My favorite place to shop. The employees are very friendly and greet you with a smile and a hello. Customer service is the key at that store. The store has a great selection of frozen foods at a reasonable price. There beverage isle is stocked with great ideas. This is a great store!

My 3 stars is not based on my overall experience here. I do shop here often because its close to home and convenient to run in quickly for items needed. The 3 stars is solely based on tonights experience. I came in to grab a few quick things and upon approaching the register was greeted with a less than pleasant moment. I had grabbed a basket for the few things I needed and when at the register placed the basket on the counter for the woman to ring the items up. For some very odd reason this woman was frustrated with my decision to put my basket on the counter and made her discontent BLATANTLY obvious by putting her hands up and physically shrugging and shaking her head. Had I known this was an issue I wouldve chose not to do so. She placed all items in bags on the counter except the very last bag, placing it in the basket. I had to reach over the basket to grab my bags and she was very snidely trying to shoo me away. The whole situation was extremely awkward and very uncomfortable. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. I wont let this deter me from continuing to shop here because like I stated before its convenient. But I will say if she is the only one checking people out during any of my future visits I will avoid her at all costs, and if that means leaving the store and going elsewhere I will do so. I, like many others, am not a fan of feeling uncomfortable as a customer doing business in any establishment.

I went to this store and I picked up 3 cans of lysol. They did not have a sign up on how many you can buy. Obviously its 2. The lady proceeds to start being nasty towards me. Then as I was leaving the store starts yelling about me to another coworker. I TOLD HIM TWO ONLY TWO. trying to embarrass and shame me in front of other customers and employees. I tried calling cooperate but they no longer take complaints. This is not the first time Ive seen these ladies scream and try to embarrass ppl. This store needs to have a class on customer service. Ridiculous. By the way clean your store its disgusting.

These folks here go through employees like no ones business. Before I used to have terrible experiences here and now tbh, they have stocked shelves, and if not then they probably have a UBoat with it ready, they endlessly stock and take care of a lot of rude people who give them a hard time. Like seriously, some of the people in line really just get mad because there’s 1 person checking out 8 people, and the. They bring a second person but now there’s like 16 people so it doesn’t matter anyways 😂 since the beginning of Covid, many businesses have failed to keep up and this family dollar had done a pretty good job at surviving (so far) and the employees deserve more pay (so do the managers) and everyone deserves more respect. Mind you, these people are worked ragged.those that don’t work hard get weeded out quick . The ones that stay endure hell. I recommend this family dollar. Other than hardly having nighttime L/XL pull-ups, they keep up on pretty much everything.

This store is convenient for me BUT here is the downfall, they cant keep this store stocked, those poor employees work themselves to death trying to stock those shelves every time I go in there to get something specific they never, ever have it stocked, and the employees say corporate wont hire anyone to come in on 3rd to stock shelves, which needs to happen, other then all that complaining it is a clean store just usually is very poorly stocked

Like many other retail stores, it has some great values, and some other items priced much higher than can be found elsewhere. But in general, good place for a quick stop to grab some things. Stop in and take a look .

Convenient to where I live. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and once they get to know you, you are like family. I enjoy shopping there.
