I always enjoy going to Fazolis and the food is great. The employees are wonderful and very friendly and the Baked Spaghetti is delicious.The bread sticks are better than Olive Gardens and thats a fact. Great job to the employees and to the food.Its one of my favorite restaurants to go to... Sorry Taco Bell its a tie....Lol
Usually eat in. This time was carryout. Dont think I will ever do that again. The food was awful compared to eating in. Just pour preparation.
Pasta wasnt fresh.....but what do you expect for fast food Italian?
9/18/21 Just got home and checked out my to go order. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It was handed to me ready to go as I was paying for it. I commented on how super fast it was. Upon looking at it now explained why it was so fast. About 25% smaller that the 5 previous Saturday orders. It was missing several ingredients. It had only the pasta and chicken. No mushrooms, cheese and other good things. Will be checking out other places for future Saturday purchases.9/22/21. Guess it shouldnt surprise me that have chosen not to respond to me.
The only reason it is getting one star is because I could not go lower. The tables were filthy my family and I had to bus wipe down our own table. I had to get the vacuum and vacuum up the entire lobby because it was filthy. When complaining to the manager she told me that they was only five people there was nothing to do, when I apologized and try to leave she got angry threatened to call the police and kick me out of the store. My advice never go back to this store while that manager is working.

We bought one of the lunch specials, and it was very tasty. The restaurant was very busy though and our table was dirty when we went to sit down. We also didnt have anyone come and ask if we wanted any more breadsticks. The pop machine area wasnt the cleanest with trash and pop that had been spilled.
They left a salad out and wanted to leave a note for me to get a free salad next time Im there. I told them I paid the extra for the salad at that time and I do not want it later. I told him I wanted my money back. I never got a call back. I never got a salad or my money back.
There was a long line but they took care of as fast and when we got seated everybody acted in a professional manner good food decent price a little high but still decent overall it was worth the money
Where do I begin?Flavor: -5Texture: -5I would have been better ordering my dish through Dominos. A plate of Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is a wonderful dish, unless you order here. Half of my pasta was stuck to one another. I did ask for extra sauce. I barely got a tablespoon of sauce overall. The mushrooms had a weird taste. Not fresh. The chicken was dry like jerky. Either your cooks are lazy or have no cooking skills. I also ordered a Cesar salad. I have no idea what I got. The packet of Cesar dressing tasted like mustard. Wow. I would not recommend this place.
Asked for the premium spaghetti with meatballs and only got the regular. Service wasn’t very good either ☹️
We have been to many Fazolis in our travels and this location in Springfield is by far the best! The dishes were spotless and food presented like a gourmet restaurant. I would go here again in a minute.

The have us expired products and upon talking to an employee named Mackenzie sum asked if they always handed out expired product she said yes we do often and its only expired for two days. So I talked to the manger and was told it should of been thrown out this morning, then noticed it was two days past the data and said Im sorry. Cold nasty ass food.
Very unorganized, there ice machine broke had to wait forever on food. Employees were not helping customers properly. I saw the manager doing alot I gave props to her for bringing our food out and making sure we had everything.

As a delivery driver its a shame they dont care about GrubHub orders. Order was confirmed for 30 minutes and was not prepared. Every employee ignores delivery drivers not matter the platform. Then proceeded to to give major attitude. Im sure there are plenty of people that would like to work...yet of the employees at this location do.
My family and I stopped in while passing through in our semi. Food was very good. However what I remember most was Amanda the cashier and young lady that served us. She was so nice and polite which made our experience that much better. Thank you Amanda for being so awesome.
Not that great! Pasta was under cooked and clumped together. Bread sticks was salty to point you didnt want to eat them. the 2nd star was because of the cheese cake but you really cant mess that up, when all you got to do thaw it out. All around price is to high for this food.

I really like Fazolis I frequent the restaurant a lot, but lately it seems like the service at least in the drive thru has been lacking. The last two times I came thru the drive thru, taking my order was not good...not so friendly attendant, they left things out of my order that I asked for, and the wait in the drive thru was absolutely terrible....I hope you guys get it together. More friendly service, order accuracy, & faster drive thru.
I hadnt been to a Springfield restaurant in quite some time and never satisfied with my order the food was good and warm friendly service and I got proposed to by the tractor worker but all she had was a push pop ring and being a trashy means of proposing, I proceeded forth and told her next time give me a box of Twinkies and a spool full of copper twine. Then we get hitched. Btw. please dont serve pasta dishes without any napkins or forks do you realize that I had to eat the entire meal by taking the lid off the top of the pasta bowl and using the lid like a giant spoon yeah it was quite messy and quite fun not fun just kidding it was just messy and aggravating... you must remember to put napkins and forks and condiments and all bags I run food service for all yalls was born do I need to come up there and be the manager? all in all you guys rule just make sure you get them forks in there or Ill put a fork on all your old butts
I was surprised by the quality of the food and service on my first dine in experience. I would have given 5 stars, but the cashier shorted me $1 on my change. (It wasnt worth the hassle.)
Thank you thank you thank you for letting grown ups order off the kids menu! It was the perfect portion for us! Everyone was so pleasant even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve! This staff deserves kudos for their work!
I love going to eat here. They have great food. Its always fast, the restaurant is always nice and clean and you never have to wait to long on bread sticks either. This is one of my favorite places to eat at and the employees are friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who loves Italian food.

I ordered the spinach shrimp manicotti my order took about 10 minutes to come out so I had to pull forward when I got it home it was incredibly salty.
This place has changed so many times over the years since they 1st opened. I actually worked at this Fazolis before & after it opened to the public. Their spaghetti & meat sauce is still the same great recipe it was when I helped open this restaurant over 25 years ago(I think its been that long ago). I think I must of made like a gazillion breadsticks when I worked their drive-through during lunchtime rush. I wonder how everyone is doing that I use to work with at Fazolis during that 1st year the restaurant opened are doing? I pray The Good Lord above has blessed them all just as he has blessed myself & my family! Sending prayers & good thoughts to you all wherever & however youre all doing! You know who Im talking about, we got that restaurant ready to open for Clark County right after it was built & we worked the day shift, we opened the store for the days customers, I mean the days Guests!

Went here about 6pm placed my order and we waited for 45 minutes until we received our food. I talked to the employee twice and the manager twice about my order. Not once did the manager apologize for being slow or even care that a customer had to wait that long. This was a dine in event an I spent 35 bucks here. This place is a joke and ALL the employees have no people skills so due yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. oh yeah what happen to the come around to each table and see if anyone wanted more bread sticks.
The few staff members working there seem to be polite but very overworked. It’s typical to only see 2-3 people there covering the restaurant. Every item you order is slow to prepare. Seems like they would have some pasta and some sauce on hand? The last time I ate there, I found a fly in my food. When I called to let the manager know, he told me that “just wasn’t possible” and said he would leave a gift certificate there for me to pickup as if I would eat there again.
Ive been here 4 times now and the food and prices are awesome but the staff always seems like they hate life. They are extremely dry and have ZERO personality. I understand this is work but jesus Christ its the hospitality industry would a smile or a laugh kill you? Feels like Im at a funeral dealing with these folks everytime Ive come in....

I gave a 4/5 only for service speed. This is probably the the one place that you will need to make sure you have the time to sit in line. The food is always hot and taste great. The customer service is great.
They messed my order up, had to correct it at the drive thru window and when I got all the way home I realized that my order was still wrong even after retelling them what my order was at the window. We were missing both of our Caeser side salads but were given a chicken tortellini... Our classic sampler platter was sad. It had about a half piece of lasagna slopped into the platter. Really disappointing experience.
Ordered take out while staying near Springfield. We no longer have Fazolis in our area. Great food!

Portions sizes are dismal at best, no silverware. Paid 8$ for a tiny handful of chicken they call 10pc boneless wings. Its literally the size of 1 chicken breast.Did what person below said, no response. Typical try and make yourself seem like you care on here
Not bad for fast food/sit down meal. The one we went to was clean, staff was good and food was hot and served quick. And who doesnt love their breadsticks!
Service is way too slow! The last two times Ive went there have not been the best at all! I went in and ordered to go and they had us take a seat til it was ready so after about 25/30 minutes I finally get up to go check and my order had been brought out and sat on a shelf with nobody saying a word to me or my step dad about it being ready and after leaving I happen to look in the bag only to see they didnt put any bread sticks in there with our meals! Was not happy!!
Hot sauce over cold pasta was served on all 3 dishes. Couldnt cut bottom noodle on the lasagna

The management is terrible, there was nasty grill stuff on my food, and lobster Mac n cheese was half cold half hot, and salad was warm and disgusting. Zero stars if I could. Food was stale and service was poor, tasted like the just warmed up leftovers. Unlimited bread sticks was a joke they gave us one and did not refill after we specifically asked. Second time we asked, wasnt bad we did get bread sticks. Tasted hot and fresh.

Ive tried this place at least twice a year for over twenty years and its still the same. Long wait time, even in the drive-thru and the food is always dry with little flavor. Not worth the high prices. Only positive thing about the Restaurant is it has a great Strawberry Italian Ice. Thats the only thing I would recommend at Fazolis.
My friend and I had wings a salad and drinks, the food had great flavor the only problem was the wings were cold to the touch

Service was great. The food, however, a huge let down. The bread sticks dripped of over doused, soaked up salted garlic butter. The alfrado sauce skempy and bland. Then the salad was just plain, limp iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion slivers and a pack of hard croutons. It wasnt all bad though, just not entirely what my taste buds were expecting and craving at the time. No olive garden, but for a third of the price... You get what you pay for. And like I said the service was excellent!!!
Fazolis started out as a fairly inexpensive Italian fast food place, over the years they have needed to change. While they arent top shelf they have navigated into a very consistent place with good healthy food. A great change from burgers.I am curious to see where they head next.
Waited in line inside for way longer than i should have then as i was trying to order ppl were continuously coming to the counter complaining about their food and though there was another girl standing there the cashier just kept taking off to handle everyone elses situations instead of taking orders. I understand wanting to keep customers happy but when your that busy call the manager to deal with that kind of stuff. I should have just left when i got my food there wasnt enough sauce on it and it was kind of gross with 9 kinds of other noodles in it that shouldnt have been there. Ill be taking yet another long break from fazolis for a while.......

For the first time I had a really bad meal. My lasagna was dry and noodles were hard. They did replace the lasagna but it was partially burnt on the bottom. I have gone to this same Fazolis for years and never had a bad meal until yesterday. I even hesitate to complain because I love Fazolis but I feel you needed to know this!
Nice restaurant with very friendly staff. We ordered the baked spaghetti with a side salad, parmesan crusted shrimp bake with a side salad and parmesan chicken lasagna with broccoli and red peppers and a side salad. Everything was delecious and tasted great. Oh and those breadsticks were terrific.
This is a good place to go for Italian based food. Its fast and fresh, but theyve changed the lettuce that they use to make their salads in the past year, and now it tastes like lawn clippings (very disappointing). I believe their lemon ice drinks have an addictive chemical added however, because they are wonderful!

Dirty....When you walk up to the door, dried food and hand prints all over the glass and door. Mens restroom smells like a mixture of mildew & ammonia.The food, was ok... chicken was rubbery. I asked about Breadsticks, employee advised they hand them out while waiting & eating.. neither happened. ZERO clean forks or spoons.... I was given plastic to go fork... no big deal, just another example of the store being dirty, no clean silverware. Carpet had food on the floor. The floor was in dire need of being swept/vacuumed. There was piles of used/dirty dishes on the tables ... so finding a clean table was slim to none... we luckily got a table that was just wiped off.I wouldnt recommend this store.... drive on.
I remember when this place used to be almost like a cheaper end Italian restaurant. Attendants walking around showering you with warm breadsticks...almost like a wait staff.Now, we get 2 breadsticks each at the counter and you never hear from an employee again.Meanwhile, when we go to the counter to ask for more to-go containers, one employee is trying to wait on everyone while 5 others peek out from the back laughing and horsing around.

I got off work wanting a fresh meal and the price of the lunch meal keeps raising and then to top it off I get a burnt pizza a burnt garlic bread a square piece of lasagna and barely any salad literally like three lettuces and some unsweet tea I am very disappointed.

I went to the Fazolis on East Main in Springfield Ohio. I went through the drive thru and was quickly given my order of baked spaghetti. When I arrived home and open my order, I was looking at a to go container not even half full. I couldnt believe what I was looking at. There was a total of maybe seven bites of pasts for $6.99. I put it back in the bag and returned to Fazolis. The male cashier was very nice and went to get a manager. It was nearly 10 minutes before someone came with my refund. I spent that time showing people in line what they could expect for their money. Several decided to leave and go elsewhere. Never will I go back.
This place knows how to serve their customers. Always with a very kind mindset. The food is reasonably priced, constantly yummy and clean.

Fazolis in Springfield on Main Street put the one in Dayton on Miller Lane to shame. The salads were large, the food was hot, good and came super quick. Daytons Fazolis is slow, small portions and the food was always barely warm when we got it.

I ordered two side salads at the drive thru. I will never go back to Fazolis. There was less than a cup of lettuce, two tiny tomatoes, a spoon of cheese, and two slivers of hot purple onion. Next time I will go to Wendys for my salads. If I could give less than one star, I would.
Very poor service and half the meat and hardly any cheese on my sub, bread was hard also . When made right their sub is one of the best but havent had good service in a few months. Sad

Weve been going to Fazolis fairly regularly lately. Good food, good service, pretty good prices too. Real silverware, real plates and bowls, minimum of plastic. Hooray for Fazolis!

I didnt eat at this exact one but the one i ate at was so great. Im a HUGE pasta lover and i love this place. Everyone is nice and the food is great. I recommend to anyone who loves pasta as much as me.

Good place however would of liked a basket of bread sticks instead of having to wait on staff to bring them to the table and then telling them how many to place on a peice of paper, and would of been nice if the tables were cleaned off and no one was vacuuming while we were eating

2022-05-20Good Italian food at a fast food restaurant. We went through the drive through and I admit I was a bit apprehensive about Italian fast food style. However the food was really good. I was surprised and the food was better than I expected. We has a sampler and the spaghetti was done nicely. Meatballs were good and my girlfriend loved the lasagna. Also had the mozzarella skewers that were delicious. I wish I had this restaurant close to where I live now.

2022-05-09I came, I ate. I MIGHT be back...maybe. it wasnt anything to really rave about. They didnt hear my side of the order so I had to go somewhere by my destination for myself....which was another disappointment there. The only thing I liked was the Italian ice drink thing. It was very sweet but good otherwise.

2022-07-14They gave me the wrong sauce on my boneless wings, hey gave me hot bbq instead of sweet bbq that I ordered. I couldnt eat them bc I dont eat hot flavor. This is the second time they screwed up my order. Very unsatisfied.

2022-06-23I always have the worst time getting items I ordered (especially when ordering desserts). This past visit the staff was incredibly rude and took forever to get us our order.

2018-09-04I went here with my boyfriend. The food was very good, hot and fresh. The service was quick and we had no wait at all. You seat yourself, get your own drinks and the breadsticks are AMAZING. They are also unlimited when you dine-in! The staff was very friendly and treated my boyfriend and I with utmost respect. I give it a 5 star rating! Very satisfied.

2021-08-22Sent my husband for Fazolis today. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce add meatballs. I wanted ultimate fettuccine, except I wanted breaded chicken instead of the grilled because the grilled chickens spices disagree with my old lady stomach.They were very accommodating with our special requests. The food was great and done right the first time. It was hot, even after the trip home. Very tasty and everything done perfectly.The boss at this restaurant sure knows what shes doing. Keep up the great work.I recommend this place for Italian style on a budget. Even their garlic bread sticks are softer and moister and tastier than their more expensive competitors.

2022-02-20The portions are they give you are good. But the bread sticks were cold. The table needed cleaned. Other than that the food and service was good.this time we went through the drive thru and it over a half hour. At least the lady handing out the food was so nice. But the food was not fresh, you would think as busy as they was the food be hot and fresh.
