paper envelopes for my job. I frequent many FedEx locations as I drive. I came in to send the same package I have sent many times before and the guy refused. He told me it was too flimsy to accept. after telling him he was the first to ever say that to me, he said that other FedEx locations should not accept them.. Youve heard right. He is saying that the dozens of FedEx locations I frequent are not doing their jobs correctly. Either he doesnt know what he is talking about, or FedEx needs to train their employees better. Im going to lean towards the former.All this did was force me to drive 30 min to to the next FedEx (which took the package without question).
I needed an oversized print. Came into the Kenny road store with a memory stick and the associate (dont remember his name-very skinny, red hair, mostly tattooed) informed me, with restrained relish, that one must email the file to him and briskly marched to the back of the store and stepped through a door. Another associate (dont remember name-chubby, dark hair) reluctantly accepted the file from my stick, and after transferring it to the computer, disappeared in the back of the store. The red-haired associate returned and asked, may I help you?, like hed never before seen me. I explained to him that my file was now sitting on their desktop and that I would like to have it printed. Without looking up, he proceeded to take my info, chiding me for not stating my area code first. Then he quoted me a price at the same time he first made eye contact with me. It was much more than I expected, and I told him so. He offered no verbal response, but instead, maintained a fixed gaze into my eyes. So, I asked him if there was a way to do it for less. He flatly said no, and that it would take six hours (except for me, the store was empty, dead silent, no machines running, no apparent signs of back-orders of any kind.). We stood there, eye to eye for about twenty seconds, and then I said, I think I am going to make a few phone calls..., at which time he became enthusiastic, and before I could finish my sentence, with great verve ejected my memory stick and handed it to me, saying, Of course, no problem at all. Then, he turned, and again, briskly marched to the back of the store and stepped through a door.I went to my car, and called the Olentangy store, and told the manager what had just happened at the Kenny store. She first apologized, then she not only offered me more than one price/paper option, she also gave me a tax exemption through my university.I have considered complaining to corporate about my Kenny road experience (I cannot imagine they would want associates such as this representing their brand), but instead, I offer up this rant to the Internet. I hope that this is helpful to others, as well as myself as I try to put this painful experience behind me ;}
I was hesitant to come to this location after reading the other reviews but I was happy that I took the chance. I was greeted immediately when I entered by friendly employees who offered to help me with anything I needed. I just needed to ship something with a prepaid shipping label that I had printed off and the guy who helped me knew exactly what to do and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Will use this location again for sure.
Took the order and did not tell us how long it would take. So we stood there. And waited. And waited. After 15 minutes of no activity, I asked how long it would take. Oh, another 15-20 minutes. I was in a hurry. They did not care. They did not even start building the order until I asked. Very inconsiderate.
This is the end of real service as we know it from days of Kinkos! I went to make a 0.70 cent copy and $10.00 was held on my credit card. For what?! No one could answer me. When I asked to bee transferred to corporate office., I was connected to talk to someone in Elsavador (in South America). Please be careful. I dont think I will ever goback.
They wanted me to buy $4 packaging stuffing so that a cell phone I was teying to ship, “ships” safely instead of papertowel that I was using. Thomas who was helping me went out of his way to ask the store manager if my packaging was acceptable. What terrible customer service. I have been going to this Fed-ex location for over 15 years! This is how you treat your customers? If anyone from corporate is reading this, shane on you Fed-ex for your silly upselling tactics. UPS and USPS is how I will be shipping my packages going forward.
Ok the staff are ok and nice its the nasty manager Densie hes very rude and jerky fine store nice staff mean manageron the bright side there is a very nice woman that works there named Brittneyalso they have great printingjust rude Densie the manager. SO they get two stars from me
Today I stop in this location to asking a question about a package and the lady is so rude and mean when I ask him a question I know the busy but its not a reason because Im a customer and you have a job because customer like me so I feel is the last time that Im going to use FedEx I hate it

2022-09-15I visit this location several times a month for self-service copying.Five stars for the staff, who are consistently courteous, helpful and professional.I am very disappointed, however, with the changed process for self-service printing with a corporate discount. I used the former process (swipe discount card and credit card at copier) for many years, and it was extremely efficient. The new process driven by convenience codes takes two to three times longer to print a job, and requires staff support both at beginning and end of session. I cant take the time here to detail the many inefficiencies and frustrations, but suffice it to say the process was designed either very poorly with no user input, or deliberately to drive away users of this service. Stopping by for a quick copy session is now a chore that one must plan in advance.

2022-04-04Always a good experience when I self service myself if not I’ll stand at counter and be ignored even when people weren’t there before me. Not sure if it’s bad customer service or just employees…either way needs fixed.

2021-06-24I frequent this location because they have all the tools I need. So I am sure they get sick of seeing me but they are always so kind and helpful and I just adore the staff here! This is the best location in all of Columbus. Ethan is my go to guy, he helps me with EVERYTHING. He is so knowledgeable and then you have Patrick, THE SWEETEST! They work so hard even given they are clearly short staffed. Cant recommend enough, I am bringing them Christmas cookies this holiday season - they deserve it!

2021-08-22She wouldnt allow me to pick up a package delivered here because it wasnt shipped with my name on it. Then I explained it was for a job that was assigned to me after it was delivered here. Then she was willing to look for it. Then she couldnt find it and said the package wasnt where it was supposed to be. She finally found it.

2018-02-19I have been having work done there for almost a year, I have used their print services, shipping services, bought paper and had it cut and folded and every time the service is amazing. In particular Alison has been hugely helpful to me. I run a small greeting card company and she has been very patient and helped me figure out the most cost-effective and convenient ways to get my work done and always with a smile, no matter how many questions I ask or how many problems I bring to her. Goodbye, Staples!
