Knowledgeable staff and a wide assortment of tools.These guys have the right tools for almost any job.Sometimes its not reasonable to purchase a tool for a job youre only going to do once in the next year or 4 years or 40 years. Rent it from these guys.If youre not sure what you need, explain what you want to accomplish. These folks know what works well, whats too much and whats not enough, and will help you get enough tool for the job.Highly recommended.Easy to find.
Very helpful. I needed to auger some holes for a backyard project. the prices were comparable to the other tool rental places around but I found a 10% off coupon online so even more motivation to go to the small locally owned business. Friendly staff and no complaints. They showed me how to operate the equipment I rented and loaded it into my truck for me. i will definitely use them again. another note, they refill propane tanks and vs trading for already filled youll have a full tank compared to 3/4 when trading. worth the time and cost savings.
Super nice and friendly locally or privately owned business. I would highly recommend over one of the main tool rental chains who seem to lose the personal touch and dont take pride like these pros do. Kim the super nice counter attendant even gave me an antacid!...soooo she s probably going to heaven
Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Rented an 8hp tiller. They explained the controls, loaded it and let me take their ramps to make it easier to upload for me.
The staff was very helpful, our power went out called a lot of places looking for a generator, most only had a couple that were all taken, falls had a large inventory and a great price. Would definitely use them again when I need a rental.

Not sure what Jane S. is complaining about, had scaffolding for a month on a job site that was OSHA inspected twice with no problems. Also, price was way cheaper than the orange box Depot on the hill. After looking at her reviews, there are some people you just cant please.
I have a Wacker generator that I dropped off for Falls to take a look at for me because when Im running it, and I put a load on the system, the rpms are to go up automatically and it does not. The rpms stay put at idle. They call me back and say that they replaced the carb, air filter and spark plug, your total is $180.00. Ummm thats NOT wat I asked for, it runs fine. I wanted you to figure out why the rpms stay flat. I asked them to take that off because its the typical repair shop move. Generators dont get used much and the carbs gunk up, so we will just throw these parts on it and make a quick buck. I go in to pick up and the check out lady kind of gave me grief because they are now down a carb in their inventory, oh well you guys messed up, not my problem. Then the shop manager came in and told me flat out the carb is junk and will not run. They worked on it for an hour with no success. I said thats not true it was running fine when I dropped it off. He basically called me a liar and told me to get it out of here. So when I get home I thought I would take a look at this carb. Bowl looks good and clean still so I said lets see if she runs, turn on the fuel, flip the switch to on and two pulls later runs fine, like a champ full rpm range. No issues. Thanks for nothing Falls Tool Rental. You will never get my business again. Now my journey begins to find a repair shop that will actually help me with the auto rpm problem.
They are our go to company. Fast, fair, high quality, and friendly. We have no complaints and have used them maybe 25 years...started when they were in the old location and followed them.
Very friendly staff that will answer all your questions so you get the right tool for the job even if its less than money for them. Their rental prices are best around town also.
