Wish I had read the reviews before. Just so unprofessional.
Rude and they hate their job. You go there to get help and noone wants to help you. Took my money to Ups they are more helpful and greet you when you walk in.
Tried to tell me I couldnt ask someone else for money when i didnt have enough to fax 2 pages...So they would rather turn down more daily income and make someones life more difficult, just so the manager can feel like she has some kind of power and control in the world by being able to make someone leave their store.They didnt tell me not to ask someone for money when i asked the first person for money, because he didnt have the money to give...It wasnt until they realized I had found someone to loan the 3 dollars that they then told me I had to leave...People just get off on trying to screw you over at this location.Everyone should call the number in the picture to complain.
Last time I as there I had to pay for internet time to get return bar code because they couldnt get it off my phone page. Now I went to drop off a small envelope, and who knew a fedEx store wouldnt have an outside box for packages for convenience when theyre closed!

2022-06-10Customer service is extremely slow, be prepared to wait 40 minutes before you can speak with someone. The quality of the custom office items such as banners is poor, even on a perfect proof you can expect to receive uneven cuts with ugly edges. They also accept prints for equipment they do not have, so they take your money but are unable to actually process the order. Refund takes 3-5 business days. Will go out of my way to avoid the FedEx location in the future.

2022-02-08The manager by the name of Tammy needs to take sensitivity & cultural training, to learn how to treat customers. She is a very mean spirited person. Your there to supply a helpful service, not to degrade anyone, telling them they need learn to do this, when I shown her the code bar on my cell phone. I believe she gets pleasure out of degrading people. What is the purpose of getting a barcode??? I dont have a printer, couldnt that barcode been scanned or typed into their computer to bring up the proper info? Why is this woman working a counter,,,,worse customer service ever. You need to get rid of her. I will make it a point not to go to this location at Ridge Park Square in Cleveland Ohio. Send her to classes to teach her proper customer service.

2021-05-05I am currenly assisting my cousin with her wedding. I had a huge print job. As fate would have it, I initially experienced some difficulty pulling the files up while in-store. Tammy and Rocky were super nice and helpful. Tammy even went so far as to go next door to the Verizon store to get an adapter so that Id be able to access my files. Rocky adjusted the files perfectly. I was beyond pleased with the final product and so was my cousin- the bride to be. Thank you!!!!!!

2021-06-14Its the white hair woman striking again I insure my package for $550. She tells me she has to open it and make sure its packed correctly Im like its double boxed and the factory container. So I obviously an argument ensued I ended up I have to take my package to UPS and ship it of course Im a way out shes saying something snotty you know if you dont like your job go get another one
