I would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible service! Employee couldn’t be bothered to help me or answer any of my questions even though I was the only customer there.He had a very poor attitude and wouldn’t even look up when speaking to me. Plenty of other businesses offer the same services with a lot better customer service.

I am a co-owner of a new behavioral health center. And, we went to Fedex Printing for banners, business cards, brochures, and our business plan. And, they went above and beyond for us! They called when they had questions, helped with graphics, and had the projects (4 within 24 hrs) completed prior to deadline. They offer quality work and were professional. I would agree with the other reviews in the past. But lately is has been a lot better so something has changed, and as long as they strive to get better I will keep going back. We ship large packages andthey give the best rates, the items get to the place we send them in one piece and on time...........
They wanted to sell me $5 worth of packing material to fill in a box that was pretty well packed.Also- tried to convince me that the postal service would take twice as long.Fedex ground service was like 15$ (including their mandatory packing material) and would have arrived in 6 days.USPS was $6 and arrived in 3 days.Would not recommend this place or fedex in general.
HORRIBLE EVERY TIME!They dont like taking packages they dont PACK THEMSELVES!No matter what package you bring in they find something wrong with it.Any tiny rattle & they try to tell you it HAS to be repacked by them or they cant take it!Do yourself a favor & JUST DONT GO TO THIS STORE.THEY ARE A JOKE!
FedEx Office / Kinkos on 12108 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH is The most disgusting Kinkos store in Cincinnati, Kentucky and Indiana. Jam packed with a-holes and psychos employees. Idiotic employees behavior is supported by in-store and district management. Complaining to anyone in Kinkos / Fedex higher ranks about employees / service is utter waste of time - they will side with employees for production value of employees (regardless of issue). It is easier (and cheaper) for FedEx to deal with upset customer than to fire old employee, hire and re-train new employee. Save yourself some nerves and dont go to this store.
The employers are not aware of all the services they provide. I had to send an important document and they couldnt help me out. I drove to another Fedex location and they did the work in 5 minutes. Do not go here!
2/12/2017 Poorly managed, they wait on customers that enter while earlier customers wait in line. This store lost two customers today because the assistant manager waited on a women that entered the store after us. I and the other customer were not acknowledged. Will never use this store again.

Manager sold me shipping boxes that were the wrong size. I went to return them with receipt and they were unused. Was told no refunds! DO NOT BUY SHIPPING SUPPLIES FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

2022-06-30Service was horrible initially until a young man stopped what he was doing to help out. I was initially waited on by a female there, and she seemed reluctant to even help me out from the beginning. She told me to email my shipping label to their email address. She went to check the computer to see if it was received and it had not gone through. She told me to resend, and then walked away and NEVER came back. A young man who was already busy doing something else stopped to help me. The store then started to fill up, and this young lady was in the back doing whatever while the two guys were trying to help others. He eventually called “Camille” to come out and help, and she came to the front giving a clueless look as to “why is he calling me”. Duh…don’t you see all of these people out here waiting to get helped?! There was one guy behind me that even asked if there was a self help option that would allow him to ship it by himself. I felt sorry for the guys working in the store as she was definitely not a team player. They must have the patience of Job having to deal with her on a regular basis.

2021-07-30SUPER SPREADERS. Went in today to mail a gift to my niece. The guy with the weird mustache and dark hair gave me an attitude when asking if I had an account, saying - well, knowing the number would be imperative to using the account. I said - could you search for it for me? He wasn’t helpful. I paid by CC just to shorten the conversation, he didn’t want to be helpful.Then to top it all off he SNEEZED right before he handed me my tracking number receipt, & handed it to me with the same hand he just sneezed on. I was so grossed out. There’s still a pandemic happening. Disgusting. I wouldn’t do that pre-pandemic. I was so shocked I took it far from where he handed it to me. I wish I would’ve set aside politeness and said - seriously? You’re going to sneeze on your hand, and hand me my receipt? Isn’t there a Purell bottle right there?!They are right by my house, so convenient, but next time I’m going to say - no, give me someone else. Or maybe I’ll switch to the UPS sore close by that has always been far better than this!

2020-08-26Ashley was amazing! I was irresponsible and procrastinated getting my presentation done for my interview which was the following morning... I called ahead around 6:30pm that night to see if my order could be done right as they opened the next morning and she said she could get it done the night before it was due to pick up! She saved me so much stress & hassle the day of my interview. Her customer service is excellent! I am so appreciative! Thank you Ashley! Sometimes small acts of kindness are appreciated more than you can understand.

2019-08-17Went to view/order party games we ordered from ETSY and Rick was fantastic. He knew what we were using, very helpful with the digital downloading, finding the right paper, great attention to detail while still being helpful. He also managed additional customers while we were there. Great experience!

2017-08-13Used to be 24 hour location. 954am...the OPEN sign is on, note on the door at eye level says 10am, door locked. Called number after sitting in my car 15 minutes to be told they open at 11am. noticed when pulling off the hours posted at the BOTTOM of the door. Really? Understand changes but...

2018-10-16Missing the old 24 hour schedule. Machines arent necessarily easy to use or in working order, I just ask staff to do it for me. Theyre wonderful and helpful even when Im grumpy.

2019-11-12I go to UPS and they try to be helpful. I come to this store and I swear it seems like they try to find reasons they can’t help me. Simple stuff like please print this email results in my having to send it to multiple addresses so that I can walk over and print it myself. I don’t know why I ever come back, I will take UPS any day
