The worst raw meat my children did not stop vomiting to bite the amburguesa and feel the meat frozen and raw and the manager in charge did not even take the time to listen to what was happening told us that she did not care that it was not really her problem she turned around and left😡
Ive stopped by this location for breakfast 3 times now. Each time I order the Big Breakfast with Hot Cakes. Nothing special, just like they have it on the menu. They are yet to get it correct. No hash browns or no syrup and butter each time. For such a simple order you would think it was intentional how bad this is.
I ordered a crispy chicken bbq bacon sandwhich. First time it came out as a burger, second time I got over cooked chicken, no bacon at all and my pickles I picked off had onions on that I specifically asked not to put on there. Completely dissatisfied. They need better management and better workers who want to do their jobs.
This McDonalds is the worse restraunt I have ever been to. This is not the first time we have been here and something or many things were wrong. I ordered 2 kids meals and they advertise the toys as being from the new Lego movie well we recieved 2 Descipible Me toys from 2017. I can deal with the toys being old thats not a huge deal but I ordered burgers no cheese its the 100th time I have received a messed up order. Usually we do not eat at this one but it was convenient tonight. The inside of this McDonalds is disgusting none of the workers worry about washing hands before handling food and every worker I have every placed an order with or delt with has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope this McDonalds takes a look at what is going on here and fixes it .
Well Ive left bad reviews on this place before decided to try it one more time the food was just a shity as it was last time the service was even worse stood there for what 15-20 minutes to get cold nasty food and the food was very poorly made like my neck chickens dont even have any sauce on them will never go back there again and I will not tell anybody I know to go there
The woman whom took my cash at the window got irritated with me because she asked me what my order was an my response Im the only one In line? She got mad and aggressive started cursing at me just like a degenerate would. I asked for management whom was a young man. He laughed at me refused to give me my receipt or a way to complain or get this on paper. Told me to get online and shut windows in my face. Great example of doing great business.
I went to the location on MLK jr drive in Greensboro NC around 9:30 pm on 4/4/21 and the cashier said through the intercom that they were closed. When I said that their sign said they close at 11 she began to laugh through the intercom and continued to say they were closed.Its unfortunate I made this complaint early last month and A manager called me about this and said she would send me a gift Card to compensate for this but we never received it. This proves that McDonalds not only doesnt stay open according to their posted hours but they also dont honor their word. Worst experience ever!!!!!! Do not go to this location!!!!!
Would rate zero stars if I could. On multiple occasions, I have ordered McDoubles and been served sandwiches with only a single patty. Ripoff!! Add to that the frequent errors in orders (sweet tea given when unsweetened was ordered, etc) and the lackadaisical attitude of the crew, and this is one McDonalds that, while the most convenient to me, will never get my business again. Go to Wendys down the street!
Go-to get food they dont answer on Sunday at 5pm in inner lane for like 5 minutes but a car comes right up and gets answered on outer. Pull up to pay window give them order get to pickup window only to be told latte machine down. This is always ongoing here. Dont go there.
One of the worst Mcdonalds In the Cincinnati areaThey apparently do not know how to run the drive through which has two lanes. A car in front of me and myself was in the first lane and then 3 other cars in the 2nd lane got served before we did. Obviously the person running the drive thru cant do their job right. And dont get me started on getting the orders wrong like they do most of the time
Although its fast food and who hasnt had McDonalds a million times, however, this was one of the best tasting Big Mac combo meals Ive had in a long time. Fries and sandwich were both fresh and still hot when I got home. This is soo key for customer satisfaction =Hot Fresh Fries.
I tried to go to the McDonalds on the Westside of Hamilton Washington Boulevard I was going to spend 30 plus dollars on chicken nuggets and fries amd two drinks they asked me did i want any sauces? I requested their new sauces and they told me theres no way I could get the new sauces unless I pay for the meal that they come with and I said okay so then I canceled my order and I told him I said when I go to High Street they will give me the sauces. So I come to High Street and called the lady b4 i got there she gave me the sauses and let me place my order in a very timely manner, so it was very professional their manager also apologized for the other stores Behavior. Overall a very pleasent experience they righted the wrongs of their ignorant westside counterparts🙏
75% accuracy... Sometimes the food is very dry and has sat out too long, or been reused from previous orders. The staff is typically courteous, which is great, but otherwise a bit rude or simply quiet. McDonalds should be 100% on point, every time, so Im giving a low rating...
This McDonalds has messed up my order so many times. Today took the cake. Their inside of their restaurant is closed so you are forced to do drive thru or curbside.... the drive thru was busy and i pulled forward approximately 5 feet to check my order. They forgot my mcnuggets so i called to tell them in hopes that someone could bring them out.... i was required to come through the long line with my other food getting cold. When i got theough the line i told them why i was there they looked at me like i was crazy and took another 2 minutes to get my order... no apology or attempt to reconcile the issue... i am all done with this location.
This has got to be the worst store in Hamilton. They have not gotten my order right in the past 2 months. Don’t know if it’s training or management, but staff just doesn’t seem to care. Manager’s will fix the mistakes but who wants the hassle everytime you go there. You might as well ask for the manager to take your order and cut out the middleman.
My go to for breakfast before work. They normally have my burritos with extra cheese ready for me 😉.Edit: they said the big boss told them theyre not aloud to put extra cheese on the burritos anymore. This is not my go to anymore, actually I wont go here at all anymore.
First off, the website says the lobby is open and it wasnt. They messed up my order which I understand is pretty normal for this location. Ask for salt and pepper, they didnt even put that in the bag. The big Mac was not good and hot. Need I say anymore? Very poor service.
Staff cant follow instructions and food was cold i asked for a number 9 which comes with 2 cheeseburgers and fries i requested no pickles and to make sure to give me ketchup packages. The meal was handed to me there were no ketchup packages the burgers had pickles and and they were cold i mean the cheese didn’t even melt.
Surprised at the service. Went in the drive through. At the window, the young man handling the transaction was obviously less than thrilled that we were there. Our order was missing a cheeseburger so I went back inside and stood at the order pick up area and felt invisible. I waited longer at the counter than in the drive through. One of the young men who does the cooking was drumming on the equipment with a couple of straws. He seemed to have nothing better to do. When I finally spoke with an employee about missing a cheeseburger she said she would get it for me. I got the impression that I was interrupting her progress on whatever else she was doing in order to correct my mishandled order. This is not a McDonalds that I normally go to. I would most likely, in the future, drive out of my way to another one rather than go here. Hopefully others have had better experiences.
Please do not go to this McDonalds, if you dont want your order all messed up or your food cold do not go! One of the managers there whom is African American, not sure of his name thats why I said that. He is very cocky and very rude! Every time we go there, there is always a problem with our food or our order. The last time I was there was a couple of days ago, and guess what? Yep! Food was cold and forgot our burger and fry again!!! I told this manager about this and explained to him that I was on my way to work. Well he told me that he couldnt replace my order that I should have brought the food back in. Lol, first of all, I shouldnt be bringing my food back in the first place if they served their food hot and got the food right to begin with. I told him that I was on my way to work that I just couldnt come back because of your mistake, he said that he couldnt do anything about that without the food being brought in. Im sure if he was on his way to work, he sure as hell wouldnt turn around and bring it back. Like Im sure if I was to call my employer and tell them that, I dont think, I know I wouldnt have a job anymore!!!
It was horrible! I waited for 15 min from 20 nuggets, a large fry and a sausage &egg McDuffie. When I went in to see what was taking so long. They proceed to tell me that someone gave my food away and they would have to remake it. Then I get home only to discover that the fries had NO salt at all and the McDuffie was stone cold. I will NOT go back to that store again.
I get off really late at night, 2am. Im always forced to go through the one on route 4 because A) they only accept cash, and B) it takes anyone literally 20 minutes to say anything on the drive through speaker. Im waiting as we speak and its been 25 minutes. No one has said a thing. So yeah... definitely do not recommend this location.
Well...theres no good way to begin what I saw and experienced. There were only 2, count them 1, 2 employees at McDonalds last night. How do you expect a restaurant to stay open under these conditions? Add in that this is an extremely busy location and they were taking orders at the second window?! The gentleman was taking your money and then making, collecting and bagging your food with no gloves on after handling dirty currency.The cherry on top was the Bud Light can in front of the iced tea containers. Unprofessional, yes...but the bigger picture is that you drove your employees to drinking?! Your management staff and location owner need to go back to square ONE. This is like business management 101 here. You have to provide your employees with the appropriate tools they need to complete their tasks.The fries: freezing cold in the middle of the box and hot at the bottom and warm at the top. I dont even want to know how that happened! I just never want to experience this again!
Food tastes like it was left out in the warmer past its shelf life and the fries tasted like they were re heated in the microwave. As a former employee with McDonalds, I know for a fact that if I was still working the food that was received would not have made it past the first trash can. Absolutely nasty, definitely will not return to this location.
The worst service ever. I was over charged. I know because they refused to give me a receipt after I had already paid for extra Oreos for my McFlurry. Now when I asked where the extra Oreos were because I asked for them on the side she said I put them in the McFlurry there were no more Oreos than what was in a regular McFlurry yet I paid over $4 for a McFlurry and did not get what I normally get when I go to any other McDonalds. Very very poor service I used to work for McDonalds I know how to serve how to prepare all the food and how to treat customers which is the most important and they were very very disrespectful including the manager. Some might say this is Patty because its over an Oreo McFlurry but this is not over and Oreo McFlurry its about being respectful and giving people what they pay for
Did the self serve kiosk and it didnt take a credit card so still had to stand in line to give them my ticket to place my order. According to the instructions they were supposed to bring my order but didnt. You would think if they were busy the fries would be hot and fresh....they werent
You expect places to be busy at lunch time, its a given. But, lets just say at the pace the cooks were trying...not really... to get orders out, in addition to not keeping up with Frys. The place was drowning. There were people coming in from the drive thru with one complaint after another. We werent in a hurry, but people were on their breaks, they were in a hurry. You was going no where fast there today. I wish I would of got the names of an older Man Manager, and a young lady working the drive thru taking orders. This man came from the back and I mean he was amazing, apologetic and kind. The lady manager kept taking orders and they couldnt keep up. She should of jumped back and forth to help out. The young lady with the Mic on her head was taking orders... physically outside, while taking new orders on the mic. She seemed to be doing it all. I just wanted to thank them both for looking over the negativity and for making the best of everything. It did not go unnoticed.
I am giving 5 Stars because they are trying very hard to improve. The management is a lot better. And while I dont Agee with a previous poster saying every one has 4 year degrees (or why would they be working there?). But no matter what education.. The cashiers and front area seem more professional, warm, polite and friendly. They seem to go out of their way to make sure everything okay and will even bring food to your table. So..like me..I hope you give them another chance. I have not been through drive through.. Only inside. And their Mocha Frappés with extra chocolate are the Best!
We sat in the drive through for 11 minutes at the order spot, where after 5 minutes they said be with you in a minute. They left their mic on and we then sat and listened to them all argue amongst themselves over the speaker, until finally driving away. Maybe they have good food, but who knows.
Fries were cold and suoer greasy. The customer service was not there. They just handed me my food and shut the door. The guy on the Mic could care less about what he sounds like. They forgot the apples pies. Received some kind of birthday pie instead....it was okay! Not like apple pie though. My burger hahaha I think They gave me all the fires grease as well. It dripped everywhere. But I had a decent sized order and it came fairly fast somehow. So Ill give them props for their speedy service lol.
Got 2 strikes from me. 1st they gave me an unsweet tea when I asked for sweet.2 it takes more than 5 minutes anytime of day I go through their drive thru.3 I sat at the speaker for 5 mins and was told 3 times with an attitude to hold on an during the 2nd time I had asked for nuggets and the employee said u said a fish sandwich right and had previously yawned after she said um can u hold on and then got an attitude with me and told me to pull forward without me ordering anything. Im very upset with this mcdonalds. It was very unprofessional and rude. And it took another 10 mins to get out of the drive thru. Im done getting anything here. Its not worth the wait. I promise.
I went thru drive thru. Had the wrong order. Went back around and asked them if plastic ware, salt,butter, and jelly was in the bag. They said yes. Went to park and wasnt anything in there. I got out went into restaurant took 8 min to get those items. Made it out to my car, the biscuit was so hard that plastic ware couldnt cut the biscuit and of course it was coldby this time. Cold gravy is not that good. So i wish i could have gave a half of a star because they dont deserve a whole star... Awful
Went at 10:45 pm and was told to pull up to the second window and they would take my order. Sat in line for 15 minutes and finally got to the window and was told the ice cream machine was down. Wouldve been nice for them to tell me that when they said to pull forward. Also, the ice cream machine is down 9 times out of 10 that I try to order. Why do they even have ice cream on their menu if the machine never works? Doesnt make sense.EDIT: Just wanted to make sure everyone knew I wasnt putting up a 1 star review up based on 1 visit and bad experience. Their ice cream machine is down very, very frequently and Ive dealt with questionable customer service from this location times before.
Nasty will never go back. Just went to meet a friend for a coffee. I ordered a small mocha cappachino took one sip and it tasted burnt. Got a second one and it was worse than the first they also didnt put Any mocha in the second one at all tasted like a frothy unsweetened burnt coffee. It even smelled burnt. My friend agreed. It also Took nearly 20 minutes for the replacement.Was a long line after I got the second one, didnt have another 20 or 30 minutes to waste, so I just threw it in the trash and left. It was 2$ for a very small cup that they dont even fill up all the way.Sad that even at 9:30 am they didnt have Fresh coffee made and was serving stuff that tasted like it was sitting on the burner for hours.
Can I give 0 stars? Worst establishment ever! Almost always filthy restrooms and dining area. Drink station is usually pop and ice everywhere. I would hate to see the condition of the kitchen. Last 2 times there wait was over 20 minutes and then last time I waited in line 10 minutes while cashier chatted it up with 2 crackheads ordering 2 McChickens. Last time I will ever try and eat there again!
Poor service, rude, you request a manager and get the same attitude, i don’t understand who hires these type of employees, you expect them to be professional and get the complete opposite. Had a very negative interaction with an manager by the name of mr. Eric, worst professional experience I’ve had. Very rude, unhelpful, non polite. I just don’t understand. Cashier was pretty polite, the manager spoke so rudely to the crew member. Every time the crew member attempted to help me, it seemed to go on deaf ears off management never again will i visit this establishment. Unclean, addicts just allowed to linger. Smh
Their food is no longer tasteful! I stopped for a bacon egg & cheese biscuit. The biscuit was as hard as a rock, & crumbled with every bite! The coffee is nastier than it ever was, & I absolutely hate the automated order system.I much prefer the croissandwich @ Burger King! I can chew them without chipping a tooth, & Burger King coffee tastes much better than MacDonalds coffee!I will not return to any MacDonalds stores!
After waiting 12 minutes to get served it took another 20 minutes to the minute! I asked the manager why and his reply was I dont know I wasnt here and several orders were done wrong and he just walked away from me. My order was One Big Mac 110 piece nugget one quarter pounder with cheese two cheeseburgers two large fry two drinks
We stopped for an ice cream treat and machines were down. So thought wed have a blueberry muffin but they dont have them there. Tried to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper in either stall. One small positive note, the cashier was pleasant. While machines do break down, there is no excuse for not keeping the toilet paper filled. Obviously they are not doing daily maintenance on their McCafe machines because they said their tubes were all plugged.
I ordered a mcgriddle with only sausage and cheese. They rang me up on screen for sausage mcgriddle add cheese. Checked sandwich after pulling away from window. No cheese. Pulled around front of store to park and get sandwich fixed. Took a while to get cheese on sandwich. Got in car to check before I ate and cheese was in 3-4 different pieces. Too much hassle for 1 simple item ordered. Took 6 minutes from ordering to receive sandwich not including time to get it fixed
Easily the most ratchet McDonalds Ive ever been. Got my order wrong, then when I try to have it corrected they want to make jokes and clown to the point I was no longer comfortable with them handling my food so I asked for my money back. Then dude in the back wanted to mock me asking for my money back. Of course the manager did nothing. Overall the service was unacceptable, Ill never eat there again out of fear Ill catch an assault charge, not to mention my food being messed up or tampered with.Save yourself some trouble and drive an extra 5mins to another McDonalds.
They need to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. The workers are always awful and they act like they dont even care about the customers and there food. Every time I go they always mess up a simple order and my food is always cold. This McDonalds is terrible and it brings shame to the McDonalds name. If there was an option to rate it zero stars I would. Nobody should ever go here even if your starving... Its not worth your time one single bit!!
I always have issues at this location. I had to correct my order three times at my last visit. First they couldnt take my order correctly, then they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I checked my receipt they charged me for my items separately instead of a meal so I was over charged.
This specific location is the only McDonalds I know that consistently screws up my coffee. I just bought a large coffee, 2 creams + 2 sugars. The coffee was bitter and burnt and was not fit to drink. I dont care if coffee is not in demand at 12:45 am. If its on the menu, keep it fresh. Stop selling paying customers the leftovers from God knows when. I wont be back.
For whatever, the drive through was run out of only 1 window, the Wait was almost an hour (45 minutes), I said no receipt please then the cashier hands me the corporate recepit that doesnt list my order but just the cash total, and the order was wrong when it was handed back to me and was without any sauce that I asked for. A couple cars pulled out of the drive though it took so long. McDonalds is definetly not worth that wait. This McDonalds has no business even being in business.
My order was messed up multiple times and was still incorrect when we got home and one meal was not edible. Not to mention everything being cold because of waiting for them to fix things over and over again. Maybe if they ever had a grown up working nights they might get something right. Definately the worst McDonalds ever!!!
Always the last choice as far as McDonalds locations to stop at and it NEVER goes well. Waited 18 minutes last night for a single cheeseburger... one cheeseburger. I had to knock on the drive thru window to even get their attention. Never right.. never good. Go a little further down the road for good service and food.
I go here all the time .but they need some real management. Always dirty. Staff looking at their phones rather than doing their job. Icecream machine always out of order. The staff is told to harass people to keep out the homeless,bums.but they do it to anybody. I get my wife and 2 year old to sit while im waiting for food,i have busted them harrasing her yes they apologize maybe give you free drink,but it still makes me angry. I live close so im stuck with this but if you dont have to go here i wouldnt...
Fast food is fast food, so Im not expecting filet minion. The food was edible and I received service with a smile on this occasion from a brand new employee in her teens and still learning the register. Ive had several negative encounters with overzealous employees posing as security, once even toward me, but overall the mentality is accommodating if not friendly. Strangely, it is several of the younger employees who have figured out that actual customer service in the food service industry comes with a smile.
They never can get our order right. A fish sandwich and a double quarter pounder. Nothing special right? 2items and 1was missing and we waited even at that. Not my idea of $15 dollar an hour worthy. Start getting the orders right and then you can call it skilled labor.
I come in this one almost every day with my child after I walk kids meal and large tea. Today my husband went in tried to get a drink carrier couldnt so his drink hit the ground. We got a kids meal a 20 pc, and 4 cheeseburgers and 2 large drinks the cheeseburgers where cold the nuggets taste like the grease has not been changed the babies fries was cold as ice. They stand around and dont pay attention to costomers. I worked at this site a long time ago we would have been fired acting like they do the other day a elderly gentleman fell because the floor was soaked and no sign.Something has to be done before someone gets hurt or sick. Usually things are friendly there.
3rd shift has limited food . Couldnt order at the speaker . Had to wait more than 30 mins just to get cold food that wasnt the way we ordered it . Total disorganization . Was surprised that as long as the wait was our food wasnt fresh . Very disappointing. Wont be returning !
I just sat in drive thru for 20 mins without being acknowledged, spoken to, anything. I come into lobby and staff is just standing around in a dirty store, no one being helped. Where is the manager/staff sup to motivate her staff, take some damn pride in your job and just doing something???
The food as far as getting it out to us is usually a ten to fifteen min. Wait if you go to the Rt. 4 , Liberty Township location. My fiance orders anything and everything plain as weird as that is ,but they never get it right. Although the ticket on the back said it was ordered correctly. I simply dont understand why????
Im not often here, but not once have they gotten my order right. Ive been passing through this area for 15 years and not in 15 years has my order been completely correct. Once I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions and recieved a bun, cheese, pickles, onions, mustard, and ketchup. Wheres the beef indeed? Even if the order is a simple large coke, that is all please. It in inevitably diet. Or Sweet Tea. Or Sprite.. Every. Time. Dont use the drive-thru.In spite of wrong orders...Three stars because its usually clean, they are normally fast, the bathrooms are clean, stocked, working. The employees are courteous and often friendly, they dont screw up my change. Its a McDonalds, and other than always getting a messed up order, everything else is right.
Charged for 2 happy meals got one in a box and the other one in a bag, asked for the box it comes in cause I had 2 kids.. nope didnt get it but they sure took my money.. thanks MC Ds for the way my baby cried and didnt understand why you wouldnt give him his box.. last time you get a dime of my money
This is the worst McDonalds around Im going to make a complaint to the main office, I had waited like 10 min. or close to it for just a coffee and water there was nobody at the window they are lazy Im not saying all of them but it pisses me off that they dont provide service to theyre customers to me its disrespectful. I dont want to go there again also they never make shakes at night i know theyre doing that on purpose.
New workers who do not know what they was doing, manager pulls the guy off to check out while hes in the process of taking orders. Handing out flat pop with no ice. Received my cheeseburger but it had no meat.Store was dirtt. The frappe spoon was dropped in the floor picked up and used to make peoples frappes, that is so nasty !!!Will not go back to this McDonalds ever again
This location SUCKS... I waited in line for 15 min before I ordered. the lady behind the counter was giving her friends free drinks who didnt have to wait in line. Then I had to wait for them to fix 3 orders that got messed up.I finally got to order. I ordered 3 items and my order was still WRONG.
The 24 hour drive thru is a joke. I work second shift so its about 11:35 pm when I use the drive thru. They refuse to take the order by speaker and tell you to place it at the window. Then I sit behind two cars , the first of which is placing his order. I timed it, it took 12 minutes to get to me, and another 6 to get my food. So 18 minutes at a fast food drive thru. I went to Burger King the next night, and times it. Four minutes. I think I found where Im going to eat for now on when I get off work.
Terrible restaurant went through drive Thur because of the pandemic the employees didn’t feel like making breakfast anymore even though it says all day breakfast menu. Unprofessional isn’t even strong enough of a word to describe how poorly run this store is everyone working there is rude and the manager can’t even to maintain an ounce of professionalism. I would not suggest anyone eats at this mcds
Went today 245 pm to use their app, couldnt see all code but barcode was OK, girl waved scanner quickly and didnt even try and said it wont work if u cant see code, well try is what I would think. anyway this McDonalds is always messing up and frappe machine down always.
Waited ten min behind one car the place was dead most workers were outside smoking and vaping or nomadically oscillating around the inside like they were lost. Went to the west side it took 10 min to be served this is with a 5 min drive and we had one car Infront of us. Management is Marvin Lewis status, or so it seemed the way their team was working🚫💸🚭🚽🕛🕧🕐🕑🕝🕝🕞I was starving too. All good tho everyone messes up sometimes.
When we ordered our food the guy taking out or order was rude and sarcastic.The cashier was nice at the first wind but when we went to the second window the staff threw our food at us into our vehicle. Once we were handing out the food in our car to our kids we had half our order missing and our food was cold we will never come to this location every again!!
I loved eating at McDonalds when my child was elementary school but now McDonalds is so expensive I would rather eat at a restaurant that you go in and sit down then order something from McDonalds and their McFlurry machine is always shut down by 8:30 or 9 at night but they tell you its broken
Waited 15 minutes in drive though, went inside to get my order and was told they didnt have an order. Showed them my receipt and they said sorry we lost the order. Gave my money back and I left! Terrible customer service . This was the McDonalds by the Court House by under pass. In Hamilton.
WOW!!!! This place needs help.... let’s start by saying getting an order right is like hitting the lottery 1 in a million.... then how hard is it to keep your ice cream machine working? Then follow that up by the specialty coffee drink section that has been broke (or to lazy to do something about) for weeks now!!! Then to top it off why are they always taking cash though the window late at night with no receipt? If this place is what McDonald’s is working toward its defiantly the wrong direction. Then put a complaint in good luck it’s not going to do any good your thoughts don’t matter!!!!
I visited this restaurant pretty late at night, (this restaurant might be okay during the day) after I ordered the two people working there looked right at me and walked out of the side door. They stood outside talking for at least 15 minutes so I ended up driving off without my food.
Very bad service person taking orders was not paying attention at all and messed up our order after tens minutes of trying to explain what we had a manager finally came over and fixed the issues and we paid then when we got our food they gave us the wrong order anyway worst experience ever
McDonalds at Surrey Square is not the flagship store of the franchise. The staff appears to include some good employees, but the inconsistency of service speaks to a management team unable to inspire loyalty. It just feels chaotic in the dining area, and not comfortable enough to linger after the burger has been consumed.
Horrible, go to a different McDonalds. Messed up my order in 4 different ways, the fries had no salt, they had no toys for the kids meal we found that out after we sat down. You know kids when they dont get their toy. No ketchup packets the list goes on it seems. Do your self a favor visit a different one in hammalton ohio.
Well after waiting for 15 mins to get my food, i was handed the wrong order, when asked to speak to a manager about the situation, i was rudely approached by manager mr. Walker, whom politely snatched my bag from me and i observed him rudely talking to other employees about fixing my order, once complete he made it his business to act as if i did something by acting sarcastic, rude, obnoxious about my order. I asked him could i have his name, he replied for what? Do you need something else? I said yes your name, he said his name in a manner as if.... so what? And? Needs better management, they dont care here and are extremely rude
I park here all the time for hours and never have any problems.The fries are cold and soggy just how I like them, like they just came out of the freezer and have been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. MMMM.The bacon is floppy and the buns are stale.The bathrooms smell a little funky but its okay as they are very roomy and remind me of home.I would recommend this McDonalds to anyone who loves their food at room temperature and spongy.THANKS RONALD!IM LOVIN IT!
They take forever to answer drive thru ... Order is ALWAYS wrong!!! Fries are always nasty, cold, and old. Its nothing but a bunch of kids that are working ... They would rather be talking with each other than doing there job!! I go to this location because its close to home, but I would rather drive a little further to another location!!
Every time I come here the food is usually dry or burnt and the service takes forever. I would give one star if it were not for the fact that it is usually decently clean and the staff is polite most of the time. I still have decided to stop coming to this location though.
Well Im back my husband was over at old house getting the rest of stuff out of our garage and he called and said that he forgot his lunch cuz he wanted to sit down and eat you fail a little shaky I asked him where you want he said it didnt matter so went to the same McDonalds and got the fish combo and they said yes maam and got my cup right away paid right away and let me tell you it took less than 3 minutes to get my food and I tell you what it was nice and hot for him because itll take long for me to get home to where he was at in the food was so hot and nice and hot the tea was great so you get 5 stars from me again thank you and it was the same manager in the same lady that waited on me theyre fantastic
Would not recommend going here if youre looking for speedy, reliable, service with accuracy. The employees seem to hate their job, the food is never fresh, and when ordered upon request, it still isnt, the night wait times are extremely ridiculous. I have not one good thing to say about this place. Three thumbs down. 👎👎👎
If you go there after 10 pm they make you order at the window. You litterally wait in line to get to the window to ordee and pay for your food and wait at that same window for you food to be ready. You will spend at least 30 minutes waiting to get to the window if theres only 4 cars in front of you.
I must say I am VERY VERY disappointed at the conditions of the MLK and the West side locations. I worked for that franchise at the MLK location back from 06 to 11 and while I was there the main focus was on cleanliness and fast service. I was there when the West side location was rebuilt. I was apart of the opening team peeling plastic off tables and what not. I do know it takes strong leadership and persistence to be able to have your crew keep up with daily cleanings throughout the year and make sure its done correctly and often. It saddens me because I walk into the West side location and see all the crew with untucked shirts, caked up shake mix that had dried right underneath the front wheels of the machine. The walls behind the front counter are filthy as for the bathrooms. The crews focus is not aimed towards great customer service. Nobody has a smile and half the crew are on cell phones or talking with their friends as people wait to be taken care of. Doors under the drink machines are open, walls have holes in them. Ceiling tiles are filthy. Instead of having a crew member clean lobby, the manager doesnt even look like she wants to be here either. No tasks are being handed out and no communication between manangement and crew. As for the MLK location.. I remember working there and focusing alot on cleanings. HEAVY. Now I walk in there and some of the same as West. Filthy lobby and store altogether. Thats what makes it disappointing, the fact that these 2 newer stores that have potential, doesnt have the proper leadership like we did back in 06. So many things have changed and been abandoned. How they are going to pass an inspection I have no clue.
Evertime when me and my g/f go into this place when i tell them i want fresh 🍟 fresh burger tell always try to roll thire eyes back and saybto them selfs did he really just say that. And they try to rip you off to. They try to give you cold food and nasty food. When you tell yhem about or if you get the wrong order they always want to chagre you more for the same food thats cold when you take it back. So this place sucks donky dick.
I understand the fast food deal... but when you mess up normal, unspecialized meals and they cant get them right, it is discouraging. Ordered sweet tea and got coffee... ordered a premium mcwrap and got buffalo sauce all over it... always cold fries... getting tired of this
The worst ever, 2 oclock in the afternoon no ice cream , summer time , 2 big mac and large fry 9 min to serve . My last 3 visit has been all bad.Get a fish sandwich with no fish and grilled wraps without chicken. The manager is terrible. She cares about nothing but her cell phone in her back pocket that she looked at 5 times in the 9 min as I waited.
Food and service are awful....management needs a complete makeover starting with Brittany. cold fries that were 2/3 of the way full like someone had eaten out of them. to top it all off your necessary complaint will fall on deaf ears.i will not eat here ever again mcdonalds on mlk is the armpit of all in Hamilton butler or Clermont counties spend your money somewhere else at least until they get new management. I gave this restaurant several chances before I decide to try to speak out to others to warn them about this dirty poorly managed Brittany specifically.
Well their was a peraon their who even checked my order to see if it was all right... Hiw nice. I even get free things their all the time, they give my little sister free icecreams everytime she goes in their and it is all just a great experience, so thanks for such a great experience.

Its hit or miss with this McDonalds you either have really horrible service or subpar service its always dirty inside and no one feels like they care about their job. When a train is going through its better to go inside because they cant hear you through the speaker
Clean, updated, well kept McDonalds with lots of meeting spaces and seating areas. Conveniently located near to the court house and municipal buildings downtown City of Hamilton /Butler county. Drive thru has double lanes so fast enough. They also use UBER Eats and Doordash to deliver to homes and offices. Day shift staff are mature and well versed in the finer points of customer service too. Good customer service is always good to see/experience. The Eve/night staff however can use a bit more help with this.
I visited at midnight and they dont allow you to order at the menu in the drive thru. They made me pull up to the first window. There were 2 cars in front of me and I waited almost 15 minutes to just place my order for them to tell me they were out of almost everything I ordered
Beware... Restaurant is nasty and disgusting!!! Dont waste your money. Husband ordered egg and bacon biscuit got egg bacon and cheese and biscuit was hard as a rock. Took it back up to get correct order and received cheese on it again and still hard as a rock. Worse diet coke I ever tasted. 😤
If you live in Hamilton, just skip McDonalds completely. I stopped going to the MLK location because theyre terrible, and started going to the Washington location, which is starting to be just as bad. Im done giving either location my money, since they cant get an order right.

2022-06-23Ordered door dash at about 3:30 pm. I got all cold food and the pie was so hard I couldn’t bite it. This location is gross. Save your self some time and money. Go to a different location.

2022-07-25I ordered a filet o fish sandwich with a code for a free sandwich and a large coke and an iced caramel coffee. They charged me for the sandwich anyway, and when I asked why, the lady in the drive thru said the code machine was broken today. She wasnt rude, and there were people behind me, so whatever. I get home and its a mcChicken patty with tartar sauce!

2022-08-07I have come here on multiple occasions now (around 6:10am) and although all the lights are on inside and out there is nobody taking orders. If you are having employee problems that is fine; just turn the exterior lights off so we all dont waste our time.

2022-09-08Came here and got 3 burgers 9/8/22 @ 3:36PM. All of the burgers were good, service was friendly, and they even made/brought me out fresh coffee. Good stuff, good staff!

2022-06-25We pulled up at drive thru and waited about 15 minutes with no response. At least 5 in line behind us. We have up pulled around and saw noone at the window. First window no associate. Second window had 5 employees taking and having a snack. We asked if anyone was working and they said yeah...... We left to go somewhere else

2022-07-09It was fast service every thing was there that we ordered all the dranks were in the holder and the ice wasnt melted and were very cold ❄️🥶 so take your family out for some McDonalds super clean and super fast 😉

2022-07-07I just stopped in to get a McFlurry and a drink. I got told the dining room closed at 8. It doesnt close that early at McDonalds in Richmond. I cant have a McFlurry while driving, so I ordered a Diet Coke through the app and went through the drive thru to get it on my way back to Richmond.

2022-09-02Not much of a wait in drive thru line, but employees arent usually too friendly. Food usually fresh and hot from my experience and they make the BEST milkshakes !!!!

2022-08-31My favorite is the fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce, fries my kids love the burgers. With there fries, we also love the breakfast sandwiches.
