Car was very clean however the soft wash tore my shark fin roof antenna off that was secure and factory installed on my car... very upset about this, now the dealership is going to have to order new one and get it remounted .. I will not be going back to this car wash☹️
It was clean and easy to get to but the credit card machine didnt work and I thought the wash timer went a little too fast
I like this car wash but it seems like every time I go I come back with some other scratches on my car. I guess I will start using the touchless if I continue to get on here. Been going here for several years.

Left soap all over my vehicle. Had to spend 2 more dollars to spray the rest of the soap off that the 12 dollar left behind ugh. This is the only one so far that does this to my car.
The wash was very good the drying and tire polish was not but a good deal for the money still I feel
They need a better dryer system for your car because its too wett coming outta there..
Tried to pay 2x & wouldnt accept it. Finally went to next bay. Which took my card & we finally got the car washed.

I went through the touchless car wash this evening and it was horrible, it didnt even get the lightest Marcs or dirt off of my car and I paid $10
I drove my car in. Water and soap was sprayed on my car and the air was blown onto my car. Then I drove off and got something to eat.
Great wash for the price. Was fairly disappointed that the vacuum there did little to nothing though.

2021-10-31I went into the SOFT cloth car wash for my Jeep Wrangler and literally half way through it RIPPED off my driver side mirror… I am now left with one mirror and a horrible car wash. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!

2018-05-07Car wash works well enough not as well as some and better than others however paying for the dryer which is only available in the two most expensive options is pretty much pointless since the water nozzles dump water out while the dryer is running, effectively blowing water on your car while blowing it off , resulting in a wet car and water spots ...which is the whole point you try to avoid if paying for the dryer. The first dryer pass almost all the nozzles are still blowing water and the second pass several still are as seen in my pictures during the second pass

2022-02-13I paid for a carwash and I drove in and it never started washing my car. I had to back my car out and was thankful that it did close us in.

2020-06-19The self serve bays are wide, newer sprayers and a decent amount of time per wash. Plus the lot is always clean so when you leave your not driving right through mud wholes like a few other local car washes

2021-08-16I couldnt get it to take my dollar bill for the vacuum. I then went to the changer and after about 5 minutes of trying it took my $1......but never gave me any change.

2018-12-18WARNING!I took my black vehicle through the soft touch and it scratched all sides of the vehicle very badly. I’m am unsure how it managed to scratch my vehicle as bad as it did.The vehicle was washed earlier on the same date at this car wash on the do it yourself, but a few spots were missed. I decided to try the soft touch on my way home.Please do not take your vehicles through the soft touch.

2019-12-07Done a pretty horrible job. Waste of money. Dryer sprays water same time its drying.. leaves soap on my car ... think Ill stick with 7th st car wash parkersburg. His quality is much better .
