Modest prices and large variety of food items and hard to find snacks.
Low inventory and ridiculous mask mandate back. I will not return to your stores until you remove the mandate. Dont buy into these insane government scare tactics
Usually pretty good but service is kind of slow, there is always a long line and many times, only one cashier helping people. Most employees are nice but some have a rude attitude for seemingly no reason
Found what I needed fir the holiday thank goodness
It was quicker then normal. Staff was nice and kind to me and my daughter with a nice Hello when we came in and a kind Goodbye. Thank you
Didnt have items I needed
Came in for garbage bags and purchased great art work to hang in my home. .. really good art work. Would have been more at Home Good s. Family Dollar store has great value for me.

Previously rated this store a 3. Confused it with the store near Euclid & Chardon. This Family Dollar is always well stocked on Monticello & Green.
I just adorn this Family Dollar the associates are friendly courteous always have any or everything that Im shopping for.
They pick you up and take you home . They accept debit cars . No other car rental place does these things. Also their rates are very reasonable and the people that work there will bend over backwards for you and always with a smile.
I go there all the time and I always enjoy the interaction with the staff.
Oddly, they don’t sell real orange juice, but they sell at least six different brands, flavors, and sizes of orange-flavored sugar water. When people talk about urban food deserts, this is why.
The employees werent welcoming, it seems that the customers are a bother to them by coming into the store, the clerk was on her cell phone the entire time I was transacting business... the male employees are rude and uncooperative.... Ive shopped there 2 times. I dont plan on going back to that particular location!
When I lived in South Euclid this was my favorite Family Dollar. great management with great employees. Store was always very organized.
The food is fresh and doesnt taste like the things it shouldnt. Etc. cleaning supplies. Also, their is a wide variety of things in the store.
I shop at this location every week. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have a large selection to choose from.
Service is usually slow. They dont allow cash back (ever), but they are relatively friendly anf a functional facility 80% of the time.
I bought fall flowers to put in the yard, sales people were very friendly and helpful

2022-03-05I think this is one of the better family dollars in the region. I moved into the neighborhood from 3 hours south and Cleveland was entirely new to me but this was a store I frequented during my 8 months up there and never had any problems or issues here. It has everything you could possibly need at such a store and the prices are pretty consistent with other Family Dollars. The wider neighborhood isn’t great. If you’re passing through and not familiar with it then I recommend keep on going until you’re in a better neighborhood but if your from the area or familiar with east Cleveland than this is a fairly decent Family Solar.

2021-04-04The employees were nice, but during my visit they barley had anything I needed and it was cramped and boxes everywhere as they were getting a delivery. Not their fault though, so 3 stars. I would recommend if you are there when they are not getting a delivery.

2021-06-08Very discriminatory establishment. My girlfriend and I walked in with her registered service dog, which was properly harnessed and tethered because she is working while we are out in public and we were immediately accosted by an employee named, Pat who made it clear that that we were not welcome there due to the fact we had a service dog with us. I wish I could give this establishment zero stars for the discrimination and embarrassment we were subjected to at this Family Dollar location, but Google wont let me leave a review unless I give at least one star.

2021-11-20Great!!!! Had everything I needed. I got my Christmas tree and decorations from them today and everything was fully stocked. Including toilet paper 😂😂😂😂
