I work at a local small business and its always a pleasure to go in! Everyone there is helpful and kind. I cannot exaggerate how nice every interaction Ive ever had there has been. We only use them for shipping but when we do its for an overly complicated reason on our end but they make it easy!MY ONLY COMPLAINTFor the love of all things get these people a phone near the scales where the transactions actually take place! They really want to provide quality customer service to both phone and in person customers. To they point you can see how torn they are about whether or not to leave a current transaction to answer the phone.Managment. Get the phone moved. They are good enough at their jobs they can do both. Give them the tools for success.Thanks,A loyal customer.

Jessica was absolutely fantastic and helpful. I had to have a letter shipped overnight to solve a dmv issues. This was very important as I drive for my job! The gentleman in Colorado refused to release my package or even call the other store or original sender. Jessica called this store, spoke to a manager and quoted corporate policy. This immediately solved the problem and my package was released to me. I just want to be sure that the management at this store and all future customers know that Jessica went out of her way to be incredibly helpful to my unique situation!

I was very impressed with the service provided by Jessica today!She went out of her way to help me with sending defective merchandise (at my expense),back to a vendor today!When I inquired if by cutting my box size down would reduce my costs,she produced a bag,and placed my item in it so that it just fit.She saved me a few dollars,and DID IT WITH A SMILE! DEFINITELY 5 STAR SERVICE FROM HER!! THANKS.

Tried to scan in documents, but absolutely could not get the self-service machine to e-mail them to me. I tried about 3 different ways, and nothing worked.Thankfully Ben went above and beyond to help me out, and managed to get me my documents perfectly! A very friendly and knowledgeable guy. So grateful for the help!

As a small business owner I do all of our professional printing at this FedEx location. I must have been in there more than 100 times. The people here are super nice and extremely helpful.

Disorganized. Lazy. Lie about communication. They told me they HAVE my delivery instructions but do not provide them to the drivers. They told me they personally talked to the driver and my rug was on its way...I then recieved notice from the supplier that it was returned. FedEx claimed they couldnt find my house on a main street that USPS and UPS and Google maps seems to have zero problem with. I watched the driver slow-roll by and take off. Too lazy to get out. As a delivery company they do a terrible job even trying to do their very specific task of delivering. The manager actually told me to file a claim because they did such a terrible job.

Great Service! Very nice people. I went there 10 min before they are closing on Saturday, but the lady, after long Saturday was nice and helpful. I am getting back next week for more printing services there. Thanks for the great service!
