Always quick service and decent food for the price. Only complaint is sometimes it gets really dirty in the dinning area. More so the floors due to them having carpet.
The food is really hit or miss. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like dishwashing chemicals last time but the pizza was the best I’ve ever had. So definitely hit or miss!
I love Italian food so its an easy 5 stars for me. I also love the garlic jjlbread sticks. Fazolis is a must try you wont be disappointed.
First time visiting in years, did not know what to expect. Was a busy lunch rush for a Sunday. Didnt wait too long for our food. The place was a little trashed from the rush. A few tables were filled with empty plates and trash. Nowhere to take your dishes or throw away your trash. Was unsure if the workers got our plates when we were finished. Food was okay, breadsticks were the best part. If I go back, Ill try something else. But, its not the Fazolis I remember. Place isnt fully staffed like everywhere else, but was glad there was dine in.
I placed an order online. I arrived to pick up the order at the time I was told. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby while my food was sitting on the counter not finished. They made the drive thru a priority. When I got home with my food . I found the pizza was not cut all the way through. All the pasta was cold except for the lasagna. When I got home I found that my order was not even complete. I live 20 minutes from there. I had to drive back up there to get the rest of my order. When you spend nearly $60 to feed your family for your kids birthday you expect them to get it right. With all that said. I will not be back for a long time if at all.
I always enjoyed the breadsticks but they have gone down hill lately there either cooking them to hard or putting to much salt on them
My pizza baked spaghetti was ok. Not enough sauce but my flatbread was inedible. Completely burnt. Our breadsticks were very hard. Could not eat the ends.
The food is pretty good for fast food Italian. The employees always treat me well when I go there and they’re usually pretty fast at getting your food to you.
Very good, fast, and cheap Italian food, especially for fast food. My only complaint is that the quality of the food could be better. For example, the breadsticks were mushy and falling apart. The taste was 10/10, however. The restaurant itself could be cleaned better as well. Overall, pretty good.
I used to love this restaurant and love the food I doordashed my food and I didnt receive my breadsticks with my spaghetti and meat sauce and I called to let fazollis know for them to just hang up on me how rude I wont be returning Ill take my buisness elsewhere where Im appreciated as a customer and get all my food that I paid for

Always the best breadsticks. Food is good, but the menu changes often so something new you loved may be gone next week. Restrooms are seriously cold. Staff is friendly.
Fresh and hot food! The drive-thru line kept moving. The baked spaghetti could have used a little more sauce, but it was still good. Delicious triple chocolate cheesecake.
They serve reasonably priced tasty food!if you are pressed for time, there service is very quick. They have a senior special on Wednesdays!

Waited in line at the drive through for at least 25 minutes! The young lady at the window apologized for our wait and then laughed. And of course, our food was cold. Uhg, so frustrating

Their tour of Italy is pretty good.. you get a nice sized sample piece of 3 different dishes so you get to experience alittle bit of all there goodness. There breadsticks are so yummy!

First time here. Ordered the family pasta and bake meal as a carry out. I was initially annoyed when I called after viewing the menu online and was told the online price was wrong. However, I showed it to the young man at the counter and he said that it was just accidently rang up at full price but thursdays they have a special price on the family meals.All that being said, the food was well proportioned for the price. The breadsticks were delicious as was the Alfredo. If you like very saucy chicken parm, you wont be thrilled. It tasted good but there were a lot of noodles for sauce. Not a complaint though, I think a lot of people like it like that. The cheese on the top was also really good.Overall, good experience and I would get it again.

They went from 2 stars to 4. They are improving. Way to go.Eaten here before. Usually not bad. Today was different. They were short staffed and it showed. Waited a while for my food. So did a lot of other people. Never did get extra breadsticks. I guess unlimited means two breadsticks. Probably will be awhile before I try them again.
If you love pasta this is the place to go. Great food.

We love this place..im glad dining room finally opened back up. We had great service! I had 2 go ask 4 smthn 2x & they were super nice about it...didnt make me feel like i was bothering them at all. The place was clean & they were prompt to clean off tables as soon as someone was done eating! Food was yummy as always!
Went here for dinner with my family, my son loves spaghetti here, but I dont know why lol. Tastes like cheap canned spaghetti to be honest. I got the ultimate sampler, I didnt know what I wanted do 8 decided to try it all lol. The sauce is just way too watery, thin, salty and bland as hell. On the other hand, my boyfriend got two different subs and actually liked them surprisingly.Probably wont be returning again. This place has really gone downhill since I was a kid.
Door dashed over $60 worth of food got no plastic ware which we ordered no napkins and they couldnt do anything about it unless we came to pick it up. If I wanted to go out I wouldnt have door dashed

First time going here. The dining room is currently closed due to staffing issues but the drive thru is open. Id never had Italian fast food before but I was pleasantly surprised. We got 2 different pasta dishes 2 kids meals and 2 cheesecakes. Everything was ready almost faster than most drive thrus and was correct. Everything also tasted much better than expected. Not heavy or greasy and the sauces were all different. I would definitely like to sit down within once there staffing is sorted out and see what its like.
This is a great place to go that wont break your budget. Has lots of food for a decent price. I have always had good service. It seems that they have always done a fantastic job hiring employees that are courteous. Also the food comes quickly. The bread sticks are softer than they used to be, but still a big hit. This is the place we go as a tradition before going to the movies on weekends. Our kids loved it as children, and now as adults.

I ordered take out 2 orders total I arrived but only 1 of my orders were there. I asked the one sweet gentleman n young lady at the Register and they were so helpful. The manager only asked me a few questions n then before I knew it they freshly remade the missing items n not one time did any one of the employees complained. Very professional the food looked better then the pics n was just Apsolutly FANTASTIC!! MY 1st time there started out bad but with the help of the staff and how they all pulled together as a team I left wishing every store, restaurant, n business could just be like.ILL DEFINETLY BE BACKTHX YOU GUYS 😁😍YALL DESERVE A RAISE N PAID VACATION

The food was great - pizza, Alfredo noodles, chicken caesar salad, lasagna. The unlimited breadsticks for those who dine in are the best!! And they currently offer a white peach Italian ice. Nice little spot for lunch & dinner!
Our food came out very quickly, nice and fresh. Employees were very friendly. They saw we were out of bread sticks and filled our plate back up.

Online order was an hour late. Understaffed, inept management. Missing items when I did finally get the order. After watching the staff I certainly wasnt comfortable feeding the food to my family. Hell, I didnt even give my dog any as a treat

Food was really good. The 1 complaint I have is that they stick their fingers inside your cup to hand it to you. They shove the lid and straw inside also. Please start handing out touching the bottom only. Much more sanitary.
By far one of the best restaurants in ohio. Visited Canton site, Hilliard, excellent choices for the prices. Never disappointed. Will be a favorite going forward.

Sitting in drive thru waiting on food, got a good look at the kitchen, wont be back to this place, dirty. Handed food out in a bag that was soaked on the bottom, gross. Order was wrong and breadsticks were not done, under done. We wont return, sadly
Fiance and I havent been to a Fazolis in a long time (4-10 years). We were in town doing DoorDash and decided to take our dinner date night here! We werent disappointed at all. The Thursday deal is perfect, especially since my fiance can definitely eat. Thanks for the great date night dinner! :). We will be back soon!
First time eating from here! Took a long time to get food because they were so busy! Was worth the wait enjoyed every bite. Oh and the cheesecake amazing.
Havent been here in quite awhile. Food was decent, staff was nice and breadsticks were hot. I do wish the Alfredo was a little thicker, it was kinda watery. Other than that, not bad really.
Excellent food at excellent prices. Their bread sticks are so fresh and perfect that they practically melt in your mouth. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly. If youre in the mood for simple Italian food at a great price (fine in or take out), this is the best place to be.

Quick drive through, fresh bread sticks, great portion
This was the first time I had ever been. The food was delicious. I got a sampler platter. Not as fancy as other Italian restaurants, but definitely as good as others. And definitely quicker service. The bread sticks could use a little more garlic and butter, but over all good.
Always good food. Kinda getting stingy with free unlimited breadsticks with dine in only. Also sad when they no longer offered Mr Pibb Xtra.
I dont think its the pasta that makes this place great as it is firmly sub-par pasta that I could easily make at home. Its definitely not the ambiance which gives you a feeling of being in a high class restaurant just without any of the high class amenities. So then it is INDEED the buttery-garlic breadsticks that melt in your mouth upon impact. An Italian restaurant is made or broke by the bread it provides and this place does it best. If you disagree with that than this place is not and should not be your go to Italian food restaurant.
Awesome experience. Didn’t have the drink I wanted when I ordered through Uber eats and they compensated me way more than necessary but it was appreciated. Food was also very good.
Food is not fantastic at any fazzolis, but its cheap and a decent amount of food. This location however, has employees worth going in for. They were all so nice and one older female employee was just the friendliest. She told my daughter many times that she was beautiful and so polite. Made both of our days.
I used to eat here in the Chicagoland suburbs over 20 years ago. I havent seen one in a long time. This was everything I remembered. Yummy, airy, buttery bread sticks. The strawberry freeze hasnt changed a bit. So good! The drive thru service was quick, too.
Im going to start by saying that although weve had a few mishaps (getting the wrong food, missing food) their customer service and commitment make up for it. They over-deliver in that aspect.Now food... Its delicious! Its fast, more affordable that other Italian restaurants, but still delicious! Garlic bread sticks are bomb and its nice that most dishes come with 2 bread sticks, but definitely order extra, because theyre so savory... garlic buttered sticks of joy.Shout out to Chad who made a wrong right! Great manager!

The menu was laid out really well. Ordering was easy, but then it took 20 minutes to get my food at the window. When I got my order it was not correct and I was charged for stuff that I didnt order. I had to go inside and get refunded. Then when I finally got home the food was so bad I didnt finish. Maybe I just had a really bad experience the interior was clean and the cashiers were nice.

Great service today! Went there with my daughter. Servers were kind, courteous, and kept checking on us. Brought a good amount of breadsticks too! They also grated fresh cheese on our pasta. It tasted very good! I got the three-cheese chicken tortellini.
First time here and I love it I love the food and the way it tastes and the service and people that work here are awesome I hardly leave reviews but this is well worth it I will definitely be back very soon
Good food but not the best I have had. The girl behind counter who took our order needs help with her people skills. I thought it was a bit overpriced for what you get. Perhaps drop the gimmick of unlimited bread sticks (nobody should eat that much bread anyway) and include a side salad with entree purchase. My sister was told they had coffee, it was nowhere to be found.

This was my 1st visit in years. The food was as good as I remembered. I was very disappointed with the customer service we received though. When we received our food, my sons slices of pizza werent in the bag. We pulled back around and told them over the intercom.. she acted so confused and asked us to repeat the whole order so we do then pull around as directed. When we got back to the window we had to explain it all over again like we hadnt just done it. Im not sure why it was so hard to understand that 2 slices of pizza wasnt in our bag but it was on the receipt. She went as far as to argue that it was in fact in the bag in the white box but that was the pizza sticks.. they acted so appalled at the idea that they couldve messed up. So she closes the window without saying anything. About 3 minutes later she returns and says have a good night while handing it to us. Never been to one before, surprised there is an Italian fast food restaurant out there. Were on our way home from the mall and wanted something quick; and Italian food sounded good. Had spaghetti with meatballs and sausage. Good price and decent Italian food, but next time Ill ask for extra sauce. Garlic breadsticks come with the meal and surprisingly good.
Same as any other Fazolis. Thats why I enjoy them. No real surprises. Food is good, service was good, restaurant was clean, and it was exactly how I expected.
I usually enjoy your restaurant. But I will never be ordering from you again. My entire order was wrong. I specifically asked for no tomatoes on my tortellini pasta. How did it arrive? Smothered in tomatoes. Not only that, but I got items I did not order, and did not receive items I DID order. I don’t understand this. I work in food service myself and this was just unacceptable. I will no longer be giving my money and business to your establishment. If so could give you zero stars, I would.
I thoroughly enjoy the food and thats what merits the second star. The young lady at the register was great but everything else was pretty terrible. The wait time for two slices of pizza and a bowl of spaghetti was almost ten minutes and a woman behind us had ordered a salad before we got here and we were eating before she was. Poor time management and employee communication/ efficiency.

Waited for 15 min for a side salad and a sandwich which was over toasted to crouton consistency. No napkins in dispenser. Dirty dinning area, and a young lady who was so unpleasant that she had to work delivering food. Thats a 1 Star effort. FYI I teach Culinary Arts to high school seniors. I will not be back ever.

My spaghetti and meat sauce was gross, I tried to choke down what I could but I left most of it on the plate. Salad was meh. Service was awful, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant but it still took almost 20 minutes to get food, and when we asked for more bread sticks they never came. Italian McDonalds.
My fiance & i placed an order through a delivery service. I called Fazolis & requested utensils, plates & napkins. The manager was super nice. They sent those items with our order & the food was absolutely delicious!!!!
I just went there and got a meatball sub breadsticks and cheesecake... The guy in the drive thru gave no fs about this job. I just got home and in my bag the breadsticks were missing my meatball sub had no sauce and 2 of the meatballs were rock hard. I called before they closed and they wouldnt pick up the phone...I will probably never be back. That was a terrible experience.

Italian fast food. This is my first time and last time coming here.A couple months ago I saw a billboard advertising this place. It looked good so I recommended it to a buddy of mine one weekend. He said no way. I thought he was just being picky. Now I understand why.I ordered a large fountain soda. Went to the soda fountain and the Coke came out clear. Thats okay, they have a second machine. The Coke came out of the second machine clear. So I went up to the counter and asked if I could get Coke from their machine. They tried and told me it would be a minute because their Coke was out too. Three machines empty.No silverware available. Me and another guy waited to get plastic forks from behind the counter. And no napkin dispensers on the tables. I wasnt expecting Carrabbas or even Olive Garden, but this was pretty bad.What I can tell you is the workers are very friendly and they were working the whole time. Its not like they were sitting around. Also the breadsticks are unlimited. Theyre good breadsticks too, similar to Olive Garden. On the other hand the pasta is basically the same thing you would get at a Pizza Hut. Not enough sauce to cover the noodles and youre eating baked ziti with a plastic fork.I do want to add one more thing. This doesnt apply to me, but I love their parking and ramp going into the place. If you use a wheelchair then this place has you hooked up really well.

Always quick and always good! What more can you say?! I do miss when they had someone passing out bread sticks though. Sometimes trying to get someones attention at the counter is a bit of a pain if there is a line of people ordering. Other then that we love it!

Italian grandmas yummy food meets Dennys atmosphere with added nostalgic Italian music. Recommend bread stick sliders. Two of them equal one big sandwich. Hubby ordered baked ziti, said it wasnt as amazing as it used to be but still ok

My pizza was burnt to the point that the pepperoni barely looked like one it was brown. My alfredo sauce was runny chicken burnt to point some i could not eat the rest was as dry as a dessert. And the noodles were clumped together and i had to ask for silverware. The breadsticks also hardly had any garlic on them either. I wont be back for a long while worst experience ever there.
Love Fazolis! Great food and good prices. And the bread sticks are better than Olive Garden. Yummy! I get the Ultimate Spaghetti and my girlfriend gets the Chicken Parmesan.

Let me describe my experience in this review. I walk in to a curtain of deliciousness. Drink dispenser flowing with an oasis of liquid love. The availability of Coca-Cola products was a prominent game changer. Been cravin’ great tastin’ Italian cuisine since the closing of Parmesons restaurant out on Rt. 62..RIP.😞💯 Simply put , I had a great experience with my family and they were loving every minute of it. My son said that he would possibly come back for the baked zeetees. As we ate , I notice a fella walking around the dining hall . As Im in business myself, I had a feeling he may have been high up in management. He approached our clan to ask how our meals were and then pleasantly walked away and on to the next party across the way. Wonder who he was? Anywho, Weise had a good time and The food was subpar but delicious. Yens should really put more cheese on your products, I live by the rule:the more cheese the happier the campers. I may go back if the crave persuades me or something like a coupon comes my way😉😉.....

Food is always good...we ordered family size spaghetti today...when I got home I realized there was no salad in the bag, disappointing, I really like the salad. I live 12 miles away and didnt want to drive back. I will go back, I will be sure to double check bag next time!UPDATE...mngt contacted me. Promised to make it right, I sent my address, never heard from them again. Too bad. I wont go out of my way to go there...Too many good restaurants in town.
They LITERALLY microwave their chicken 👎... I Literally watched the cook put my chicken in the microwave!!! My husband said himself that this establishment is not what he remember growing up on..he Loves spaghetti, and lasagna type dishes and he barely touched ANY OF THEIR SAMPLER items... The owner claims the chicken is placed on a conveyor belt 😂😂😂😂.... Which is a blatant LIE... I WATCHED MY CHICKEN GET HEATED IN A MICROWAVE and placed on top of a bowl FULL of noodles.. total waste of over $60... (I digress,🤔 The Italian ice is great)
I work at another Fazolis store back home, and have been up here for college this year. Finally got around to eating at the local fazolies and honestly very let down. Didnt get any breadsticks, had to go up to counter ten minutes after receiving food to ask for some. Both my girlfriend and I got fettuccini alfredo with chicken, baked and it was like warm and chicken was cold. When I tried to return my item to the counter they just looked confused. I love fazolies, and have been working here for two years. Hope it gets better here.

I ordered chicken Alfredo take out and they didn’t put chicken on it?? like that just doesn’t make sense to me how do you see chicken Alfredo as an order, put Alfredo and noodles into a bowl, then say yep this is ready for pick up?? it don’t add up sis. and now my Thursday night dinner is ruined. thanks fazolis. I’m gonna go eat a chicken flavored ramen packet that promises me actual CHICKEN.
Incredibly bland food and the breadsticks were soggy and literally dripping butter (or artificial butter flavoring). Very disappointed. First time there in a quite a few years. Tastes like everything went way cheaper.
Food is fine. Workers were polite. Service was terrible. Sat in the drive though for 15 minutes, at the window for an additional 8, for breadsticks and pizza. Then we were given the wrong pizza.
I like Fazolis in general but this one is really on the dirty side. Bathrooms were pretty filthy. Tables and soda area all needed cleaned off. Forks and commitments (sugar packets lemons ect) were all almost or completely gone and not refilled. You did get bread sticks when they first brought the order out but they dont come back with more like they normally do at Fazolis. The food didnt taste as good as it does at others in the chain and half of our group ended up with stomach and bathroom issues shortly after. I just wasnt impressed and we left feeling icky.
So truly disappointed in our visit to Fazolis tonight me and my fiance have been making a date night out of Fazolis one to two times a week when we are free from the kids we sat in the corner by the door and the trash smelled so bad they had the doors wide open to the trash can full of dirty dishes end trash spewing out. So I got up and moved sits ruined my appetite. I guess I will be looking for a new spot to try sorry about the low rating you seem like someone who would want to know whats going on with their business hope you guys can fix it

Tried the chicken parm for the first time in ages. Big mistake--tasted like Burger Kings pressed chicken, was definitely not a real breast. Ill stick to the spaghetti with meat sauce in the future. As is usual with this location, there was no silverware available.

Good food just doble check your bag 2 times they shorted me a meal which if I didnt live a ways away I could have drove back. But why should you have to?
I love their pasta. The baked lasagna never disappoints. Great food at a great price. Ohh.. and dont forget the bread sticks. I could make a meal on those alone!

Disgusting. Why you ask? I got the chicken pesto penne and the chicken was rubbery, the noodles were soggy, the tomatoes had a funny taste to them, the sauce and cheese was in clumps, not even melted or like an alfredo sauce. I ordered a side cesar, got a house salad. Ended up throwing it all away after 2 bites. Do not waste your time or money on this place, absolutely terrible. If I could do zero stars, I would. Major dissapointment.
Loved the food. However had to ask for actual clean silverware to eat with! All that was out was very nasty like they had not been washed! The service was very poor! Manager who was taking orders and working cash register was not rude but not friendly either not even a smile or please enjoy your food.

The food is alright, you order and sit down and theyll come bring it to you. The silver ware looks dirty because of either the water or the detergent they use to clean it. And they are stingy with the bread sticks we had to go to the counter to ask multiple times for one refill of them, it was difficult getting anyones attention all the staff was talking with each other and looked annoyed when you approached them if they even acknowledged you at all. When they finally came out they were soggy and pathetic looking and the woman that brought them out she sarcastically said sorry. Multiple other fazolis Ive been to that have someone that walks around with a basket and asks if you want refills. Would not recommend.
I placed my order for delivery thru door dash. And my order kept getting pushed back 3 different times. Then I received a phone call tell me they could not complete my order and they canceled my order. So very displeased with this experience. It would have been nice to know exactly why I couldnt have my order.
Attempted to use the Drive Thru however this wet floor sign was in the way...
Years ago, I was never a fan of Fazolis. Wasnt that it was bad, but I just didnt care for it. My wife and I decided to give it a try, and we were surprised at how much we liked it. Much better than I remembered. Glad we gave it a second chance.
We visited at 6:00 pm on a Thursday and there was one individual at the cash register. We waited for about 20 minutes and the line didnt even move, there was about 8 people in front of us. Other employees were just standing around and no one offered to help take orders. Needless to say we left and do not plan on returning. Service is way too slow and not helpful.
I do not know the employees name but he is short in stature. Everytime we go to Fazolis which is quite frequently, the same employee is there Everytime to clean the tables , replace condiments etc. But like I said , one can always count on him being there at work which says a lot about accountability. That is rare in this time and age. Most young people can only think about games to be played all day. Very few thinks about helping their parents around the home with chores. I sure wish that my grandson would look around the house to see where he could help me more.!!!!
Chicken parm. Portion VS price was a good deal, however the pasta was a bit dry. Could have used more sauce.Bread sticks are AMAZING
Fazolis is a really good restaraunt and tastes amazing. When we went there, they forgot our tea and we went a week later, we didnt have the receipt and they, anyway, gave us the tea. That was nice.

Their Chicken Parmesan deal is a deal. Add a drink for $1. Two kinds of pasta and sauce with the chicken parmesan. Hard to beat for the price. Service was good, also. 😁😁
One of my all time favorite places to visit when Im in the area. I grew up with a Fazolis in my hometown so any time I get a chance to relive the memories of unlimited breadsticks and baked ziti I dont even question going here. It may not be the best Italian food in the world but it sure brings all the feels, and thats well worth it.
Its pretty much fast food put on a plate for you. Bit its not bad for what youre paying for. The service is always fast and very friendly.
Their new parmesean crusted Alfredo bake was amazing! Im not usually a fan of Alfredo but Im in love with it. The pizza is a little hit or miss but the pasta always makes up for it. It hit the spot!!
We werent impressed with the family meal for 4 barely had enough for 3 very small portions. And we had to ask for plates while eating in. The staff was polite though.

My grandsons favorite restaurant. As far as he is concerned you can never get too many garlic sticks. This is one place that I can take my picky grandson to eat that he has three different dishes to choose from. He usually goes to eat out at a restaurant and gets the same old thing.
I asked my boyfriend to pick me up a dish. He specifically asked the cashier at the drive thru if it has meat and they said no. He came home with the food (30 mins away) and it had meat in it, so much so that I cant eat it. Im really disappointed because I really wanted Fazolis tonight so I didnt have to cook and now I have to anyway.
Food was ok at best. Its obvious they microwave the food. Part of my dish was to hot to eat the other half was to cold

This place is litterly the worst place to eat! The food was horrible! The people working looked like they hated their lives. The restuarant was extremely dirty. Food and crumbs all over the floor, I was scared to see what the bathroom looked like! Ill never go back! Worst dinning experience of my life!

I went through the drive-thru Sunday around 9 pm. I ordered two spaghetti w/ meatballs, three chicken fettuccine Alfredos and an Primo Italian sub. When the person at the window handed me my food, she handed me bags stating what items were in each bag. I took her word for it since she repeated it all back. When I got home in Akron, I found out there were no meatballs in either spaghetti container, and there was no Primo Italian sub. I tried to call. The line was busy. I called at least twenty times. Line was always busy. Why? Im guessing they took it off the hook. I I finally reached someone today. I told them what happened. He, the manager, said he couldnt help me without an actual receipt, which the window person failed to give me. I told the manager I can show them the actual transaction through my PNC phone app. He still was unwilling to help me. So, I ended up with sub average food, hard breadsticks, dried spaghetti noodles, without the meatballs and no sandwich that I paid for. They have my money. I want to be compensated for the items they shorted me on. I would advice anyone who orders to-go items to always demand a receipt; and check the bag to make certain your order is right. Dont take their word for it. They dont seem to concerned about making things right, whether it be food orders or just doing the right thing.
First time I wouldnt give it 5 stars. Breadsticks ran the gamut from almost raw to perfect. Alfredo tasted like it had alot of celery salt in it. My daughter ordered chicken parmesan with meat sauce and had to take it back to be redone because they had used marinara sauce.

Super cheap yet it was light years ahead of olive garden, even unlimited breadsticks. Portions are also humongous, come here with an appetite for amazing Italian food.

Went there for the first time on Sunday . The place was far from full , there were no clean tables to sit . Had to ask for someone to clean a table which they did do but only the one we wanted to use . We were sitting in a booth across from the soda counter . I looked up at the wood on the walls , it was filthy , dried chunks of food , sauce that looked like a child had smeared it around not just at our table but the entire wall . At this point i had pretty much lost my appetite , pitched the rest of our meals and left .1st and last time there .
High prices for the quality of food that you are getting. The quality of the food has been declining for quite some time.
I miss having a Fazolis near me. This place was very friendly and was able to get me some more tea from behind the counter when it ran out next to the machines. Even came around and asked how my meal was! Thank you for the courtesy.

2022-03-28Havent been here in years and I know a lot of people like it but it just isnt my thing. Kind of reminds me of the same quality as CiCis Pizza. Its cheap and it tastes like it... but definitely a good choice if youre looking for a decent quick lunch on a budget.

2022-05-09First time here. Ordered oven baked sampler, orange icee, and orange cheesecake. The breadsticks were delicious buttery goodness. Alfredo, lasagna, and spaghetti and meatball were all very good. I thought only getting 1 meatball was a little skimpy though. Food was a good value for the money. I ordered online for takeout, the food was ready on time and still warm when I got home.

2022-06-19Ordered online and picked up at the store. Mind you, this was our first time eating here. The inside of the building looked dark and honestly didnt look open... so we picked up via drive thru. When the lady took our order she said to just pull up and then proceeded to pretty much yell at us for not coming inside to pick it up off the shelf. Had an attitude about it. All she had to say was to come inside and we would have loved to! We just have never ate here before and the email never specified pickup procedure. She made the three of us feel so bad about ourselves for not knowing any better.. Food was decent but the snarky employee is the reason we will not be returning.
