Starting to clean up .... Cashiers are polite & helpful . Im disabled & she took my purchases out to the car & loaded them for me . Thank you
Store is a disaster ! Inventory all over the place in boxes, out of the boxes, all over the aisles. The floors are so dirty you can no longer tell what color the tile was. The parking lot looks so bad it looks like the place has been looted. On top of all that the only employee working was rude. They need to close the store down because its on obvious health hazard..I will never go back !!
Store has been a wreck as long as Ive lived in Nerk. Items are never stocked; everything is just sitting on warehouse carts blocking all the aisles. Terrible customer service and lack of of ambition among employees.
So the store manager trina asked me to move my vehicle bc it was parked on a habdicap ramp.It was very dark out and the ramp is pavement so i couldnt tell anything apart.I was going to move it when another employee proceeded to tell me her manager trina said if i do it ever again i would never be allowed back in the store. I got very angry bc i was already trying to move it bc i knew i should and it was accident from the beginning. Then trina proceeded to tell me she is allowed to tell me to never come back and her oyher employee was yellin at me that she is mamager and can do as she pleases ..all this is happening while im literally trying to leave and move my car. When i finally walk out the door she yells that i have a ugly attitude. Every day literally i come here and never have issues then she takes over as manager and im insulted,and harrassed. I hear her talking inaproprialty about drugs and cussing when im tryna check out with my kids and i never say anything but now im fed up. Its called family dollar and although im sorry you guys have a big theft issue not every customer should be treated like trash when they come in. We should be showed respect atleast until given a reason not to. . or better yet even after bc its your job. Hopefullu this dpesnt happen to another hardworkong mom who literally just wants to stop amd get detergant.smh.
All able to find what Im looking for...Service is great an employees are great people too have around...
I am wondering what is going on at this family dollar on west main street Newark Ohio.....Its not being stocked and I am getting very frustrated when shopping there. Its really sad as this is the only store on this side of town..Whats going on ....are they going out of business??
My wife walked in and got asked to leave her purse at the counter i find this highly offensive based on the fact we spend more money in that store in a week compared to what they make in a month ..they think we gonna rob them nope i think yall trying to rob me..also i got ahold of the bbb for your actions and im calling corperate and i know how to get past the automated system to talk to your boss..the employees there follow u around like ur a crackhead ...good luck keeping your jobs because Ive now made it my personal mission to report all of you ..ive been taking names all week ..
My grandson went in to by swimming shorts and a beach ball but only came out with swimming shorts. They had no beach balls.
Not my usual store . Its very cluttered and crammed . Hard to get down the isles with a cart . The workers are very nice though. The cart theft deal they have is crazy but the cashier told me why so its understandable but weird lol.

This is the dirtest store someone needs to clean this place up. Trash every where inside and out dirty coolers.Hard to get up and down the isles I would not recommend this store to anyone in fact ill make sure to put the word out how disgusting this store.
As usual the service was good but they were out of everything
It was not loud but you can sit something in the wrong spot and it will just stay there for weeks.. From my own experience

The two employees were very helpful and friendly. They offered assistance before I asked.
We came in and start walking around and where we are checking out a guy yelled at us saying that we stole who work there and as a spot the bag on the table and when we did it was before we could even let it go it was ripped out our hands and ripped open and when they saw nothing in there they didnt even apologize
Same as all family dollar stores didnt care much for not getting to take cart outside had to carry over 100$ worth of things out from the front door took me about 6 trips in n out I had to leave my thing sitting there but they couldnt trust me to use their car so I paid for somebody elses mistake

2020-12-21Well the store that I went into is not suppose to close until 10 pm and I walked in the door at 945 pm and the manager Mia or Mea something like that told me I had 5 minutes and she was locking the door and I said to myself thats not right because if it was me and I was going in for something real quick I wouldnt be able to the doors would be locked and she was real nasty with me when she was checking me out and the lady behind me as well. Im sorry but if you dont like your job then maybe you should find another job.

2019-04-17Short staffed and rude today! I went in with my babyFor milk and they refused to sell bc of register issue. I was able to pay with cash exact amount owed and cashier got super rude saying nope I said no sales ... um why are u even open? Total mess. Its so bad every visit and gets worse and worse. They used to at least be pleasant but not anymore!!
