Dropped my bike off to get back tire fixed and I picked it up only to have front tire messed up. They would not fix it even though I didnt do anything with the bike yet. They also lost back peg to another bike I needed serviced. I would not recommend they are over priced and would not fix THEIR mistakes! Paid over 100$ to have a tire and chain replaced for them to make more problems and lose parts!
My girl and I were looking for a pair of bikes to get that would not break the bank and would have a good setup for recreational riding. Bob was really helpful and so was the other guy working there part time. We’re not trying to oversell any of the bikes and did not hound you about the store. Got to do a couple test rides on the bikes to find the right fit and feel and that was it. We got the Jamis trail X bikes and could not be more impressed with them. Better than any wal mart bike out there.
Love these guys. They know what theyre talking about and give you all the information you need to choose what is right for you. An honest, stand-up shop that genuinely cares & their prices are as good or better than the big chains.
I was referred here by a friend. The owner, Bob, is the friendliest, most knowledgable & amusing bike guy you could hope for. They also offer FREE bike maintenance classes that my wife & I found extremely helpful. They’ve definitely earned our loyalty!!
Had our bikes worked on here recently and the service was OUTSTANDING!!! Bob suggested a modification to help my husbands biking comfort and what a difference! Thank you for also working so hard to keep us safe during COVID-19...this business followed all regulations to the letter!
These guys are fantastic! I went to about 5 different shops to buy my first bike. They were the most patient and interactive out of all of them. Out of all the guys Bob was my favorite to work with (longest interaction too though) but the other guys are good too from what I can tell. They are very honest about the pros and cons of different bike models and didnt try to upsell me unnecessarily, which I was very worried about happening. I repeatedly tell people that of all the shops I visited that one stood out as the best for me.
My wife and I purchased a bike as a belated birthday present. Bob and staff were friendly and knowledgable. I had the chance to ride the bike around the block a few times in the cold, but I am very excited to put quite a few miles on it in the spring!
I am extremely happy with the business Ive done with Jim.. Im New in town.. and they made my bike like new!😊.. I went to (dirty river)1st.. they treated me like I wasnt good enough to be in there store I was thinking of buying a bike and possibly trading. My $1900. TREK 1OOO ALPHIA SERIES IN .. THEY TOLD me it was a Dinosaur..I(ts in ment condition)..JIM TOLD Me its worth at least 1/2 of what i paid for it.. they offered me..(I quote) BEER MONEY😔 $$.. $50... I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO KNOW ONE!!!
Wonderful place to get your bike repaired, and have a lot of bikes to choose and buy from! Bob was really helpful, and got my bike repaired within 3 days, and for a reasonably good price! Love it there, and will not be choosing another bike shop.
Hands-down the best place to buy a bike for a kid. They took a keen interest in getting my sons bike fitted just right for him. Wed been having trouble teaching him how to ride and they were enthusiastic, patient and helpful with their advice. The tricks they gave us to help him learn and the bike we bought which they carefully adjusted just for him made the job much easier. These guys will always get my business.
Great local business. Owner is always on site and is very knowledgeable. Prompt and friendly service and they always do a good job with repairs. I highly recommend them for servicing your bike.
After paying for a tune up my brakes werent even stopping me. My high gears stopped hitting after a month. And I had to tighten my handlebars myself after one ride. Seems like nice people and maybe give them a chance. But I wont be returning unforunately. Paying that much for a tune up and not having it done right is not okay.

I dont question they know bikes and that they have a great selection of parts and accessories. However, they lost my future business by refusing to take my debit card for a purchase under $10. Came off to me as a bunch of pikers.

2022-05-21We went to get our son a bigger bike since he now wants to ride. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sized the right bike for our son and let him test ride it behind the store. He listened to our sons concerns and adjusted the bike as needed. He installed the water bottle holder and even through in a water bottle with purchase. If you are wanting a bike that will last and can adjust with your child then buy quality. I would highly recommend Falls Wheel and Wrench Bike Shop. Thanks Bob for the great service.

2021-08-03My husband and I bought bikes here at the beginning of summer. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on what type of bikes we should get based off of what we told him we were looking for. He didn’t try to up sell us on anything and was just extremely helpful through the whole process. We have gone back a couple times now for bike accessories and he was just as helpful as the first time. Most recently we were having trouble putting our new bike seats on ourselves so we stopped in and he was more than happy to assist us. He put both of our bike seats on for us at no charge. Highly recommend stopping into Falls Wheel and Wrench!

2020-09-10Got a great deal on a used Raleigh mountain bike. Just had a $200 budget for a backup mountain bike. They made it happen, I think I got about a $300 bike for $200! Very happy that I was able to get a bike shop bike for that cost and not a department store bike. Bonus is that 1 of the mechanics rides at Hampton Hills mountain bike trails so he knows the stress that mountain bike trails put on bikes. Shout out to Kyle for staying over to make the deal happen! He also taught me how to lock my brake adjustment barrels. My test ride probably was a little longer than normal but the bike will be ridden on black diamond mountain bike obstacles/features and trails. Thank you so much Wheel & Wrench!

2020-09-29Wonderful experience! We were visiting grandparents and needed help with a new bike. The staff was very friendly, the service was extremely fast, the quality was top notch, the price was reasonable, and the explanation of work done was detailed. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

2018-08-28This place is FANTASTIC!My bike was totaled this summer, and I needed an upgrade. Every other bike shop I visited showed me maybe 2 bikes, all at the top of my price range.Not Bob! Bob showed me 3 great bikes that fit my size, price, and needs. They let me test them out in the alley out back, and let me decide which was best. Its been perfect! Ive been in several times since then to purchase gear, and every time they have given me the best customer service! I cant recommend them enough. Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to teach new bike geeks like me! Cant wait for the classes in January!

2014-07-27I bought my bicycle I currently ride from them. Great shop Bob is really great and Jim is very knowledgeable and willing teach and educate the customers with questions and concerns. As far as some people saying other bike shops charge less for repairs, is not true. It pretty much is the same and I would rather support a local shop anyway. Also Tyler and the rest of the shop workers are awesome and get your bike fixed faster than most other shops

2020-06-26So knowledgeable and patient. I brought my 18year old bike in and they fixed up great. They even took time to teach me the proper way to dismantle the wheel so that it can fit in my trunk. I couldnt be more happy and cant wait to get back on the road.
