I stopped in to get a battery for my riding mower an seen an empty self where the batteries should have been , good price but lack of product . But all in all the store is very clean and has friendly workers I would stop in again if I had other needs.

I was in Washington Court House last week. My chickens feed at TSC was out so I stopped in Family Farm and Home and wow was I amazed! I wasnt aware of the layout so instantly Amy came to my rescue! I am not very experienced with chickens as this is my first time raising them! Amy expressed she has chickens and helped guide me to the right feed and treats for my own! My chickens now produce more eggs and seems to have alot of energy! I can not thank Amy enough for not only the guidance but also the education about my own chickens! I will always go back to that store to buy my feed!
Good place to go other than the same old boring places , FFH always has a different variety of items
I moved to the area about a year and a half ago and they have always helped me out got my mower,tiller,chainsaw, back pack blower,120 t-post,and fencing. Then we got chickens and all the feeding supplies for them and all the feeders for are goats. We are always getting are food and vitamins for are animals thanks for helping us out very pleased with this place
They dont always have what I need (hence the 4 stars) but they have great employees and often have sale prices that cant be beaten. Worth a try.

I purchased a lawn tractor there today. Everyone was very helpful. They installed a new battery because the one in there was dead from sitting. They are delivering it to my home this afternoon. They were willing to start it to make sure everything was working before I left. Thank you to everyone there for your assistance.

Very friendly & helpful staff. They carry dog collars for electric fences, which Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, & Petsmart no longer carry.
This place is just alrighty. They are no different than family, farm and fleet; or tractor supply company. And as hard as they try, I cant see any place topping Rural King. The folks at RK just have it right. From the $9 jeans to the free pop corn at the door to the guns in the back and the long tool isles. Try as they may, they just arent there yet.
First time there but really liked the lay out of the store. Nice people an friendly was happy I stoped in will be going back for sure.

I got some great sales here. The store is organized and had a nice variety of products.
The employees are nice except for a couple that follow you around the store like your going to steal something then they ask you if they can help you when they have no clue about the product in the store or where there are located and when you get to the register thats a real treat because most of them fumble through the transaction and heaven for bid the price bar not scanning I go there because its the first store you come to in town

2022-06-28They was very helpful and welcoming! Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the young gentleman that helped us was very helpful I wasnt sure of the some of the information and he was very patient and Even tried to look it up for me. He even talked with my son about sports and wrestling!

2022-06-15They have different things like tractor supply and RK however the customer service has been complete and utter trash everytime I have gone to the Washington Courthouse location. I cannot say how it its at others. The online presence says it has different items but you cannot order them online or in the store. So its a mute point for most things.

2022-06-05Our local Krogers has a very good variety, fresh produce wonderful meat section bakery incredibly friendly staff most certainly preferred over going to Walmart which I havent been in 2 years thank you Krogers for being there

2021-12-24I forgot to get the brand new leash from my car (took boyfriends vehicle instead) when we went to FFH looking for a lump of coal, so had to take Rocky in without a leash. Asked about leashes on clearance and was pointed to them. Sign read all dog supply items $1.00. I picked out 6 and went to pay. Paid over $8.00, which Im not complaining about because it was still far less expensive than full price! Staff were friendly and courteous. Store was clean and well-organized.
