Horrible service. Delivered to wrong address first of all. Luckily my camera saw the driver deliver it to a house 2 doors down. Ordered another item from Walmart and the worker just threw my air conditioner on the ground and now its broken. I would never use them if I had the choice. I hope they go out of business.
I worked for FedEx from July 2020 to February 2021 and all I can say is it is a complete joke. As a customer I can say that customer service is terrible. Packages always arrive late and you canβt ever get ahold of anyone to talk to. The excuse for not answering the phone and packages arriving late is always the same, βwe are understaffedβ. Well maybe if they paid employees better than $15 an hour it would be a different story. Also the ones that do work there donβt care at all for the packages. (Throwing them around, crushing them, standing on them, etc.) Terrible company I hope they go out of business. USPS and UPS all the way.
My package has been at the Grove City facility since 12/9/21 and on three different occasions it had been on the truck for delivery in which the delivery location is only 15 minutes from their facility. It is now 9 days and still my package has not been delivered. I am going to contact the media if it is not delivered today 12/17/21 and let the TV station get answers so everyone will know about FedEx
The quality of service has decreased over the last six months. At Christmas I took the day off to sign for and receive a package. The Fedex driver never came to the house to deliver the package, after checking the status of the package it stated, attempted to deliver. Which was a lie. Additionally, i have had the delivery person leave on two occassions my packages at my mailbox, by the road once in the rain. If this service is the new normal for Fedex, i will request another delivery provider when ordering items.
Ive had 2 online orders that I made within the last month that unfortunately shipped FedEx. The first order was for an Xbox Series X console (something fairly expensive). It took 3 delivery attempts before I even saw the package and this is after I called FedEx to complain 4 times only to get no help at all and a refusal by the person on the phone when I asked to talk to a manager. I should also mention that the package was held up at this Grove City location each time. It showed that it was out for delivery each time only for the driver to not show up.Most recently I have a package that is now over a week late and supposedly has been on a truck out for delivery 6 times... and still has not been delivered. This time its only speaker wire so theres no need for them to make me sign. However, Ive still yet to see the package and rather doubt I will anytime soon.In short, use UPS or USPS. FedEx is absolutely horrible and they dont seem to care to make any improvements.
They have had my package at this location for 3 days. They keep saying because of high volume they havenβt had time to deliver it yet. So I offered to come pick it up and they WILL NOT allow me to. So now it will not have the present for Christmas!! Everyone I spoke to on there 1-800 number could hardly speak English and would not listen at all just repeated the same thing over and over like a robot!!! Never again will I deal with them. Horrible
Fed Ex is where shipping is poorly executed. I have shipments that arrived in Grove City and then show out for delivery. Only to not be delivered and then shows delayed. Also I have had 2 packages delivered to me and instead of putting them on the back porch or near the house, the Fed Ex driver puts them in around the barn that is 100 feet away from my house. I have also had 2 shipments cancelled due to damage or lost.IMO Fed Ex needs to bow out and let Amazon Prime and UPS do the shipping. I can even say that USPS is better than Fed Ex.
FedEx many times tells delivery is out and will be there by end of the day. 8 times out of 10 never delivered. Then it is pending then you may get it in two more days. Also Iβm signed up for the the delivery alerts which I may or may not get. I specifically say on each delivery to place the item on my Enclosed Porch out of sight and the elements. NEVER EVER is it put there ALWAYS left in the Driveway Always. UPS, Amazon and USPS ALWAYS puts packages inside the enclosed porch. Itβs a porch not opening a door to the house. Iβve even went outside and caught the driver asking why they left it lay in the driveway they just run to their truck.
I have been complaining about the practices of this terminal for years but it continues regardless. FedEx Packages cross the country in 2 days come from around the world in 3 but when they get to Grove City itβs Hotel California they check in but never leave. They real problem is to make it look like they are actually moving packages they code them out for delivery but they never leave the lot so you think your package is arriving but it never arrives and this goes on at times for as long as 3 days. If you are lucky they then ship it to the new terminal in Plain City then package arrives promptly if not the package goes back back where it came from.
Their delivery sure takes the long ROUTE!ITS Jan 29 2022 & Im waiting for a tracking update on my package coming out of OH to IL. Seems when things get to OH FedEx they are no longer scanned & transit stalls. They seem to just sit on items.Last yr in June 2021 I tracked my Chewy.com order from NH to IL. It left NH, CT & got to OH, no scanning started there, but then it showed up in Champaign IL 2 days later. Then after a wk, no scans it Showed: in transit. BUT IT APPEARED to have LEFT IL completely, GOING to Bloomington CA. ARE U KIDDING ME? Left CA To AZ, NM, THEN KS. Finally on day 12 made it E. ST LOUIS IL.Whats the first thing u look at when u sort?Certainly wasnt the STATE!Brainless workers certainly aint earning their PAY!Thanks for someone on the west coast finally sending it back to the middle of the country where it should have never LEFT!
By far the worst delivery company in existence. Cannot believe that with all of the technology in 2021 that your company cannot even tell us where our package is. Weve spoken to 5 different Representatives and each one gives us a different answer. but not one of them can answer a simple question of when and where we will receive our delivery. You source your customer service labor to other countries and pay people to answer their phones from their home where their kids and dogs are making noise in the background so you cant even have a normal conversation. Youre paying them to answer the phone and tell customers they cant help. What a waste of money and resources. Someone needs to go back to the drawing board and reevaluate their logistical planning.
Wish i could give 0 stars, what a joke. Replaced my label due to not being scannable, despite there being transit history from the previous location that i first dropped off. The package is stuck and lost. Do not use fedex if you live near Columbus region or anywhere within the 2-3 hour vicinity. You will likely have this issue. Beware! I am not speaking for Fedex as a whole, only this stupid hub.
I have 2 packages needing to be delivered to me. The past 3 days they have been set to be delivered and the past 3 days it has been rescheduled for the following business day. This is ridiculous. I will from now on request other carriers for packages to be sent.Update, we are now on Tuesday was told even though I paid for 2 day shipping its really not 2 day shipping its more like 10 day..wrong never been an issue before. Also told i had a weather delay...it was cloudy and 56 but the driver is new and has been having issues...again not my problem. Also was told will be delivered again today, we will see. Wednesday...still waiting....
I will never choose to ship via Fed Ex again. I had ordered a pie from a special bakery in Maine to be delivered on my husbands birthday. This pie arrived a day late but the main reason for my poor review is that it was delivered and left in the wet area of our porch (it had rained all night and am) AND the pie was placed on its SIDE=when there were 8 arrows on the box showing the correct orientation and bold words that said THIS SIDE UP. Needless to say, the pie was damaged and dented in 2 places. This caused the pie to leak and be ruined for serving to our guests. In trying to talk to a LIVE person from Fed Ex, I have been forced to use an automated system that reroutes me without addressing the problem. I just want to assure that this will not happen again. The bakery is sending another pie and I want to be assured that this will not happen again. Sorry Fed Ex you dropped the ball, er, PIE on this one.
I understand the difficulties with commitment times considering the effects of the pandemic. The issue I have is customer service, I called to pick up a package from the Grove City location. To add context, I received a notification from FedEx Ground themselves saying it would be delivered on a Thursday, later that day it changed to Saturday. I called to ask if I may be able to pick up the package, the customer service representative said it was not there and it would delivered on Saturday. I did not get upset nor was I angry by any means, I was in the middle of my next concern and she cut me off to repeat herself and then hang up abruptly. I was then sent to a survey I did not agree to nor was I asked to take. All I wanted was clarification so I would know this particular branch is not reliable in their commitment times and I could make future plans for a more secure delivery location.
Says my package is out for delivery 5 days in a row. Why do you not cycle your orders? If my package is delivery 250 and you got to 210 that day I should be number 40 on the list the next day. Instead Im back at number 250 and they never get there. Terrible management and logistics. You should all quit your jobs because your terrible.
I have been waiting for a package I ordered for over a month now. They lost the first one and guess what, they have now lost the second one. They have told me numerous different stories and are not helpful in the least. They give you the run around and try to pull one over on you. It has been an extremely upsetting time with FedEx especially considering the cost of the item they are losing. I would say this was a one time incident except they have lost something twice now for me and a friend of ours has had a negative experience as well. He ordered a computer that cost over $2,000. It was due to deliver today but the driver found it more important to go home. He said noone was at the house to deliver to, but they had took the day off to wait for the item. Come to find out the delivery driver was supposedly at their door attempting delivery but still was able to drive back to a warehouse almost an hour away and clock out and go home all within 20 minutes.....interesting they must have called in a Sikorsky X2 to take him back. No, I will never recommend FedEx to anyone.
I had a order from Nike that was supposed to be delivered on 11/26. Instead of them delivering my merchandise they just marked it at delivered. Then my kids gaming tables were delivered yesterday without the chairs. We made contact with the carrier who swore the chairs wasnβt on the truck that they would be delivered today. But everything was marked as delivered as of yesterday.
The pandemic is not an excuse in october of 2021. Other fedex locations have managed to figure it tf out. You all need to as well. I recommend everyone leaving a bad review to call corporate and complain specifically about this location. They will either figure out a way to do better or close the whole location. This is ridiculous. My package has been layovered there for over a week. Everytime i have a package that has to go through this location i basically just say good bye to whatever i ordered. I wish i could pay extra to avoid any of my orders to go through here. Do better employees. This is unacceptable.
2 day shipping for perishable food itemsβ¦turns into 5 days and when I said Iβll come pick up at the hub, they give me a non public hub! So now I have 10 lbs of chicken that will spoil and they have the nerve to tell me it was delivered, which the package is a non-signature requirement!
Well if you gotta ask me Google... I work for FedEx and I go to this terminal daily... as a truck driver I visit many FedEx facilities, however the people that load the trucks are usually pretty nice but way too laid back to shut my door in time, this is an every day thing I have to deal with, tonight I actually got in the trailer and helped a girl finish loading it because I am ready to gtfoh!
Had a package set for delivery within the estimated quoted time. Instead of delivering the package they drove it around Grove city for 4 days past the delivery estimate. When I called I was told it would be delivered by end of day the following day. So I thought ok no big deal 5 days late but at least I know its still coming. Well end of day happend and my package still has not left Grove city. When asked why they were continually giving my package a tour of Grove city I was told it wasnt their fault and I should contact the company I purchased from. Not sure how they are in control of the FedEx drivers but apparently even FedEx doesnt know what their drivers are doing
The amount of packages Ive had delivered from FedEx that come damaged is absurd. I can only imagine that the workers just hazardously throw packages on to the truck with no regard of whats fragile and what isnt. The only good thing I can say about them is the packages are usually delivered on time. But what good is that when the package I received is damaged or broken? If Im having something soft like a hoodie being delivered I feel fine. If I see FedExs name as my carrier and I have something like light bulbs? Ill already start to feel anxious...
Brother-in-law sent a package from California, it arrived per the tracking code provided by FedEx on July 11, per the receipt it was to arrive at my house on July 14th. The package has had a trace on it since July 14th. Today is July 28th since the 14th we have received one call back from FedEx on July 14th. FedEx has dropped the proverbial ball and has not made a attempt to follow-up with its customer. I live 15 minutes from the distribution center and would happily drive and pick up the package. So would I recommend using FedEx. Only as a last option. Lost package, no follow up, poor customer experience. Still waiting on FedEx. Would like to hear from someone in charge at the distribution center at this point. I also feel my brother-in-law should receive a reimbursement for any charges. Oh and the 8xx for customer service my 1st call today.. after I described my situation and request.. dead air for the next 4-5 minutes.
I worked there for a week after realizing they purposely put in a work area that is not for women. I never GOT PAID THURSDAY 03/18/2021 I WAS TOLD MY PAYCHECK WAS SHIPPED EVERY TIME I CALLED I NEVER SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON JUST PN HOLD FOR HOURS I JUST WANT MY MONEY THEY WERE RUDE AND THEY LIED TO ME AND I NEVER GOT PAID !!!!
Im actually an employee here. Ive been here a little iver a year and I must say this is the best place I have worked as far as support. I have had issues from medical to personal with my kids and instead of firing me I was given an excused personal leave so that I could get my affairs in order. I highly recommend applying and the pay is excellent. Stop by and apply, tell them Shamika Thompson (2735060) from smalls sent you. You wont be disappointed!!
FedEx ground is very pathetic. Seems like they lack common sense couriers. Delivering a package to the wrong address especially when it required a signature. Then their 800 number you have to go around hoops to actually talk to someone. They lack a sense of urgency, like youll have to wait to get it. I dont think so well our driver went home. Well then he needs to come back in and finish his job. And after talking to 4 different customer service reps I finally was able to talk to someone who could speak English. I would recommend using someone else as this has been the worst situation ever.
Worst place ive ever workedNothing like the groveport fedex. Groveport was organized, well managed, awear, and were like family your first day. Very professional. Grove city was the complete opposite. Thats why nobody stays yall would have to pay 20$ base pay to intrigue anyone. Not worth the drive serious. Fail tonplan you plan to fail.
I have been waiting for a 2 part delivery since Thursday, first part delivered and still waiting on second part JUST to have DRIVER SAY HE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY YET I WAS THERE ALL DAY WAITING ON IT TO ARRIVE, BEEN ON PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE Via a WONDERFUL FEDEX OFFICE LOCATION MANAGER, as I kept getting hung up on when I called the 1800 number and I have yet to get a satisfactory response! We use FedEx multiple times a week for much shipping but I am at the end of my rope with this whole situation! Driver lied and I cannot get my package redirected as itβs 2 parts and The first part was already delivered.
They are absolutely the worst. My package is on delivery vehicle for last 3 days and hasnβt arrived yet. Today is the 3rd straight day when I get a delivery exception at the end of the day. You call them and they say itβs coming today and it then it never does. They are a bunch of unprofessional people having no pride in what they do and with zero sense of customer service. Shameless indeed!!
Grove City , Oh is the worst Fedex ever!! I have had to call 15 times over a 2 week period for packages that have either been late or lost or delivered to the wrong place..I have recieved at least 6 from them so far and none has been on time. I have one that was supposed to be here Friday as it is now Sunday and it still says in transit...My delivery went from expected Friday 12th to now pending delivery time with a question mark...Couldnt call Grove City itself and the 800 number only gave me a foreign customer service rep that the only thing I could understand him say was if I dont recieve it by Tuesday file for lost package and they will refund me what I paid for it...Keep in mind what I ordered was on sale 1 day only plus a 20% coupon so the money that will be refunded will not cover the price to reorder..or will it be here on the time I need it..plus if I do reorder its going to go thru Grove City FedEx again..and I never want to be a customer of theirs again...So disappointed in this service !!
Long story short, I had 2 packages from the same place out of state. They were both supposed to arrive the same day. One arrived from this location while the other stayed.Hereβs the extended opinion if anyone cares:Im kinda annoyed. I need a computer for school and ordered a mouse and carrying bag all together. HP uses FedEx to ship. My accessories and computer apparently come in different boxes. With order tracking itβs easy to tell when and where a package arrives and even tho both my laptop and accessories were from the same location from a different state, I got the accessories first. Even tho both packages this morning were in the same location, originally shipped from the same place. Iβm just confused as to why two items from the same place, which are sold as together, would be delivered as such. Both had the same delivery date. Now the laptop date changed after the accessories have been delivered. That coupled with the fact that employees seem to give the only good reviews, makes me very much frustrated with this location.
Twice in the last month they failed to get my packages to me on time. This most recent time Iβve had to call 3 times and I received 3 different answers on the whereabouts of my package. Itβs been sitting at the hub on a supposed truck for over 3 days with no progress. If I could choose what parcel service to use it would definitely NOT be fed ex! If I could give no stars I would!
Extremely un-empathetic management (some managers and i am not naming them in the public domain). Yesterday, i had to resign only because of two managers. NO personal grievances. Only I want to warn the upper management that because of some ineffective managers, lacking people skills, the environment is becoming toxic in Fedex Grove City, OH location. These type of managers are not good leaders.
Had a shipment coming for work was supposed to arrive today. Email and tracking said out for delivery and never showed up. Contacted FedEx couldnt get anyone on the phone as the automated system wont let you get a live rep. Now shipment says tomorrow. They never ring the doorbell they throw packages on the porch and leave. (I have cameras and see this). Ive had packages that somehow dropped off the truck in the middle of the street in a totally different neighborhood and some nice lady delivered to me and the box was of course heavily damaged and all Fedex did was keep changing delivery date. Knowing they lost the package! I cannot stand Fedex and hate when companies use them as I always have problems. Not the first time something says it will be delivered and never does. Ill take UPS any day! Poor customer service as well.
Where to start Im a stay at home mom so Im always home. If packages do make it here they are more generally than not tossed indiscriminately. Most of the time they are delivered late with the excuse that I was not available when delivery was attempted. A flat out lie. There is an issue and you cant deliver it? Fine. But to make it my problem? Or they say it needs a signature even though the delivery clearly states that it does not. Best part of that excuse is when they deliver the next day....WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. Honestly one of the worst run companies I have ever been forced to deal with on a regular basis. They lost an entire motorcycle fairing kit last year on its way to the new owner. A box twice the size of me. Weighing at least 50 pounds and they simply could not find it. I cant speak for any time specifically that I have totally been impressed by fed ex. Have spoke to them several times and they dont seem concerned with the state of their customer service. They will do next to nothing to help. Avoid using this shipping service if at all possible.
I had a box full of produce coming. The driver recorded the box as delivered, but our camera never saw a Fed Ex truck on our premises. Fed Ex is giving us the run around about trying to locate our package. It looks like weβre out our groceries and our money.The bottom line is: ship with someone else.
Grove City, OH FedEx is absolutely terrible. If you have a choice to not use this location please do so. They have lost 3 packages of mine in 2 weeks and all they say is contact the shipper and provide more information even though the scan shows its at FedEx. Unwilling to look into any issues at this location. The employees of this location are obviously miserable and have no reason to be working in logistics if they can do a simple job. Cant speak to a Supervisor, cant call Grove City location. FedEx is absolutely terrible all around, terrible customer service, cant understand the broken English of any of the customer service reps, they are unwilling to help in any way.
Made an order from chewy.com for Petey the american bulldog on a Friday, and when I did I was to get 1-2 day shipping. Well it didnt come on Saturday or sunday and definitely didnt come on Monday! My package sat at 2 different fedex facilities for an extended amount of time but by far the worst was grove city! I pray to God I never have another order come through grove city fedex!

Customer and employee parking mixed. Signs not clearly marked for drop off. Went into room that was labeled for package pickup (even tho I was dropping a package) after going into the wrong room that was labeled enter. Picked up red phone someone answered and ask me to leave my package behind glass. No receipt. However parking lot was clean and the people I did run into where nice.
Cant trust the drivers to follow directions. cant trust the company to hold at correct site. They dont tell you the location of the different site. You have to call to find that out. You get there and have to wait 30minutes to talk to someone. I wish there was an option to just opt out of FedEx as a delivery option. They suck
I have been waitng on controllers we ordered last week. Paid a little cpuple dollars to get them faster but nothing yet. They keep saying its coming but nothing yet. Then none of the agents speak English when you call to ask question. Im highly disappointed with fed x and will never use them again. I hate unprofessional businesses especially ones that really dont know whats going on. This coukd have been so much easier and better. Yet im still waiting a whole week later when i was suppose to gwt my stuff on friday smh this is totally horrible
Package has been stuck at grove city Ohio for three days. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I wish I was given the option to pick it up myself. Could have been there and gone. It is impossible to talk to a real person at the call center. I donβt understand why they canβt update their website and tracking information when packages are delayed. Called my post office where the package was supposed to go and they said all the FedEx packages are stuck in grove city and they donβt know why. Said I needed to call fedex. So Iβm stuck with no answer bc fedex doesnβt care.
I worked here a little over a week. Absolutely HORRIBLE management. Only got hands on training for two hours before the next day I was thrown to the wolves. We had only 5 package handlers in our area that night and 4 of us hadnβt even been there a week yet and werenβt fully comfortable performing our job duties without a trainer. The manager on the shift KNEW that 4 of us were new and through out our shift didnβt ask either of us if we were okay, if we needed help or how we were doing. I get thrown into the busiest trailer of the night and my line is constantly getting jammed no matter how hard or fast I work. He would always walk by peeking in the trailers but never once sent anyone who was caught up to help me or even acknowledge that I was having a hard time. This place is an absolute joke. Stay far away
This place is confusing. There was no one at the drop off window, I had to call. Then I was told they do not accept priority shipping so I would have to use the drop box down the road. Well luckily I already had a prepaid label and it was just an envelope because the slot is only big enough to accept that. Itβs also on the opposite side of the road with no where to park so I had to stop and get out of my car while stopping traffic... what a mess! This is not a full service fedex.. Iβm not even sure what they do offer.
I HAVE HAD THREE FED EX DELIVERIES NEVER MAKE IT. CRAZY THING IS IT SHOWS DEPART FROM GROVE CITY AND OUT FOR DELIVERY AND IT NEVER MAKES IT. SO I POSTED TO FB TO SEE IF ITS ME OR DOES IT SEEM LIKE A LOT OF THIS LATELY SINCE I HAVE HAD 3 PACKAGES OVER THE LAST 10 DAYS. EVEN STRANGER I KNOW MY DAUGHTER IN LAW AND HER MOTHER HAD STUFF SHOWING OUT FOR DELIVERY AND NEVER MAKE IT ALSO WE LIVE IN THE SAME ZIP CODE. ALSO TWO CO WORKERS SHOW LAST UPDATE WAS IN GROVE CITY. I DONT KNWO WHAT ZIP CODES THEY ARE IN BUT YALL NEED TO CHECK WHO STEALING.
I have nothing but trouble receiving packages when they come through this location. I have placed several orders that the retailers use FedEx smart post like kohls and final-score. If I track the package and its going through this location Its always three or more weeks to receive it, if they dont lose it first. Never had a good package experience when Ive seen this facility show up on the tracking. Would have given less than 1 star if possible. Terrible!! Go UPS or USPS
Absolutely horrible customer service. Theyve had my package since Saturday, today is Tuesday. Ive tried to do a customer pick up and cannot get ANY answers on where my package is. Next time I order something, if its being shipped FedEx, I will reconsider even ordering it. Ive talked to 7 different people in 2 days, been transferred, hung up on and given NO information.
Horrible drivers. Intentionally back up and damage concrete driveways on private property despite numerous complaints. UPS and USPS do not back up on residential driveways. No reason for Fed Ex drivers and they refuse to stop. I no longer order from companies who partner with Fed Ex for shipping since multiple complaints to corporate have been ignored.
Typical fedex people that work here think theyβre working at the best place and think they better than everybody lol NOO! FEDEX IS NOT THE BESTT wake up ppl thereβs a bunch of better companies out there they use to be a good company no longer like that lol they want deliveries on time but they wont have empty trls when you arrive there then theyβll tell you receiving starts at 1300 so whats the purpose to be rushing if you wont unload trls or have empties
Liars! FedEx is full of dishonest staff and i have cloud-based Nest camera recordings proof. If you did not show up at my door why should you claim you made 3 attempts? I will NEVER use this shady company again. We have several surveillance cameras around our house. No FedEx truck, and no delivery clown, no delivery slip. Then we track the package only hear bogus claims. Shady!
@Adis Miskic - This is totally untrue. I have worked for FEDEX Ground for 4 months and we do a total of 87 trailers per sort (not including the 30+ load and unload areas). There are three sorts. I work in Load and Unload back-to-back and there is no way possible that any trailer could sit in the lot for 14 hours without one of the sorts picking up the trailer called by one of our professional experienced Load Managers to either spot the unload or to call for the load of a trailer. If for some reason that a trailer has more than one destination and we are waiting on a trailer coming from another state (for a load) that is not our fault but the time that it took to get that trailer to our location(weather permits). It only takes us 35 minutes to load or unload each trailer. I am 57 years of age and I have done it many times over and have come from a corporate setting and never done this type of work before until four months ago and have proven I can do this. Now, the real question is what month, day and time did you get the trailer to the lot to be either loaded or unloaded.
Important order from amazon for my small business. Tracking says arrived in grove city on 5-12-17, out for delivery the next day. Around 4 pm I checked tracking and there was a delay alert with no explanation. Later posted expected delivery on 5-17-17. Well now its 5-19-17 and all is says is pending, same its said since 5-13-17.I order stuff all the time, never have problems through usps or ups. They were able to get a package redirected when it was labeled as unable to be redirected. The pick up location is not the first door you see - its the door all the way to the left. Inside there is a red phone. It may take a few minutes, but theyll answer and find the package.
Worst FedEx in the whole US Ive been to. My company does loads to different FedEx every other day of the week and this is the worst one Ive been to yet. 14 hours and counting and trailer still isnt empty. Ive never been at a FedEx more than 2 hours unless Im taking my 10hr reset there.
My review is based on FEDex home/ground, not Fedex Express. After speaking with a veteran FedEx Express (corporate) delivery driver there is a difference. Fedex hom/ground does NOT like to deliver/do their job. From what I was told they are contractors whom bear the Fedex name and are under the FedEx umbrella. They list delivery exceptions which state,β business is closed or customer not availableβ without even attempting to make the delivery. I have called Fedexβs tollfree number twice now this week to complain about the driver and the local hub not attempting deliveries whe someone has been home at my residence almost every day and certainly the days they βattemptedβ to deliver. Today is the 3rd attempt and I am expecting a call from the manager of the hub to discuss the ongoing issue. If I could give a lower review I would it is so terrible that the companies who choose this as a shipper may lose my business permanently since it is such a hassel to get my items.
F**k FedEx. Delayed delivery 3 times in a row within a month. Never again. Im done with you. If somewhere I want something from ships exclusively thru FedEx. Im looking elsewhere for that item. Amazon customers get priority over every one. They dont care about individuals shipping products, they only care about big corporations getting their product out and delivered on time.
Dumbest most useless guards I have ever seen. Inbred girl sitting there with her baby gave me papers to fill out then told me to get out. Did not say where to go. Did not say where to drop trailer. You guys know why your package is latw? Because the guards lose the trucks.
Terrible Place always go with UPS they never let you down ordered a laptop that never came.. called an they said that a weather delay was a problem i said ok... finally 4 days later my laptop came an it was broken an i called to realase my frustration, they said well thats what happens when you order things online.... I was astonished to say the least go with UPS!!!!
Lousy service, Ive called all week because I order my stuff since a week ago and the package was ment to get here today and they said theyre was a delay and I should of asked to change the carrier to UPS because Im sure they would of had my package at my door already. Enough said dont do buisness with these people.

2022-06-06The delivery drivers are too lazy to walk up one flight of stairs for an apartment that is on the second level. Called customer service last week to report my delivery issue and I was assured that it would be deliverers to my door the following week (this week). Sure enough, my package was again left at the bottom of the ONE flight of stairs needed to climb in order to deliver it to my door. Not to mention the fact that the items are perishable and was once delivered and left completely in the sun.

2022-06-06Been waiting over a week now for an order that gave an estimated delivery of last Friday. Didnt actually scan as leaving this facility until the delivery date. Now its showing scanned back through this same facility several days later. They also cant or wont give you any relevant information on your shipment. I would highly recommend any businesses choose a different courier.

2022-04-28Easy in, easy out. Drop and hook. No appointment needed. Most all of our FedEx loads are like this. No waisted time waiting to be loaded or unloaded. A truck drivers dream. π

2022-06-26I ordered from Walmart, it was estimated to be delivered on Tuesday the 28th of June. It was delivered 2 days early on the 26th.Cant ask for better than that, considering I didnt order it to be overnighted. Just normal ground delivery.I ordered it on the 24th of June.

2021-05-09This place is a joke. They have a brain dead employees everywhere between warehouse workers and delivery drivers. Received my box that Ive waited 3 weeks for. 2 of the shelves and I had to wait an extra week for the last shelf when the whole order was placed at the same time finally got the last cabinet piece that I needed box was tore all to hell and back and was laying flat on my wet grass. So now the wood is warped and no good. Now Im waiting for. Replacement

2022-02-17I couldnt get through to a live person. I saw that my package was at a location here in town and I wanted to find out if I could pick it up from there. The package delivery time kept changing. It was 4 days late and then it was promised last Saturday and then they changed it to Monday and it ended up showing up on Saturday anyway.

2022-05-13If I could get it a negative a hundred Stars I would. On Thursday said that the business was closed, this is a home address. they didnt even try to deliver it. Said they would retry on Friday guess what they didnt even attempt to deliver it now were waiting for Saturday, worthless people.

2022-02-02I had a very important car part order online and it said it was going to take 3 to 7 days to arrive.I kept track of where it was at.it was at this location and it hasnt moved from here for 5 days, so I contacted them which was a pain because the only have a limited time to contact them. (Unlike UPS or Amazon which you can contact (24/7)I finally contacted them and they told me it was a lost package (duh) so I had to contact the place I bought it from and have them refund me.I understood if it was a day or two late because the roads were horrible at the time but I would think since it was over 10 days late and at this location for over 6 days that they would contact me and let me know.Now It looks like Im going to have the same situation with another package because it says its delayed at this location.
