Over priced and SLOWWWW.. Also limited inventory, like they are going out of business. Been here about 7 times in the last 4 months, always slow and pricey. Really wish Dollar General would buy this store out and turn it into a DG so I would not have to drive to Main St. 10 minutes away. Family Dollar must be like the Kmart of the small retail world, but then that is really not fair to Kmart, the one up the street is actually not bad. Slow, but cheap, unlike this store.
I just reached out for the store as I am trying to help my little brother in law find a job and one of the workers Jada was very rude. Its really frustrating dealing with people like this. I think the manager needs to screen these little kids and tech them about what true customer service Is!!!
I clipped coupon and it did not work. Cashier was not trying to deal with it....will not return to this family dollar again.
I stopped shopping there for a year or so but since you got the New manager Thomas I think the store is much better

I like shopping at this Family Dollar, compared to some of the other Family Dollar. Its big and its clean, and you dont have a bunch of boxes in the aisles.

Rude, slow, and way over priced. Management needs replaced, no manager should ever raise their voice at an employee in front of customers, if at all.

2022-01-19Used to be my favorite place to go for my needs. But recently it has sucked!! They keep closing so early. Changing closing times. Not answering the phone. I just need diapers and milk and im not trying to drive to Kroger just for that. 😑 Do better FD.

2022-02-04Last resort option! Only go if dollar tree is busy or closed. This store charges $14 for the same pull-ups every other POPULAR grocer charges 10.99 for. This price gauging store charge $8 for 1lb propane tank which exceeds LOWE’s, HOMEDEPOT and ZETTLER prices. They are re taking advantage of low income and those attempting to save. Be alert! This location charged $3 for the tiny Clorox bleach LOL, they think they slick. Also, this store will post a sign noting open times til 1pm but will be closed at 10am with employees inside staring at you pull on the door and read the sign. This is one of TO BE GHETTO SOON locations - it’s just a he truth. Can’t make this up. Staff is much more professional (still depends on who is working) I can say that and that is the ONLY reason they received 2 stars

2020-10-13Ok 👌 where can I start??!!! Upon entering the store I was greeted with a joyful hello,, the store was organized and clean!! I was amazed how every aisle I mean every aisle was nice and neat!! The merchandise was nice and neat on the shelves!! I got everything I needed and wanted!! This is my Family Dollar every time!! I love it!! Shout out to the workers you guys are doing an awesome amazing job!! Keep up the great job guys!!

2020-10-11Very good visit. I went to many stores today looking for solid color wrapping paper. Literally know one had any. Family Dollar had many different colors and only $1 per roll. They made my day

2018-12-12Teller was nice and did her job . Place itself was not in full business shape , meaning all products were not put on shelves . I was there at 10/10:30 am on a Tuesday. So I wouldnt think thats their re-stocking hrs . And its the first time Ive ever seen the credit card machine charge for getting cash back . And top that off they have set dollar amounts that can be given back up to 50$ . So if these 3 amounts 10$, 25$, or 50$ dont fall in your range you have to do it twice or so . I feel either allow your customer to either make their own amount up to 50$ or just dont have a cash back option . Its just another way for these companies to get a extra couple bucks off people . Over all Ill choose other so called dollar stores in the future.
