Staff seems friendly. The store is generally clean and stocked. Nothing against this store specifically, but Family Dollar is the only that charges for cash back :(

2022-06-08I like the family Dollar here on State road. Their prices are reasonable and they are employees greet you as you walk in. Theres always someone to help you if you dont know where something is. I would recommend going in and saving some money because they are always having deals and smart coupons download the app!

2021-12-08So strange to purchase a t-mobile phone card from an actual retail location that is fake. When I returned with the fraudulent card 10 minutes later I am told no refunds, which I understand in the event the card was real but it was not. I spoke to t-mobile the card is fake. Family dollar manager says call corporate, and gives me an employee help line number, I am not an employee. I can file a police report and a civil suit over $45 but not worth my time.

2021-04-26Very disorginized and appeared to only be one young lady in whole entire store. Person in front of me has an entire cart full. Cashier moving very slow. Other people getting in line behind me. I ask if there is anyone she can call for more cashiers. She just says I have to wait. Only had a few items. Would have taken a good half hour to take care of person in front of me.Needed to be home by eight. Left my stuff and left. Been avoiding this store a while. Now will never go back to this store. Other Family Dollars are much better managed.

2019-02-01Always clean and well organized. Boss man, as I call him, is always very nice and especially helpful when looking for something. He always knows where its at. Id recommend this store to anyone close. Id even say its worth going out of your way to shop here.

2019-02-05I usually do not go to this location but I stopped on my way home. Although they had everything I needed, the store was a wreck. The shelves were a mess. There was cloths on the floor and packs of paper towels also on the floor. When I went to check out, the cashier was on his phone making plans for after work. Did not even get a hello or a think you. I used to love going to this location. Now I remember why I stopped. Come FD...get it together!!

2019-07-24I will never come back to this family dollar store because of some of the workers are starting stuff with like today this girl Husband was all up in my face when I was walking back home and then followed me to my house I will never come back this family dollar because the workers are nothing but two faces lie and there is always drama at this store

2020-07-12The one on Brookpark rd by Broadview is nice has plenty of room. The one on State rd across from the post office is dirty and not alot of room to move around.
